M jab kl gaya tha tb bhi mughe ye kehke mna kar diya ki mechanic nhi h.. Jabki waha bikes wash ho rhi thi... Baad me mughe kha ki ab aur bikes nhi le rhe.. Jitni pehle aayi h unki hi hogi.. Jabki tab 10:45 hi hue the... Kya majak h customers k saath.

    I booked the hero splendor plus self cast bike on 23 Oct 2018 on rajaram dhaniya automobile gogagate circle bikaner on 1 nov company announces the scheme of paytm in which u will get cashback of 4000 to 5000 I will call to the owner of the rajaram dharniya mr Ramayan dhaniya they will tell me that u come tomorrow to the showroom I will give u the paytm offer to your booking which u have done next day I will visit the showroom Then the paytm executive in the showroom come to me and Consult with the owner and tell me that u will come showroom on 4 nov one day before your delivery date and pay the full amount of the vehicle through paytm then u will get the offer on 4 nov in the evening I am visiting the showroom the owner and the sales manager told me that paytm scheme is ended u will not get the offer then I am visiting the another dealer of hero in the bikaner karan automobile museum circle they give me the exact paytm offer and booked my bike then why rajaram dhaniya automobile misguided the customer with wrong information please help me

      M aaj 10:45 pr ajmer kota road (Vigyan nagar) pr hero service centre, bike ki service krane gaya, jahan aapke servant ne jhooth bola ki aaj mechanic nahi h jabki waha doosri bikes wash ho rahi thi, pr mughe ye kehke mna kar diya ki festival time h aap kal aana.

      Aap mughe bataiye kya ek reputed company ke employee aise hote h... Jo jhooth bolkar company ka naam roshan karte h... Chahe koi kitni bhi door se aaya ho... M pehle inse time pucha tha to ek employee ne btaya tha ki sunday ko 12:00 o'clock tak khula rehta h iske baad hm gaadi nhi lete pr ye to 10:45 pr hi mna kar rhe h wo bhi jhooth bolkar.

        लेकिन सर मेरी गाड़ी की किक फस गयी है सर मै ने शिकायत की थी तो वहां हमें बताया गया कि इसका सामान हमारे पास नहीं है मंगवाना है सर मैंने दिनांक 10/08/2018को शिकायत की थी सर आज 01/11/2018हो गया आज तक अभी सामन नहीं आया ।
        सर मेरी गाड़ी तीन महीने से खड़ी है।कृपा करके मेरी गाड़ी ठीक कराये। और जो पार्ट नहीं उसे जल्द से जल्द मंगवाने की कृपा करे।

          engine related problems

          Hero team members
          I sushil from jamshedpur.i want to share about the engine problems and resolutions .
          I purchased a hero bike glamour i3s and bike no is JH05BX4009 at november month 2017 . But this bike is bad engine and in this bike problems are compressor down and very noising when that start the engine.
          I want to say that my bike is 10 months old and I know that any bike not problems create in this...

          Hi my name dhirendra kumar i have a super splendor my bike number is dl8sch2448 this is my second complaint my complaint id is[protected]/10/2018 i am going on hero service center burari but after servicing i am facing more problem in my bike gears i can't properly change my gears on time that's why i am troubling when i am driving my bike its dangerous to drive bike i am also tell my problem to the service center but he don't give me a perfect reason of this problem and also not solve my problem please sir solved my problem i am facing a big problem with my bike

            Dear hero team,
            I am the owner of xtream cbz sport150 single disk i use this bike from past 2.1 year want take your kind attention towards pathetic quality from hero service centres. (Hero joyride customer pune)
            Resitration no: mh13cm1489
            Current mileage : 21530 km only

            When i had to come to your service centres for proper bike servicing, every time i had to come again and again after service as to get my bike ready to use after complaint irrespective of putting such amount every time in service. Please think a little about customers as we always don't have time and money to put in our vehicles. After putting such amount and hours of our busy schedule in service centres, if we didn't get proper utilities than how i or other will recommend your brand to others.

            A) pratibha motors wakad
            Last 2 services taken from pratibha motors wakad with joy ride but not satisfied with there service and all every time i had to come again and again after service. Unprofessional, no proper management, unskilled mechanics, poor service quality. I don’t think they are working for customer satisfaction. I am still facing same issue for which i visited hero showroom. It’s still not solved and every time. First time it was horrible experience.

