Dear sir, my self bhuri singh, purchased maestro edge from mahadeep motors, jhalarapatan, jhalawar, rajasthan in september 2018. After that i have faced some problem in maestro edge vehicle. I noted all type problems in maestro edge vehicle during 1st service on company counter but no check and change any type problem in vehicle i. E. No change oil in engine but company charge all type service bill including oil price. Maestro edge meter show service indication after company service and i requested many times for fitting number plate in vehicle in company. They were new pretext at each request and r. C. Of vehicle only given me. I feel that they were lost my vehicle number plate.

Looted 64 thousand rupees. Maestro is faulty, they are not providing service, battery is off and unable to start it. Now pull bike for next 5 kilometres

    Ive purchased the bike in february and i've been at the service centre for more than 10 times and i'm facing problem with the bike.

    After repeated requests also the problem is not solved.

    I've already filled the petrol of around rs.6000/- and that for 2500 kms.

    Time and again i've complained.
    I'm filling petrol of rs. 100/- and it is getting in reserve at around 40-42 km. I complained it at the service centre, they told me to keep it for one day, i did that but then there was the same problem.

    I also complained that the bike was vibrating, they told me it will also be solved.

    But both the problems still occurs.

    As instructed to me i gave my bike in the service centre and i was told they have changed carborator, now the average will be ok.
    But regret to inform you that the average has improved from 40 to around 45-46 (In rs. 100/- petrol).

    Again i complained it to the service centre and i was told it will be done.

    I met executive from customer department and i informed him regarding the issue and requested that the piece may be replaced and if not possible please give me the bike after complete set up is done.

    I was assured that the issue will be discussed with higher authority.

    I was called at the show room and was asked to meet sales manager, who told me that the dealer will give you rs. 38, 000/- for your bike and we will give you rs.1500/- discount for purchase of new bike.

    It is completely be-fooling.

    Time and again i am telling it is a faulty piece and it needs to be replaced.

    1. Handle vibrating
    2. Average problem

    Still this two issues are not solved and now the start button is not working, needs a kick start now.

    It is once humbly requested to kindly look into the matter and solve it.

      Dear sir my hero player on service in manama automobiles hiran magri sec 4 hiran magri udaipur.
      Some of new goods in scoity. The charge of goods are rs. 326.
      And the labour charge are rs 132
      Means its 40%. Can you pl. Explain what is ratio of your labour charge.in india no any company taken 40% labour charge.

      So pl. Inform that what is your labour charge system.

        I booked pleasure on 20th oct. I paid fully. But no response from dealer. After five days i received my scooter. Their cutover care very worst. Their service department very worst. I went four time for my first service. Their answer is two days time. Their total employees very lazy, careless. I received only one call from them regarding give feedback. They forced me to give 5 rating for all five questions. They are totally cheating. Gem motor totally illiterate team and lazy team. Now i changed the dealer for vasanth motors, their service very good. Customer support good. Please cancel the dealership of gem motors. They are spoiling hero motors name.

          I purchase hero duet from regent automobiles panchkula plot no 148 industrial area phase 2 on 05 jun 2018.. And revisit on 10 july 18 for first service and i deal with worst customer service here and i complaint for that but they don't have a customer complaint register.. And now 13 nov 18 came here for second service and now i face the same issues.. Like worst customer waiting room and hygiene and worst rest room and even they don't have a clean water to drink over here.. Regent automobiles is a worst dealer i seen in my entire life.. They spoil hero automobiles brand name..

            Hi! I brought a hero splendor plus bike on april 30, 2018.in these 6 months period i was not at all satisfied with the performance of the pickup of the bike.

            The bike doesn't able to carry weight of just two persons and while going on a up road, it stops in the middle and show us hell.

            I've already used the previous versions of hero splendor pro & hero honda splendor. But those bikes were really awesome. There were no complaints with them and the performance was really good.

            So, please do me a favor with the pickup of the bike.

              After long time, i given my hero pleasure in our local distributer m/s anupam motors, kanhangad. I ordered some item which is not available in stock & some other services estimated charges approx. Rs six thousand after service registration i got an sms mentioned below...

              Dear customer, thanks for choosing digital free service coupons. Please show the otp - 280398 to the hero executive for final confirmation.

              I checked the same with the service team & theytaken the password & informed me it's came by mistake.
              I argued for the claim & they avoid my complaints.
              Please advice for further...
              Normally we are noticing several service charges issues from the same store. Please advice for further.

