But balmukund motor etah enter in his record six month early this is a huge mistake of balmukund motor etah due to this my bike service time get disturbed kindly resolve my problem.         3.mere pas hero ki moto bike MAESTRO EGCE jiski servicing me meter lead badli gayi thi tab se gadi me chalane par awaz aati hai iski complent ki uske bad maine 3 bar service karba liya fir gadi se aawaj band nahi ho rahi hai.
        Koi bhi make nick sahi se sudhar nahi pa raha hai.
        4.point ki bat to yas hai ki agency karmchari kahta hai ki fiver body hai kuchch to awaz aayegi .To compny aisi gadhi kyu bana rahi hai.

        सर हमारी मोटरसाइकिल हीरो सुपर स्प्लेंडर मैं इंजन खराब हो गया है। गाड़ी लिए 2 months ही हुआ है। जबकि गाड़ी की सर्विस भी समय से कराई थी अभी present time गाड़ी 1400 km चली है। और मेरी गाड़ी ऐजेंसी पर 4 दिनों से पड़ी हुई है अभी तक कोई भी समाधान नहीं हुआ है। गाड़ी नम्बर - UP 79 R 5144

        Dear sir,
        सर मेरी सुपर स्प्लेंडर UP79 R5144 की इंजन समस्या तो ठीक हो चुकी है कुछ कुछ लेकिन सर जिस दिन ली थी उसके 15 दिन बाद सेल्फ लगना बंद हो गया फिर मैं गाड़ी एजेंसी पर लेके गया तो उन्होंने बैटरी चार्ज करके दे दी और 2 घंटे चली गाड़ी फिर सेल्फ बंद हो गया तब फिर मैं एजेंसी गया तब उन्होंने सेल्फ बदल दिया तब भी कुछ नहीं हुआ और फिर चार्जर भी चेंज किया तब भी कुछ नहीं हुआ सब कुछ हो चुका है लेकिन एजेंसी बालो ने अभी तक समस्या दूर नहीं कर पाई है जब भी जाता हूँ टहला दिया जाता है। जबसे ली है गाड़ी मैं ये समस्या दूर नहीं कि गयी है।

          I am a existing user of heromotocorp. I am using splendor plus. Last month my bike hitted in akbarpur and given for claim jai automobile ambedkar nagar.
          They over charged me 3500rs. And changed my new battery and placed old battery.
          It was very bad experience at dealership. Staff behavior was very bad.

              This is very disappointing for me to write a mail to world largest bike manufacturer for a very small issue. I have lodged a complain at your call centre for my captioned bike on 17the feb 2019 and i was advised by the executive that my complain get addressed within 48 hours. As on today i have not received any revert on this on the other hand i have again made the call on 19th feb again for the revert but the call center team had no resolution and again they advised that you can make a call at your zonal off in katwaria sarai delhi. I have tried on that number number yesterday 6 times but unfortunately all the time concerned person was not available on the seat to address my complain. I have also shared my contact details with the contact person available on phone who assured me that i will get the call back from the concerned person but as usual no revert as if now. Again yesterday evening i have raised my concern at your call center and ask the executive to esclate this issue to higher authority for quick resolution. But still no response. I think this best test of my patience as an customer to such big company.

              Now coming to my complain, i have purchased impulse bike and using it for last 2 years. Since the purchase of make bike i am facing technical manufacturing issues in my bike. This time the problem comes in my clutch plate and hub center as informed by the service supervisor at apex automobiles patparganj industrial area delhi. My bike current metro reading is 10200 km approx and the last service done at 9500km approx in december 2018. When last service was done there was no complain of clutch plate and pick up nor it was advised by any technical person at the service center. I am getting my bike serviced on time from auth service centre and also availing joy ride card for annual service (Last renewed in dec 18).in every service my engine oil gets changed even my bike runs[protected] km. I have no objection in that also but if everything is in line and being a diver like me who have an experience of more than 20 years of two wheeler driving how come the clutch plate burn out in 10000 km. Just before using this bike i was using bajaj bike where my first engine repairing was done at[protected] km. So as per my assumption clutch plate life is not 10000km if the person is driving bike properly.

                      I used to serve my bike from your center even after the sound of his engine repeatedly i used to serve my bike from your center even after the sound of his engine repeatedly if you can not correct this bike you can not correct. This time, i am taking your bike to the service center. If there is a problem in my bike this time, then i am in kanjumar court.

                        I have a hero maestero edge (Rj18bs1818) and i am totally dissatisfied with your product and your service center located at jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). I have taken 3 times my scooter at your authorised service center for same problem but my problem remains. Service staff does not give me any satisfactory answer and unable to solve my problem. If you can do something then please do. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                          Wish to inform you that the service of your hero honda service is very bad for we have taken for hero honda brand where your delears fail to give proper or good service the ultimate spoils tge name of all.

                          When i give my bike for first time service they told that there are not some parts or it can be cleared after 10 days. But no call received until second service.

                          Again no proper service continously for second time for we have to hear the same story of parts not available.

                          Is this the service of hero honda lrn??

                          Starting from receptionist, service section for service and spares and goes on...

                          Do please inform us whether we want to give parts required for service from any other dealers for your service or whether we customers want to serve hero honda for hero honda bike we bought.

