This is with reference as mentioned above we want glamour fi magnet cover, material code - 11341ktra40.

We had purchase glamour fi red black bike from shivang automobiles @ nashik, maharashtra in 2012. Now we required magnet cover (Code - 11341ktra40) for the same. This part is neither available in any hero showroom nor superstokist in nashik and unable to provide service to me.

Hence, please take the action for the same.. Solve the issue as early as possible

    Sir i am purchased hero pleasure having registered number mh09 eh 6238. Left side integrated brake has been broken. The same is not available. I approched at your authorise service centre i. E m/s samarth motors gadhinglaj, teh: gadhinglaj, dist: kolhapur, state: maharashtra. Since last 6 months the same spare part is not available. Sirf hume tarikh pe tarikh mil rahi hein.       I have brought a hero mestro edge top model on april 2017 from pratibha motors wakad, pune. But i think that was my worst decision ever which i think about this ghatiya vehicle. After 1 month of purchased, my vehicle tyre got puncture, it was around 11 puncture in front tyre and 12 puncture in back tyre. I did a complaint but no action has been take. I think they gave a fake brand tyre.
      Other issue was the average problem as company promise to give 60kmph but after 3 month it give 40kmph. Overall it is a very worst product. Activa is far far better than this cheap hero mestro.

        Greetings of the day!!!

        My self-pooja goswami from pilani, i have more issue about scotty. I had taken the last year scotty, which i am very worried. This warranty is in the period and in one year it has got a problem with the engine. It stops moving. Your sellers are also not responding well to this, which is very sophisticated, i have a mentally disturbed. Please suggest me what i do for that.

          I have maestro edge which i bought from saanvi autobiles dehradun. I got my scooter serviced from the same.in the job card i mentioned all the problems that i was facing including the seat lock problem. But after service when i paid the bill and was given my scooter i noticed the seat lock problem was still there for which i again complained about and after checking for around 45 minutes they said the seat lock wire has to be changed which will take half an hour max. I got it changed and as was already very late i just paid the bill and moved. But today i checked they have charged labor charges for changing that wire but they say it's free when scooter is in free service period. I am highly disappointed with such a company like hero. Please look into this matter. I have attached the photo of both the invoices.

            Dear sir
            Today i had given my maestro edge for servicing, repairing of self start switch with replacement of right side mirror, left side indicator & seat cover with new one.
            In turn, i received my vehicle with no repairing of self start switch and no replacement of said items.
            This is the third time in past 9 months, i am told that the said materials are out of stock.
            Moreover, i paid for labour charges.
            This is how ridiculous and hard to belief that a company like hero is unable to provide services products to its customers in the span of 9 months.
            I am very much disappointed and decided to avoid using the services and product of hero in future.

              I own a (Dl5s br 7421) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hans hero service centers karawal nagar near tool tax this fraud service center in delhi i eill purchase after 70 days and ii kind services created problems my bike frunt socar sort for oil not lee chase so your service center talking about im not responsibility your bike chargeber 1500 hundred rupees for repair my bike so what warranty some days
              Changing engine oil, spark plug and socar repair second service they used k. M 2900 after 70 days for purchase

              I have opted for hero since it's a reputed vehicle brand. And now i regret for my decision.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  On june 19th, 2018, i have received my bike hero pleasure registering tn22-bp-3254 after getting serviced at hareena motors (Now changed to saradha motors), ground floor, old no 32, new no 1, kamarajar salai, anakaputhur, chennai - 600070.

                  I have given for general service with complaints on pickup (Which happened after general service on april 21th, 2018 at the same service center). I received a call from service center connecting technicians ganesh and sundar and they have explained that engine head needs some repair.

                  I demanded reason on why there should be issue with head because the bike is running fine and service is done properly and regularly only that pickup from ideal is not good. They kept on repeating if this repair is done, pickup will be good as new.

                  Finally, i agreed to make the repair and collected my bike on june 19th, 2018. I have driven bike to home and put side stand. I have seen oil leaking from engine so i have observed for few minutes and took the bike back to service center. I have raised complaint to front desk and they have called the technician ganesh who attended service for my bike.

                  He looked at the leak and tightened some screws and told me the leak is fixed so i have driven back home and have seen same issue but this time the oil is leaking heavily then i took my bike once again to service center and raised complaint.

                  Technician ganesh came and looked into leak again and asked me to put straight stand instead of side stand so the leak will not come. I was really surprised with his answer and asked him not to hurry and give temporary solutions. Later, he asked me to drop bike so that he can look into it. I have dropped bike in service station and returned home. Also, i asked him to check the oil level as the leak was heavy.

                  I have called next day to check the status for which i have got a reply from front office that the management is changing and the stock counting is going on and hence there will be a delay in looking in to the issue.

                  After one week, i have received call from front office stating that the issue is fixed and i can take my bike. I went and checked the bike to see if the initial pickup complaint was addressed with oil leak. This time i took bike for test drive and i have observed that the pickup was sluggish so i have driven back to service center and explained about the sluggishness for which i have been told that engine needs a week’s time to set so i waited few minutes to see if the oil was leaking and there was no oil leak. I have driven back to home believing that the bike is all set.

