My mestro reg no up15bl5813 date of purchase 20/05/14, from starting i m regularly services my scooty from shri shyamjee autowheels pvt ltd meerut now i m facing some problem with my scooty engine according 2 company if i m regularly services my scooty from ur service center it will be covered under warranty,
But after regularly services from shyam jee autowheels they are not support me, they r not providing me the services details they r saying that they don't have my services record before 11/05/17
How is this possible while i m paid all vat, service tax gst on billing system they can find all record from there billing, but they don't want they r cheating with hero customer
Sir plz help me otherwise i will have to go consumer court and court will ask shyamjee about bill, that will be on my name

    Dear sir,

    Please be informed that i had purchased a hero passion pro last year during november, which is yet in warranty and its fourth service is due. Since beginning, i am facing a common problem with chain set. It’s getting loose and giving lot of noise and i need to get it tightened very frequently. I have complained about it to your authorized service centre (Satvik motors) in all the warranty services and they are not taking proper action on it and giving it back after just tightening it. Now, during fourth warranty service, which is due now, i have again complaint about it and they are asking for paid replacement of chain set, which according to them, will cost me around rs. 1200/-, while my vehicle kilometer reading is just 9500.
    I am not a new user of bike and driving bikes since last 8 years. None of my bike chain set have performed so poor and i know that the life of chain set is anyway more than[protected] kilometers. This bike is having chain set problem since beginning, even when it had run just 500 kilometers. Now your service executives are trying to give funny and useless excuses that i am running 30-40 kilometers daily, that is why, this problem is there. By saying this, they are simply admitting that quality of hero bikes are so poor, because not only me, but lots of my family members have regularly having long rides on bikes and none of them ever have faced same problem.
    Therefore, i request you to look into it and take appropriate accelerated action to this issue, otherwise it will have adverse effect on your reputation.

      Dear sir,
      Referring the above, i deeply regret to inform you that the vehicle is having ‟starting ” problem from the first week itself.
      I used to run the vehicle by small, small continuous fine tuning, battery changing and small correction by m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur (Sub dealer of m/s. Palaniappa motors (P) ltd. Dindigul).
      Again the same problem exists on 1/10/2018 and the vehicle is with m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur to correct the problem.
      Daily they committed to deliver the vehicle by one or two days. But they didn’t.
      We came to understand from m/s. Suresh motors vedasandur that one cable is damaged and it has to be replaced (This is the latest new reason)
      And they feel, it is very difficult to procure from the principle office.
      I am using hero honda vehicle from 1994 onwards (Cd100, cd100ss and splendour also).in my previous vehicle, i never face such problem. I use to recommend hero honda vehicle for my company and my employee uses also.
      I am very disappointed that the company like ‛ hero’, is doing such service. The service station should have to keep some important spares with them. Otherwise, they should have the capacity to procure the spares in time.
      I am wondering, why they are doing like this. Already 11 days have gone. There is no answer from the service station regarding exact date of delivery. Each and every time there is some excuses and 2 days time.
      I strongy belive that there is some manufacturing defect in that vehicle. Kindly look in this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
      Otherwise replace the vehicle with new one. If any additional amount need for this, i will pay that amount.
      As we are long experienced “ fill it, shut it, forget it “ hero honda customers, we never blame this vehicle without a valid reason.
      In our view, the quality of service techinicians engaged in the sub dealers service station has to be drastically improved.in our friends circle’s view, there won’t be any much problem while servicing in m/s. Palaniappa motors dindigul. This is the need of hour to improve the after sale service in sub dealers level. This is our own opinion
      Anyway, kindly do the needful for my vehicle at the earliest.

        I have given my bike hero glamour (Up32 gr2187) on 24th sep 2018 for servicing because of my accident and also taking the insurance claim for the same they told me that it will take 10-12 days to get repair and will hand over you the earliest possible, now i'm sitting on the 19th day and still there is no intimation from the company side regarding my bike when i contacted them then they told me that some part is not available which they are arranging for that also they told me that they will arrange it in 2-3 days 7 days ago and you can collect the vehicle on monday today is thursday and no reply from the service centre. I'm a sales professional and my whole work depends on my vehicle, and only i know how much i'm suffering because of this such unacceptable behavior.

          I have done my all services from hero service center lucknow exept 3 services my bike engine is getting noise of crank. I have shown to service center, they told to center will cover warranty of the engine please provide me exact solution.

            The hero services centre in sagar m. P i got the worst treatment. Over there firstly some of the staff member talk very rudely and are using very accused language towards us. By saying it's your fault that you came late and you didn't tell us the things but in fact i have given them very specific instructions and plus my vehicle was there at the centre for two whole days

              I have given my karizma vehicle to phoneix motocorp, madhapur, hyderabad for engine noise complaint, they have asked me to change bore kit and several other things which made me shell 6000 rs from my pocket after warranty coverage. And then they disassembled things they missed air screw and have not properly done the fittings, now i have gone engine oil leakage problems, i have been approaching them several times and every time they show irresponsible behavior

