Hello E-Hero Team,
I am facing a serious issue with my dealer regarding my e-hero bike. I have faced battery issues and reached the showroom and dealer.
Technical team said we can't resolve it now, it will take time. It may need to change the battery. I have handed over my bike on "01/10/2020". After that they didn't update anything they said for very silly reasons like no power we are not able to test. After a few enquiries they sent the battery to Hyderabad on "09/10/2020".
But after 10days we asked the dealer he said after Dussehra we will give it to you, We went to the showroom but he didn't open even though we tried to reach him, he is not picking the call. We waited 2 hours and kept on calling but we didn't get any response.
Later he said "28/10/2020" we will deliver, after that he didn't respond again. Today we visited the showroom again and asked the status. Still the battery doesn't reached the service center. Now he is saying it will take another 3 to 4 days.
It's almost 30 Days I have been submitted the bike, I don't know my bike status or where they put it and how was the condition now. Last one month on wards I am depending on public transport. As a mother of two kids it's very hard to use public transport and time managing in the critical time. I have requested too many times about my stitution but dealer didn't respond.
I have long relationship with hero, But this is not right way to treat customer. I am very much disappointed. How can I suggest to some to go with the E-Hero with this bad experience.
