Dear sir /madam, i have purchased the maestro edge vehicle in 2018 sept. From the beginning to till date the self motor alternator battery problem occured simultaneously. If i am parking vehicly more that 48 hours... It wont start,, again and again i surrendered this vehicle for service.. But no result. One thing you must install new product like battery dynamo self motor.. Unless give me proper solution...

Recently i serviced my bike at himgiri hero service centre at jhilmil, they make job card for doing service and mentioned issues which i told them. They don't do test drive to identify any other issue after saying me also and said me that they will do their own. But when after 5 days i took my bike from there have many issues. Also bill made of rs2770 and they charge from me rs3070 and not brief me for what???

I given my hero pleasure for a starting complaint in my nearby authorized service centre (M/s jubily motors, kottayam dist, kerala state) and they given back saying that they resolved the complaint. By evening i paid an amount of rs.2700/- for the service.

By the next morning onwards i am facing the same complaint with the scooter.

I am requesting you to do the needful

Sir i want to know which bettery suitable for hero maestro regular scooter. I have 2.5ah bettery but its not give response. So please help me which bettery is fit in this scooter. This 2.5ah bettery purchase from amazon and i complained to amazon about this matter but they want service deny letter for resolve this problem so i want service deny letter please provide it.

I hereby wish to bring to you notice that the hero maestro that i have purchased on[protected] from dhru automobiles - authorised dealer - surat.

I am facing very much problem regarding engine since purchased. Within 1 year, crank shaft has failed and replaced at authorised dealer at surat m/s. Jalaram auto.

The same problem has been occurred three time since i purchased. Authorised dealer.

So it has been proved that by default there is a mfg. Problem in my vehicle.

Is there any possibility to get replacement of vehicle and get new vehicle.?

Please do the needful.

मेरा नाम राहुल कुमार है। मैं कानपुर में रहता हूं। मैंने अपनी स्कूटी silver wheels विजय नगर कानपुर से खरीदी थी और मैं वहीं पर ही सर्विस कराते आया हूं।
सर मैं अपनी स्कूटी 23 नवंबर 2018 में सर्विस करवाई थी तब मेरा स्कूटी 21348 किलोमीटर चली थी ।उसके बाद मे 04 मार्च 2019 के महीने में फिर अपनी स्कूटी सर्विस कराने गया था और तब तक मेरी स्कूटी 24785 किलोमीटर चली थी । स्कूटी के सर्विस होने के बाद जब मेरे को बिल दिया गया तो उसमें मेरी स्कूटी का किलोमीटर 31351 किलोमीटर दिखाया गया। मैंने इस चीज की जानकारी वहां के एंप्लाइज को दी तो उन्होंने उस चीज से अपना पल्ला झाड़ दिया और उन्होंने कहा कि यह आपकी गलती है आप पिछली बार 25 जनवरी 2019 को सर्विस कराने आए थे तो आपने अपनी स्कूटी का किलोमीटर 31350 लिखवाया था जबकि मैंने 25 जनवरी 2019 को स्कूटी सर्विस कराने ही नहीं गया था।जबकि मैंने नवंबर 2018 से मार्च 2019 के बीच में अपनी स्कूटी में किसी भी चीज की सर्विस नहीं कराई थी। इन्होंने अपनी तरफ़ से ही गुळ घपला कर दिए हैं जो कि अब अपनी गलती मानने को तैयार नहीं है और इस चीज़ से इनकार भी कर रहे हैं।
सर मैं इस एप्लीकेशन के साथ अपने पिछले सर्विस नवंबर महीने का बिल और अभी मार्च के महीने के सर्विस का बिल आपको भेज रहा हूं आप साफ-साफ देख सकते हैं कि यहाँ पर कितना ग़लत किया जा रहा है कृपया करके इस चीज़ पर सही क़दम उठाए।

Spare parts of front mudgourad of duet scooter is not availiable in any showroom of chennai since 1month. Please provide me the solution of this problem. No use of vehicle for more then one month. It is failoure vehicle. Please provide me the address from where i can get parts. My vehicle no is tn04 aq 9895.

