Really i feel bad about this product, worst service, worst product hero

    I have a bike hero supper splendor. We suffer from hero 'SERVICE' because bike having gear box, engine heat, engine unwanted noise and change noise of engine after 20 km/h. But service centre (Hero motors 'KASGANJ' UP) not resolve our problem. we go to service centre already three time but we are not satisfy with your service. please do some thing on behalf of our complement.

    I have purchase Hero Splender+ before 6 months, I face the problem like wheel not properly balanced so they replace the front wheel but now problem is remain.
    I have hero passion xpro i was an accident bike having mager loss some parts is damaged and i had gived my bike to workshop for repairing they taking so long time always saying parts is not available and now complete 18 days to my bike at workshop but they are not responding proper and my bike at arc motors workshop at okhla

      श्रीमान मैंने लगभग 1.5 वर्ष पूर्व xtreme bike रांची में ख़रीदा है, शुरुआत में अर्थात free servicing के दौरान मैंने हाईवे पर इसे चलाया था तब जैसे ही गाड़ी 80-90 के गति पर जाती है उस गति पर कुछ किलोमीटर चलते ही इसका kick free हो जा रहा था एवं इसकी वजह से मै दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो सकता था, क्यूंकि ये kick free हो कर निचे चली जाती है और पुन: वापस आकर पैर पर जोर का झटका देती है जिससे ये आभास होता है की पीछे से किसी ने टक्कर मारी हो |
      मैंने इसकी शिकायत service center में भी किया था तो उनके द्वारा मुझे यह आश्वासन दिया गया की ये समस्या अब नहीं होगी, किन्तु हाल ही में मै NH पर कही जा रहा था और इस बार फिर से 75 -80 KM/Hrs पर kick free हो गया, महाशय यह एक गंभीर समस्या है जो की ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की यह निर्माणी समस्या (manufacturing defect) है कृपया इस ओर अपना ध्यान आकृष्ठ करें अन्यथा यह कभी भी गंभीर दुर्घटना का वजह बन सकता है |

        6 months back I purchased Hero Maestro Edge from Rishi Hero Bangalore on belief of trustworthy relationship with HERO MoroCorp even after knowing that it is a new model.

        Unfortunately due to some reason Headlight Doom Visor of my vehicle got broken and for which when i contacted Hero authorized part distributor "M/S. PARSHAWA MOTORS (P) LTD." for checking vehicle parts, initially they told me that this part would be available in 1 week and when I re-checked after 1 week they told that they would not provide parts for Hero Maestro Edge and I need to contact the dealer where i made purchase of vehicle . I reached Rishi Hero Bangalore to get the Headlight Doom Visor Matt silver color for my vehicle for which they told me to create pre-order and based on pre-order they can provide me parts within 2 weeks. I re-checked multiple times after 2 weeks of pre-order of parts but each time they ignore my request and ask me to wait for next week.

        After waiting for long 1 month I registered complain with HeroMotoCorp and they assured me for the resolution after which Rishi Hero Representative called me and gave me some random number(calling it order ID) and told me that parts will arrive with a week and closed my complain, now even after more than 2 weeks of time after that, Rishi Hero is not able to provide parts and asking me to either wait for endless time or go for another complain to HeroMotoCorp since they dont care such things and work as per their convenience and not concerned of customers.

        It has been around a 2 months and I am still in waitlist of getting parts of my vehicle, which i am not sure if i would be getting, the only mistake i did is buying new model from Hero which now I am not able to ride due to parts unavailability plus rude behavior and it feels like i have wasted my 65K on such a scrap vehicle which i cant even ride.

        Any help would be appreciated.

          It's only 3 years that i had bought hero cbz extreme but without any accident the oil tank is draining fuel through its joints and it is horrible to think of riding this bike
          In such condition due to fear of fire or something like that. I can't imagine that such a huge brand will supply this type of worst item to me. Please do something out of this otherwise it's a matter of goodwill of the hero company.             I had purchase hero hf-deluxe bike in aug 2016. Today, s date as on 16.12.2016 my bike is not give average more than 50 km/lt. I had shown this problem to hero authorized showroom from where i purchase same bike. But they told me average will increase after 10, 000 km. As on today's date 16.12.2016 8000 km running of my bike.
            I hope you will solve my problem asap.

