The complaint is regarding the dealer ( R. S. Sales. Faridabad) and Hero Electric.
My vehicle (Hero NYX HX) display got an ECU error on 12 August 2023 and I submitted it to dealer service on the same date. They took 6 days to check why the error was coming. And the complaint was made on 18 August 2023.
I have been updated that your motor is not working properly and will changed under warranty. It will take 60 days to get it replaced.
I asked the dealer if the process would take such a long time and how I was going to manage my daily travel. As his reply was for further I may contact to company toll-free number.
I contacted to company and they also replied Sir it will take 45 to 60 days.

And after some days the controller complaint has been made by dealer as it will also changed under warranty.

I tried contacting Hero electric official as follows:
1. Naveen Munjal
2. Sohinder Gill
3. Sanjeev Sharma
4. Jaspal Singh
5. Saurabh Bohra

But they didn't reply to my email.

I am having a daily loss of 500 rupees but still no positive response from the Hero Electric team.

I have been sending daily reminders on those emails but no positive response. Please help me out with this situation.

      I have purchased hero electric scooty from tezpur but feeling totally waste of money as from the beginning it was showing error and problem repaired by them after taking the scooty to the centre now I have been transferred to 70 km away and two days ago my scooty totally break down and I stucked in middle of road I have taken online help but nothing worked now they are telling to bring the scooty at Tezpur service centre and denied to give the service, it's totally shows the inability of service hero electric .

        I had purchased hero lectro kinza from amazon. Within 3-4 months after buying, it started to give issues. Paddle assist lights starts blinking and stops paddle assist and throttle suddenly in the middle of ride which is very serious on road and prone to accident. Even after so many repeated complaints and followups my bike has not been rectified. All dealers deny warranty coverage for online purchase. Also they are charging hefty amounts in[protected] for warranry support forcefully in name of complaint register and service as inspection charges. If the product has issues why to pay inspection and faulty item replacement charges for installation. They charge 30k for a cycle yet they dont provide warranty coverage on actual ground. Why to pay charges in warranry period. Its been more than a year of first complaint still problem is not resolved and product warranty peroid reached expiry. Thats the scam strategy of hero lectro company.

          There is a motor issue in my scooty . I have handover my scooty to lakulish motor vadodara Gujarat for repair on 10 th July .He told me that scooty will repair on 15 th July...but after many calls he has not repaired my ...Due to non ability of my scooty I have suffered too much...I have called to customer care approximately 1000 times ..but I didn't get reply ...suddenly one day customer care received my call and promise that within one week scooty will repair..but already after talking to customer care 15 days had gone..but scooty not repair ..

          On 29 Aug 23 Lakulish motor person told that motor is unserviseable and it will go into warranty

          But they told there is shortage of motor in company ..

          Sir I request you to please provide motor to showroom for early repair and provide motor so that my scooty will get repair soon.

            I purchased hero nyx silver hs 500 er from chennai eco motars on 06/01/2022
            i complainet to service center in tirumullaivoyel, 06*06/2023
            i was paid money for battery checking
            technician told me battery dead . Company will replace battery 30 days but 90days passed still i am not getting
            vhecile not use in 3 months .
            Customer care no not answer the phone
            service center staff innocent they dont have any answer for when available /

              I have a purchase hero electric nyx, some time I face problem in hero battery in waranty period, I have submitted my battery in the service center at ajmer raj., There showroom staff attitude very bad, staff don't co-operate me, battery checked in a week and said that new battery given Me in two month, I have problem that, please resolve my battery replacement problems and take a right action against the service center staff

                  Hi,

                  My father bought a Hero electric Nyx scooter at SUNDEEP E-BIKES, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. The scooter connection was broken on the front and back wheels. Raised complaint approximately a month and Dealer also multiple times mail to Hero Electric company but Hero Electric company not responding at all. scooter also within the warranty period. This type of behavior is the worst ever.

                      Worst service I have ever face waste of money 1. Back light not available form 1 year
                      2. Handle alignment no technician for handle repair at showroom, we have to do out side
                      3. Plastic quality very cheap Speedo meter cover is broken, cover is also no available at showroom from 1 year
                      4 back brake lever is broken that is also not available at showroom from last 10 days, so I can’t drive this bi

                            I have purchased Optima CX from your outlet at Bhilai Chhattisgarh, Preet Electric. The services of the store are very pathetic. This outlet is inferior at providing regular vehicle services. Also, last month my vehicle charger is not working and I have been advised that it has to be replaced. So I submitted it. It has been a month I have not received any update on the same I am trying to connect to the outlet the number provide is out of service or switched off. The owner is not even bothered to talk. He cuts the phone as soon as he realises that this call is about complaining.

                              My vehicle battery replacement initiated from may 23 - till now it is not delivered - For reference ( invoice number 268, dtd 09.03.23), hero optima E5 grey.

                              Over a phone virudhachalam, Neyveli & Cuddalore hero electric scooter showroom are not responding properly and electric scooter was purchased at Cuddalore, for complaint given to Neyveli & from there shifted to virudhachalam for battery replacement.

                              Hero electric scooter- service is worst and performance is very poor.

                              Take action against these dealers.

                                I have issue in my motor and i have complained and file a claim as my vehicle is under warranty. i have filled claim in June but now august came but there is no response from service centre as well as agency even not with hero electric support team.
                                does it take 2-3 month to replace a single motor? .I would like to know why there was so much in delay in dispatching the warranty parts.
                                kindly look into that matter, consumer is disappointed by hero after sales support.

                                  My dissatisfaction with the battery replacement service provided by Hero Electric. I purchased a Hero Electric Optima electric scooter in March 2022, and the battery was under warranty for three years. However, in June 2023, the battery started to malfunction and would only last for a few kilometers on a single charge. I took the scooter to the nearest Hero Electric service center (Sneha Auto E-Rickshaw Private Limited Patna Bihar), Job Card No- SSAEPL/2324/0665) and they told me that the battery needed to be replaced. I am still waiting for the battery replacement of my two-wheeler, and how long will I have to wait for the battery replacement?

                                  I am very dissatisfied with the way that Hero Electric has handled this situation. I feel that I have been misled and that I am not getting the service that I am entitled to. I am requesting that Hero Electric replace the battery. If this is not possible, I would like a full refund for the scooter.

                                    I had reported my Hero Optima HX fault to Saraswati vihar dealer on 8-jun-2023. its been almost going to be 2 months but not getting any proper update. As per customer care the maximum time is about 1 month but its already 1 month past but still the fault is not rectified.

                                        Bought around 10 months ago Hero Optima CX ER and during this period I had to visit service center for more than 10 times for various problems regarding battery, light, mileage, speed, etc. etc. Had to face serious problem in the mid of my journey several times. Though service center is very good and quite responsive, still I can't bear all these trouble anymore. Want my hard earned money back because I can't lose them like this. Feels like I had bought a second hand vehicle instead of new one. Very traumatic experience with Hero electric. Please help!
