Since bought a scoote, since then, there are some technical problems in it. Some time back the company kept the scooter for 3 months. Having said that the parts are not available.3 months later parts were put. Now again the scooter has been closed for 1 month and it is saying that after 1 month the parts. I am upset and want my refund back to the scooter company.

    I am sapna agnihotri mob:-[protected] it is inform to you that i have purchase a scooter model “hero optima” thru your esteemed dealer point “ ved automobile” on dt. 09/12/19 in kanpur but after 2 days we were facing the problem in battery then we saw in dealer point 3-4 times but there is no proper response from dealer & he told they has been complain in company gurgaon but till now no response from company.

    Kindly requested you please look at this matter on priority basis as i know it is esteemed organization which take the value for the customer satisfaction otherwise i shall bound to take legal action

      Dear sir/mam,

      I purcahse a new hero electric scooty 01 year before from bansur alwar. My quire is that i was going to bansur hero showroom for scooty battery change on sep.19 and company manger said that battery not availabe at this time so you left scooty for 2 ya 3 days. I left my scooty and when i call after 5 days than showroom manager said that battery not come from alwar so your scooty bettry not change. Its.. Ok : no. Problem... But you are surprise that my scooty bettery not change till today. I think 04 month is very long time and you are surprise that i not received my scooty yet. So i liable for police ya court case on your hero company. Please resolved my query with in 02 days after 02 day sourly i registered court case.

        I have purchased hero electric scooter model-nyx e5 (Black) in last year oct18 from ved automobiles, kanpur (Up). My bike registration no. Up78fl5337. From day1 i have some complication with bike and informed to distributor but they always assure me for best service but i am not satisfied with service. My bike is not in moveable condition for last two months and stand in distributor's workshop. According to distributor motor is not working properly but there is no solution. Kindly help me.

          I have purchase here Electric Optima Lead Acid ( Electric Bike ) from Kolathur Branch Chennai Dealer on 10.10.2019 ( Invoice attached for ready reference )

          My vehicle has no mileage no pickup and vehicle got startup problem ( unable to accelerate the vehicle )

          When i contact the dealer they ask us to leave the vehicle at showroom but i am unable to drove the vehicle how could i do so

          i have given email to company and got reply from customer care that you may call chennai engineer Mr. Mohan and still calling him

          There is no response from dealer end nor chennai engineer end.

          One of executive of PErambur called me and ask for service charge for site work.

            I had purchased a bike from hero electrical dealer thude automabilies shivajinagar pune on 27 oct 2017, (Chasis no mephephfl[protected] and that time they have given warranty for 2 years, and in aug 2019 i am facing the problem cannot drive more than 5 km.
            This point i communicate with the dealer but no response, after that i had done mail to hero electrical on sep 19 but no the response i have given reminder 3 -4
            Times and got the reply on 11 nov your bike is out of warranty still i inform them before the warranty.
            Before 27 oct they call me and told to communicate with other dealers he is saying you have only 1-year warranty but it manual it is mentioned 2 year

            Speedometer is not showing the original speed.
            It's not showing more than 37km/hr when it's originally runed more than 37.
            There are no service system in that showroom. And they are not sharing the process to get the free service and subsidy also.
            I want to get the subsidy immediately.
            So please help me to get that's.
            Or tell me the original process.

              I have been using this hero electric photon li since last one year it had good performance however 2 times it happened suddenly on road it stopped working the battery was full and suddenly it drops down i can't put head lights i can blow horn can not give right left signal as if battery is down i stay in chinchwad and regularly serviced photon as per scheduled given by hero
              1st time it happened we called local dealers technician and he fixed it
              This time also we have to call local dealer technician only he will come after 2 days i have to keep my e bike road side which is very risky

              Can you please help on this why would that bike will suddenly stop working in spite serviced regularly it leaves me in real vulnerable situation since never expect such thing will happen with hero e bike which is higher end model photon li
              Can you please help me to fix this issue it happened 2 time in last 6 months

                I have given my hero electric wave for servicing at mysore on 16/8/19. Till now i haven't got the vehicle back. The people don't respond properly, instead tell to contact somebody else who is not there. Moreover the manager or the owner is rude and claims that he is very busy and can't give running commentary about the vehicle service inspite of keeping the vehicle for month. He doesn't have the courtesy of hearing and responding to customer's quiry. Till date i have visited to enquire about my vehicle status, nobody in the showroom have given the right response. Till date i have not recieved any communication about the status and probable amount of service and date of delivery of the vehicle. I don't know how long they keep on doing this. No customer comes out of this showroom happily with such unorganized customer unfriendly setup.

                  I purchased scooty on 10 Oct but due to break prob of snooty I got accident 6 times. It's service is also not good.my first claim is not cleared and second claim no one is coming to check it.
                  Plz inform me time limit of seveayer.after accident I have to wait one month to get back snooty. I have called so many times to customer care but did not get any result.
                  Plz solve my prob.