              I am ramesh tandel i hv a bike hero splendor i smart bike in my bike from starting issues like starting problem and it gives 30km fule average and when i see sticker of showroom i remove and i see there is permanent marker which manufactures use written "engine miss match" at that time m going showroom bhavna hero motor crop, fort songadh, tapi, gujarat owner name - mr rajendra mali and tell him about that and i am always servicing my bike in showroom but problems still continue and engine miss match issues nobody can give reponsoble answers to me showroom owner not pickup my call i am trying to reach hero motor crop area manager of gujrat but they also not take any kind of my decision to solve my problem he is telling me wait wait wait... From last 3 months m waiting and not receiving any call from showroom owner or area manager so finally i decided to send photos to hero motor crop custemer care companies and please take decisions on that serious issues or replace my bike imidiatly otherwise i will clam in consumer court for bike issues.

                I purchased hero maestro edge vx from supreme sales, jeypore, koraput, odisha on[protected] in name of swagatika kar. After running of 50 km while i kick start for the next time petrol automatically drained out and starting problem arrised. After complain their technician came and found petrol flowed through the air filter and damage the same. After replacement of air filter it get started but they didn't solved the over flow problem. Again after 2-3 ride the same problem arrised. The new scooter not yet run for 100 km but my rs500 petrol drained out and i have to pay rs 320 for air filter and technician charge. This is totally manufacturing fault so kindly replace my scooter with a new one. I am afraid to fill petrol because it may drain and may also catch fire. So please take action immediately.

                  Sir, i am amit. My bike was serviced on 04/12/16 sunday. As your advertisement purchase original products of hero. I purchased a rear right mirror for my bike super splender.

                  But, store keeper gave me rear mirror of passion bike. He also add price of that mirror rs 200.in bill. I saw the mirror after completing service. I refuse to take that mirror and ask for refund but he refused. After a long arguments he became ready for giving me super splender mirror after 7 days.

                  But sir, still i didnot receive any conformation call and 10 day have passed.
                  Sir please take action and resolve my problem

But in bike many disturbing sound coming from engine and always light on in bike there is no switch for on /off. 2 months is not totally complete the bike creating sound from engine.                       My name is Kamlesh Singh (my phone no. is [protected]). I purchased a bike Hero ISMART 110 in the months of October-2016 ) from Muhana Motors Muhana Jaipur ( Surya Hero Moto corp).
                      After my first service i was facing the sound problem from engine like (kar kar). I drop the bike for repair and they charged from me as there is not my fault it was company problem. After receive the bike same problem comes in my bike and the kar kar sounds is too loud day by day. Also bike meter is not working now.

                      I forwarded my complaint yesterday[protected], 01-12-16 & on 05-12-16 &[protected] and i did not receive any solution regarding that.
                      I do not want this bike with me.

                      I request you to kindly see the case and solve it asap. I am very very disappointed from Hero service.

                      Sound comes from engine after 15-20 days from purchased date.

                        Complaint : Frequent air loss in front tyre and Melody automobiles irumpanam disregards proper service

                        Hi heromotorcorp,

                        My name is Vishnu and I bought a Hero Hunk motorbike (KL-07-CE-4316) from Melody automobiles, Irumpanam on[protected].

                        With in first 3 weeks there was an air loss in front tyre and Service head in Melody irumpanam told that it is due to defect in the paint between rim and tyre. I have requested a replacement of entire front wheel but they assured a repaint can fix the things.

                        But after 4 months again the same happened and this time Service personnel in Melody Irumpanam said the painting done last time by them was not proper and one more painting will fix the things.Again I was forced to proceed as per their stand

                        After 9 months again there was again an air loss and this time I have fought hard for replacement of front tyre highlighting the issue happened two times before.
                        But they turned down my request by saying now there is an issue with wall tube and I have to believe them as I have no other choice.A replacement was done for the wall tube and I was charged for the same.

                        Now after 14 months again there is air loss in front tyre.
                        In all the before cases I have to call some workshop men to fill the air and took the bike to Melody irumpanam service centre before complete air is being lost.

