I had reported my Hero Optima HX fault to Saraswati vihar dealer on 8-jun-2023. its been almost going to be 2 months but not getting any proper update. As per customer care the maximum time is about 1 month but its already 1 month past but still the fault is not rectified....

June 3 gave my hero elctric bike battery they told within 15 days new battery will be issue but still today august 1 they were lieing and not picking my call.. They received my scooty, and tell repair will within 3days, but 5days have been passed, no postive reply yet to be made,
They are saying call After 5days,
They say to take my scooty back, as they have no time to repair.
Instead of saling new scooty you have to work out for after sales service.