            B) hero sehgal motors chinchwad
            I want to tell you the latest example i had with sehgal motors on sunday i. E 20 oct 2018 there are many problems when i told them related problem.
            I was driving bike after servicing it was almost 30-40 km i was facing same problems gears noise, engin noise handling increase automatically, etc again put that complaint on 23-oct-2018 to your service center and taken appointment for sunday on 27 oct

            1) creating a job card took almost 1 hour in the morning at 9.30 am
            2) the bike was still not taken for work till 4 pm and i personally had a word with supervisor but work not done and get the bike at 5.00pm
            3) delivered the bike without washing
            4) worst management of the workshop i have ever seen.
            5) they were just trying to rounding off the things.

            My problem are still not done as on i have facing same issues. How you handle the customer and many more. Now think how we. I am not satisfied with hero services.

            Today i also realis that sehagal motors only work for counties not for quality. Dealers only work for targets no one work for quality and customer satisfaction. I request please take care of such thigs as not we are from you, you are from us. I had totally lost the faith from hero company.
            Thanks lots for giving me such nice services and experience..!!

            Petrol fluid and seat lock not working since last 2 months and still the spare parts are in transit as said by the service centre. 60 days are quite long and the name HERO is also a top most brand regarding 2 wheelers which is no doubt getting shabby image. Not at all good for business
            मेरे स्कूटर के पिछला ट्यूबलेश टायर है वो चलती गाडी मे पूरा एक साइड से निकल गया कंपनी में गया तो कोई सुनवाई नहीं है ओर आगे की टायर की स्टेपनी मे भी जंग आ गया है स्कूटर को ले हुए अभी 9month हुए हैं 3800km चली हैं

              I have a hero passion pro, purchased in january 2017 at manikonda, hyderabad from nalini hero showroom, but now i am facing problems in every service from service center in guntur, i. E gowtham hero showroom at chutugunta cercile. My bike purchased in january 2017, but now i am facing several problems in this bike. So please provide the solution for this.

              I have purchased bike (passion pro) from Nalini Hero showroom in Manikonda, Hyderabad in January 2017. After that I am moved from Hyderabad to Guntur. After this movement every service I am facing problems from Hero service center in Guntur. And I am facing several problems in this bike (like Lighting, Speed Meter, Sounds from Wheels). Please suggest me the solution for this.

                  Am sulata paul booked a hero mastero on 16.10.2018 having eng no jf33abj4f03399 and chassis no - mbljfw014j4f03459

                  Being a employee from gi insurance industy i done insurance from own and submitted to dealer.

                  Vehicle registration till not done as required documents with me.

                  Paid cash 31000 (Approx.) as down payment, and rest amount rs.40000 going under loan - shriram city union finance ltd

                  Now due to my son (3 yrs) school admit time came, i will not be able to pay the rest emi due to financial problem.

                  I wanted to cancel my booking against mastreo.

                  As per sales manger biplab ([protected]) i could not cancel and can’t get refund amount.

                  Biplab also said there is no process to cancel and refund as two wheeler also not delivered to me.

                  Kindly think the future situation and help to resolve the same.

                  On 26.10.2018 mail send to '[protected]@heromotocorp.com' for the same.
                  Till not received any call from any where.

                  I found one new things when i am trying to scan and uploading my receipt for your ref.
                  Computer generated receipt issued in the name of arun saha, and they over write my name manually.
                  If they received amount from arun saha then where is my amount and my bill.
                  Engine & chassis number also missing, there is no confirmation that for which two wheeler i paid the amount.

                  On 16.10.2018 my son was out for long time without lunch so on that day he was not ready to sit any more in dealer, so i was in hurry and not checked the money receipt too.

                    I was reach m/s. Bharat motors
                    Near state bank of india, kalagarh road, dhampur, uttar pradesh - 246746 to change speedometer sensor. Sensor was under warranty but they said to pay sensor charge. I pay and then senior officer said that sensor is under warranty and your paid amount will be refund on next service and give a paper note regarding refund amount. After 3 days, i receive a call from service center and he said that your sensor is not under warranty and paid amount will not refund.
                    Now my problem is, why they don't declare that sensor is not under warranty when i was present in service center. They declare sensor out of warranty when i was not in center. I want refund my sensor paid amount. Please take action as soon as possible.