                        So this fourth time I have insisted them to come home and take my bike to their service centre.
                        But they are so rude and asking me to take a man from some other workshop to get it repaired.
                        The attitude and Service I got from Service personnel in Melody irumpunam is very bad as a customer which created a bad impression about the Service of Hero company itself.

                        I would request you to take immediate actions to get proper justice for me.

                        I went service station for better care of bike but after servicing my bike become worst riding. my chainspaket or chain damaged by Machanic name is RAMAYAN so it because so noisy when riding. I was contact and went two time for comlain to manager but nobody taking responsibility.

                          we are purchased new bike from hero show room Rajam, Srikakulam district, i have a personal work that s why delay from my registration, i am not able to go to hero show room for the purpose of bike registration.so after 40 days i will go to show room he is asking from interest and extra amount for bike registration.
                          they are told to me first you pay interest amount after provide to service.already pay my down payment amount and clear my sri ram financier.but hero show room dealer asking int erst of finance amount, he is taking int rest no of village peoples, there is no proper response and service is very bad.

                            My bike (Xtreme sports) got on accident last month november-4-2016. So i handed over the bike to nearest hero service center. Address given below.

                            Madagadipet, puducherry-605107. On 05/11/2016. Totally 37 days gone, still my bike not ready, in service center same condition. I am regularly followup the service center, they replay spares not received from hero motocorp.

                              Today i was reach the rohan hero service centre bhubanswar, near baramunda firestation, odisha at 9.15. After standing 40 minutes in front of job card serial provider where only two to four people standing. Due to excess delay of proving service number i approach them to make it quick. But the their job card provider knowingly make delay after delay. So argue why so delay. As a results their job card provider use slang and threatened me beat.
                              Therefore i request you kindly take the case seriously so that i ll be obliged. It is a matter of respect by company to theirs customers.

                                i bought a new bike i smart 110 cc on august 2016. after few days bike engine start heavy noise. i have complaint at service center they did something that time problem was resolved. after sometime same problem start again then i have complaint once again visited at service center they did same. after few days same problem started now service not helping they doing like same. today my bike has stopped meter now service center not helping they said we cant resolve your problem.now please help...

                                      1- Hero MotoCorp Ltd authorized service center Kerakat Jaunpur was closed after fraud case from 2010 but company was showing it as operation and that fraud person was filling VAT and ITR of that ASC with help of Jaunpur dealer and HMCL Regional office Varanasi was closed after my complaint in last jun 2016 till date without taken any action against Jaunpur dealer and HMCL Regional office it means company was doing it knowingly.

                                      2-HMCL Regional office Varanasi organised a fake interview for it in Feb 2016 month.

                                      3-In July Regional office Varanasi once again organised interview for it but after interview date directly one 19 years B.Com second year student direct introduced for Zonal office interview as before time of interview it was cleared that minimum graduate education required for that purpose only they filled a class 5 standard person qualification as Graduation in application form is again company fraud case.

                                      4- filling a class 5 standard person qualification as Graduation is justifiable by company.

                                      5- no one applicant was came in RO office interview or any other interview with some gift boxes only that 5 standard person was came with Jaunpur dealer employee.

                                      6- company allow to their employee to take gift from interview applicant because that person came with Jaunpur dealer employee means he came with gift boxes well knowingly.

                                      7- company not interested in fare interview selection because class 5 standard person filled qualification as Graduation in application is itself fraud case.

                                      8- That fraud person give discount in investment also working capital 50 lacs in place of all others applicant was not allowed below 80 lacs working capital investment why and that fraud person never asked for building and others investment cost.

                                      9- company will support for that person black money or not if not then rest cost almost 50 lacs from came from details.

                                      10- most eligible faced 2 times site visit, 5 times interview til final interview at Corporate office in which one was fake, commented on his cast and through his file on land by Senior territory Manager Shri Sharma Regional office UP East Varanasi.

                                        I bought new splendor plus bike on 2011. Retail dealership showroom opted for National insurance. In 2014, I lost the bike. After so many follow-up's and somany verifications, Now they are refusing to claim the insurance amount. Now also I bought new bike (Passion pro - 2016 model). Now also they recommending for same insurance. Need escalation details for claiming insurance amount.

                                        Expecting support from Hero also for this issue.