                  After one week also the sluggishness didn’t go so i have called front office and explained about bike condition and they connected me back to technician sundar (Who was also aware of the service). He asked me to test one more week. Since he is senior technician, i relied on his reply so i have started to drive with same condition.

                  My bike got breakdown in the second week after service while i was driving in the night. It suddenly stopped and there were no symptoms of ignition. I have called service center front desk next day morning and explained about the problem. Two different technicians came to my house and took the bike to service center. When i enquired about technicians ganesh and sundar who attended the issue, they mentioned that both of them quit the job.

                  Next day, i have called the service center to check the status of my bike. Technician bharathi (Who is also aware of my bike service) attended the call and told me that the bike engine got seized. I have pushed to shock and arrived to service center immediately to find out what happened.

                  Technician bharathi explained that ganesh didn’t fix the leak issue permanently instead he has put some liquid (Like anabond) in one of the engine oil circulation unit which stopped the oil even coming out of the hose so the engine is seized without oil getting circulated properly. Also, he explained that it is purely ganesh (Technician) mistake. When i further enquire him on what got damaged, he explained that bore and piston got damaged and estimated amount to repair would be around rs 13, 000.

                  I went to front desk with bharathi and asked him to explain the same, after he explained what made engine seize, i told front desk that since it is technician mistake, hareena motors need to repair and make bike back to normal and i can’t bear any cost. Also, i asked for manager no to intimate the issue for which both front desk person and bharathi was not ready to share and asked me to drop bike at service center so that they can evaluate one more time and will have bike fixed.

                  I left service center with very much bitter experience but believing they could fix the issue. After few weeks, i got a call from front desk stating that the issue is fixed and i can take my bike. I went to service center and tested the bike inside the station by starting it. The sound of the engine was so loud and there was huge tappet noise. It was huge disappointment one more time for me, i have clearly told bharthi that the engine is in bad shape and it is clearly not fixed for which he removed few caps of the engine and showed me it is working correctly and the flow of the oil is also fixed. He also has done a test drive and told me that the engine pickup also good.

                  When i enquired about what are the components changed, bharathi explained that there was no need of change in any components as everything is normal. I was not compromised so i tried to seek managers no to explain the issue for which front office person and bharathi explained that they will tell this to manager and asked me to drive for one week and give the feedback. Also, they explained that they can’t keep the bike with them since there is nothing can’t be repaired anymore so i have taken the bike back but dropped a note to front desk and technician bharathi, if there isn’t any improvement in the sound, i will return the bike back.

                  In a week’s time, i called service center and explained that the sound is getting worse and it can be compared to sound of an auto so i told them that i am planning to return the bike. Front desk person told me that i can bring bike to service center but before that i have to talk to manger only regarding this issue so i went last week and dropped bike and met manager (Surprisingly he was there this time) and explained about what is really happening to my bike for past two months post service.

                  After explaining for nearly 20 minutes, without even minding on my words he said he can’t do anything about the issue as the management is changed and he asked me to talk to people who was there earlier.

                  I clearly told him that this is an issue with hero and not some franchise. If there is no hero logo, i would have never come to do service in the first place. Also, told him that i should have been notified earlier that new management is not responsible for services before so and so date. I gave bike for service when hareena motors was there and when i returned bike for first complaint there was management change and the bike was very much present in the service center and during second complain, part of management is changed so i don’t have anything to do with all this. Manager told me to come next week as the supervisor is in leave for rest of the week.

                  Today i went and spoke to manager one more time and asked if he is ready to provide solution. He said he can’t do anything and i need to bear the cost for the spares which need to replaced.

                  To hero-

                  Please give me a solution for this. I will be pushed to pathetic condition in which i’d have to take decision from your reply to go legally or not against my favorite bike company.

                  Expecting your humble reply on this.

                  Please note that i have a long history of servicing my bike in the above mentioned service center for both of my bikes (Pleasure and karizma (Tn22 aw-1558). Also, i owned cbz earlier to karizma. Being proud of hero honda bike person, i am pushed to this bitter situation and trying to get solution from you as last resort.

                      Two days ago i gave my vehicle kl-32-f-5769 for general service at travancore motors, cherthala. I suggested to change chain and spokket and engine oil and also instruected to check over all performance. After service vehicle not running proper and some missing is happened and handle tight.. So cannot drive safely with the same vehicle. Before the service the vehicle only chain loose complaint. We give the vehicle to authorised dealer for better service but result not good. Kindly do the needful to clear the complaint.

                        This is in relation to the hero motocorp service centre in udaipur "royal motors".
                        I went the service centre dragging my scooter and waited there for 20 minutes.
                        Later when i contacted the workshop manager she informed me that today workshop will not open. I don't understand that workshop is closed when its a working day and there is no public holiday.
                        Even the guard outside the showroom was not informed about the holiday.
                        I dragged my scooter back to my house as there was some starting issue.
                        Because of the stupidity of the workshop staff customers are facing problem.
                        No notice was sticked outside the workshop that today is a holiday.

