My order idhkm[protected] placed on 19th apr 2020 was processed and i got sms as it is delivered on 29th apr 2020. But till today i have not received the shipment. Not got any reply from shipping agency even though raised the issue. Nor able to reach to any of the healthkart people as they keep directing us to different options when we call.

    Payment deducted through sbi debit card but order not confirmed

    I have paid through debit card 2749rs for the product muscleblaze super gainer xxl 11lbs.
    My money is deducted but order is not confirmed please resolve this issue asap.

    This is really pathetic service. I do not expect this from healthkart.

      I received a sealed open product when i put a return request and sent email for this you executive simply denied to do, and there was one product missing that was on creatine worth rs 1000 and for total order i paid 8200 am i stupid for all this that i received damaged product that was not sealed properly and you executive want me to keep those and leave everything am i stupid guys or your executive trying to be so over smart make it return asap otherwise i ll return those product to your address and surely will sue you this is not the way you are providing me damaged product and aant me to keep those #

      I ordered Muscleblaze multivitamin tablets. When i shook the container it sounded like tablets, so i did not open it till i started my diet. When i opened the seal halfway...to my surprise there were peanuts and mixture in the container. I don’t know if a fake product is being sold by healthkart or one of the suppliers is playing these cheap games.I tried contacting customer care and as expected no response. I have added an image for reference.

              I have ordered alpino peanut butter and payed it online as cod options are not available. Its showing delay in delivery due to external factors. It's been over a fortnight my order has not been delivered. Worst place to buy supplements online. Once i brought glucosamine. It had 90 tablets with dose of one day each. But from the date which i received the product it was about to expire within a month.

                I ordered muscleblaze biozyme whey protein (2.2 lbs, ice cream chocolate) on 25 oct 2019. The expected delivery date initially was 2 nov. However, i did not receive the product even by 10 nov. The message shown on the tracking page in the healthkart app was "delay in delivery due to external factors". Then suddenly on 11 nov, the order status was shown as delivered and the date of delivery was shown as 8 nov. I have not received the product and would like healthkart to refund me the amount of rs. 2211 as soon as possible.

                    Order i'd hka[protected]. I ordered multivitamin and fish oil pills worth rs849 (Played through from my credit card) for my parents in challakere karnataka. The order is not delivered but we got delivered text, usually one gets ksg or call from executive end when the product is out for delivery, we have not got any such, not even a call to know my house in that lane... After a week when i spoke to my mom, i got to know she have not got any. When i called customer care, they careless and pathetically said they can't help after 72hrs. Seriously its fraudulent site. One can make money in many ways, not in drug sector.. I feel pathetic and horrible with this act of health kart end.

                      I m very disappointed to healthkart worst delivery. My muscleblaze xxl mass gainer of 6.6lbs which prize is 2399 whose box was totally wasted, totally broken. Bad delivery, its vry cheap delivery. Product is totally wasted, the powder is out from the box. The box is broken totally. I want my money back. Its estimated delivery date was 11 of october and it delivered today, 15 oct.

                                I have bought muscle blaze multi vitamin from health kart store sector-35, chandigarh on june 02, 2019. But when i opened the bottle all tablets were rip up and damaged, first i thought only upper tablets having this issue but later on i i found whole bottle tablets are damaged. So i went to sector-35, chandigarh health kart store from where i have purchased it but they denied to exchange it and said raise a complaint online we cannot help in this.

                                    I had bought a sin ew mass gainer online on dated 18.07.2019 and i received this order yesterday. But now i feels that this is a fake product because firstly bar code of this product is also fake i has tried to scan it on google but google failed to search this.
                                    Secondly, there is problem in solubility.
                                    Third is that, design of fonts there is a big doubt on this.

                                      I went to their store in gurgaon. There was a shop of healthkart in sector 31. I wanted to buy isopure zero or low carb.
                                      I though if i buy it from a store it would be more reliable but i was wrong.
                                      Once i bought the product i went to a nearby restaurant to sit down and have dinner. Once i opened the product only then i realized that this was not original isopure product but a duplicate. Even then i did not trust myself and had a scoop of it.

                                      The product was like mud. It turned into a sticky chocolate substance and did not melt in the mouth. So it was clear this was not original. I immediately went to the store to discuss matters.

                                      The sales person seemed to be prepared for an angry customer like me. He simply gave the standard line that they fake supplement sellers gives you. He said "the product should be tested by a lab".

                                      Another confirmation of a fake seller. Had a big argument with the seller but he was determined not to solve the problem. I was not asking for full refund. But some companies train their people to give bad customer service. Healthkart is one such company.

                                      Next thing i wrote to their customer service department. Just to understand if they knew what was going on. They were equally prepared with the same response for lab test.

                                      The problem is these people dream about being as big as amazon and have no clue about health industry. The ceos are from iit with no background of fitness or health.

                                      And I received fake products, it’s absolutely fake as symtha 6 was not sealed and bcaa xtend was half opened .

                                        I am very disappointed now. I am not getting my order after seven days while receiving the commitment from your side over mail that you will send it by monday. But till now i have not any information that when i will get this. Still on your website its showing my order is not process yet.

                                        The actual delivery date was 19th june 2019 when i did order this and today is 25th june.
                                        Can we get this today...??? Or we need to ask this question on your social media page also with all the screen shots.