                          मेरी गाड़ी CBZ Xtreme MP32ME0495 सर्विसिंग के लिए लेकर आया जिसमे मेरी गाड़ी में..
                          1. मीटर वायर चेक करना।
                          2. चैन इसपॉकेट बदलना।
                          3. ब्रेक शु बदलना।
                          4. डिस्क ब्रेक पैड बदलना।
                          5. ब्रेक लीवर ईस्प्रिंग बदलना।
                          6. ओर पूरी गाड़ी चेक करना।
                          उक्त '6' कार्य संबंधित मेरी गाड़ी में परेशानी थी। जिसे मै इंडिया ऑटो हीरो सर्विस सेंटर दमोह में ले गया था, जहाँ के मैनेजर शरीफ खान एवं मिस्त्री हासिम खान ने मेरी गाड़ी में अनावश्यक कार्य (लॉक खराब) बताते हुये कहा कि आपको लॉक बदलवाना पड़ेगा तभी गाड़ी का मीटर चालू होगा। जोकि मै इतना सुनकर अपनी गाड़ी (CBZ Xtreme) को सर्विस सेंटर से लेकर बाहर निकल आया था । फिर मेने मारकेट में उपस्थित उक्त मिस्त्री को मीटर बंद संबंधी परेशानी बताई।मिस्त्री द्वारा मीटर वायरिंग चैक करते उपरांत पता चला की मीटर वायरिंग में कपलर टू कपलर फिटिंग होती है, जिसका कपलर जुड़े दूसरे कपलर से बाहर निकला हुआ था, जिसे उक्त मिस्त्री ने कपलर को जोड़ कर मीटर चालू कर दिया, जिसका उक्त मिस्त्री ने मुझसे 20/- ₹ मात्र मेहनताना लिया था।
                          इंडिया ऑटो हीरो सेंटर में अनावश्यक कार्य लॉक खराब होने के संबंधी शुरुआत में ही मुझसे 1500/- ₹ लिये जा रहे थे। जो कि, यह सर्विस सेंटर एक ग्राहक को गुमराह करके अन्यवश्यक कार्य बताते हुए पैसे वसूले जा रहे थे।
                          इस तहर की धोखाधड़ी सर्विस सेंटर के वर्चस्व को धूमल कर रही है।

                            Dear sir,
                            Sub : vehicle servicing – ap 31 am 1204 – cd deluxe.

                            It deeply pains me to pen this letter. I have been availing your services for the past few years. I don’t certify your services as exceptionally good, all i can say is that it is just mediocre. This conclusion has been arrived at by my own experience. This has raised enough apprehensions which are being mentioned below.

                            1. Are your service mechanics technically qualified?
                            2. Have they been adequately trained to handle service problems?
                            3. Is the vehicle road worthy after service?
                            4. Whenever a component has been replaced due to wear and tear, why is it that the corresponding or inter – linked components giving away? Thus, leading to additional repairs and burden to the customer’s purse.
                            5. Whenever the same issue is discussed, a concession is provided in the service charge but what about the cost of the component? It has to be ultimately borne by the customer/vehicle owner.
                            6. Is it really justified for the customer to be penalized for the inefficient service of your staff?
                            7. Why are the components wearing away within a couple of months? Are the spares of sub-standard quality?
                            8. My vehicle may be old but the model is still being marketed (May be with a different nomenclature). Only change will be with electronic components. The mechanical components remain the same.

                              When i go there for service they don't give me good service. They don't clean the bike. It is my 3rd time experience. They have no knowledge about oil controlling function. Please do something about it.

                                  I bought a mastero edge from your dealer in charummood, alappuzha, kerala around two months back. The vehicle covered only 1400 k m so far. Suddenly its speed meter system completely failed. When i contact the dealer they are saying i should pay for the cable. This is completely unacceptable as this is the vehicles manufacturing problem

                                    Sir when i go for my 2nd free servicing at hero centre (Vimalnath showroom, shirpur) they properly check my bike passion xpro but they didn't washing my bike and also not coated but i paid coating charges also so why i cannot receive proper servicing.
                                    Why hero main centre office not give him instructions to solve all problems of consumers properly.
                                    Waiting for positive reply if not positive reply come in future i will not purchase hero bike.

                                      I want to inform you that i've purchase a duet mp15my2750 in 12 feb 2018 and im regularly facing engine start problem i didn't use kick today when engine automatically off while running any after many attempts of self start i tried to kick start but kick not working its didn't reverse yet i've complaint many time for that we are facing engine starting issue but no one resolve that you are sold me your scrabe for me if it's issue not to be resolve asap then i'll complain in consumer forum.
