I given AMC servicing they given timing 6.30 PM and I put phone request @3:00 to give bike at 5 PM .I reported to the company at 5:30 he said to wait until at 6:30 my request is not accepted .I sit at his chamber he said that sit at customer launge but I said if I sit here so that they can complete my bike with in time but the company person said that you can sit near bike servicing point also he insulted me.I given complaint to manager he didn't take any action on him .I asked manager to give complaint book he said that we are not maintaing that book .you can give complaint on line .So please take necessary action on him .For customer there is no respect here please take necessary action on them.Thanking you sir VVReddy

    I had my hero mastro scooty serviced on 05 aug 2018 in service centre at plot no 3, block a, industrial area, bawana, new delhi. The quality of service was very poor and the behavior of employees were pathetic. They damaged some of the parts while servicing for which i logged complaint with service manager mr naveen. He ensured to get it replaced soon. Thereafter, i visited many time but they always replied that the said part is unavailable and will get it soon. Till date, my complaint had not been resolved.

    Being a defense personal, i any how manage my time to visit the service centre but i think they hardly value the customers time and patience. Therefore, please look into the matter and ensure strict action against the unprofessional service personal at your centres so that customers don't find themselves wanting.

      Dear sir

      My complain is that when i purchase this bike i provide my document copy whenever they mistake in my name in rc and insurance policy and billing copy.
      My name is suresh kumar mali whenever in rc, insurance policy and billig they mistake my name suresh chand mali
      I talk them several time they did not correct this. I complaint on toll free number my compalint number is[protected].
      When i talk to customer care they reply me that your complain is rejected due to not provide right document whenever i provide right document. I will try three time to reopen my complain but they did not reply me
      So please look in this matter as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against them

        Sir,

        I have a hero extreme sports bike and use to do the periodical paid service at the dealer's point.
        I am not satisfied with the paid service rendered to me by the dealer. So i have few questions and complaints against akash motors, bargarh

        1. What is the paid service charges fixed by the company for motorcycle?
        2. Service of akash motors (Hero motors dealer) is not up to satisfaction of the customers.
        3. Problems are not carried out at the time of paid service.
        4. I feel that, the dealer is charging more on paid service, lubricant charges is more etc.
        So, request to look into the matter and do the needful.

        I have a scooter Hero maestro edge. I am regularly visiting the hero authorized workshop for servicing. They are doing oil change according schedule.

            Hi,

            Again i'm here for your kind attention towards my problem which i'm facing since a long time.

            It's around only a month to serviced, now again my neural light is not working and bike have abnormal sound for which i already paid 3 times to himgiri service centre at jhilmil despite my bike is in warranty.
            That charged in terms of packings and all and also they took 4-5 days to correct this.
            I'm paying and also suffering... It's gone 3 time and now again neutral light is not working... For what i'm paying himgiri... M har bar bike service ke liye lau or himgiri packing ke nam par mujse paise leti rahe... But problem solve nahi honi chahiye (It's motive???). Kindly do the needful and please correct thia and surely this time i'll not pay any single amount for this.

            I request to indian consumer/hero motocorp to please intervene here.

              The complaint which i have done is right, even though i got my serviced scooter from the service center after doing the complaint is not satisfying. The scooter which hero is producing is damn bad quality can't even sustain indian road for a long time. But talking about the arvinth hero service center kovilpatti still not a suitable for service, no proper technician to understand the problem, false comments to customers, no enough space to do service, god only knows how they got permission from the hero to set up a service center. Not a guinue service center, no spare parts in-store room, should wait to get one day from another service center.

                I had purchased a motorcycle (Splender i smart 110) from pragati automobiles (Address: a-3, main wazirabad road, pasonda, sahibabad - 201005, garima garden, near garimanjali public school) on 24/11/2016. After purchasing my problems are start. 4 times engine seize with in 2 years from purchase and after last service odometer also dead.in every service they update odometer reading as per average. I face lots of sound and smoke problem from engine from last 4 days. When i visited at service center of hero moto corp (In sahibabad) they try to resolve my problem at that time my problem of sound and smoke was resolve but next day my problem was same. I suffer with this bike from the date of purchase. Please help me to resolve my problem

                    Maestro bike should be banned as not even one case has been resolved.
                    They didnt update or acknowledge the consumers regarding the status of the service.
                    They cant sell their products as its a threat to humans life.
                    Please take an action and help us as its a huge financial loss for the consumers.
                    65000 might not seem to be a big number for the brand, but its 6 months hardwork for me.

