सर, क्या मैंने हीरो की स्पेलेंडर मोटरसाइकिल लेकर क्या कोई गलती कर दी। मैंने दिनांक[protected] को मोटरसाइकिल खरीदी जिसमे प्रथम दिन से ही बबलिंग की शिकायत आ रही थी।दो बार आपके कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत दर्ज की, मैंने इसी बात को लेकर डीलर को शिकायत की इसमें बोला कि टायर का अलाइनमेंट कर दिया गया है। लेकिन मेरी परेशानी जस की तस रही। फिर मैंने हिमगिरि की वर्कशाप में इसी परेशानी को दिखाया उन्होंने बोला कि ठीक कर दिया गया है। लेकिन परेशानी ऐसी ही रही। पुनः दिखाने पर उन्होंने टायर खराब बताया और बोला कि आप गाजियाबाद जाकर टायर चेंज करवा लो। कमी कंपनी की खराब पार्ट लगाने की हुई और मुझे परेशान किया जा रहा है। में गाजियाबाद टायर बदलवाने के लिए पहुँचा वहाँ पहुँचने बोला गया कि आपको फिटिंग, फ़ाइल चार्ज के नाम पर टायर बदलने के 500 रु देने होंगे और टायर बदलवाने के लिए आपको परसो पुनः आना होगा। ये ही नही rs 65000 मैंने पे किये जिसके बदले मुझे rs 62839 का ही tax इनवॉइस दिया गया। rs 2161??? इनवॉइस मांगने पर बोला गया कि कंपनी इतने का ही इनवॉइस देती है ये सरासर फ़्रॉड है। और टैक्स की चोरी भी, सर क्या इन गतिविधियों से हीरो कंपनी की गुडविल साख पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा। मैंने सभी पेमेंट और टायर चेंज का लेटर आपको मेल के साथ भेजा है।
पिछला टायर मैंने ग़ाज़ियाबाद जाकर बदलवाया अब सार्विस सेंटर अगला टायर बदलवाने को बोल रहे है। में परेशान हो चुका हूं। कोई सुनवाई नही

    I am handover my bike for service yesterday. But today i am not get my bike. Employes don't keep the time management .
    I have purchase new splendor + bike as on date 05/11/2018 . after 6 days some problem of front wheel and front side sound problem so many time i can contact to dealer and his service center but as on date my problem is not solved . so how can do it . i have very tired please do the solution for this matter
    Dear sir, i have purchase a new bike hero spl plus i3s last 30 octo 2018.when i purchase this bike dealer say a best offer for you .5000paytm offer in your paytm offer but yet not recieved this offer.dealer cant take any action. If you can't take any action then i complaint in consumer complaint .

      Hi, I am Umesh Thakare my bike Super Splendor under Insurance claim No. MOT08178311 for repair and it ready to delivery but the showroom guys told us to paid all money first then we delivered it. But the claim department gives money to Yash Automobile directly the why he demand money to me. Pls took in matter and clear it

        I neema kurmi got my please no mp34mi7437 serviced at service centre at makroniya sagar mp. My vehicle is not washed properly. It happens two times with me.
        There i saw that late comers are cerviced early than those who comes at earliest. There are no facilities for drinking water and toilets. Those who are familiar to service employee are getting service earlier. It should not happen so.

          I own hero glamour bike which i bought 3 months back. I had given my bike for free servicing at v raj automobiles, adaspur, cuttack, odisha. The service guy hit the chain cover at an object and made that damaged. The chain is also not stable. While i complained they just misbehaved me. I want my chain cover and chain socket to be replaced. How these guys are behaving is very rude and unprofessional. They sud be warned regarding this.

            My name is rajan kumar and i am from siliguri west bengal.. I have purchased a xtreme 200r in july month and i was promised to get a leather bag, helmet & bag pack with the purchase of the bike. I had gone to purchase xtreme sports but the sales person and the showroom official convinced me to purchase xtreme 200r as with this bike i would be getting leather jacket, helmet & bag pack. But 5 months have gone and the showroom manager and the sales person provide me many dates for my gifts and every time they fail in their commitment. I want my gift as soon as possible otherwise i will lodge complaint in consumer forum. Want immediate revert regarding this complaint.