                I have recently gave my bike passion pro to service at sarayu hero. From the day of service... I'm getting mileage less than 40. I used get upto 58. I don't know what's the problem.. I have complained but there is no response so far. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                This is not the first time i have facing this trouble. I don't know why they are repeating this. Even the service was not good. I just need my bike in fully conditioned. Resolve this as fast as impossible

                  I purchased bike from Tanushka Automobiles Pvt Ltd Gwalior MP. That time they tell us bike has 5 years insurance but after sometime when I was in doubt I visited agency then they told bike has only one year insurance and demanded Rs. 2500 extra for another four years insurance in spite of this cheating I agreed on this term but when I reached again to make further process they clearly deny from providing this insurance policy ..when I tell agency staff for talking to manager of agency staff didn't allow me to talk ...kindly give me solution of this issue.i shall be highly obliged for your kind consideration .

                      I had problems regarding battery which i had been raised complaint on 19 october 2018. My mestro edge battery is deposited in service center and i have lots of problems without it.. Also my kick is not working now these days. My lots of work are gone pending due to it. I have contacted service center but they do not respond me. They give a contract no. But no one pick call on that no... Tell me when i will get my battery back and get service my scooty.. Only and only service center are responsible for it.

                            I purchased a glamour bike from sakshi motor, tinsukia, assam on 21.08.18. But after 1st servicing, the battery (Exide) was found damage. Accordingly, i deposited the same at sakshi motor, tinsukia on 04.11.18 for replacement the same as per warranty card. But till date 09.11.18, neither the concerned dealer provides battery to me nor responding the matter properly. Overall the service of the hero group is very poor.

                              I own a hero motorbike splender+ which is under warranty till date when I went for its sevice, at apex automobiles pvt. Ltd. 470, patparganj, industrial area, new Delhi 110092. They charged Rs 350, for alignment which should be free as its under warranty. It was it's second service, it was not having any injury, so if there is any problem in alignment, it must be from manufacturer only, not from my side. Please look into the matter.

                                I purchased maestro edge . Same day when I driving it's automatically off. I ask to showroom, they told me it will take some time to rutain . After 2 3 days it was almost daily 1 2 time automatically off . Again I call back to showroom they told me come at showroom we will shortout it. They just only open a plug and then said it was plug problem we correct it . I took it from my home to where I work 100km from there . 100km journey 4 time it's automatically off on highway . Once I save myself on highway between 2 3 truks when it's automatically off . It was wrost experience. After a few days I return back my home n want to go to showroom. Bt on highway again it's off . I workout onfeet 3km and went a workshop on deepwali day . I spend my Diwali on road with this scooty .Even I call customer care number also bt I didn't get any response. It's wrost .bcz 2 3 days showroom was also closed. Tomorrow on 09/11/2018 I am again going on showroom . It's totly off so i am using to carry this a loading tempo . Please I have no patience to bear this . please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir/madam

                                  I am Tarun Malviya belongs to mehragoan it is small village in Itarsi tehsil.
                                  I have to inform that your company is losing our faith because I had purchased a hero maestro edge before 3 year I am continuously serviceing it only one service was missed but yesterday dropping oil and abnormal sound check service centre technical person said engine shaft bend & oil seal leakaged and he open full engine and send for repair. I had asked questions to technical person what is reason of this problem he said this is machinery part problem was came or this problem may comes in long time of period.
                                  We will not suggest purchase of any hero motors bike because of such short period engine failures and bill was 3823 and I have also attached a bill copy.

                                      I am the owner of hero glamour ts08 fw 1429, i am using this bike from past 07 months, recently on 06/11/2018 go to service station phoenix motors uppal in hyderabad. To do the service to check breaks he told engine problem, we taken hero glamour 7 (Months) only, it's very bad of (Shame) hero motocrop. (We do proper services my bike)
                                      He told about service manager not proper answer. I have warranty of my bike but he told we not giving warranty and we spoke about senior manager then we told u e sad.

                                      Oil change starting problem and some small minor problems, it is unfortunate that i am really dis satisfied with the service provided by them. They made me to visit 4 times to the showroom and still they have not resolved my issue, instead of solving the problems that have created problem in my bike. They did just water wash and gave it back to me. I regret to have have relationship with hero in future

                                        Rash and negligence behaviour by authorised dealer and supervisor of hero motocorp in Rajanna siricilla district, Telangana state.service of the showroom is not good.Behaviour and language of the dealer is so rash towards the customer.Not only me most of the customers are facing the same problem.Also he is not issuing company payment bills properly.
