Dear sir,
I have purchase my new bike on (Reg. Date[protected] from himgiri automobiles pvt. Ltd. R/o authorized dealers, b-28, east of jyoti nagar, loni road, durga puri, chowk, shahara, delhi-110032. Regn. No. Dl 5s bt 2017. Ch no. Mblhari82jhg33923. Eng no. Ha10acjhg71044. Modal - passion pro i3s-self-drum-cast.
Sir i have taken five services of my bike time to time from arc motors pvt. Ltd. R/o f-25/4 okhla ind. Area phase-2, new delhi-110020. But sound is coming from my bike engine. I have checked my bike to arc motor but they told me that problem for your bike engine. Might be problem from cylinder kit. I went to arc motor on 18-3-19 and talked to arc motor manager mr. Mehra ji, he told me, please come after holi. Again i went to arc motor on 22-3-19 and talked to mr. Mehra ji (Arc motor manager) and told him, please make my service card and then he denied for the same and told me we don’t cylinder kit now. Also he denied to make service card to his team member.
Then i went to arc motor payment counter and ask for the same, and then they told me cylinder kit will be available only after given the order. Then i have again requested to mr. Mehra ji (Arc motor service manager), sir please check once again what is the problem in my bike. But he clearly denied for the same.
I have talked to hero customer care service, and then they told me we will try to arrange the part as soon as possible. But till time we don’t get any resolution. Please help me.

    Sub : wrongly sold tube based tyre instead of tubeless tyre in new bike - reg

    Myself c. Mohanraj from perumanallur, tiruppur dist. I am using passion brand vehicle since from 2003. I never think other make two wheeler also. First used hero honda passion then procured new passion plus during end of nov-2006. This passion plus vehicles run excellently without any problem up to now.

    Now considering my 42+ age used to buy self starter bike so i purchased new passion pro-110cc bike 4-5 months before from m/s krishna motors, avinashi.

    During the time of enquiry total team explained the new vehicles is tube less tyre only. So happily get the vehicle by paying full cash. I never checked or doubted anything because of my trust with hero motor family. Yesterday when i was going in my bike it gets punctured nearby erode. I get a mechanic to solve this issue. That time only i come to know that tyre is tube only not as they told tubeless. Then i immediately called the krishna motors, avinashi office and explained all. But they simply told their not responsible someone from their side given a wrong news. Moreover we can’t do anything at now.

    Sir, myself never ever think about any other brand or any other model in hero also. I preferably select this passion pro 110 cc model for self starter & tubeless tyre option only. But all my thought were spoiled by this team. Here i am requesting your help to solve my problem. I trust the hero team very much so i didn’t think anything in a negative way about vehicle at the time of purchase. I hope you may understand my feeling as a customer how i was getting cheated. Kindly understand the same and give positive solution about my grievance.

    My previous vehicle details

    1. Tn38 1573 - passion

    2. Tn33 aw 2647- passion plus

    3. Tn39 cx 2845 - passion pro 110 c

    Its a painful matter to us to digest such cheating by your authorized dealer. Moreover i had seen tubeless tyre specification also in your web. So please kindly consider our request and make the tubeless tyre as replacement to us.

      Iam alihassan from tamilnadu coimbatore. I owned a hero duet byke. I bought this on 2017 and used 17500kms. I purchased this from viswam automobiles a sub dealer of suguna automobiles coimbatore. And done all my periodical services and first paid service from viswam automobiles. Last weel my byke had a problem. I drop it in suguna automobiles for service. They told me that crank shaft has gone. It should replace but no guarantee can claim because my services done by viswam automobiles they are not our dealer right now. But i have the purchase bill of suguna automobiles. Delivery challan and first insurance copy. They didnt informe about the termination of their sub dealership with viswam automobiles. My byke got serviced by paying rs.5632. It is very sad to me and iam not satisfied about hero brcause of having this issue. Kindly do the needful to me. Otherwise i should plan to move to cunsumer court for justice.

Like this service is giving in wheel magnet service porvorim goa. Pls help needful to me.

        19th March 2019 I purchased Hero Destini 125 LX & when I came home with the bike I found the foot bottom is damage and its manufacturing fault.

          Dear sir,
          On 18/03/2019 i purchased a pleasure bike from associated auto service, ongole and on the same day after four hours of delivery, we are getting problem in starting the bike. On 19/03/2019 we took the bike to showroom and your mechanic inspected my vehicle and said there is a problem in battery and resolved it. However when i collected the vehicle and started using it again on the same day same problem arises. It is not possible for us to go to the showroom daily.

          I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 20/03/2019, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint through the courts.

          Meter reading 17000. I do every service from hero showroom on time. But now ther told there is some problem in engine.
          They have to change the valve.
          In 17000 km uf there is engine problem then u have to change the bike.
          Why i go for engine repair.

            Dear sir, during service my bike handle damaged by service centre patliputra hero, patna, bihar .
            But when I say him about problem they are blame up on me that this is old problem.
            And they are suggesting me about claim insurance but they're not accepting their mistake.