              I am owner of hero passion pro bike res no. Rj05 as 9730 i was purchased it from tm motors btp.. My bike gave mileage of 28-30 kmpl only... But company claimed 60 kmpl for all passion pro bikes and my bikes front soccer also not doing work properly so i request you plz take a serious action about thatcomplaints... Otherwise i will go for consumer court on that matter... Thank you

                I have a passion xpro bike 4 day since bike service done satvik motors service center, but 4 day after i check bike rear tyre, found not in alignment (Center), due to which i face safety problam during running bike, then again check problam found chain adjustment locking nit free, so i say that service level is very poor this center, service not service complete, he change only engine oil, not check properly bike

                  My self yaseen musani (+91 [protected]) i have bought new bike on 4/12/2018. Super splender from ranjeet motor thane (Mumbai), this bike has so many problem like... Engine problem, vibration problem, randomly gear get hang it doesn't move in any direction up-down,

                  When visit to show room they asked it will be clear in first service, let me know why...??? If i bought a new bike than why should i go for first service, it should be perform well at initial condition, if is it perform well after service that means company dispatch the bike to show room without qc, testing, observation, and without any further test of quality of their product.
                  I want ask you is this the quality of hero company, i have used so many bike but didn't get any issue with any bike i used splendor+, cd deluxe, hf deluxe of hero and i like it but first time i choose further advance model but unluckily got the very bad experience from hero, and showroom, even they are not ready to listed any single word for that roodly behavior and so much negative attitude, i am very disappointed with this experience,

                    I have purchased Hero Maestro Edge Scooter on 30.06.2017. I am taking all services of scooter timely. But my scooter is giving very low mileage. I have complaint many times to service center in this regard but the result is not positive yet. My scooter is giving mileage of around 35 KMPL only whereas it should be around 45-50KMPL. I am loosing my hard earned money in petrol expense.

                      Sir, these crack find the first open the sheet of bike at service time in month of nov-2018.
                      Kindly, take the necessary action for claim on urgent basis.

                        I have purchased one scooter Maestro Rdge invoice # 10935bj17s 2633 date 26/10/2017 from authorised dealer j. S four wheel motors pvt Ltd. ALWAR RAJASTHAN
                        But after 3 month, I faced PROBLEM related to bettery, it was automatically discharge day by day. As per your worker Either the charging system of battery was not properly working or current leakage.
                        After that again 2nd time I faced same issue in revert The manager of the work shop said to me, the bulb of the scooty in the toll box (under the seat) was continued turn on, at the time of switch off position.
                        And assure me that in future you will not face such kind of problems.
                        But after 3-4 month the same situation repeatedly
                        Work shop manager charged the bettery, and advised me to use the scooty daily purpose.
                        is it necessary to use scooty daily?
                        I have already pleasure scoty, but I never faces such these problems although it is not use as daily purpose it is remains in good condition and I never gave this issue.
                        Now again
                        my scoty is in your workshop till Saturday fourth time within one year for same purpose
                        Job card no[protected]rjc[protected] delivery date[protected] but till now[protected] not to be delivered.
                        This type of response show your service quality and responsibility of your consumer complaints so overall it defame your company reputation so do needfull for my complaint.

                          I had purchased a bike splendor+ i3s (Dl 5s bb 5295) on 6th july 2017 from himgiri hero showroom (Durga puri).
                          Unfortunately, it bike fully disposal. It is not work properly. Then, i show it on your service centre many times. But, no improvement in this bike.
                          So, i requested to you please repair or replace it. Otherwise i have last option to go to court for complaint.

