I had reported my Hero Optima HX fault to Saraswati vihar dealer on 8-jun-2023. its been almost going to be 2 months but not getting any proper update. As per customer care the maximum time is about 1 month but its already 1 month past but still the fault is not rectified.

    June 3 gave my hero elctric bike battery they told within 15 days new battery will be issue but still today august 1 they were lieing and not picking my call.. Only phone number number gives and saying main head office problem what can we do ???? Dear sir as a customer i m facing problem from showroom kindly solve my problem..

      Bought around 10 months ago Hero Optima CX ER and during this period I had to visit service center for more than 10 times for various problems regarding battery, light, mileage, speed, etc. etc. Had to face serious problem in the mid of my journey several times. Though service center is very good and quite responsive, still I can't bear all these trouble anymore. Want my hard earned money back because I can't lose them like this. Feels like I had bought a second hand vehicle instead of new one. Very traumatic experience with Hero electric. Please help!

        The service professional Refused to replace it under warranty saying he hasn't still received his previous warranty claims and cannot take any more warranty claims

          I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the unresolved issue with my scooty battery replacement. On[protected], I filed a complaint (Complaint Number: B0136) at Hero Electric Sumitra Motors in Patna.

          Regrettably, the customer service manager's behavior has been unacceptably rude, and despite multiple visits, my calls have gone unanswered, and I am yet to receive any assistance with the matter.

          As my primary mode of transportation, the prolonged delay in battery replacement is causing severe inconvenience. I urgently request your intervention to resolve this matter promptly and provide the necessary support.

          Your urgent attention to this issue is appreciated.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am still waiting for the battery replacement of my two wheeler - Hero Optima. I am waiting for the replacement since December 2022.

            How long will I have to wait for the battery replacement? Sorry to say but I am tired of the answers (from Customer care - ccare.[protected]@heroco.com) that the team is working on the battery replacement issue.

            I expect an exact schedule for the battery replacement.

            I once again request you to address the issue immediately.

            The two wheeler was purchased from Indira agency Nashik.

              After approx 5 6 month Vehicle is completely Disturbed and I call many time but they didn't consider our calls and argue about to send the vehicles at Bikaner and after sending vehicles they took approx 10 day yo return the Same now since last 6 month same situation is their I call many time visit showroom also but they Didn't consider And asked is to sale the vehicles or threw the vehicle and said that they are unable to give serives in any condition

                      I have some problem in my nyx scooty,
                      I have given to your baguihati, Kolkata showroom.
                      They received my scooty, and tell repair will within 3days, but 5days have been passed, no postive reply yet to be made,
                      They are saying call After 5days,
                      They say to take my scooty back, as they have no time to repair.
                      Instead of saling new scooty you have to work out for after sales service.
                      Awaiting for your response.

                            Issue: On 26/06/23 the vehicle got problem with its DC and Meter screen. Upon checking engineer says both need to be replaced and paid for. There is no fault of mine in this. The vehicle has been only 3 months since purchase and it is getting into such major issues. I cannot pay for something which is not my fault. The company needs to take care of this issue.

                              Dear Sir,

                              We have bought ATRIA ELECTRIC SOOTER from Lakulish Motors, Ellora Park, Vadodara, Gujarat. on the name of BALVANTSINH SLATANSINH BARIA.

                              Our scooter with dealer for repair and waiting to replace the Battery Part (Under Warranty) since last 1 Month. we have following up with dealer since longtime and according to Dealer part not yet supplied from company and they don't know it will take how many days to reach the part to dealership.

                              We are really disappointed from your company, and answer we got from your dealer, really very pathetic service of HERO ELECTRIC, we have bought 2 scooter from your company, and the service experience is very bad.

                              Please take this matter seriously and do the necessary action immediately to solve the issue, otherwise will escalate the matter to next level.

THE Problem was motor of the vehicle got stuck on running But the vehicle motor is not available at the dealer.                                     i have not received any low battery indication, sometime my e vehicle is discharged on the road even battery is full as per indicator.
                                    i already mail for the same but no response

                                        I have cruze 2015model I purchased in Oct2015 that time which battery fitted its damaged after running 11months company replaced its U/w but again battery damaged 10months that time i pay for battery approx Rs.9000. After that jhad purchased the battery in 2021 in Rs.12500 but this battery damaged after 10 months and again replaced battery U/w but next battery damaged after running only 9months . how can possible running only 9 to 10 months . I want to replaced my bike battery without any cost and check the dealers hand I already complained in ur toll-free nos. But no responce sorry to say your service is very bad
