I ordered muscleblaze biozyme whey protein 4.4 lbs from healthkart. I paid through UPI for order and made a payment of rupees 3329. money got deducted but order was not placed. please refund my money or place my order instead. please do something regarding it.

    On 1st July 2021 at 11:43pm I placed an order of Muscle Blaze Raw Whey Protein 4.4lb Unflavored
    After checkout option from healthkart app
    It redirected me through UPI option on Amazon Pay where i completed the transaction.

    Seems like a glitch in your healthkart app,
    Place my order instead of refund procedure

            I placed an order with Healthkart ( order id : HKI[protected] dated 24 Apr, 2021. The product was received in a condition which was damaged and I asked for a return. I had also prepared a video while opening the box and same is attached here for reference. Healthkart has denied to accept return claiming product was shipped after due diligence. They must ensure product safety till delivery. The attached video shows no damage to outer box but inner pack is clearly damaged.

              Please do not purchase any products in Health kart without reading the descriptions completely. I was sent 16 months old product that is literally 2 months to expire and no returns? You call customer support, they will say no returns as it’s mentioned “near to expiry date “ in website but not the expiry date.. and they say why do you purchase the products that say near expiry and we cannot return, I have 3 bottles of d mannose cranberry...

              I have ordered an ON whey protein from HealthKart on 9th May 2021. On receiving the product I saw the authentic code is scratched and its not visible. I want to return the product with the inner seal intact but they are not providing any support to do that. They are saying that outer seal is broken so you cannot return the product. I am attaching the image of the area where authentication code is marked. Please help me in this regard and take action against them for not selling genuine products in their website. Being a distributor of medical goods they should have more responsibilities on making sure that product is not duplicated, altered in any way.

                    I ordered muscleblaze multivitamin tablets. When i shook the container it sounded like tablets, so i did not open it till i started my diet. When i opened the seal halfway, to my surprise there were peanuts and some mixture in the container. I don’t if Healthkart is selling fake products or there is a delivery mix-up. I tried contacting customer care but as usual no response. I have attached an image for reference.

                          I ordered a MB whey protein immunity + and a MB monohydrate creatine from healthkart. It was a COD. After the delivery guy left i opened the order and to my surprise i found only creatine in it and the whey protein powder was missing but the bill had stated about the whey protein powder also and i paid the complete amount. Such irresponsible behaviour from a such reputed organization is not expected. It was my first time buying from healthkart and such an incidence has left a very negative image on healthkart. Please deliver the leftout item or process the refund. I am attaching the required photos

                              I placed an order on 1st March 2021, it showed the delivery date as 8th of March which is today, when I tried tracking the delivery status it is showing as delayed. My registered mobile number is - [protected]

                              I also subscribed for a premium membership, is this acceptable service for your premium members?

                              This is unacceptable, I waited 8 days to get a delivery and suddenly on the day of delivery your website is showing that the delay of another 8 days, expected delivery as 16th March and I was not even informed by you or your delivery partner.

                              If I don’t get a delivery of this product in next couple of day then I would be forced to cancel my order and request a full refund.