                          With lots of anger and irritation i am now sending the mail...

                          Yesterday for third service again i face the same problem and they told today everything will be cleared today, while we call office receptionist often says will be connected to service section and line holded and disconnected. Continously the same happens and very irritating for service eithet by call or in person.

                          All in vain when went to take the bike after service it was noted that wrong connection was given to left and right indicator, is this the service of lrn hero honda. Today evening from 5.15 hardly more than hours the service was not completed, and in vain forwarding this mail.

                          Will this mail be taken seriously to give proper service with parts as required or the same will continue.

                          Sorry to say if it persist then no way to file legally.

                            Very dissatisfied with hero service last time they(Hero Service Center Rewari) had done.First of all why in new vehicle front socker was not working properly and in case of repair, After 1 month of repair the same issue I'm facing right now. This was not a good experience with Hero vehicle. Now what to do I'm also a private employee I can't take leave on regular basis for this type of issue. Please do the needful I'm suffering from this issue 2nd time.

                            I bought a motor cycle from hero showroom of ramgarh and I pay all type of charges. After 3 days he to ask more money and threat if you are not give money than your motor cycle registration cancel. Please suggest what I do?

                              In my previous mail, after resolved, the same problem has been continued, today morning (18.2.19) am. I have handover again.
                              When i received bike within 5km the same problem. And i came to service centre (Walking with bike upto 8km).

                              Again they said two days to solve my problem.

                              I have glamour bike done 1650 km only now bike was most complaint gear very tight oil leak on clutch cable joint petrol tap not working.
                              I serviced my bike at lohardaaga hero center but they are adding so many false points to make money. They force people to pay or no service will be rendered. Also they make them sign the service satisfactory column prior servicing or delivery and they fill it themselves. Pls look into the matter. I have list of dissatisfied customers.
                              Service are on time but I m not satisfied what's problems with my bike.

                                At the time of starting, there was a sound. We have given the vehicle to the tirumangalam showroom. They told there was a engine problem. Lot of amount will be incurred for engine problem work. How is this possible for suddenly engine problem.

                                While my bike was as free serviced at workshop it was not properly serviced and alao not properly washed and polished during tge time of deleivry and while giving the bike for service no one came for to ask to sit or have a water and also not giving the proper time to pay attention towards the customer at time.

                                  I have bought hero duet vx on 30/06/2017 from soham motors, mouda, nagpur. Dealer name n. K. Kusumgar and co, nagpur,
                                  Engine no: jf33achge01810, chassis no: mbljfn029hge02865

                                  From the day i bought there was a problem of starting the byke with self. I have informed many times to the concerned showroo during every servicing. Two to three times deut was not starting and the showroom person came and started with extra batter and every time they used to charge the battery externally and deliver the byke.
                                  I even cahnged new battery at my own cost, still problem still persisting. There may be a problem in charging of battery in byke.
                                  After contineous followup they have on 28.11 2018 they have changed reg. Rect assy and told that now problem will be solved.
                                  Then also problem is not solved and my byke is not starting from last one week with self and kick. And showroom persons are not responding and telling to bring the byke to showroom.

                                  I am fasing the problem the worst byke and worst servicing from the day i have bought the duet.

                                      ​ with heavy heart i am writing this to you. With my hard earned money i have purchased a new hero maestro edge on 25 nov 2018 because of my trust and past experience with hero motocorp (Just 80 days back, its doesn't have a registration certificate provided yet). I also completed its first complementary service just few weeks before (12 jan 2019). On 15-feb-19 while returning from my office the scooter suddenly broke-down and it didn't restarted. I thought its was minor one but when i tow it away to authorized service center (Autoneeds gurgaon). I came to know that the engine was seized due to machinery failure.in my worst dream i was not expecting this as my vehicle has not given any sign of any problem till now and obviously we cant expect it as its just a new born (2 months old).​

                                      I was completely shaken, it was unbelievable for me as its just 2 month's old vehicle, i asked them to reinspect but the same result. The vehicle is standing in the service center now and it feels like my hard earned money has been looted.​

                                      This proves a huge trouble in the machinery of this scooter as its collapsed within 2 months of purchase. I am not taking this failed engine/opened-engine scooter back and requesting you to either replace a new scooter with same or provide me complete refund. Its not acceptable to me anyhow. I request you to kindly resolve this matter ambically else i will be bound to take legal option.​

                                      Note : i am attaching the complete purchase documents and service document of my vechicle with this mail.​

                                        I purchased hero splender i3s from sub branch of regent automobile situated at pinjore (Distict panchkulla, haryana) on june 14 2017 (On finace)
                                        Total amount of bike is 53, 352 and i gave 15, 000 as downpayment now the total amount need to pay is 38, 352
                                        And financed the bike by capital first.
                                        Now the amount is need be paid is 43900 with intrest and emi comes out 2223 per mnth. For 24 months
                                        But if i pay 2223 for 24 month then the amount will be 53, 352
                                        Now i dont know where is my downpayment which i gave to hero dealer.
                                        I tried to register the complaint at hero by dialling toll free helpline number but he refuses.
                                        I also attaching the voice recording of call.
                                        Please help to get me my money back.