                            I have a victim of extraction o[censored]nauthorised money from your showroom in Fire Station Square, Bhubaneswar. On 16th November 2018 I purchased a HERO DESTINE 125 on dire ct payment. I paid an amount of Rs. 71, 775/- towards the cost of vehicle, insurance and registration fees as per their instruction. But on checking the amount on break up wise of individual items I found the total to be Rs.70, 057/-(Vehicle -60, 000/-, Insurance -6089/- and Registration -3968/-) which is Rs.1718/- less than the amount I already paid. On finding the difference I went to the showroom on 19th November 2018 and asked the concerned staff about this. But to my surprise the staff replied in a vague manner which is not at all expected towards a customer and I feel very much offended over the remarks and behaviour shown to me. And finally they returned me an amount Rs.500/- only and that too reluctantly and as if I'm begging before him. It is really unfortunate to happen in your showroom which has a good reputation. Therefore, I feel it appropriate to draw your kind attention over the unfortunate incident and request you to apprise me whether the money collected on payment of a new vehicle like in case of me is legitimate or not and if not, the extra amount may be immediately refunded to me.                               I am amulya singh owner of honda activate 4g (Up 14 dk 5963). I purchased my scooty from sangam. Honda in a-23/6, site 4, link road near mohan nagar flyover, sahibabad, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010.
                              In a month of april i left my scooty for claim as it is accidental. A person work there named ramesh said he will left my scooty at home. When he left my scooty he taken 4500₹ cash from me as for the bill as i ask him to take online, but he said i didn't use it. Please give me cash.
                              I said ok. As in between all that i didn't get any mail, call, message from surveyer or any other resource.
                              And when i again gone in november starting for the renew policy and left scooty on claim then i ask about last bill. Now sangam honda is ignoring to refund my money back. Is this kind of service honda gives to their customers. I need my refund.

                              I purchase super splender bike from rohit agency in yamunanagar in may 2018 my rc 2749 resigeter on davinder kumar shadipur yamunanagar i go to my dealer aprox 5 -6 times but they not able to solve my problem i want pay all amount in cash i want my money back with in 3 days other wise i go to consumer court my contact number is [protected]
                              Starting problem because coil connection is worse and back tyre shape is wrong so many times tube has been damaged

                                I have bought bike from godhra rajai motors in september 2018.. But still rto passing pending and number plate also pending.. I have called many times to showroom but giving proper answer and asking me that u will get call and msg.. But 3 months done still no msg and called regarding this..

                                Now in 2 nd october my bike got accident and my bike is in show room.. For claim i have take many times follow up but no response from showroom as well tata aig department.. Pls explain me i have bought my bike on cash now this is the benefits for purchase bike through cash..

                                    Sir my bike is in workshop for 1 week today, my bike was accident claim after surveying today, it has gone up to 4 days and we are demanding time by telling them that it will take 3 to 4 days, the people who are on the good post inside this workshop are so lousy that they do not talk to the customer well no one wants to take responsibility for any kind the luggage is not a big problem, it's a head light. Today our car is parked in a workshop that is over a week. Never work in this workshop, the good life card that is made can not be used anytime (Paytm and phone-pay) we had to get the bike out for our friend, the points of good life have not been reached yet, it has been 1 month, the internet problem is always being told in the workshop for 6 months, the people who are on good posts in this workshop do not do their work at the right time.

                                      I am ganesh. I brought splendor ismart bike from sarathy motors redhills, chennai in march 2016. I have complained my times that mileage is getting only 50 kms for my bike in all the free service done. But every they said we have checked the mileage. Even in free service i was charged more than rs.1000 every time.

                                      Service is very poor, last month i paid rs.2000 for service to sarathy motors for my bike. But they didn't check problem as back tyre is scratching something while riding bike. I specifically told them to check. Even though i said twice, still problem was not at delivery after service. Still i hearing some bad noise from back tyre and its scratching something.

                                      I need mileage to be increased to 80 kms as said by seller and convinced me to buy ismart. I planned to buy passion pro but the seller promised ismart will provide 80 kms per litre as company stated 100 kms per litre.

                                      Also, i have not received hero goodlife rewards for 7098 points. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
