Sir maine shree balaji hero se ek spelndor plus bs4 bike purchase ki hai uska mujhe bill insurance aur service book bhi mil gaya hai lekin campany ko apni reputation ki kuch parwah hi nahi hai dealer bhi koi ans nahi de raha hai mere sath gadi kharidne vale sab customers ko consumer forum me complain karne ke baad number plate mil gaya hai so maine bhi complain kiya sir ye dealer fraud kar raha hai mere aur kai customers ke sath please help...

I have hero duet reg. No. Gj 27 bd 3575. I have purchased my duet from karnavati bailey bapunagar ahmedabad which is your authorised dealer.
My duet is accidented on 8th feb and i have given for insurance claim on 9th feb. Your officer told me that it takes 8 to 10 days.
On tha date 25th feb one of your officer (Mob no.[protected]) called me that your duet is ready when i went there next day my duet was not ready nd officer...

Service provided by your service center - mahendra hero service, pal road, jodhpur is worst.
The attitude of the manager was very rude and unbearable. Even vehicle was not properly checked and repaired. And the vehicle wasn't returned on time.
They dont know how to talk to their customers.
There are damage to vehicle also.
So, kindly take proper action against them.

I am using my super splendour from last 7 month. I go to the dealer aan hero, bedi, rajkot for battery complaints not given proper answer for my bike repair and batery problem. Battery is new in my bike and also in warranty and warranty in it. This type of problem accused in 7 months.

Hello sir mere bike ki number plate abhi tak nhi complete huei or showroom vale sahi tarah se responce nhi de rahe or rto tax ki recipt bhi abhi tak nhi diya mere gadi ka bill 14/12/2018 ka he or showroom vale mere ko sahi tarah se sunte nhi he to please sir mere probleam ka soluation jalad se jalad de or meri gadi ka number or number plate dilvaye...

Sir i bought a hero duet in the month of october in 2017. But balmukund motor etah enter in his record six month early this is a huge mistake of balmukund motor etah due to this my bike service time get disturbed kindly resolve my problem. And take a necessary action against balmukund motor etah. And resolve my problem as soon as possible

3.mere pas hero ki moto bike MAESTRO EGCE jiski servicing me meter lead badli gayi thi tab se gadi me chalane par awaz aati hai iski complent ki uske bad maine 3 bar service karba liya fir gadi se aawaj band nahi ho rahi hai.
Koi bhi make nick sahi se sudhar nahi pa raha hai.

I am a existing user of heromotocorp. I am using splendor plus. Last month my bike hitted in akbarpur and given for claim jai automobile ambedkar nagar.
They over charged me 3500rs. And changed my new battery and placed old battery.
It was very bad experience at dealership. Staff behavior was very bad.

I have purchase new splander i smart bike, agust 2016. But from start handle sound problem. And also engine sound problem. And i am camplant to dealer in every service from first to last service in november month. But problem is same, like from start. Request please solve my problem. I am very thank full to you.

This is very disappointing for me to write a mail to world largest bike manufacturer for a very small issue. I have lodged a complain at your call centre for my captioned bike on 17the feb 2019 and i was advised by the executive that my complain get addressed within 48 hours. As on today i have not received any revert on this on the other hand i have again made the call on 19th feb again for the revert but the call center team had no resolution...

I have purchased hero pleasure from there few month ago but the battery is not working now... I have raised a complaint before one week in spite of this their employees are saying that they don't know
"aapki battery kab thik hogi" it seems they r asking me more money to change the battery... Request you please take a strict action on them......

Rajput motor kapurthala mein new vehicle extra money vasool kar rhi hai rc ka tax 7% ke hisaab se 2600 rs hota jo registration, scan fees, pv no ko mil ke 3800 rs banta hai par rajput motor kapurthala mein par rc ka 5800 rs vasool kar rhi hai insurance ka price full 5 year ka 10000 le rhi par premium 4900 ka ban rha agar aisa rha customer kha jaega, rajput motors ne baut preshan kar rakha, customer ki koi baat sunta hi nhi, owner ahte baat...

I have a hero maestero edge (Rj18bs1818) and i am totally dissatisfied with your product and your service center located at jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). I have taken 3 times my scooter at your authorised service center for same problem but my problem remains. Service staff does not give me any satisfactory answer and unable to solve my problem. If you can do something then please do. Otherwise...

Wish to inform you that the service of your hero honda service is very bad for we have taken for hero honda brand where your delears fail to give proper or good service the ultimate spoils tge name of all.

When i give my bike for first time service they told that there are not some parts or it can be cleared after 10 days. But no call received until second service.

Again no proper service continously for second...

Very dissatisfied with hero service last time they(Hero Service Center Rewari) had done.First of all why in new vehicle front socker was not working properly and in case of repair, After 1 month of repair the same issue I'm facing right now. This was not a good experience with Hero vehicle. Now what to do I'm also a private employee I can't take leave on regular basis for this type of issue. Please do the needful I'm suffering from this issue...

In my previous mail, after resolved, the same problem has been continued, today morning (18.2.19) am. I have handover again.
When i received bike within 5km the same problem. And i came to service centre (Walking with bike upto 8km).

Again they said two days to solve my problem.
So kindly take action and resolve my complaint....

At the time of starting, there was a sound. We have given the vehicle to the tirumangalam showroom. They told there was a engine problem. Lot of amount will be incurred for engine problem work. How is this possible for suddenly engine problem.
