I have cruze 2015model I purchased in Oct2015 that time which battery fitted its damaged after running 11months company replaced its U/w but again battery damaged 10months that time i pay for battery approx Rs.9000. After that jhad purchased the battery in 2021 in Rs.12500 but this battery damaged after 10 months and again replaced battery U/w but next battery damaged after running only 9months . how can possible running only 9 to 10 months . I want to replaced my bike battery without any cost and check the dealers hand I already complained in ur toll-free nos. But no responce sorry to say your service is very bad

Electric scooter purchased last year August 2022.
since then 3 times battery fault...
no response from company as well as show room side...
need to refund my money...

But got no response from hero electric
It's been more than 45 days since I've claimed for the replacement

While swtiching on fuse of the scooter there produce white smoke and burnt smell from near by fuse

Hello my name is uddhav Dhondiram sonawane i have optima model schooter recently out of two battery one got faulty so it is in warranty so i submitted to hero electric showroom aurangabad mondha naka in April month but still not get New battery
when i got new battery to me

MAIL - 1) I have taken hero optima electric bike in oct 22 not completed at least 1 year also suddenly lock come out with key and my handle locked am at out side of my home. i approached ankur motors thadban, sec bad same day i approched them but my problem not not sort out by them they are telling different different reason, lock set not available in our showroom it will take time like they replied, their service also not giving proper guide lines.

MAIL - 2) Worrest service of this vehicle completely they are testing my tollerence, while handle lock how to i move vehicle from there think once showroom people telling not possible home service like I have taken my bike from that showroom ankur motors, thadbam, secunderabad, even not responding properly, lock not available in our branch they are telling, with in the year this problem arrived how we will bear tell please

I want immediate solution/compensation who will bear this amount and take immediate action on that showroom.

And just now I spoke with showroom manager he is talking irresponsibully he is telling lock set available in another branch and you should ask them after that I called another showroom they are telling lock set available but home service not possible like they are telling, i purchased with value of of 93k and within The 1year this problem arrived you people don't have any responsibility to resolve this issue, i tried approaching but no one is responding.

I bought the vehicle hero electric photon in Feb 2022(Rego number: AP39 MG 1948), the vehicle stopped working. The vehicle is at the service centre in kadapa(Pin code: 516001), they say the issue is with the controller and ask us to pay Rs.6000 to fix it. I have checked with the hero electric customer care and they say it is covered under warranty for 3 years. Show room manager says the controller comes with 1 year warrany and ask us to pay Rs.6000(including serivce charges) to fix it.

Very unhappy with the service and quality of the vehicle.

Any help in fixing the issue is really appreciated. I will be contacted on [protected]

I am purchase Hero Optima CX on 30 Aug 2023 in janjgir .CG Government 10% subsidy Not recive, i'm contact Hero electric showroom Janjgir & Bsp but the are not resolve my issue. Other person get subsidy but my subsidy is not recive.. Please resolve my problem.

मैंने तिलक नगर दिल्ली से न्यू गोल्डन स्टोर से हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर ऑप्टिमा ड्यूल बैटरी नोबबर 2022 में।खरीदा था। स्कूटर की क्वालिटी बहुत ज्यादा खराब है। स्कूटर में केवल बैटरी बैकअप ही अच्छा है बाकी कुछ भी अच्छा नही है लगातार कुछ न कुछ खराब होता रहता है। पावर बिल्कुल नही है छोटी छोटी चढ़ाई और गड्ढो में ये स्कूटी अटक जाती है। टायर बहुत खराब है बहुत ज्यादा स्लिप होते है ब्रेक लगते ही नही है। बार बार कमजोर हो जाते है। आगे वाला टायर और रिम बहुत ही कमजोर क्वालिटी की है। आगे का मडगार्ड टूट गया है और सर्विस सेंटर पर पूछा तो बताया गया कि इस मॉडल की सभी स्कूटरों में मडगार्ड टूट ही रहा है। वो चेंज करवाओगे तो भी टूट जाएगा। स्कूटी का ग्राउंड क्लेरेंस बहुत ज्यादा कम है छोटे छोटे स्पीडब्रेकर पर गाड़ी नीचे से टकरा जाती है। गाड़ी की डिस्प्ले लाइट बहुत ज्यादा तेज है। रात को इससे विजिबलिटी काफी खराब हो जाती है। गाड़ी की बैटरी आधी होते ही गाड़ी की जान लगभग खत्म हो जाती है। हीरो ने जिस प्राइस में ये मॉडल दिया है वो बिल्कुल गलत ही। गाड़ी से कभी भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है। कंपनी इस समस्या का solution करे अन्यथा मजबूरन हमे उपभोक्ता फोरम की शरण मे जाना होगा।

I bought a Hero Optima HX on[protected] and got issue as below
1- Meter stopped working with in 2 months and replaced by Dealer with older one which is very pathetic look
2-Battery changed button stopped working in one month and it is replaced by dealer after paid 500 rs but it is still not working
3-Speed Issue as meter is showing 45 KPH but actually it running 25 KPH .I log this complaint 6 month before but still solution is not provided
4- after contacting with customer care multiple time I have received one engineer no that is Chaitanya (Mob-[protected]) when I contact him yesterday he start abusing me and told me that I will not resolved your issue and do what ever you can do .

Very disappointed with this type of customer support we are getting from Hero Electric

I have bought hero optima CX on 30-03-23 and after twenty days there was issue in battery and ecu i was promised to replace but they didn't replace it and it's been more than 23 days since I have given my scooty in their showroom

My scooty motor not running properlly some time motor run time shocked
2 time my father accident when driveing because motor between running stucked . hero dealer RS Sales 5 no. n.i.t faridabad owner told company policy when motor fully jamed then company taken action whether family member died driveing time rs sales talking behaviour not good.
please take action and resolve

I have brought a optima hx vehicle in Sri Lakshmi motors vijayawada and the controller had been burnt and I informed mr.pavanreddy a employe in hero electric Hyderabad had said that he will place the order and the controller will be dispatched in a week and now it has been 20 days since the controller burnt and there is no response i need immediate call back and no body is responding even the show room

I have purchased Hero Optima cx electric scooter on dt.17/8/2022.from Agarwal Agency Aurangabad Maharashtra.The scooter switched off any time, tjough it is fully charged.No electric supply or connection apears or shows.when we disconect battery and reconnect it, then it start . After full charging it should run at least 50 km but its battery indicates low battery after 20-25 km.I have complaint to service centre many times but they couldn't solve the problem.

Dear Team

I bought Hero Optima CX in Chennai Eco Motors, Perungalathur, Chennai. Within 30 days, the battery got fired while riding on the road. i immediatly stopped the vehicle and pushed the vehicle for almost 3km to home.

I informed the dealer and he asked to contact the service center. When i contacted the Hero Electric service center, Tambaram, Chennai, they asked me to bring the vehicle. But the location was more than 20km from my residence. The checked the battery and told this is faulty and it needs to be replaced.

Upon, several followups, they are not replacing the battery.

My job card number in tambaram service center is 847.

Please help in this regard to get the battery as soon as possible.

To be frank, hero electric vehicles are not using quality products. They are cheating people. Please stop those vehicles as they are threaten to life.

How shameless they are! if battery got exploded, then think what could have happened.

I have purchased a Hero Electric Scooty Optima Dual Battery from Hero Electric Scooty Showroom Sikar on 30 Jun 2022, however I have not received the subsidy amount as promised by the dealer. I have visited the showroom several times however I have not received a satisfactory reply from them. May I request you to direct concerned staff to release the subsidy amount at the earliest.
