मैं अरुण कुमार उषा मोटर्स पुर्णिया से हीरो ग्लैमर मोटर बाइक दिनांक 07/12/17को नगद भुगतान कर खरीदा था। लेकिन मुझे अब तक रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर प्राप्त नही हुआ मैंने कई बार एजेंसी में संपर्क किया लेकिन मुझे अब तक रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर नही मिल पाया है।कृपया मुझे रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर provide करवावे।

    But d. V automobile dealer hoshiarpur, punjab.
    With their mistake they have changed my rc: colour black where my bike colour is cherry to i m facing a problem against selling it. They have just made foolish excuse nothing else.

      Hi All,

      I've purchased Hero splendor plus new bike at Nidhi Motors, Bangalore on 20th September 2018. I'm facing starting problem, and I've informed and given for service still the problem was not resolved. Really I'm feeling a shame to say it's new bike. And also every morning I have to do exercise with that to start. It's really horrible on every day.

        Sir, I Purchase a Hero Passion 110CC on 20.09.2018 form H M Motors, Porur, Chennai - 600 101, Ph: +[protected]Dealer by Hero MotoCorp), i paid a payment on 06.09.2018 Rs. 11818/-, the second and final payment paid on 15.09.2018 Rs. 54552.18

        Mr. Senthil kumar (Sales Man, Ph: +[protected] was handled to me, he promised to delivery on 18.09.2018 with Registration number (RC 15 to 30 days to delivery) but he is delivery on 20.09.2018 only with out Registration number. He promised to give a number tomorrow, but sill now am not get the registration number and i paid all my payments including registration fees also.

        And am asked Mrs. Kanniyammal (Manger sales, H M Motors, Ph:[protected], she promised on 28.09.2018 (Friday) to give a Registration number on before 01.10.2018 (Monday) afternoon, but i call back to Mrs. Kanniyammal on Monday (01.10.2018) she is also not pickup the call.

        I am very Suffer, the authorized Hero show dealer M/s H M Motors are handling and unreasonable / fake commitments. He / she can’t understood the customer satisfaction also

        Now, Kindly deal this matter

          Dear sir/madam, i am yogesh kumar sevak from rajasthan dist-dungarpur sagwara, padra, i bought a bike splendor pro (Rj12sp9537) two years ago. Reg. Date 05/09/2016 chassis no. Mblna10caf4k0164 from city motor sagwara but face chain pocket problem. I always face chain loose & chain pocket problem. All mechanic say i company fault. I have changed chain pocket three time even bike drive only 25000 km.. So i want to change my bike because i face daily one to another problem. I struk to bought this bike.

            Iam the owner of maestro scooty, Maine sp Verma road Me apna scooty servicing k liye, date- 22/09/2018 ko diya tha or next day maine saam ko receive kiya 2 din scooty waha rhne k baad v servicing achhe se ni hua, servicing k baad v scooty m problem aa rhi h, phr next day lekr gya to frock change kiya but uske baad v sccoty m problem aa rhi h, lgbhag 4000 hazar ka bill bna diya or sccoty thik se servicing hi ni hua, to mere waha jana se kya phayada hua, itna paisa lgao but phr v wahi problem, or waha k labour v sahi ni h, waha koi baat v aachhe se ni krta h.
            Agr aise hi service provide kiya jayega to phr hmlg kaha jaye servicing k liye.

              I have splendor plus bike i went service my bike at above mentioned authorized dealer showroom, but they are not note downing the problem of bike and the machinic also not properly telling who ever at counter to note down the prblm and dey r giving bike as it is, problem for working people like us. Pls do the needful & increase u r company goodwill

                I am staying in mohali punjab and every time going to authorise dealer Balaji agency phase 3 mohali punjab.and my problem is they are not doing good service of vehicle .2 times I come here for chain cover maintainance but nothing solution there is so why they hired these types of mechanics if they have zero knowledge about maintainance from First day to till now I am irritating from the service
                First time I came to Kaithal Chaudhary hero agency there an engineer also check the bike there was a problem in rear brake that work pending from when bike come out from manufacturing plant and also back lamp light bulb was not present here so how i can say this is no 1 bike and no 1 company. Please solve these issues for future

                  Sanskar motor service centre indore misbehaved with customer.. Responsible person found gossiping with other customer regarding my problem unnecessary they wasted my time.. I found mastro is not giving average when i purchased they told me 55 but it was always 32 i complained but they didn't fix the problem.. Im not satisfied with there customer service also take action against the person misbehavior.

                    I am disappointed with the service from hero amman motors which is located in somanur. I had purchased an hero pleasure and yet not completed even 2 years. I am facing batter issue but the amman motors people are not responding properly and blaming us. And i yet not received the mate from them. Always they are telling will give on next service.

                      We have super splendor purchase for metro motors navsari gujrat after 3 month my bike is give low avrage for 45 to 55 im visiting for 2 times in every month but not proper work problem not shotout still 9 month im talking with owner but owner is not proper reply my concern is millage so manager asking is petrol pump change so i change petrol pump for 5 times but not shot out my problem so reply me fast other wise im action for company tomorrow i will call to hero customer care but still not call to compeny for me so plz give answer fast

                      Other wise il mail to higer level or action to compeny for go to consumer form

                        Sir, i purchased new hero bike hf deluxe on[protected] and till date i regularly service my bike at authourise dealer shri apna enterprise, rawatbhata, rajasthan. Today[protected] my bike at 9400 km on 4th service my bike chain sprocket has been damaged unknown reason and service center placed new chain sprocket in my bike but my bike is in warranty period. So what is your action about chain sprocket damage. Please inform me early as possible.