              My bike super splendor 125 cc new model,. I had purchased 6 months before, now my front light cover is broken and there is some scratch on my bike and indicator of stand is not blow when stand is down. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible because due to breaking of cover light there is problem in night while traveling on road. And my insurance is full year and it is due to 5 years.

                Its been four days my vehicle is been in showroom in nagaram.!!as my vehcl has to be repaird with warranty...show room mangr is not even caring my vehcle..they are being delaying my work..am being missng my offc from 4 dys..they are not even respding correctly
                Dear Sir I have purchased Hero Pleasure on 14 Feb2019 and after one month I can not get RC till 13 March. And each time when i went I offered a new date after 3-4days. PLEASE help me to sort out what is the exact problem because Before this i got my RC within 10 days.
                how can hero ask to send details ?
                they are asking to share details and not resolving the issue.
                In which world is it fair to close the ticket before resolving.

                  I have more than 3 hero bikes and l like hero bikes.
                  I used to service very bike regularly on khuran hero service center dewas, mp
                  In every give cycle i used to change engine oil.
                  I always take care of my bike. Today i go to on service center and put my bike as usually i do. But again i have much work in my bike's engine. Even last year i had renew my whole engine at khurana hero service center. But still there is much work even milenge of bike is not good.
                  At this service center the men works for money not for customer satisfaction.
                  They are professional for money not for work.
                  I am very much disappointed for service.

                    Today i gone through my maestro edge service in waluj midc aurangabad. When completed i tried for indicator it was not working. So i called technician and shown, he told me to change the part. I told i won't do as when given bike it was working. After that they found problem in their wiring and rectified. When i said technician that it will be unnecessary change and you will take money also. He told we will ask and you will give and started arguing and also told you go also 1000 other customers are there in waiting no problem for me.

                      I have purchased Splendor plus bike from Hero authorized dealer, After one week we observed oil leakage at outside the engine, Then we checked deeply and found that dent mark observed at clutch plate cover and dealer done some rework before selling to us, It means they knew the defects before selling to customer and they have cheated us, So requesting you to take necessary action and replace me new vehicle.

                        I am doing my bike service in the authorized service center. Every time they will change the engine oil and collect the money.. This time they informed bike bore problem white smoke is coming you drove without oil... Hero honda service centers are cheating the customer.. It is not at all fare.. I am going take this to social media..

                        I took my new vehicle on 30/1/19 destiny 125. On 20/2/19 while driving it suddenly got accelerated of its own and it was a close call. It would have ended in an accident. How this type of incidents can happen in 20 days from delivery date.
                        The behaviour of service centre employees is worst.
                        They take more than 1hr 30 min to book the bike for servicing.
                        And every time the delivery is 2 hrs late than the scheduled delivery time.
                        They start the work when I arrive at the delivery time to take my vehicle.

                          I have purchased new passion x pro of heromotocorp on 04/03/2019 and now the bike is not working in proper condition the head light is not working whenever i am turning on side light the speedometer is going upward and coming down and also self start not working battery becaming discharge. The manager over here parag mokasdar in ahmedabad heromotocorp rajdeep showroom i asked them complaint email id they talled i don't know complaint mail id. I asked for replacement for bike they said this is not possible no problem of that but executive also telling lie when i asked for manager of the showroom very worst service and i just want replace or else a better service in the showroom

                          The splendor + bike is making so much trouble in starting since it has been bought. Whenever i get to start it i have to use chowk on for it.
                          And few of my friends have also bought hero splendor + . They are having the same problem.
                          So please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Need not to say that i will appeal to consumer forum.

                            मेरीScooty जिसका रेजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर BR 10 X 7188 हैं, मेरी बाइक का एंजिन सीज़ हो गया था, मैंने भागलपुर बिहार मिहिर ट्रेडर्ज़ कोकॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा बाइक सर्विस सेंटर ले आइए।वहाँ ले जाने के बाद मैंने कहा की अभी मेरी बाइक वॉरंटी में है।उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा की ठीक है बाइक जब रेडी हो जाएगी तो हम आपको इन्फ़ोर्म कर देंगे।और हमसे १००० रुपय भी माँगा गया वॉरंटी दिलवाने के लिए.मुझे लगा वॉरंटी में पैसे लगते होंगे।मैंने उनको पैसे अगले दिन दूँगा ऐसा बोल के चला आया।जब मैंने पता किया तो वॉरंटी में कोई पैसे नहीं लगते है।मैंने उनको पैसे नहीं दिए।उसके १० दिन के बाद फ़ोन आया की आपकी बाइक बन गयी है और १२ thousand के आस पास बिल है।मैं जब सर्विस सेंटर गया तो उन्होंने कहा की आपकी बाइक की सर्विसिंग टाइम पे नहीं हुआ है इसलिए आपको वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगा।मैं उनकी बात मानता हु कि सर्विसिंग टाइम पे नहीं करवाने के कारण वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगी?आप कॉल करके बता देते कि आपको वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगी। मेरी मर्ज़ी होती तो मैं एंजिन बनवाता नहीं तो मैं लोकल गराज़ में बनवाता। बिनाइन्फ़र्मे... के बाइक बना के कॉल किए।उसके बाद मैं उनके मैनेजर से मिला और उनको सारी बातें बताई तो उन्होंने बदतमीज़ी से बात की और मुझे जो करना है कर लो ऐसा बोल के भगा दिया।फिर मैंने मिहिर के ओनर से मिलाने को बोला तो भास्कर नाम का स्टाफ़ बोला की तुम्हारे जैसा आदमी से वो नहीं मिलता है।मैंने थोड़े थोड़े पैसे जोड़ के किस्त पे बाइक लिया था दो महीने से मेरी बाइक सर्विस सेंटर में है और मैं किस्त भर रहा हूँ।अगर आप भी मेरी हेल्प नहीं करेंगे तो मैं अपनी सिकायत चीफ़ मिनिस्टर तक ले के जाऊँगा।

