I bought a new splendor ismart 110 on[protected] from Ramdarshan motors, mandsaur(m.p). Within 15 days the unpleasant noisy sound came from the engine and there was oil leakage from engine.This bike sounds like old bike even it is new one.I am not satisfied with the bike at all.So, please resolve the problem as quick as you can.If possible replace the bike....

1- Hero MotoCorp Ltd authorized service center Kerakat Jaunpur was closed after fraud case from 2010 but company was showing it as operation and that fraud person was filling VAT and ITR of that ASC with help of Jaunpur dealer and HMCL Regional office Varanasi was closed after my complaint in last jun 2016 till date without taken any action against Jaunpur dealer and HMCL Regional office it means company was doing it knowingly.

I bought new splendor plus bike on 2011. Retail dealership showroom opted for National insurance. In 2014, I lost the bike. After so many follow-up's and somany verifications, Now they are refusing to claim the insurance amount. Now also I bought new bike (Passion pro - 2016 model). Now also they recommending for same insurance. Need escalation details for claiming insurance amount.

Today I buyed a new petrol tank of my bike Passion plus of ₹.4800, from The Hero Spare House, Grant Road, I came home & checked that new tank it has got a dent to it.
So I called Hero Spare House, Grant Road & told them about this. They refuse take it back, really got upset for this type of work with Hero. Only 1 hour was past & they refuse to return.

My dad bought Splendor I SMART 110CC on 29th October 2016 (Dhanterras). Soon he found oil leakage from the engine and he reported the same to the workshop from where he purchased the bike(AVNI MOTORS PVT. LTD. NAJAFGARH, 110043). Manager agreed about the defect and said that he will order new part and replace the existing one but he didn't give anything in written. I have given my bike on Saturday 3rd of dec for servicing . they provided me delivery time Sunday 4th dec, . Today is 6th of Dec. and they still saying will provide tomorrow .