                I own a hero maestro edge black colour.
                I m from jodhpur. I have given my hero maestro edge on paid service... Before that i have an average of 42 km/ltrs. And when giving it they tell me that air filter have to be changed...
                They change the air filter... I think after changing it average should be improved but my average has gone down to 25 km/ltrs... Which is very low...
                Now when i again go to the service centre they listen to my problem and tell me come tomorrow... This is the answer from the last 3 days... I ask them to please show me the air filter which they put in my maestro edge... But they didn't show me... And they are not even solving my problem... Sir its a request from you to please help me out as soon as possible... Otherwise i have to take some strict action

                  I am dr. S. Arokiasamy residency in sathipattu, panruti, and cuddalore (Dt).
                  The vehicle owned by me, the pleasure scooter bearing the register no: tn 31 ab 2031 was bought from your authorized dealer tkr motors, panruti on 20 sep 2014.
                  As early as my first service immediately after the purchase, the vehicle had problems excess of smoke exhaust from the silencer and the starting trouble. When asked they said it would be either fixed or reduced after the free and pay services.
                  Nothing has been done so far since my last complaint, nearly four years after the purchase. You must be aware the warranty period covers 5 years, 50000 km whichever is earlier. So far my vehicle has run around 10000 km
                  They don’t seem to have maintained proper record of my first services, even they said i had not bought it for free services, it’s not true. I have got all the evidences of my free services done.
                  I regret to inform you that i am not satisfied with the services, and worse still, no proper response is given from customer’s points of view.
                  I hope you will do the need at the earliest.

                    I've serviced my hero duet two times at super auto tarakeshwar. Every time only washing has done properly but problem in bike is still. My home distance is 13kms from servicing point. Have i any value of time and cost of petrol? Breakshoe is to much tight after servicing. The bike sound like flute and vibrated during running. I said these problems before service but no result. My bike is less than 2 yrs old. Buying date is 30/12/2018. I need the proper steps.

                          I purchased a hero passion pro 110cc on 26 june 2018. After 30 days i observed a lot of sound from engine. When i go at a speed 50 kmph. Is this the type of bikes that you are selling to poor people like me. I have borrowed the money from others to purchase the bike but after purchase i'm getting lots of problems with your product. So i don't want these. Please take back your bike..

                              I purchased hero splendour pro last year to present a birthday gift for my brother.
                              But he is very much puzzled by the bike because tyre quality of bike is very poor and result of he repaired his tyre 30 times and purchase new tube 5-6 times and result of i replaced this one with new mrf tyre
                              I complaining hero to use this poorly bad quality tyre like metro tyre. It is very risk to life and i am also saying 90% of accidents in new hero bikes, selection of local tyre is responsible.
                              I try myself to avoid purchasing hero bikes in future and also to my relatives

                                महोदय मैं ध्रुव कौशिक आज दिनक[protected] को अपनी बाइक श्री यश सर्विस सेंटर सूरजपुर ग्रेटर नॉएडा गौतम बुद्ध नगर पर सर्विस के लिए लेकर गया जहाँ पर मुझे दोपहर 2:30 pm का समय दिया गया सर्विस पूरी होने का जब मैं बाइक लेने गया तो सर्विस नहीं हुई थी मुझे २ घंटे रुकने के लिए कहा गया मैंने रुक कर बाइक की सर्विस करायी लेकिन वाशिंग सर्विस सेंटर पर नही कराई और मजबूरन बाइक मुझे ऐसे ही लानी पड़ी इससे पहली सर्विस पैर भी मेरे साथ ऐसा ही हुआ था. यहाँ पर कोई managment नाम की चीज़ नही है किसी ने भी इस पर कोई संज्ञान नही लिया कृपया उचित कारवाही करे इस से मैं ही नही बहुत से ग्राहक परेशां है बीके वाशिंग वाले ने बताम्मीज़ी भी की

                                      Dear team hero,
                                      I had given my passion pro for servicing on 22nd september 2018 at m/s cross wheels hero, moradabad. The bike was not accelerating and there was also problem of oil leakage. Besides this some other small repairs were to be carried out. On same day in the evening i received a call from company that there is issue in engine and half overhaul of engine is required. Relying on that i gave my consent for the same. Next day i went to there for taking my bike. Upon scrutinising the bill of rs. 3282/-. I found that service charges of full engine overhaul were charged. Upon complaining with the manager half of the service charge was refunded. But the discount of 5% was removed which was earlier given on extra labour and all spares being a joyride card holder. Also 2 joyride were debited instead of only one. The bike was still not accelerating beyond 40 kmph and engine was making heavy noise. I thought may be engine needs some time after half overhaul. After 2 days i observed that oil was still leaking and bike was still not going beyond 40 kmph. I made a complaint to the cross wheels, they told me that you bring the bike and issue will be resolved. On 30th september 2018, i again went to the cross wheels for the rectification of the problem. The oil leakage problem was resolved however acceleration of bike beyond 40 kmph is still not resolved after 2 complaints and elapse of more than 10 days. Engine sounds heavily. Brakes were also not checked during service. It appears that no work was undertaken on engine and only bill has been issued. Even service was also not done properly. I am a senior branch manager at a nationalised bank. I have not so much time to follow up again and again. I have lost my trust in the cross wheels hero. Please provide cctv footage of work undertaken on my bike on 22nd and 23rd september 2018 or refund my hard earned money fully.

                                        Sir Mari bike no - DL9SBM3555 hai . Mare bike me February 2018 se engine me problem hai lakin show room wale aaj tak solve nahi kar pa rahe hai .