                    Hello,

                    I would like to bring few issue in everybody notice that i bought nyx e-5 on 14th july 2019 from dwarka motors. I was very happy because i could save environment & money both.
                    1. After three days lock below seat was not in working condition. When i put key to open the seat then it was moving all around. I was not able to charge the battery because charger was locked in seat. Somehow i managed to open the seat and charged the battery. Next days i went to workshop & he fixed the lock. Also he found some wires were burn near connecter. He also fixed that issue on that day.
                    2. After few days lock condition was again same. Also when i was riding the scooter on saturday evening then sound of scooter went high like sound of old buses when he use brakes. Sound was unbearable and scooter also run with lot of jerk. I called the workshop person and tell this issue. He denied to send his person but when i request him then he told that person will come next day but he will charge rs. 200 for visit. I had no option and i agree to pay rs. 200. Somehow i managed to bring scooter to workshop on sunday morning and workshop engineer found that wire was burn near connecter which he fixed few days back. He changed the lock also. Also charger socket was also not working which he changed. I was totally frustrated as i wasted 3 hours.
                    3. Same issue i faced after few days. Fortunately when i reached to workshop, two engineers was also there from hero electric and they assured me that this problem will not come again. I was too upset this time as i came 3 times in workshop with in one month.
                    4. Now again i am feeling that brake is tight, some times sound of scooter is very high and i feel there is some issue in scooter again. It can be stop any time.
                    5. Also want to let you know that there is two more big problems in this scooter. It is very uncomfortable when ride. 1st issue is brake – it is too hard & looks like hero electric put cycle brakes in it. Always feel jerk when use brakes. The biggest drawback is it can’t be usable if you push break suddenly. If you are at the speed of 30-35 and use break suddenly then it will not work and you will get hurt badly. 2nd issue is shocker, looks like there is no shocker as we feel heavy jerk when it goes to broken road.
                    6. They claim 50-60 kms in one charge but it can’t go above that 35-40 kms.

                    You can’t compare this with another scooter because quality of this scooter is too low. I paid rs. 71k and feel i wasted my complete money after buying this. I would like to return this scooter to hero electric asap due to these issues.

                      Hi,

                      We have buy an electric scooter in last month .Everything is good in scooter, its speed, charging and smoothness in ride.This scooty is used by my wife .It has been observed there is manufacture fault in scooter .The kilometer running in ride is showing wrong. This is very funny actual ride kilometer has almost 20 Kms difference which we have found in testing of two scooter.I would like to request please change faulty part of scooty asap.We have inform to the dealer also but it is company fault not dealer fault.My scooter should be changed or part of the scooter get replaced.

                        I had purchased optima bike in feb 2019. I am facing lots of issue from may 2019 as follow:

                        1) this bike usually suffers from many electrical problems like buzzer is not properly working, tail bulb indication.
                        2) this bike is consist of inappropriate battery case area that's why battery jumps during travelling over speed breakers.
                        3) i found damage area (Hole) at the bottom of battery case. Due to this damage part, water comes inside battery case which is harmful for battery.
                        4) shockupser of bike is inappropriately fitted which lead to uncomfortable feeling while traveling.

                          Sir, i bought a hero cruz (Motor serial no. Lojc17h0206 and frame no. Hcz17k0101) on 23/03/2018 and have been having a persistent rear wheel braking problem (Too much sound when rear wheel brakes were applied). Initially the brake drum had sheared/broken, which was duly changed by the resp. Showroom in aug 2018. But the problem is still existing to this day, to which the showroom/dealer is not paying any heed to.
                          And secondly my li-ion battery had worn out within the warranty period on feb 2019, which was duly changed by the dealer. But i was charged a transportation fee (Rs 150) as well as testing fees (Rs 150). But no bill was provided to me.
                          So i would request you to kindly address my matter with utmost urgency.

                              I have purchased the hero electric flash on dated 26/07/2018 at durgapur (West bengal) and after 11 months o[censored]sage, the battery charger has been completely dead on yesterday with very hot. I have given the same to dealer but he refused to change under guarantee. As per dealer and engineer statement that the sealed had been broken.

                              Hence, this is not the proper reason for guarantee not covering and this is the completely harassing the customer.

                              Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and please change the charger which is under warranty.

                                  I m Taran singh hereby to explain everything clearly.. I repurchase a battery for my hero flash from golden motors jaipur for Rs 11500/-... As per offer if i used paytm to pay amount of rs 11500/-, i was able to get cashback of rs 2000/- .. I called golden motors to fix a battery to my home a get payment through paytm by your employee. He send a person who fixed a battery and in a call conversation, the golden motor owner forget to tell the instruction, who to get cashback offer, ., ., .
                                  After a day, a week, a month he excuses me again & again for some day, he ll make assure me to gift a voucher, and i have to collect from his showroom.. But now he is clearly answering me that this fault called by chance.. Now he ll not able to help me at all.. He have to guide a costumer how to they get there cashback.. Now Just sorry. . a 2000/- sorry.. Kindly resolve my issue.. Plz...

                                    My name is virabhadra magadum i am from pune. I have purchased flash from egalaxy motors chikhali 3 months ago with registration no. Mh14hl6626.
                                    On 29/06/19 while on the way to my home the bike suddenly got off and the accelerator stopped working, the car behind me applied emergency brakes and saved me from getting hit by him and abused for doing such type of nonsense on road. All this has happened because of your faulty vehicle.
                                    On the very next day i went to the dealer and told mr. Madan bidave and sujata madam about the problem they suggested me to change the connector which will cost me for rs.650.
                                    Even after reminding them about warranty they refused my request. Even after replacing the connector that cost me rs.650 the problem is not solved.
                                    Please look into the matter so that nobody has to face such issue in future. It seems like i have taken wrong decision to purchase a evehicle from your company.
                                    Hereby i request you to solve the issue without putting any burden on my wallet or provide me a new vehicle or return me my hard earned money.

                                        The mcb of the scooter gets off automaticaly and on 20th it got off in the road, i called sri vardhini ventures mysore who promised that they would give service by evening, for which they did not turn up.
                                        Again the next day i. E., on 21/05/2019 i called them who said they will send by this evening. When we called in the evening they said will not send any person and talked very rudely.
                                        Previously for the same scooter when there was a issue with the battery they refused to look into the matter for more thean two months.
                                        This shows how irresponsible the dealer and the company is.