                      I bought maestro bike 5 months back and the bike has been in the worst condition since then. They have fake reviews on google platform. I bought the bike in hyderabad in prasad motors, gachibowli who give fake promises about the bike. Dealer isn't resolving my issues and i urge the consumer platform to test this bike again as it is putting the consumer's life on risk because of the poor service and worst product.
                      This bike has to be banned to prevent accidents.

                        Yesterday I have given my hero duet box two wheeler to the arvinth hero Kovilpatti, Tamilnadu. Some abnormal noise were coming out from the rear wheel, they dismental it and two bearing was damaged out of which one was available and other was not. When I talked with the service manager he assured that by evening of 27 march the spare parts will be available. I handover the vehicle to the showroom by 9 am. When I came today morning he told still parts is not available need to make. This kind of ### people I have never seen in my service line. They can't able to maintain minimum stock, if fails to do service they will make the bearing from the other party where the quality doesnt matter to hero... What kind of standards hero is maintaining don't know. No standard are maintained for the service charge differ showroom to showroom. Only 16 month has gone for my vehicle which has covered 4k km. But within that the bearing got damaged.. I think its better to choose Honda and Suzuki where they maintain standards. Front fork is also having some problem still not satisfy with the work poor handling, no qualified services person in Kovilpatti bad behavior with the customer... Only fooling the customer... Already I have raised two complaints to the hero Ho last year about the price difference within 60 kms same dealer.

                          This is to inform you that i had purchased hero glamour from shiva agency samastipur 23.02.2019. And the bike number is br33af4231.
                          I have totally disponited your service and product quality due to leakage ingine oil from day one.

                          I have completed first free service from shiva agency on 15 march. But still leakage issue find so i have verbally complaint to shiva agency and visit at dev ganga agency rosera for service it.

                          He is complete service and send me home but again issue not resolved.

                          I want to resolve my issue other wise i will go to justice.

Is - mp09mg7566 model - cbz extreame, further i want to request you that on 26/03/2019 i had given my bike for raguler servicing & break repair, to sanskar motors work shop indore early morning when i had handover my bike there were no issues releted to engine and other part except above points but when in evening i collected my bike there were so much noise from engine crank shop when i asked why such sound are created they said to change cran shop i am unable to understand if in morning bike was absolutly fine why this happned within the day they denied to perform their duty and misbehaved and talked very rudly kindly look into this matter i want my bike on excellent condition.

                              I am anil kumar, i have had a bike hero xreme sport, dl5sby6074 since 20 nov 2015, the bike got some problems in engine. I consulted with himgiri automobiles service center, jhilmil, delhi.

                              They opened the engine five or six times within last one and a half years but they couldn't resolve the problems.
                              I consulted with hero motocorp regarding the issues but i have got no response on their behalf so far.

                              I have complaint many times to both the himgiri service center and hero moto corp. I have sent emails but have not got any response. I am enclosing all the email copy with the complaint.

                              I have only this bike and i am an employee of fieldwork. The bike is not worth riding. Due to which i am facing many problems.

                              Therefore, i request you to look into the matter and take some necessary actions. I will be obliged to you if the issue is resolved. I am looking forwarded to a good response on your behalf

                              My name is Tejas Kolhe my bike is passion pro i3s her genral servicing completed currently bt bike not proper respond i think oil has not changed gear shifting issue
                              Hero duet...getting problem of petrol leakage..since 6 months...I have given 3-4 times...repair...but not resolved...after that their s starter problem ...every time I give to particular showroom... Same producure...and remain unso.lved...feed off of nearest showroom.nearest showroom is ugarkhurd...Belgaum ...Karnataka state...
                              Hero maestro edge engine problem before 2year and I serviced my masetro only Hero workshop and 5years engine warranty but repairing of engine is chargeable...how ?
                              My bike has been four to five months so far RC did not come and compliant curry, no hearing was done in the office, there was no hearing even

                                Hi, i am prabal pal purchased a hero achiver 150 cc on 05/09/2018 from lahoria traders, rudrapur, uttarakhand, india. From the next day of my bike being purchased, am getting a sound under the seat. I went to the dealer several times but till date my problem hasn't been solved. Then i went to lahoria treaders, khatima, uttarakhand, india; they told me that a panel under the seat (Part of chassis) was broken due to manufacturing defect. After that i called to the dehradun office, from there they provide me the contact number of mr. Swapnil ashutosh (Concerned person of complaint receiving). With whom i have already talked. He told me to bring the bike to the khatima service center where he had already talked with the workshop manager. I went there, talked with the workshop manager, he told me that he will repair that part with the help of welding.
                                But now my question is that, after spending so much of harden money, why should i go with this process of welding as i have just driven only 7284 kms. I need my bike to be replace, as this problem is a manufacturing defect.

