I had purchase your m-scooter nyx e5 in dec 2018 with registration number up25cm5465 from m/s new cycle and auto house, bareilly in the name of m/s nirmal resort, bareilly. Since from purchase date, i have to bear many problums due to your this vehicle technical issues. I also contact your dealer many times, but every time he said that now there will not come such that problum. But in this 4 months, your vehicle is crashed over 10 times. Please take necessary action to relief me in this regard.

I hope you will take this matter seriously. Otherwise i have to file a suit against company in the consumer forum.

        The servicing of authorised dealer in ambikapur, surguja, chhattisgarh is worst. Whenever i ask for servicing they drop it onto us and due to this i am not thinking that company has any reputation. The staff is also disgusting who also doesn't know to talk then how they will solve our problem if we even can't communicate. I request you please give concern to this problem. Brakes of scooty and other parts are also not working properly.

          we are from mathura uttar pradesh. we have purchase hero electric bike name hero optima plus on 25/06/2018 from jaggi motors Mathura. on the time of purchase they told us there is no requirement for service, Its low maintenance and Eco friendly, we purchase this because its good for environment. After sales they refused for all that. now after six months i am facing problem with bike i went to dealer and told him regarding problems. now he demanding for service book. we told him that we are having bill and you gave us this only but he refuse for all. after that i said sir you must have records of selling this bike. form that u can check. i requested him to solve my problem but he refuses. if the companies like hero do these kinds of thing with there customer and even there dealer misbehave with customers. i ll never recommend any one regarding hero electric bike. because of poor services. i have attached the bill with this mail.

            i purchase hero electric in may - 2018. the dealer is not giving me bill and copy of insurance. after three months they give me bill and yet dont give me insurance copy and the vehicle battery is not working and the digital metere is not show perfect digits. i put it for repair it to service center in baroda they take charges rs 750 but till its not working its not charging i request for replacement for the flash but there is very rude behaviour from the service center and dealer . and the company did not any response when i call on sevice center

              I purchased the scooter nyx 5 from ashwath narayana kr puram dealer from k. R puram.
              Bangalore. When i went to his show room first i saw this nyx5 model without registration and on enquiry i found it belongs to the show room owner and the boy was using it to deliver water can. Which is business done by the dealer.
              After some time the owner mr. Aswath narayana came and told me that no new vehicle is available and will get it in few days and and i paid rs. 55, 000/- and was assured on receipt of the vehicle he informed and send the same.
              The vehicle was delivered after week. When it was delivered i found that front charging point not connected. The battery looks to be dusty and the place where it was kept also with. On enquiry the said it has come in lorry so it has accumulated dust. Secondly the charger wire and charger seemed to be used one. For which they said it has come from company. It has been hardly used the charger wire pin went inside and couldn't be used. Thdy took nearly 8 to 10, days. The replacement was also used one.
              When vehicle was delivered they didn't give user manual and warranty card etc. Cash receipt was also not given. On enquiry owner mr aswath narayana told me it will be sent along with the rc book. Nearly two months they didn't give and telling me excuse. Suddenly on person from show room comes and take the vehicle engine no for doing registration. Nearly after 4monyhs i got rc book and cash receipt. But not user manual or warranty card and service manual.
              I came to know the show room is selling second hand through his staff working there. That when i checked with them, they asked me. Whether i am interested in second hand vehicle. Ine more thing is that they had kept one old tyre live below the back seat.
              With all the above facts it is clear that he has sold one used vehicle to me. Till now he has not given user manual warranty card. Service particulars. I want to get justice to see that i must get new vehicle. I don't know how many people he has cheated. Since it was first evehicle i didn't know much.
              Will i get reply from you. Such dealer spoil your reputation. No body will go for hero electric scooter. Waitng for your kind attention and action.

                I have bought an electric scooty from this shop with one year guarantee on battery. But only after 9 months battery was not working properly. I complained about this in september. Now october is running nothing has been done from the shopkeeper. No service at all. He also threatened not to return the battery. My scooty is not working since last one month.

                  I have a hero wind 60 from your own branch in HERO ELECTRIC N.PARAVOUR ERANAKULAM KERALA . They were cheating us when we approach them to repair my vehicle after the flood in the previous month in Kerala . The told me to took the vehicle to their shop and the will see, but they make so lag to check the vehicle, then they told the battery is dead we cannot do nothing other than changing it you need to buy new ones and it has to be 15000 for battery and 4000 for controller unit and others thing may 3000, you need to spend 22000 for getting the vehicle back in good condition they finally made an estimate of 22000 for my bike, but the fact is the battery can be made back to normal condition by just charging it directly not like normal charging within the vehicle port . I just ask them to get me the battery from out of the vehicle and ijust solved the battery issue by spending less money from outside shops .THE MADE ME A FOOL BUT I DON'T BE BUT LOTS OF PEOPLE MADE CHEATED BY THEM BY TOOKING THEIR GOOD BATTERY AND OTHER FACTS AND PROVOKED THEM TO BUY NEW BATTERIES TO GET THE COMMISSION SO YOU SHOULD NEED TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST HERO ELECTRIC BRACH ON PALIYAM ROAD, PIN 683513 N.PARAVUR ERANAKULAM KERALA PHONE [protected] HOPE YOU SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THIS

