Myself chandrakant. I buy hero meastro from arpit automobile sub authorisation of easterns hero azamgarh. There was a seazing problme in my vehicle i gave him and he told me that i will repair ur vehicle, after 1week you can receive your vehicle but today is 11th day they repaired my vehicle but except engine all the issues related vehicle arises from service center, and staff said we can't repair.
Sir i will suggest you in this market...

Recently on the dated as 04.03.2019 I had purchase the bike from Ronak Automobiles which is a ARD of Karnavati bikes.I am from Ahmedabad.I am facing lots of problem in my newly Passion Pro 100CC .But after so many complaint's in Ronak Automobiles my problem is not resolved.I hope hero company were understand my problem and help me to resolve my problem which I am facing in my newly passion pro bike.

I had given bike for service, after that they had told there is hole in engine.
But they are saying it would be a accident but till now there is no scratch or accident had occur.
They fellow doesn't know if accident had became there should be scratch and dent mark in engine or in body of bike.
There is faulty in bike engine.

So please look into the matter.

Yesterday i got a message about Hero Mega Service carnival where it depicts that the service is at 99/- and visit nearby hero workshop before march 10. So today i went for service and they charges 450/- .

Dear sir /madam, i have purchased the maestro edge vehicle in 2018 sept. From the beginning to till date the self motor alternator battery problem occured simultaneously. If i am parking vehicly more that 48 hours... It wont start,, again and again i surrendered this vehicle for service.. But no result. One thing you must install new product like battery dynamo self motor.. Unless give me proper solution...

Recently i serviced my bike at himgiri hero service centre at jhilmil, they make job card for doing service and mentioned issues which i told them. They don't do test drive to identify any other issue after saying me also and said me that they will do their own. But when after 5 days i took my bike from there have many issues. Also bill made of rs2770 and they charge from me rs3070 and not brief me for what???...

I given my hero pleasure for a starting complaint in my nearby authorized service centre (M/s jubily motors, kottayam dist, kerala state) and they given back saying that they resolved the complaint. By evening i paid an amount of rs.2700/- for the service.

By the next morning onwards i am facing the same complaint with the scooter.

I am requesting you to do the needful

I am facing lot of problems since starting but yet not solved after...

I took my super splendor on the first servicing on 3.3.19 and after that they didn't wash my bike during servicing and one more think when i bought the bike was wrapped with polythene and after coming home i removed all and i found a turn light was broken and when i said them about that they did not changed it and rather behaved rudely with me... And they also said that i met the bike with accident and broke it but i said them to look at...
