      I am writing this mail in utter disappointment with which I was for the past 10 months. I bought a Hero Optima from Vardhini Electric, Pallikaranai, Chennai.

      My first Battery started giving troubles and was given for replacement on Mar 2023. I still have not got the replacement battery yet. That's 10 months now. My second battery too started showing issues now.

      I have been reaching out to my showroom, area supervisor and his seniors.
      I rarely get the calls connected as it is always busy and I don't get a call back.

      I am tired of hearing stories and the team clearly said I was not in Critical list. What is not critical after waiting for more than 10 months ??

      Now that they added critical list, they said the battery would be delivered in 10-14 days. And it has been more than 45 days since it is critical list. Not sure what new story you are going to spin around now.

      If you don't have the batteries at least get the bike back and provide us with the working one. I feel it is a complete of waste of my money, my time and energy.

          WARRANTY CLAIM ON THE DTD.26/09/2023.
          But till now the battery is not received as well as dispatch email also is not received,
          So please you take necessary action, which will be very helpful for me.

            I purchased hero optima cx er dual-battery, one battery is not working well, so I already complaint the hero electric show room 3 month before, but still now not solved my complaint. Kindly do needful as soon as possible.
            I am buying an hero optima ex er electric scooter from Ajay Moters, Sant Nagar Burari, Delhi-110084 on 22/09/22.
            After 1Year 2 months the battery charger not working. The dealer suggests replacing the battery charger and ordering it. But even after 2 months nothing is happened. When contact the dealer, they replied that the battery charger does not get from the company and suggest waiting.
            Therefore, I hope an early proceeding about this mater from the company or take return the vehicle and encash. Otherwise, i am forced to take legal remedies.

                    Today morning my hero optima scooter got breakdown on the road. I called the dealer from where I purchased the scooter. Till now they didn’t respond or attend the problem. When I called they told they are busy. This was totally unacceptable from hero or from the dealer.

                      One of my batteries for my Hero Optima CXer is not working for a very long time. Service Center checked and registered a claim for replacement battery on July 7, 2023. It has been over five months now but we are still waiting for the replacement.

                      Whenever we go to the service center they say that they are not getting the replaced batteries from the company stock. Service center always gets the same response from the company that the battery is out of stock.

                      Please look into this matter and help us getting our replacement battery from the company at the earliest.

                        My optima cx hero electric scooty stopped working in 1 year. There was a problem in battery. Since it was under warranty, we submitted it to kant auto sales, from where scooty was bought, for replacement. The battery submission date was 07.09.2023. Since there there has been a long wait fir my battery. The customer support initially filed complaint but now they are not picking up call. I am utterly disappointed with the hero electric services. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                          Sir, i had purchased a vehicle (Nyx Li-ion) from Ved automobiles on 24-jun-2021, I have attached a copy of bill with the mail. The Battery of vehicle is from Hero(battery no-HE-GNF[protected].I have been facing charging issue since[protected], my battery was under warranty, so i reached to "Ved Automobile", they found that there was some fault in battery and they had started a process of replacement of battery (complaint id-B0525), but i have not received any resolution yet. It has been more than 4 months[protected] to[protected]
                          I request to you kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible and restore my faith in your service

                              I hope this communication reaches you in good health. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the Hero Electric Dealer Om Automobile Raipur showroom for their egregious lapse in service, leading to a severe inconvenience for me as a customer.

                              Approximately a year ago, I purchased a Hero Electric scooter from the aforementioned showroom, with a committed minimum range of 50 kilometers on a single charge. Regrettably, the vehicle's performance has significantly deteriorated, offering only 20 kilometers in a single charge. This not only disrupts my daily activities but also raises serious concerns about the product's quality.

                              Adding to my woes, the customer service from the showroom staff has been consistently subpar. Their conduct has been discourteous, and they have demonstrated a blatant disregard for customers. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue over the past 10 days, I have been met with false assurances and excuses.

                              Compounding the problem, my scooter has been languishing in the showroom for the specified duration, with the staff indicating the need for a spare battery. Shockingly, I have been informed that obtaining a replacement battery will take an inexplicably long two months. This implies that my vehicle will be rendered unusable for the next two months—an utterly unacceptable and intolerable situation.

                              In addition to enduring prolonged inconvenience, my attempts to communicate with the showroom owners have been fruitless, as they have consistently chosen to ignore my calls. Such unprofessional behavior not only reflects negatively on the brand but also signals a severe deficiency in their commitment to customer service.

                              Considering the gravity of the situation and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction, I am left with no choice but to seek your intervention and file a formal complaint against the [Company Name] Raipur showroom. This level of service not only tarnishes the reputation of the brand but also undermines the trust customers place in their products.

                              I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. My hope is that no other customer has to endure the distressing experience that I have faced.

                                      There was a motor leakage problem in my hero electric vehicle and the vehicle was delivered to the dealer for rectification. They said the motor has to be sent to the company for repair or replacement and will be returned by 10 days.

                                      Now its already more than 30 days there is no response from the dealer they are informing that still they have not got any response from the company.

                                      They have provided the claim no. VOR3000544

                                      When contacted the hero customer care it gets connected and gets automatically disconnected.

                                      I have sent email regarding the same, but there is not even a single reply for the email.