Dear hero motors,

I hereby wish to bring to you notice that the hero hf deluxe that i have purchased on 15/02/2019 from new vasu motors (Medak dist, telangana) is worst.

I received new bike from show room but when i riding the bike i am facing some issues regularly like : engine off - while riding, starting, gears not changing...

Recently i met by an accident 2 times because of non performance of gears and breaks. Almost i lost my life. Who would be the responsible, if something went wrong.
Here i am providing the dates of accident for your info,

On 27/02/19 i met by an accident and visited mody motors (Tarbund, hyderabad) for service.

On 01/03/19 again met by accident @ bowenpally, (Hyderabad) location.

I am trying to complain about the showroom in hero motors complaints portal, but i am not finding the dealer name (New vasu motors) in their dealer list for medak location.

So,
I don't want to take risk anymore. So kindly replace the vehicle immediately. Otherwise i will go for legal action.

I took my super splendor on the first servicing on 3.3.19 and after that they didn't wash my bike during servicing and one more think when i bought the bike was wrapped with polythene and after coming home i removed all and i found a turn light was broken and when i said them about that they did not changed it and rather behaved rudely with me... And they also said that i met the bike with accident and broke it but i said them to look at the bike which was at proper condition with no scratches... But still they didn't... And when i said them this they did not wash my bike in anger... And ignored me and my bike and they put my bike outside...

I have hero duet reg. No. Gj 27 bd 3575. I have purchased my duet from karnavati bailey bapunagar ahmedabad which is your authorised dealer.
My duet is accidented on 8th feb and i have given for insurance claim on 9th feb. Your officer told me that it takes 8 to 10 days.
On tha date 25th feb one of your officer (Mob no.[protected]) called me that your duet is ready when i went there next day my duet was not ready nd officer who called me he was on leave. The other officer told me go here and there after then told me that your duet takes more 4 days. I asked to him that my duet wan not ready then why called me that you have taken your duet from service nd he had not any answer.
My complaint is if my scooters is not ready then why they called me??? And told that your duet is ready even i received message also... I have my medical shop and shuttered down it and went there it waste my 2 hours.. They taken almost 20 days till the duet is not ready so my humble request to you to take appreciate action

Service provided by your service center - mahendra hero service, pal road, jodhpur is worst.
The attitude of the manager was very rude and unbearable. Even vehicle was not properly checked and repaired. And the vehicle wasn't returned on time.
They dont know how to talk to their customers.
There are damage to vehicle also.
So, kindly take proper action against them.

I am using my super splendour from last 7 month. I go to the dealer aan hero, bedi, rajkot for battery complaints not given proper answer for my bike repair and batery problem. Battery is new in my bike and also in warranty and warranty in it. This type of problem accused in 7 months.

Hello sir mere bike ki number plate abhi tak nhi complete huei or showroom vale sahi tarah se responce nhi de rahe or rto tax ki recipt bhi abhi tak nhi diya mere gadi ka bill 14/12/2018 ka he or showroom vale mere ko sahi tarah se sunte nhi he to please sir mere probleam ka soluation jalad se jalad de or meri gadi ka number or number plate dilvaye

Sir i bought a hero duet in the month of october in 2017. But balmukund motor etah enter in his record six month early this is a huge mistake of balmukund motor etah due to this my bike service time get disturbed kindly resolve my problem. And take a necessary action against balmukund motor etah. And resolve my problem as soon as possible

3.mere pas hero ki moto bike MAESTRO EGCE jiski servicing me meter lead badli gayi thi tab se gadi me chalane par awaz aati hai iski complent ki uske bad maine 3 bar service karba liya fir gadi se aawaj band nahi ho rahi hai.
Koi bhi make nick sahi se sudhar nahi pa raha hai.
4.point ki bat to yas hai ki agency karmchari kahta hai ki fiver body hai kuchch to awaz aayegi .To compny aisi gadhi kyu bana rahi hai.

I am a existing user of heromotocorp. I am using splendor plus. Last month my bike hitted in akbarpur and given for claim jai automobile ambedkar nagar.
They over charged me 3500rs. And changed my new battery and placed old battery.
It was very bad experience at dealership. Staff behavior was very bad.