                            मेरीScooty जिसका रेजिस्ट्रेशन नम्बर BR 10 X 7188 हैं, मेरी बाइक का एंजिन सीज़ हो गया था, मैंने भागलपुर बिहार मिहिर ट्रेडर्ज़ कोकॉल किया तो उन्होंने कहा बाइक सर्विस सेंटर ले आइए।वहाँ ले जाने के बाद मैंने कहा की अभी मेरी बाइक वॉरंटी में है।उसके बाद उन्होंने कहा की ठीक है बाइक जब रेडी हो जाएगी तो हम आपको इन्फ़ोर्म कर देंगे।और हमसे १००० रुपय भी माँगा गया वॉरंटी दिलवाने के लिए.मुझे लगा वॉरंटी में पैसे लगते होंगे।मैंने उनको पैसे अगले दिन दूँगा ऐसा बोल के चला आया।जब मैंने पता किया तो वॉरंटी में कोई पैसे नहीं लगते है।मैंने उनको पैसे नहीं दिए।उसके १० दिन के बाद फ़ोन आया की आपकी बाइक बन गयी है और १२ thousand के आस पास बिल है।मैं जब सर्विस सेंटर गया तो उन्होंने कहा की आपकी बाइक की सर्विसिंग टाइम पे नहीं हुआ है इसलिए आपको वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगा।मैं उनकी बात मानता हु कि सर्विसिंग टाइम पे नहीं करवाने के कारण वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगी?आप कॉल करके बता देते कि आपको वॉरंटी नहीं मिलेगी। मेरी मर्ज़ी होती तो मैं एंजिन बनवाता नहीं तो मैं लोकल गराज़ में बनवाता। बिनाइन्फ़र्मेशन के बाइक बना के कॉल किए।उसके बाद मैं उनके मैनेजर से मिला और उनको सारी बातें बताई तो उन्होंने बदतमीज़ी से बात की और मुझे जो करना है कर लो ऐसा बोल के भगा दिया।फिर मैंने मिहिर के ओनर से मिलाने को बोला तो भास्कर नाम का स्टाफ़ बोला की तुम्हारे जैसा आदमी से वो नहीं मिलता है।मैंने थोड़े थोड़े पैसे जोड़ के किस्त पे बाइक लिया था दो महीने से मेरी बाइक सर्विस सेंटर में है और मैं किस्त भर रहा हूँ।अगर आप भी मेरी हेल्प नहीं करेंगे तो मैं अपनी सिकायत चीफ़ मिनिस्टर तक ले के जाऊँगा।

Bike engine number - jf33abj4a12502 chasis number-mbljfw018j4a12800 from the begging it self bike continuously off within 1 km many times it makes me pressure and some times make me to accidental issue. Bike off within 1 km continuously i have complaint this issue many times but it will not rectified it continue still. Dealer name:radjamani hero, thirunallar road, karaikal - ph[protected], 223349-cell-[protected]. Worst service dealer not properly doing anything. Asking basic replacement also get delayed.                                 Dear ma'am/sir i have purchase hero splendor+ in september of 2018. I have pay for insurence 5256rs.in 23/01/2019 my bike has damage in a acident my bike has stand in hero service center in karawal nagar from januaray to till now they doesn't repair my bike because my insurence primeum is due pending. How is it possible at the time of purchesing bike, they (Upper india rama raod) told me that, you get 5yrs insurense in this bike then i will pay 5256rs for insurence but the service center (Karawal nagar) doesn't repair my bike.
                                Pls tell me the sollution.

                                  Myself chandrakant. I buy hero meastro from arpit automobile sub authorisation of easterns hero azamgarh. There was a seazing problme in my vehicle i gave him and he told me that i will repair ur vehicle, after 1week you can receive your vehicle but today is 11th day they repaired my vehicle but except engine all the issues related vehicle arises from service center, and staff said we can't repair.
                                  Sir i will suggest you in this market all the company have opened theirs showroom there is a tough competition among them, if you provided such type of service, one day definitely your showroom closed, i requested to you please take a strict action against them.

                                        Sir mera bike 4 day se services center me h me kam se kam 12 baar Mumbai and Pune office me contact kiya but abi tak koyi action nhi liya gya h.
