      Dear,

      I have purchased Hero Electric Optima Hx dual battery model in reference to my order #206824 for my wife Anuradha Bhattacharya. After receiving my EV, I have noticed two major issues :

      1. Some noise is coming from the front mudguards which sounds very bad.

      2. Back shocker is very bad hence taking a person on back creating a major issues. Many time the back wheel touches the back mudguards. When I discussed the issues with the dealer they just removed the back mudguards but in result of that now the wheel touches the battery cover when two person on ride.

      I am attaching some images of that issue along with my order details Kindly do the needful in this regard.

          I had purchased Hero Optima LX, on 10th march 2021 at Cuddalore showroom Tamil Nadu. Continues problems occuring,
          1. mottor run at high speed
          2. Charger not working properly
          3. Battery got swelled up
          4. Speedometer not working
          5. Odometer not working
          6. Throttle not working properly
          7. Very poor milage 10km for 10 hours charging
          Above mentioned problems are attended by mechanics of showroom but not successful, they are not that much skilled. They applied battery for warranty.
          You can also verify it with your experts committee.
          You can also clarify the vehicle details from showroom

            I have purchased Hero electric PHOTON LP bearings Motor no HEPH[protected] Chassis no MEPHELP72028L1991 on 10th August 2020.But recently my scooter is not being started, so I contacted the HERO Electric service centre at PALASUNI, BHUBANESWAR, Odisha on 29 th April 2021. The Mechnic Mr Kapil checked the vehicle and found that there is a connectivity problem in the battery (positive terminal). The mechanic Mr Kapil discussed the above problems with the Service Engineer Mr Utam Ghedai and the service Engineer told that the battery has to be replaced, but I have not yet received the battery till today. So I am requesting you to provide me a battery as soon as possible so that I can use my vehicle.Kindly contact me in this mobile number - [protected]

              Hi Sir,

              Sub: Hero Flash Faulty Battery level meter not get replaced for the last 4 months on repeated request to the dealer

              I'm using the electric vehicle for the last 8 years on different brand [Ampere].

              This is the first time I selected Hero brand believing that your company is delivering high quality products with proper QA test and better customer service.
              I purchased a Flash model vehicle on 15th Jan2021 from Sujith automobiles Palakkad Kerala and the corresponding bill is attached.

              From the initial day onwards the battery meter always displays full charge till the cutoff voltage.When the vehicle stops that time only the user come to know the battery is low. For replacing this I repeatedly went to the dealer but till date its not replaced, Gets response as Factory is delaying the meter dispatch or the meter is even not available in the factory. And suggested to charge the vehicle every alternative day even if it's not used.

              I'm wondering whether your brand vehicle had a proper QA check or its a china one with your brand sticker?

              Now I'm feeling my selection of your brand is wrong and frustrated many times the vehicle got stopped in mid way. Also seen many people making fun of this while pushing the vehicle and indirectly giving the wrong impression on your brand, If someone asks the feedback on your brand surely I won't recommend it.

              Please tell me without the actual battery level indication how users come to know the vehicle to be charged?

              This wrong indication/delaying to replace gives suspicion on the quality of your brand vehicle, or did intentionally to hide the false promise on kilometer per charge.

              Hope I will get some response from you (I spend 57K ), let me know incease you require further details.

                I have bought Hero Electric Optima LX but its battery indicator is not showing correctly on digital screen, it always shows full although when the battery is low. I have also talk to dealer but he is giving false satisfaction that this issue is facing every buyer on this model.
                He tell me that company is making new digital screen and when it becomes ready they replaced it with new one.
                Kindly take strict action.

                        I have purchased optima LS model ebike. By 2019 sep, i have asked the showroom person to check the battery and arrange for replacement. But they are very keen on pushing the same battery to me, but the battery is bulging on top and we believe its risky to trust it anymore.

                            1.First service take to done 2 days,
                            2. Charger failiure waiting to get 14 days
                            3.Second service take to done 2 days
                            4.Convertor problem and wiring fire switch gears fire to resolve to take for 6 days.
                            5.Last week again converter problem so replaced[protected] to[protected]
                            6. Hub motor stuck and back side some sparkling.[protected]

                            And the owner of the showroom I asked him why again again bike problem is coming
                            He spoke very wrongly and very bad words ( why you scratch my ### every month) very bad words.
                            I'm very disappointed about that owner,
                            He told,
                            where ever you can go and complaint me no one can nothing doing,
                            You go other service point don't come here again I don't know about service this bike,
                            where I go to my next service can help me HERO CORP PLEASE HELP ME HELP ME.
                            Very very wrong behaviour not even me lot of CUSTOMERs got feel very so sad after brought the bike when bike is problem to approach then only he shows the own face..
                            I'm very disappointed hero ebike sorry,
                            I'm also after scold him because he spoke very large sound to called him
                            Now I thinking Why i choose this bike for him and very very very worst service worst behaviour,
                            It's much better than my twelve years old petrol bike.

                              Battery scooter most important battery charge%, but it's no ware

                              1. Cherger- 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% lights, But no use always all lights blinking, Even if its 20 or 100,

                              chargers indication are like a waste toy, very poor design

                              2. Scooter - voltage below battery status bar totally waste, No use, Its always shows full, after 95% battery discharge only, its started to reduce, but when its start to reduce I can run 10km only

                              Your hero R&D design team are sleeping, Look @ your competitor scooters, and your hero

                              Even 1000rs phone shows battery % while charging and usage time also battery % how much remains

                              What's solution for this

                                  It is purchased just 3 week ago at bharatpur, rajasthan from tejaswi motors dated 26/02/2021. its shockers are of very poor quality, whenever you drive from a breaker or little bumpy road, the seat goes to hit the wheels and that is causing damage to wiring and protective guard provided below the sheet. contacted to service centre, they have nothing to replace or repair. and just giving time 4days, 5 days. already two weeks passed. i am not able to use bike as this can damage further the bike circuits which are provided in the seat. Replacement with better quality shockers and increasing height of seat can solve the problem but getting no response from service centre and firm

                                    I brought a new hero optima hx dual speed bike. It's just 6 days and now the bike stared, but not moving. Also one battery lasts only 15 kms. Other battery works properly goes more than 60kms.