                          मैने २ साल पहले हीरो को इस्मार्ट ११० c c बाइक ली थी मैने उसको अभी तक 18 हजार किलोमीटर चलाई है मैने बाइक ली थी तब से समय समय पर सर्विस करवाई लेकिन बाइक के इजन में खराबी थी तब से ली दिक्कत थी.. लेकिन 1 महीने पहले मैने इजन में मिस्टेक हो गई तो मेरे को सर्विस नहीं कर के दी लेकिन मैने कंप्लेन की तो कर दी लेकिन अब वो वापस खराब हो गई है उन्होने उसकी संतुष्ट पूर्वक सर्विस नहीं की थी और अब बोल रहे हैं कि समान आने में 1 य 2 महीने लग सकते हैं फिर आपकी बाइक की सर्विस होगी...तब हमने हीरो की इस बाइक से तंग आकर बाइक एक्सचेंज करने का बोला तो हमारी मजबूरी का फायदा उठाने के लिए उन्होंने 64250 रूपीय में ली हुई बाइक के 20 हजार रूपएमें बाइक दूसरी दे रहे हैं... यह दोनों सर्ते हम मजुर नहीं है...हीरो बाइक की अच्छी वारंटी के कारण हमने बाइक ली थी लेकिन हम हीरो कम्पनी से संतुष्टि नहीं मिली है मेरी बाइक की जल्द से जल्द सर्विस करने की कृपया करे वो भी संतुष्ट पूर्वक...

                            I came for service of my glamour bike at usha hero purnea. The staffs told me to park the bike in a row to open the job card so that the can open the job card serial wise i parked the bike but the staff who was opening the job card for service has not opened my job card instead he started opening the job cardsof those who came later. I asked him that why you are doing so he denied to reply instead he kept on doing so again i asked him then he told that its upto me whom i want to open the card first. I got a little argument with him i told is there any disciple i followed the rule and for my term inspite he refused to do my work..
                            I was really frustrated..
                            I think these kinda behaviour irrates the customer..
                            And also he wasted our time..
                            Staff's name is chandan pls look after it..
                            He really disappointed me..

                              I bought maestro edge from auto sales corporation in kolkata b. T. Road. I suffered a lot after purchasing. It was only 2 months since i purchase and there is starting problem and start off problem happens. Several times the scooter starts off on road and when i ask for the road assistant they charge 200 rupees. Then they repair it 2 times and kept it for 7 days and do nothing instead of changing a spark plug, the sad thing is after that kind of problem they still told me to pay the spark plugs bill and will there will be same problem even today i suffered from same problem and when i call the service centre they dont send anyone from assistance. I also told the showroom owner to kindly replace it i being fully harassed. I am totally harassed by the company.

                                Hero passion pro BS4 2017 model bike give only 52kms mileage worst bike I ever seen. I am using this bike since one year and i have regularly serviced the bike by authorized service station, i have raised complaint about this in every service yet yet i didn't get mileage

                                  I would like to inform you that I have purchased new bike Glamour i3s from Radha hari agency in muzaffarpur bihar on[protected]. I asked the sales person that I can see the bike for my satisfaction then they told that after payment you can see the bike, then I make the payment on cash. Then at the time of delivery I check the bike minutely then I saw there is many scratches over there on fuel tank, front suspension, front wiser, side panel. Then i told him that please give me a another bike then they told that all bikes are in same condition on very second day I have starting problem then I went to agency they repaired it, then on third day I filled full tank petrol the petrol is leaking from some where from tank. It seems that the agency gave me a defective bike at very first day. Please take this matter seriously or other wise I bound to go to a consumer court.

                                    I have bought a new hero glamour on 4th august 2018. Initially it has starting problem due to presence of water in fuel tank which has been taken out by service centre but the engine gives unpleasant sound as compared to other glamour. When i contacted the hero service centre thend he told me it is manufacturing defects and therefore we can't do anything in this matter. Please solve my problems as soon as possible.

                                      I have purchased maestro edge in year 2016 december month. I have just out showroom after purchase scooter and try to start.
                                      When i insert key in vehicle it shows a symbol of key and i again and again try to insert it when symbol goes it is able to start than i told to manager of sukhmani hero indore theytold me please try to start and finaly after 20- 30 attempt scooter start and management told me please come after 7 days for first service we are solve your issue but after 20months also same problem continue and after first service my scooty is getting hard movement while riding if i compare to another mastero i showed this problem to hero moto cope service center management also. But still my problem does solved can anyone do needful to my problem.
                                      From day one i am getting this since its nearly 20 months no is solving my problem atleast any one help me.

                                        This is with reference as mentioned above we want glamour fi magnet cover, material code - 11341ktra40.

                                        We had purchase glamour fi red black bike from shivang automobiles @ nashik, maharashtra in 2012. Now we required magnet cover (Code - 11341ktra40) for the same. This part is neither available in any hero showroom nor superstokist in nashik and unable to provide service to me.

                                        Hence, please take the action for the same.. Solve the issue as early as possible
