I have given my bike hero (Xtreme up16aq3878) on 19th sep 2018 for servicing due to my accident and also taking the insurance claim for (Rim change) the same they told me that it will take 15-20days to get repair and will hand over you the earliest possible, he told me that bake part is not available which they are arranging for that also they told me that they will arrange it in last 2week and you can collect the vehicle on 19oct but till date no available any materials. But hero bike use it is my mistake.

Nothing there did now telling that sparts is gonn so we r feeling about hero service centre is very bad please solve this problem I'm requesting

    I bought a hero i-Smart bike in Apr 2018 having Registration No. DL11SV6866 from Metero Motors Narela and my free service are over . After this i was facing issues like sound from engine, jerk of handle and some more faults. I visited service center on 14/10/2018, but Mr. Sanjeev in service center refused to accept my bike saying that they have a lots of service request on weekend and asked me to leave bike on working day. On Monday i.e 15/10/2018 i sent someone with my bike but they kept my bike for whole day and just only serviced my bike and produced a bill of Rs 1200 Rs which includes some part changes, service charge, oiling and greecing . But i think if you are taking service charge why you are charging greecing separately . In evening at the time of receiving my bike they said if sound continues then you have to leave it for 2-3 days . Currently i am facing the same issue again and after service auto engine off is not working. Now my problem is i am doing pvt job with my studies. My classes are from Monday to Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM after this i have to go to Gurgaon for my job till 10 PM . Now you tell me how can i leave my bike for 2-3 days i don't have time. This is the third time i am facing service issue . In the end i have to say that Hero motocorp is providing worst service . Based on my experience i will never going to recommend anyone to purchase any Hero bike . It seems like the motto of hero is to "irritate the customer so that he never come back". For any clarification you can reach [protected]/[protected] .

    In my Bike passion pro, my frant no plat fall down in the way.due to use plastic part. Use for number plate fitting it is broken near by hill.
    My suggestion is use matel part for number plate fitting is very important part.

      I had bought new maestro edge from chaudhary automiles hisar on 26 may 2018. But recently my scooter met with an accident and got damaged. I am unable to visit dealership bcz i am out of station. I send my brother to dealership for repairing my scooter in insurance, but they refused to do so. I am facing much problem.         I have done my first service it had not done in front of me and the service provider didn't do it better they didn't fill the engine oil in the engine and now the engine oil box is empty today i checked it then i knew that it has no engine oil and now my engine is now getting very hot is this the way of working hero motors i am happy with the service of hero motors i am requesting to hero motors don't make fool their customers ok i want to engine oil fine
        My bike is getting hot and hot very much

          My self debasish martha and subhasish martha is my big brother brought a hero maestro edge scotty having rc no-od33p1810 from sai automobiles, main road, jankia, dist-khirdha, stae-odisha.
          After buying this scotty the battery is down and scooty is not starting for getting solution i am going to this service center and checked up and service provide said that the battery is fully dead and need to be changed, when i ask to change the battery the showroom owner told that the battery couldn't change in his showroom and he can't provide service for changing the battery and instruction to me go to gopalpur, cuttack and replace the battery and get new battery and he produced a authentication letter for replacement of battery, i am realised that it should be a long process for me to replace the battery from gopalpur cuttack service point whose distance from my home 120 kelometer and i am return from sai auto service center and brought a new battery and install. After new battery is installed same problem arrive in between 5 to 10 days. When i go to next time to servicing my scooty i am told that fault and problem of battery damaged and the service man told it is a wiring problem it's need to find and he told to day the repair man is not present you will come next time and our team will solved this. I am go to next to next servicing but same opinion of owner and service man you should come next time, it is going on 8-9 month long but no one seen the problem and i am already brought 3batteries and installed but same problem arrise and battery are dead.
          To day in evening i call to service point owner mobile number xxxxxx7610, and xxxxxx8980 the owner pik up the phone and i am asking tomorrow can showroom is open and he reply yes and i discussed about the problem lingering about 8-9 month and said to owner i will come tomorrow and handed to you and leave my scooty to repair and i want justice and solution. The showroom again said that you come after durga puja dushera, i am not convinced with him it is the fake advice and i won't satisfied your commitment i will come tomorrow and leave my scooty in your showroom and you solve the wiring problems and battery problem if you are not solving my problem i will case against you in consumer complaints court, and he said in slade language i am not provide service and do complain against me and he will defend and see who can take action against him

            I hade kept on servicing my glamour bike at swami motors govind nagar kanpur but they were just doing the fomalities in the name of service. my bike battery was low at the time of last service but i had noted following complain with them:-
            1.self start problem
            2.petrol do not pass on reserve menu.
            3.break problem
            4.mileage problem
            this is feed back of customer who are servicing at service center owned by company. 5 year warranty is claimed when servicing is done at company service centre.
            'Kyo karaye? jab vehicle is service na sahi ho oil ke paise bhi lo wo bhi samne nahi dalte" apni marzi se gadi check nahi karte." my vehicle got electrical problem after three day of servicing, i had walked along with vehicle aroung 2km."
            Please suggest, as my colleague had service the vehicle in sun motors in lucknow, they had jame the wheel of vehicle. so he had to pay outsider to resolve his problem,

              I m pechase hero spelndor before 2 month and i have face many problem in my bike i submit bike in shiv automobile gujrat palanpurand he say this is repair in chargable basis my bike is under warranty so why i m pay for this and he say bettery problem is not repair or replace this service centre go to betery compny dealer tyre problem in my bike so he say go to tyre compny dealer so nothing is repairable in service centre so why i parchase my bike in ypur showroom so please solve my complain soon as possible my job card number is (31). Bike number is gj 08 7642.