                        I request to take some action and improve the service quality.

                        Just buy hero flash on 27 aug 2018 company claim the 65 kms avrege for this vehcle after 1 charge but the truth is my vehcle is not running more than 20 to 24 kms i not pick my vehcle from the show room it was still there the company make RND on my new vehcle and the problem is still there

                          IN 2017 we bought CBZ Xtreme (Black, Red) From Gurdas Motors which is under Sunny Motors of Cuttack. We have also paid the whole amount in advance before delivery. they delivered after 7 to 8 days of payment . when we saw the condition of the bike we refused to take it but they said that your bill is done so they can't refund the money. And also told that they would give the best service . But when they delivered it the speedometer and fuel meter was not working, so we complained about it then they told that they would solve that problem but till now it has not been solved. From the beginning the bike sounds a lot and when we go for servicing the chain socket is to be replaced, this is to be replaced and many more . so we are in a great loss by buying that useless item . And now we are thinking to sell it but no one is ready to buy it by knowing its condition. The service of that showroom is so bad that such showroom should be closed and their dealership must be cancelled . Not only me many more customers are dissatisfied with their service .

                          So I request you to take severe action against that Gurdas Motors which is under Sunny Motors Of Cuttack. And kindly pay attention towards my problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                            First of all the service is very poor and the workers messed my red maestro edge when i gave them to service they were trying to open the front part of it with screwdriver but they ended up with messing body parts the colour also took out and they broke headlamp and when i told them they told me it was broken meanwhile i was at their service station and arguing with me and even threating me that i will see u the service manager it means like i made a mistake to buy from hero... I will never ever buy from them and will tell everyone not to buy from this shubham hero from kamrej. Surat.

                              I have bought maestro scooter in oct 15 with the 5 years warranty condition from preet agency, dafferpur, mohali, and the within the three month engin of the vichle is opened, and i was informed that the crank of the same has to be replaced. And at that time no slip, details was provided to me and i was assured that it was all under warranty. After some time digital metter was stop working. All the services were made on the agency from time to time. Now since last year mechanic of the agency were failed to stop of leakage of the engin oil, five to six time seal of the engin has replaced. I am fed up with the same.in the meantime service books of the scooter has lost by the agency employee. From today i. E.19.9.2018 my scooter is lying in the agency for repair, and one month has passed. And now i have no other option to knock at the door of consumer court for compensation.

                                We bought a xtreme from gurdas motors of salipur dist - cuttack. But the service is very bad. Its now been a year but we have not got our new meter. Vehicle is in the name of ananda sahoo. I want you take strict action aginst them. When we are asking for new fuel meter they are just saying that it would come. And vehicle was also not good it was in a bad condition which they gave us and told that its fine they would repair all but till now it is not repired.

                                  We face lots of problems after servicing my bike in above branch.
                                  In last 2 months, my bike 2 times servicing. And 2 times paid my monney.

                                  But my problems are same to same.
                                  And also face new problems in my gear.

                                  I have bought a hero duet yesterday. The lock of the model is not opening after various trials.brought it to dealer doon valley motors dehradun.I am totally unsatisfied with the new product and model bought .this is just a bad experience with hero as I also have passion pro with me from last 8 years.

                                    Last 2 month here we servicing my bike 2 times in junali centre duliajan.
                                    But i m not happy with this service.
                                    After 1 day servicing my bike gone again same problems.
                                    And mechnic open my gear without my permission. Now in running my bike on road my gear is out of his place.
                                    Here we face lots of probklems.
                                    So very poor service of this branch.
                                    They can ignore our problems. And required only money.

                                      I had purchase hero duet bike from laxmi automobiles solapur on 13.09.2018. Given for passing on 14/09/2018, however passing not done properly.
                                      Therefore again called me for the purpose of passing of vehicle. Today i had also given my bike for passing on 17.09.2018 still passing not completed. Now telephonic call received me from showroom today not possible for passing. The vehicle will be delivered to you tomorrow. My name is ca prabhakar gunjale

                                      मुझे जो बाइक दी गई है वह दोनों रिम और टायर ख़राब है मीटर सही नहीं है इसलिए बाइक को चेंज कर नई बाइक दी जाये क्योंकि जिस बाइक को मुझे दिया गया है मुझे लगता है कि रिम और टायर के साथ छेड़ छाड़ की गई है
                                      Sir I do my vechile service on last week the complaint was not rectified & inner sprocket oil leak on my vechile & the grease was fully applied on the chain sprocket the chain was not adj correctly .so rectify my complaint as soon as possible

                                        I am not satisfied with the service done today at your authorized service centre in phulera to my i-smart hero motorcycle. At the time of handing over motorcycle to me after service, the concerned servicing attendant told that clutch wire is also to be required to be change. I gave my consent and asked me to come at next servicing. He did not accept to replace the same today.
