service complaint

I suggested to change chain and spokket and engine oil and also instruected to check over all performance. After service vehicle not running proper and some missing is happened and handle tight.. service centre off on working day

This is in relation to the hero motocorp service centre in udaipur "royal motors".
I went the service centre dragging my scooter and waited there for 20 minutes.
Later when i contacted the workshop manager she informed me that today workshop will not open. I don't understand that workshop is closed when its a working day and there is no public holiday.
Even the guard outside the showroom was not informed about the holiday.br...

bad service and bad product

IN 2017 we bought CBZ Xtreme (Black, Red) From Gurdas Motors which is under Sunny Motors of Cuttack. We have also paid the whole amount in advance before delivery. they delivered after 7 to 8 days of payment . when we saw the condition of the bike we refused to take it but they said that your bill is done so they can't refund the money. no proper service of maestro scooter

very poor servicing at duliajan centre

dissatisfaction with motorcycle service at authorized service centre in phulera

I am not satisfied with the service done today at your authorized service centre in phulera to my i-smart hero motorcycle. At the time of handing over motorcycle to me after service, the concerned servicing attendant told that clutch wire is also to be required to be change. I gave my consent and asked me to come at next servicing. He did not accept to replace the same today....

Very inferior quality fibre is used because scooty diggy broken only after purchase although rto registration and insurance is not done but scooty broken. poor customer service

In bokaro hindustan auto agency pdi department staff mr abhimanyu way of talking with customers is bad language he has no any idia about customer satisfaction after 3hours delay in install new bike asking it will take more time you can do as you like. Hero is reported company and we believe is but this tipe of customer service i will not purchase any hero product and also not suggest any one to purchase same. Very poor service...

avoiding and not fulfilling the task by the service centre

The worst company and its employers.
We really hate it.

I have purchased super splendor few months back.
They didn't does theirs task.
Didn't pick the calls to book the servicing of book nor for any thing.
On 1st servicing they didn't fixed a spare parts and asked to come later on.
It's 4th service but still neglecting to fix that part.
Theirs language is too rough.

regarding bad construction or poor facilities at service center, rama road new delhi

I visited hero service center at rama road new delhi on dated 02.09.2018 and found that continues water dripping was going on inside the workshop as well as customer waiting hall. Which could lead to any mishappening like short circuiting or get shocked to any tecnician as well as customer.
When i asked about such water dripping, they said that already noticed to higher authorities but not action yet.

I claimed a insurance about 3 months ago showroom said to me it will be refunded in 10 days whenever i ask about tha refund it always told come on that day come with passbook i am sick of the service not even the servicing it satisfactory for the parts of my bike i am still running to showroom but no one cares in showroom. mileage issues

I purchased my bike on 2 jan, 2018. Since then 3 services have been made on proper time.
But i had mileage issue right from the date of purchase. During each service, i make the dealer aware about the problem i am facing. This time i was told that you will not face this problem as we have checked the carbuettor properly.
But the situation is the same again. There is no minor improvement in the mileage.
I can't imagine...