                On[protected] i went to hero showroom situated at sector 63 noida named dhansri hero for service of my scooter maestro edge where i submitted the complaint for my headlight working problem they asked to replace with new bulb stating that bulb is not working with the charge of rs 140/- plus labour charge extra. Since yesterday bulb is not working again i am sure that they have not replaced the new bulb they must have replaced with used bulb. Within one month it is again not working also the same time they broke set system in which bulb is fitted & asked me rs 600/- to replace with new which i refused to replace.. Today i went to the showroom for the same & met the workshop manager kanchan sharma he even didn't listen properly & refused to help & ask to get it replace with charge of rs 140/-.
                These people are making fool of consumers.

                Same happened with my fuel meter they replaced ii under warranty & still the same problem is existing which was before replacement the wrong indication of fuel levels

                Iam attaching the bill also.

                Iam very dissatisfied with dealer & hero.

                Will never purchase any product from hero in future and also will ask my friends, relatives not to do so.

                  As per hero site & sales person miles of mastreo scotty is 60 km but actually it is very poor, it's miles is 25-26 km only.
                  Hero is a big brand and it is shame to company that they are advertising false and miss guide to customer.
                  Please advertise real thing and guide to your sales person to guide fact things to customer.

                    Very poor service ever giving by hero service centres which is unbearable.
                    If company or its service stationa can not give good service to customers then company have to collapse their service centres. There reasons behind above statement is : -

                    1. All hero service centre has only t or 2 service machanics and all other is trainni who don't know major things to give a good service at all.

                    2. Incomplete service by service boy. They don't have proper knowledge how to resolve the problem. We all know that company is manufacturer of their products after knowing this thing they refering me to external repair centre for minors problem.

                    3. Carelessness : last time in the end of march 2018, an unprofessional service boy forgot his/their ring spanner (Paana) in the backtyre excel screw.

                    4. They are not good listeners or good followers about matters that they note down from customers.

                    5. Very poor management for customer lobby. Their is no one who ask for water for a while. For this reason hero has to learn from honda agencies.

                    6. No feedback system from hero agency but most laughing thing is they never forget to remind the customer for service call.

                    Its time to talk about my complaint :

                    First thing i want express myself is that i will not prefer anyone to hero products if they can't give service batter then they don't deserve this.

                    I have ignitor pb 10fg 9016 (White) that is registered with nitesh sharma (Me) and when i purchased this product from hero agency it was awesome bike with very cool riding ever but after 2 or 3 servives it had problems that is not resolved like breakshoe irritated voice and millage/average problem still now.
                    Crazy thing is that when service centre handsup for minor problem from the meter and they ask me to this is not our work you have to resolve this problem from external repairing centre. What the hell is thia all. If manufacturer can't resolve thia problem than who can do?
                    Tell me.

                    i had purchase new bike hero super splendor i3s in July2018. i seen same day that was dripping oil from engine. then i went to hero service center was repaired there but not solve problem.many more time repair in service center but till time not solve my problem. i have five days after that i will go to consumer forum. .

                      passion pro new bike starting issue

                      I purchased this bike about 4 months ago. From the day i purchased right after 20 days bike started giving me problem like engine stops automatically, average is just around 30 to 35 km, etc. I did the service of my bike twice, both time i informed about the issue which i'm facing they said that they will fix it and also charged 1000rs for each service. Even after the bike was serviced i'm still facing the same issue it's like they just trying...

                      Hi yesterday i went to apex automobile 470 patparganj industrial area delhi for the service of my bike no dl7s ce 6053 vide invoice no 21755bj18v14716. The behave of concern engineer was very bad and the service provide by them is very bad which spoils the reputation of company. The problem for which i give my bike for servicing is not resolved rather they create more problems in the bike and when i discuss about this they reply me to sold out the bike

                        My vehicle no. Hr 24 y 1524 purchased on 18.10.2017 hero mastero edge from singla automobile, rania, distt. Sirsa, haryana. Battery is faulty after the first service done on 14.02.2018, from deep automobile, sirsa whenever i complaint about the same, every time they just recharge it, instead of replacement of battery.                           My motorcyle hero super splender purhcase from balaji, kolkata, west bengal. Car no. Wb104408. On 07.10.2018 balaji service centre delivered by car without no service i. E. (Wash, tafelon, mobile etc). After delivery i check in spot then service centre wash and tafelon but i do not know mobile change or not but i pay rs. 864.00 in cash. Balaji service centre worthless service centre in kolkata (Serviceing not showng customer). Please check our feedback form submit in service centre and reply.

