I brought a hero glamour, (Od-04l-3225)
Owner name aybu munda from s. K hero, chandikhole, jajpur.
I did my last servicing at paradip motors, paradip.
But i am fully unsatisfied. My bikes engine sound very roughly. But the told. Y that they have no mechanics to solve that problem.
So i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I am suman, woring in automotive industry.I purchased hero pleasure on 12 th Feb 2019 in your authorised dealer point A.M Reddy in Nellore district, andhra Pradesh. (524004).
    Today while my sister was coming from college our "pleasure "got into breakdown. Taking breakdowm assistant, we went to showroom with the vehicle. During conversation, we came to know that PD activities were not taken carefully. Service adviser of A.M Reddy suggested us to leave vehicle and collect it tomorrow. When we came to know about this incident we were completely disappointed.
    We purchased 4 vehicles of hero company till now and still in use. We are loyal to hero company as many others.so, we want to bring this information to your notice

      Requesting that my bike has been above the last 1 year, continuous problems of the engine are repeated and the engine of the carriage is stopped and it has to be moved from there to the showroom and it has been four to five times.         Jerking problem in 1st gear and found the unnecessary sound in bike. When put the 1st gear in bike, bike takes the jerk or blow. Whenever idle bike start in 1st gear by self.. Bike takes the jerk in start-up... Bike stand in idle condition took the 1st gear and push the cluth during the engine off bike place one area to other area very difficult to move.

          I bought a new maestro edge in aug 2017... Till now 2 times engine fail.. Now sound in engine...in last service 4 january 2019 paid service.. I told clearly that a noise is coming from engine plz check.. Not solving till now.. I already said to hero showrooms manager and service manager 3 times... Behaving roudly

            I have brought the bike on 2nd september 2017 from rohan hero, bhubaneswar. I have finished all my free service from authorized dealer. After that on 22nd jan 2019, i went to rohan hero for servicing of my paid service.
            I have reported some issue like sound on bike other than engine sound and vibration of body.
            After servicing also i am facing the same issue.
            Again i have went on 9th feb 2019 for again check the issue. The supervisor told me the there is some issue with new glamour. And again my issue was not resolved.

            Please look in to the issue.

              There are two pins under the seat of my achiver150cc, which was purchased on 5th september 2018. Out of which one pin was broken from the time of delivery. But sorry to say that i have visited the dealer of rudrapur as well as khatima several times, but no solutions came out. I have talked with the service engineer also with no result. I want my bike to be changed.

                Worst customer service at medially hero showroom, hyderabad. Telangana.

                There is no proper response if we go for servicing of bike. There is no proper response if we go for any spare part of two wheeler. Very very disappointed with their service.

                I went nearly three times for single spare part that too not for installation just for buying. They are concerned about instalation charges than selling of spare part.

                  Am abdul, i purchased hero passion pro on november 2018 at nagappa motors (No 27 a, madhavaram high road, sembiam, chennai - 600011, near sembiam 2nd gate, moolakadai) my bike back wheel alliament is not proper and i informed it on my first service but they have not resolved my problem yet because of this reason i already met with accident twice and on 11/02/2019 i gave my bike for service at same nagappa motors and informed about the same issuse but service supervisor did not care about it and returned the bike with same issuse and when i asked about this to him he didnot respond me properly and use some hash word on me infront of other customers and he said he willnot atten my bike service anymore, this made me feel bad about hero bikes and service, i request you to do needfull asap (Abdul rahim contact #[protected] bike no : tn05 bt 7920)..

                    I bought a hero splendor plus from s s motors (Ard of east venice), aroor, chandiroor.
                    Its headlight bulbs blow in lights and damaged 3 times, this is my 4th bulb, auto electricians suggested that its voltage regulator is complaint. I contacted s s motors they told that voltage regulator has no guarantee. Bike purchase date is 10/10/2017. I am the regular customer of hero motor corp, this my third bike from hero motor corp. Please change my voltage regulator immediately.

I was charged rs.4000 for
                        Accessories without informing me. I did not get any in voice fir the accessories. I was charged rs.70, 000 for scooty including accessories, registration and insurance. I paid rs.10000 as down payment and... Got it financed by hero fincorp for two year emi and it posted me rs.16500 as interest fortwo years...

                          Again. Beautiful reply from customers service after 25 days parts are not available with distributor we have wait for manufacturers to respond till then they cant say how many days it will take more. What a pathetic service hero is providing us..

                          Ecs of bike is deducting monthly & parts not available from last service till now.

                          5 years warranty of engine instead no initiate to change or repair engine

                          Is hero going to compensate me with my travelling allowances

                            I have purchased a hero e byke datetd 12/11/2017. But the batteries expaired before warranty period (With in 1 year). I have handed over the batteries dated 02/11/2018. My complain no-b0118. But till now i have not received the replaced batteries. I am in okward position due to negligence of sub dealer, dealer and hero e byke company.

                              Today i got my passion pro serviced from your authorised showroom "shree samarth autumotive" verna, margao, salcete, goa. It was my 5th free service. However, since it was crossed 460 days just by 25 days, i. E., within which 5th free service had to be availed, it turned out to be paid service.

                              The greatest tragedy is that after getting it serviced, while returning from service centre, it broke down on the way. It was immediately reported to the service personnel at the service centre. The moot point is that the ability and efficiency of the mechanical staff employed by the motocorp.

                              This has not only inconvenienced and disturbed me, it has led to increase in number of dissatisfed customer base for the hero motocorp.

                              My vehicle is still unmotorable. See that my vehicle is immediately reserviced at no extra cost.

                                Himgiri hero se 6month pahle bike purchase kiya tha. Usi din se meri new bike me start/ stop problem aa rhi thi. Ulta bike ko kabadha bana diya, 4time complete or 20time visit kar chuka hu... Kiss bhi department se koi solution nhi mila. Bike mechanic koi bhi sahi nhi h.
                                Showroom jake thank gaya hu...

                                Main sabhi se suggested karunga es showroom se bike purchase mat karna, jo mere sath hua vo apke sath bhi ho sakta h...

                                  Last time informed zonal office also but not got any satisfaying answer from them.

                                    I have already raised complaint on toll-free helpline no. My complaint number is[protected]. This complaint was registered on 28 jan 2019 in which it was mentioned that my vehicle is in the workshop from 21 st jan and parts are not available. They require block piston and piston ring but it is almost 20 days the parts are not available to them. I'm fed of taking follow up. If parts are not available they can change the entire engine as we have 5 years warranty of engine. Take whatever measures required and do the needful.

                                      Sir. The kl 29 p 7866 has a bike. Kayamkulam purchased from power city. Now it's the third service. The bike is getting damaged from the first service. There are no problems mentioned till now. Error: 1 - mileage 2: the device that knows the petrol does not work properly 3: the foot off the back is from the back. Therefore, it is easy to see the solution

                                        My vehicle hero glamour new model i3s 2017,
                                        Your authorized service sri sri sri auto motives khammam very bad and wrost. Minimum water wash also not satisfied few days back i will serviced my vehicle i general service are not done, like escalator adjustment, breaks, chain adjustment.
                                        I completed nine services in your service point i have not satisfied your service.

                                        I have not coming your authorised service.
