    I purchased hero electric optima cx ER in 26 January and within 2 months first the chargee got damaged it took 2 months for replacement then after 6 month it's motor got damaged half way while traveling it's the worst part of their service i mentioned the dealer earlier that the motor is making sound but they refused to service it and said it's due to water struck in break.and will automatically work in few days .but in few days the motor damaged and when I registered the complaint to dealer they said it will take 21 to 69 days for the replacement but after 55 days uts not being dispatched from their factory. It's like for a simple thing they neeed years because they use chinise product in their scooty they are the thief who took money from government and used product of china in name of India made . Also their customers service and representative doesn't support and ignore the calls from customer . They provide wrong email and number in their brochure and not mentioned these replacement delays in their book . While buying they doesn't let you know the mistakes you're making by purchasing the worst 2 wheeler in name of hero company. They just behave worst than a local made scooty . I want to complaint about that delay in the motor replacement by their side and assurrence form them about the future needs because such chinise product won't work for next 6 months it will get damaged every 6 month . VOR3000027 it's the claim number.

      Purchased vehicle on 19/05/2023 from next day we noted the problem in meter reflection showing wrong reading and no information how much kilometar it run no proper uses of battery showing because of this we face 3 time break down in between way. visited more then 5 time to for resolving this issue but yet no solution and very unprofessional way of talking by staff always ready to misbehave. keep my vehicle more than 20 days in service center but still same issue. From 27/09/2023 vehicle is standing with Sri Shakti Hero Electric madanapalle for problem solution but yet no information by them.
      They sold 2nd hand vehicle with company ownership (Sri Shakti Hero Electric) for some kind of subsidy without in knowledge to me while i bought they promise for ownership transfer within 15 days but till today no ownership changed still its showing on dealer name (Sri Shakti Hero Electric) its illegale trade they are doing .
      So please take some action against this. they are not transferring ownership while i request many time for the same.

        We have Purchased Hero Electric Photon LP Matt Black Model on 22 April 2022, With 3 Years of Warranty of Motor, Charger, and Battery. in July 2023, We got an issue with the charger as the charger was not working and we were not able to charge our vehicle we submitted the charger to dealer office under warranty claim and the same was expected to receive within one month, but It has been more than 2 months and we have not receive the charger and we are not able to use the vehicle my sister is facing a lot of trouble due to this. we are not happy with the service of Hero Electric as well as Dealer, they are not resolving the issue and also not providing proper response to it. We Request you to kindly Intervine and please provide us our charger as claimed so that we can start using our vehicle or else the battery will start weaken without charger.

          I have been writing emails to the company for one month and they have not taken a single step to resolve my complaint and now who is responsible for my loss of one month of warranty period

          I am writing to complain about the poor service I received at the Hero Electric service centre in Sriganganagar, Rajasthan on 20 September 2023. I visited the service centre to get my electric scooter checked and serviced, but I was met with indifference and rudeness from the staff and the owner.

          No one was willing to spare any time to attend to my request or listen to my concerns. The owner was very rude and said that there was no staff available to help me. He also refused to give me any information about the status of my scooter or the estimated time of completion. He told me to come back later or go to another service centre.

          To make matters worse, the owner of the service centre said that vehicles made by your company have so many faults that they cannot complete everybody’s requests. If that is true, then why is your company not taking any action to improve the quality and performance of your products?

          I am utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I was treated at the service centre. It was the worst service experience I have ever had in my life. I expected better from a reputed company like Hero Electric, which claims to be India’s first and largest manufacturer of electric two-wheelers.

          I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action against the staff, the owner, and the owner of the service centre. I also request you to resolve my query and provide me with a satisfactory service for my electric scooter as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, my trust in your company will be broken and I will have no choice but to switch to another brand.

              I have purchased hero electric scooter on 25 May 23 from Balaji Motors but battery is not working properly regarding this I have complaint on 02 Oct 23. But still not received any confirmation from Company side. Regarding this I have several times tried to reach customer care but no response yet now. I am serving soldier and now posted at Sikkim. I am very disturbing from Company side while during purchase time Company give warranty up to 3 year.