                            I have given my bike karzima (Sports) number hr26b-7964, for part replacement in jasodra motocorp gurgaon on 10th of sep-2018 and just had word with one of their executive mr. Anuj (Looking insurance part) and he said that we haven't received parts yet.
                            So could you all please help me in resolving the same, is this the way hero-motocorp treats his customer.

                              Very poor product the vehicle not completed 1 year and started troubling like lights indicator meter lock and keys tyres very pathetic product and service after 3 months service vehicle not working proper i faced thrice the lock is not working engine check sign is there and vehicle is not starting problem with self problem with tyres me and my friend bought the vehicle together and both o[censored]s are facing the same problems on and off right now the speedometer is not working in both the vehicles

                                My mestro reg no up15bl5813 date of purchase 20/05/14, from starting i m regularly services my scooty from shri shyamjee autowheels pvt ltd meerut now i m facing some problem with my scooty engine according 2 company if i m regularly services my scooty from ur service center it will be covered under warranty,
                                But after regularly services from shyam jee autowheels they are not support me, they r not providing me the services details they r saying that they don't have my services record before 11/05/17
                                How is this possible while i m paid all vat, service tax gst on billing system they can find all record from there billing, but they don't want they r cheating with hero customer
                                Sir plz help me otherwise i will have to go consumer court and court will ask shyamjee about bill, that will be on my name

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Please be informed that i had purchased a hero passion pro last year during november, which is yet in warranty and its fourth service is due. Since beginning, i am facing a common problem with chain set. It’s getting loose and giving lot of noise and i need to get it tightened very frequently. I have complained about it to your authorized service centre (Satvik motors) in all the warranty services and they are not taking proper action on it and giving it back after just tightening it. Now, during fourth warranty service, which is due now, i have again complaint about it and they are asking for paid replacement of chain set, which according to them, will cost me around rs. 1200/-, while my vehicle kilometer reading is just 9500.
                                  I am not a new user of bike and driving bikes since last 8 years. None of my bike chain set have performed so poor and i know that the life of chain set is anyway more than[protected] kilometers. This bike is having chain set problem since beginning, even when it had run just 500 kilometers. Now your service executives are trying to give funny and useless excuses that i am running 30-40 kilometers daily, that is why, this problem is there. By saying this, they are simply admitting that quality of hero bikes are so poor, because not only me, but lots of my family members have regularly having long rides on bikes and none of them ever have faced same problem.
                                  Therefore, i request you to look into it and take appropriate accelerated action to this issue, otherwise it will have adverse effect on your reputation.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Referring the above, i deeply regret to inform you that the vehicle is having ‟starting ” problem from the first week itself.
                                    I used to run the vehicle by small, small continuous fine tuning, battery changing and small correction by m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur (Sub dealer of m/s. Palaniappa motors (P) ltd. Dindigul).
                                    Again the same problem exists on 1/10/2018 and the vehicle is with m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur to correct the problem.
                                    Daily they committed to deliver the vehicle by one or two days. But they didn’t.
                                    We came to understand from m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur that one cable is damaged and it has to be replaced (This is the latest new reason)
                                    And they feel, it is very difficult to procure from the principle office.
                                    I am using hero honda vehicle from 1994 onwards (Cd100, cd100ss and splendour also).in my previous vehicle, i never face such problem. I use to recommend hero honda vehicle for my company and my employee uses also.
                                    I am very disappointed that the company like ‛ hero’, is doing such service. The service station should have to keep some important spares with them. Otherwise, they should have the capacity to procure the spares in time.
                                    I am wondering, why they are doing like this. Already 11 days have gone. There is no answer from the service station regarding exact date of delivery. Each and every time there is some excuses and 2 days time.
                                    I strongy belive that there is some manufacturing defect in that vehicle. Kindly look in this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
                                    Otherwise replace the vehicle with new one. If any additional amount need for this, i will pay that amount.

                                    In our view, the quality of service techinicians engaged in the sub dealers service station has to be drastically improved.in our friends circle’s view, there won’t be any much problem while servicing in m/s. Palaniappa motors dindigul. This is the need of hour to improve the after sale service in sub dealers level. This is our own opinion
                                    Anyway, kindly do the needful for my vehicle at the earliest.

                                      I have given my bike hero glamour (Up32 gr2187) on 24th sep 2018 for servicing because of my accident and also taking the insurance claim for the same they told me that it will take 10-12 days to get repair and will hand over you the earliest possible, now i'm sitting on the 19th day and still there is no intimation from the company side regarding my bike when i contacted them then they told me that some part is not available which they are arranging for that also they told me that they will arrange it in 2-3 days 7 days ago and you can collect the vehicle on monday today is thursday and no reply from the service centre. I'm a sales professional and my whole work depends on my vehicle, and only i know how much i'm suffering because of this such unacceptable behavior.