                                  Hi, my name is parveen sindhar, i have a hero glamour motorcycle yesterday on 22 march 2019, i went for service of my motorcycle which no is hr06ap-2803, i reach there approx 13:00 o'clock and gave my bike them for service and they told me to come at sharp at 18:00 o'clock. But when i reached there at 18:00 o'clock, i saw that my bike was standing there untouched, no one was taking care of my bike. It was in the same condition as i leave it there for service. When i asked them why didn't they still not start servicing of my bike, no one was answering properly, then one guy told his name was "ajit saini" (Manager-as he told me) come to me. I ask him what's the matter, why my bike is still standing there untouched, he talked to me very rudely and in disrespecting way. He behaves very badly with me. I got angry i came up without the service of my bike and i ll never go there until some strict action will not take place against that guy ajit saini (Manager). I hope you will understand your customer's situation and the misbehave i been gone through yesterday. My bike is without service standing at my home and i ll never ever going to service your product there until you came with some action.

                                      I have purchase my new bike on (Reg. Date[protected] from himgiri automobiles pvt. Ltd. R/o authorized dealers, b-28, east of jyoti nagar, loni road, durga puri, chowk, shahara, delhi-110032. Regn. No. Dl 5s bt 2017. Ch no. Mblhari82jhg33923. Eng no. Ha10acjhg71044. Modal - passion pro i3s-self-drum-cast.
                                      Sir i have taken five services of my bike time to time from arc motors pvt. Ltd. R/o f-25/4 okhla ind. Area phase-2, new delhi-110020. But sound is coming from my bike engine. I have checked my bike to arc motor but they told me that problem for your bike engine. Might be problem from cylinder kit. I went to arc motor on 18-3-19 and talked to arc motor manager mr. Mehra ji, he told me, please come after holi. Again i went to arc motor on 22-3-19 and talked to mr. Mehra ji (Arc motor manager) and told him, please make my service card and then he denied for the same and told me we don’t cylinder kit now. Also he denied to make service card to his team member.
                                      Then i went to arc motor payment counter and ask for the same, and then they told me cylinder kit will be available only after given the order. Then i have again requested to mr. Mehra ji (Arc motor service manager), sir please check once again what is the problem in my bike. But he clearly denied for the same.
                                      I have talked to hero customer care service, and then they told me we will try to arrange the part as soon as possible. But till time we don’t get any resolution. Please help me.

                                        Sub : wrongly sold tube based tyre instead of tubeless tyre in new bike - reg

                                        Myself c. Mohanraj from perumanallur, tiruppur dist. I am using passion brand vehicle since from 2003. I never think other make two wheeler also. First used hero honda passion then procured new passion plus during end of nov-2006. This passion plus vehicles run excellently without any problem up to now.

                                        Now considering my 42+ age used to buy self starter bike so i purchased new passion pro-110cc bike 4-5 months before from m/s krishna motors, avinashi.

                                        During the time of enquiry total team explained the new vehicles is tube less tyre only. So happily get the vehicle by paying full cash. I never checked or doubted anything because of my trust with hero motor family. Yesterday when i was going in my bike it gets punctured nearby erode. I get a mechanic to solve this issue. That time only i come to know that tyre is tube only not as they told tubeless. Then i immediately called the krishna motors, avinashi office and explained all. But they simply told their not responsible someone from their side given a wrong news. Moreover we can’t do anything at now.

                                        Sir, myself never ever think about any other brand or any other model in hero also. I preferably select this passion pro 110 cc model for self starter & tubeless tyre option only. But all my thought were spoiled by this team. Here i am requesting your help to solve my problem. I trust the hero team very much so i didn’t think anything in a negative way about vehicle at the time of purchase. I hope you may understand my feeling as a customer how i was getting cheated. Kindly understand the same and give positive solution about my grievance.

                                        Its a painful matter to us to digest such cheating by your authorized dealer. Moreover i had seen tubeless tyre specification also in your web. So please kindly consider our request and make the tubeless tyre as replacement to us.
