I baught optima dx from your dealer sri manjunatha electric bikes kr puram bangalore one year back. They have no service technician. An unskilled kid is doing earror & trail on bikes given for service. The attitude of the owner is negative & unacceptable. He is only keen on making his money by washing service, however not interested in attending technical complaints. If you can't appoint a professional dealer with service capabilitiy, please...

I have bought a hero electric optima plus on 15.01.2018, vehicle identification no [protected], from drishti and shristi interprise renukoot moter no. L0j18a0940. I am having a problem to dive it on road because police is asking for driving licence and registration number but when i bought this vehicle it was told to me that i does not require any driving licence and registration from rto.

Please provide a government approved...

I have sent my hero electric optima plus for regular servicing at anmol autos iii-h, 199, rakesh marg, nehru nagar, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201001. There were some extra works also which includes changing of indicator lamp cover, handlebar retightening and welding of chassis. They have first told me that the whole rod of handlebar would be replaced and you could take the bike after 2-3 days positively. But they have...

Its been 7 months that we have purchased hero maxi and replaced 3 batteries in 7 months and we are getting least response and service from the dealer and the toll free number[protected] is just made to divert the people the person there will not pick any calls. And we have another bike of same kind which we are using from 8 years but have replaced the batteries only 4 times compared to that these batteries look very poor....

With the understanding that environment protection is everyone's responsibility in the society, i also wanted to support green drive. For city commutation purpose i was looking for a trusted solution which could help me in supporting the drive and knowing the contribution of hero in environment protection thru green technology and my trust on the group i purchased "hero photon" on 19/04/2016

I bought a hero electric optima plus in mid 2015. It was a pleasure to ride the vehicle in the happy knowledge that i am not polluting my surroundings. But a few months back the battery started losing power fast and the dealer chennai eco motors tested and confirmed that a new battery is needed. The cost will be rs 12000/- but will last only 6 months after which i have to go for a new battery. Even a suv will not consume rs 2000/- per month!...

Respected sir, in june 2016, i reserviced the hero electric bike optima plus with new battery and new horn, in the battery it is given 12 months warrenty and even the dealer told the same. But this month of may they are not willing to change it. If the dealers cheats, how can i recommended this product to others. I would only give bad reviews on our product.

I purchase a new bike hero HF deluxe on 09/04/2017 from Arya Angency, Bharatpur. Form the day one i am facing a starting problme in morning & noon when my bike stand in sunlight for 2-3 hours. In summer high temp. Bike does not start by kick or self. When I opened fuel tank cap then bike start in single kick. I talk about this problme on service center on 1st service. Sub: false representation as to standards...

Dear Sir,
we purchased Hero Electric. After using it beyond 2500 km's, battery stopped charging.
In service center, they ask us to replace the battery. Battery costs us 21000.

Even if we go for regular petrol vehicle, to run 2500 km's and say if regular vehicle give 30-40 km per litre then we need to spend 71 litre's of petrol. And for 71 litre's it costs us only Rs 3000.

Company is not ready...
