Today i got my passion pro serviced from your authorised showroom "shree samarth autumotive" verna, margao, salcete, goa. It was my 5th free service. However, since it was crossed 460 days just by 25 days, i. E., within which 5th free service had to be availed, it turned out to be paid service.
The greatest tragedy is that after getting it serviced, while returning from service centre, it broke down on the way. It was immediately reported to the service personnel at the service centre. The moot point is that the ability and efficiency of the mechanical staff employed by the motocorp.
This has not only inconvenienced and disturbed me, it has led to increase in number of dissatisfed customer base for the hero motocorp.
My vehicle is still unmotorable. See that my vehicle is immediately reserviced at no extra cost.
Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