                  Sir i have one hero electric scooty last 25 aug 2022., and i m a Govt Teacher so daily i m going to on duty by my scooty. its very needful for me. yesterday i am reched on Shivam Electric Gonad and very hardly request to him for check my scooty battery. they checked it and find the battery is no respnce so he said to me that your battery is fuilty . so i request to him for claim he give it me a claim no 0180. but he says to me your claim battery is changed after 2 to 4 month. Sir how can i go on duity in this time period .Thats not fair, I m facing daily trafic and transporting problem so plz earlier to chaneg my scooty battery. Otherwise I will take action.

                      I am owner of Optima CX Hero electric bike, which was purchase last year September 2022. Now this is my third serving and Ravet service center not provider water washing with paid servicing and gives the reason as per bellow:
                      If Optima CX washed by water, the electric motor was burst and we are not give any water washing to customer, any Optima CX electric bike.
                      Customer can do on there own risk.

                      I need clarification about this from Hero electric, if its motor burst by water washing then what is our safety in rainy season.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing this email to file a complaint regarding my Hero Photon electric scooter. I purchased it on January 20, 2022, and during the second year o[censored]se, the vehicle shut down and I was unable to ride it for more than 2 km.
                        I approached the agency where I purchased the motorcycle about a month ago. They confirmed that the battery has some issues and needs to be replaced. However, I have not received any response from them yet. When I contacted the agency, they said that I have to wait until this month end or next month to replace the battery.

                        My 70-year-old father uses this scooter frequently, and he has been stuck many times as a result of this issue. This is causing us a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

                        I chose Hero Photon over other companies because of their brand. However, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service and support provided by your company.
                        Solution which i am looking for

                        need the battery to be replaced within 3 days.

                          I was facing issue with battery in Hero Electric Optima. I drop my scooty about 3 months ago to service center. Everytime when I ask for update the told me it will take 10 more days. Now its 3 months gone and I am still waiting for delivery of my vehicle. Everytime it happens like this. In 3 years of history of my scooty arround 2 years, scooty was there in service center. And now in few months warranty will be over. It is very bad service that Hero Electric is providing to customer. I want to claim comapny for all of my loss.

Problem - The consumer has purchased an electric scooter from Hero Electric Company. The battery of the consumer's vehicle has deteriorated. I am writing to express my concern regarding the charger for my Hero Electric vehicle, which has not been functioning properly for the past four months.                                     For the last four months, I have been experiencing charging problems with the provided charger.                                     I have reached out to your GUPTA AUTO WORKS JAMMU (Email 180010.gup.[protected]@gmail.com) previously regarding this issue, but unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. Given the extended duration of this issue, I kindly request that you replace the charger as soon as possible to ensure the reliable operation of my Hero Electric vehicle.I want to tell you that i am now fed up with going to your hero electric gupta auto works and smart bikes swankha more.

                                    I understand that equipment can sometimes experience technical difficulties, but I believe that four months is a considerable amount of time to go without a functioning charger. I trust that Hero Electric values its customers and their satisfaction and will promptly address this issue.

                                      Hi, I am the owner of the Hero Electric scooter Flash and have been using it for the last 12 months. It worked well initially but started giving battery issues with in a year after the purchase.

                                      We have connected with Dealer couple of times in the past and got it fixed. Not sure what was the real problem but upon checking we were told there were some wiring issues and have been fixed.

                                      But this problem continued and after every couple of days scooter started giving major problem and used to stop right on the middle of road with no warning signs of battery draining.

                                      We have explained this to the dealer couple of times but dealer could not find the root cause. Upon asking by us, dealer agreed to keep the vehicle with him for a longer period so it can ridden enough to recreate the real problem.

                                      Later upon visiting them, one of the service men confirmed that he rode the scooter and he could recreate the issue and explained that this battery is malfunctioning and after a little riding for few KMs, power of batter just freezes and it stops working.

                                      On 19th August we handed over the scooter to the dealer and dealer agreed to raise this with HERO electric with the assurance that batter will be replaced in 2 weeks of time. it has been almost a month now but we have no updates from the dealer. He hardly opens his shop and phone is hardly switched on.

                                      when we call service man, they simply say we do not know much about it and route us back to the shop owner.

                                      We called HERO electric support number numerous times but it is never answered.

                                      Through this email, we are kindly requesting you to look into this matter on urgent basis and provide a resolution.

                                        I raised a complaint for faulty battery in Viraj Automobiles service center Panipat on 30th July 2023 but i dint get battery replacement till now. Its been almost two months. I called to service center and showroom Manager as well but they are not giving proper answer. Can you pl take appropriate action on this.