                    Dear sir
                    I am really unfortunate to have my bitter experience with my first ever buying a product rs.63, 000/-photon 72v (Electric) with your company dated on 14.09.2018 from gurunath hero, your authorised dealer, 42/8/1 jessore road (S), rathtala, barasat, kolkata (Snapshot of invoice given herewith).
                    1) after buying, driving away a short distance, i discovered the left side mirror handle so loose rambling like a top on very risky kalyani expressway.. I stopped aside and called the showroom... A boy of minor age named shubham who was introduced to me as mechanic (!!!) in the showroom - received my & asked me to take the range out and tight the screw! How could it be possible.. Without proper checking a product being sold & introduced a minor boy to deal a customer with sharing technical details!
                    2) after driving 30 kms, i returned to my home & discovered i have been given a very low quality cheap torn & leak in several places (Sheared & incision also) a rice bag standard plastic made bike cover sheet! I became shortly depressed & phoned again being entertained by that boy with weired answer:"l don't know... Ask company"... I again said:"why didn't you check while giving?" the answer came as blow:"given as per supply!"... Look at my invoice! I have bought this e-bike at rs. 63, 000/-! Am i worth to have such low quality material & treatment!
                    3) at night while i succeeded to lock handle but the key could not come out! Since then i could not go for handle lock!
                    4) after running 61 kms in three & half days i went out with the battery on mark 4 but after driving just 5 mins the battery mark came to red mark 5 & after going half kilometer i am embarrassed to see the index came to red mark "l" overlapping the red mark 6! Then i turned back to my house with 10 km/hr speed like a cow-cart with full pick up (Feeling self as circus clown in public eyes!)!
                    5) again horrible experience! 13 hrs. Taken to have the full charge undermining your proclaimed commitment for 8 to 9 hrs.!
                    6) given old manual of photon but not for photon 72v and laughingly the user guide booklet for battery given to a bengali customer with hindi transcript with no eng. Translation, who can not read hindi!
                    7) at this age of 58 with major spine operation recently in bangalore (When kerb weight does not match with my physical condition) as you have no showroom & service centre except kolkata, i have to drive my e-bike 31kms. For every little service! The mechanic offered me doorstep service could be given being paid by travelling cost!
                    8) the showroom offered me paid service for rs.300/- but in manual it is written rs.150/-... If changed why not updated in manual!?
                    9) should i wait till 35 days... My first service date in this awkward situation!

                        I bought hero optima last year because i was attracted towards the specifications your company listed on the brochure. It specified that when full charge it goes on 70kms ideally. I assumed it to be 50kms in real life. Now even if it is fully charged it does not go more than 30-32 km, that too the roads of such a well - maintained city ie chandigarh, i am living in. This is the complete breach of the marketing laws to claim your consumer something which actually does not exist. Talking about service, i had got it but i did not notice any considerable difference in the performance of the scooty after that. I thought maybe there was some charging problem so i got the battery checked by the service provider cum retailer but still, i felt no satisfaction.
                        I request you to not make false claims about the performance of your product and breach the compliance of the public towards your products and services.

                            Dear sir,
                            I purchased an electric bike hero electric optima e2 four month ago. While purchasing i got 3 year warranty for the electric bike. It is giving very less mailage.
                            One month ago i got it checked up by the distributer, he kept it with him for 3 days. After one month it still gave very less mailage. After that i again called the distributer then he again kept it with him. He told that he has sent my complain to the company for the replacement of the batter in 20 days. But no action was taken.

                            I request you to sort out my problem as soon as possible.

                              i say you test only 45km but not he agree, Every time it's an excuse to show, Your dealer's answer is insufficient,

                              I dt. 07/09/18 in the scooter service and told your dealer that I could get 45km test but did not refuse it,

                              If I do not get a satisfactory answer, I will have to complain in the Consummer Court,

                                I baught optima dx from your dealer sri manjunatha electric bikes kr puram bangalore one year back. They have no service technician. An unskilled kid is doing earror & trail on bikes given for service. The attitude of the owner is negative & unacceptable. He is only keen on making his money by washing service, however not interested in attending technical complaints. If you can't appoint a professional dealer with service capabilitiy, please don't sell your vehicles. This this is my third visit here in the last one year. & wxpereice is bad to worst. Its a nightmare to customers.

                                  I have bought a hero electric optima plus on 15.01.2018, vehicle identification no [protected], from drishti and shristi interprise renukoot moter no. L0j18a0940. I am having a problem to dive it on road because police is asking for driving licence and registration number but when i bought this vehicle it was told to me that i does not require any driving licence and registration from rto.

                                  Please provide a government approved document or tell me the act under which this hero electric bike is exempted from rto registration and driving licence as it is urgently required by me as i have moved to a city call jamshedpur.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have purchased hero electric cruz from the authorized dealer yvan automobile, delhi on 02.04.2018. On the first day speed meter and front lights were working. I went to the dealer and his associate engineer there checked the cables with respect to speed meter and lights. He found that the wire has been cut. He suggested that it is brand new and we should complaint with the company so that company engineer may check. I hope u understand the problem. It was a company fault so i humbly request to help me for replacement of this product with new one.

                                      Sir/madam i have purchased an hero optima plus in may of the last year, so called subsidy on the no pollution vehicle is not yet received to me. Plz find the the issue as it will also a disadvantage to the reputation of the company. My mob no. Is [protected], i have purchased it frm kr automobile chhatarpur new delhi.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        I have sent my hero electric optima plus for regular servicing at anmol autos iii-h, 199, rakesh marg, nehru nagar, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201001. There were some extra works also which includes changing of indicator lamp cover, handlebar retightening and welding of chassis. They have first told me that the whole rod of handlebar would be replaced and you could take the bike after 2-3 days positively. But they have returned the bike to me after 20 days means today without any damage in the old rod they have installed the new one. No servicing and welding had been done and had taken out my old indicator lamp and said that it will be replaced from outside not from hero electric.

                                        Kindly grant my request and take a strict action against anmol autos.
