I have brought a new bike from hero motocorp on Nov 10th 2016 by giving complete cash payment. The bike was delivered to me without any proper bill, no registration, no insurance. I was asked to submit ID proof and Address proof which was already submitted. Todays it is 25th December 2016 still i haven't got any response from the dealer. Everytime the executive says we will call you n at that time you'll have get your vehicle to the RTO. Still waiting for the call as they have stopped responding to my calls.

Bike was purchased from Nithya motors at Kallal, Tamil Nadu associated with nithya motors at karaikudi.

    My Name is Ashok Kumar and i have purchase a Hero Passion Pro i3s in my name on 28.10.2016(On Dhantaras) from Aman Hero, E-2, Samrat Gali, Main Road(near inderprasth school) Sherpur Chowk, Khajoori Khas, Delhi-110094 and my vehicle no. DL5SAX1180. On that festival season they are giving some offer, such as if the buyer is a government employee or someone other in his blood relation will get Rs. 1, 500/- discount. My brother is a government employee. So I take the advantage of that offer and i gave them photocopy of my ID proof, my brother's govt department id card and his id proof. The vehicle should be registered in my name but they misplace my id proof from there records and registered the vehicle in my brother's name. Now they are refuse to transfer it in my name and making many excuses. I have already discuss this issue with the Manager but he is also making excuses such i have to take appointment from the RTO and you have to go to the authority for the transfer it. Kindly help me regarding this issue.

      I am dhruv ka. Patel from nadiad (Gujarat).
      My bike number is gj7 ce 8761.
      I having a problems in my bike like efficiency is very less like 30 or 33 km per liters petrol.
      I presented that problem in nearest service horizon hero nadiad.
      But manager of horizon hero used very ruff language & he try to mentally torched & says that come at other time when he free.
      As a customer, i don't neglect this type of torches.
      I kindly request that i want to solve my major efficiency problem & other small problems.
      So please try to understand my position & take action fast.
      I ateched a photo of owner's manual.

      All ready 2 times complaint for Rao&khan hero motors company in krishnagiri, no response in service.
      I did give my Bike ( CBZ Xtreme 2015 Model) For Free Servicing at Anas Motors, Ankleshwar.

      The changes that i did mentioned were not happend even they have damage the working things. bike is making so much noise. this is second time i am facing this issue.

      And Service Staff is so Rude at Reply.

      I want Strict Action for this Issue.

        I am totally disturbed after choosing hero bike, only 16 days before bike was purchased from that date my bike got disturb 5 times

        first time tyre got damaged when I went to my house

        second time light got disturbed .

        third time first shocker got damaged that day m on higjhway.

        now today again showker got damaged

        so my question is that why new bike got failure. may be is the problem occur from the company side at the time of making product

          There had a vacancy in indeep.com (Job portal app) and i applied. I got a call from a person named ankit and says he ia hr from hero moto corp. They took my telephonic interview and said they would call me back. After a day i received a mail where asking me to send scanned documents, also amount of rs. 450 for document verification. I had never came across any company where they charge moneybfor document verification. I do have a mail and mobile no they had provided. Please look into the matter if its the right person or they are juat fraud.

            I bought one vehicle in MSK motors. It has somany compliants while delievery. So many extra sounds in engine part and backside. Sales person told me that it will sortedout on first service. Now vehicle in MSK motors. 1st service 15/12/2016, but they give me again with pending service. Again the vehicle is given for service on 20/12/2016. But stillthe vehicle is not ready. I need my vehicle without any complaints. If it is not resolved i will go with legal procedure.                 I have a Hero pleasure scooter and it had a battery issue as horn, self start, etc were not working so I went to Hero authorized showroom in the city. They told me there is a need of a new battery so I brought a new battery and gave it to them and they said they will fix the problem in one day so I went to the showroom after one day and took my scooter but there was still problems with horn and headlight so I told them about it and after 3 days they solved the issue and after 4-5 days the problem again occurred and the self start was not working and again they took 3-4 days for solving the problem. Their is no proper good staff in the showroom. I had to say about my problem to 3-4 person they someone listen to me. Please take some action.

                  I had bought Karizma ZMR new model on 4th April 2015 from Mahim FortPoint. In August my bike started making sound as if any nut bolt was loose, on check-up it was confirmed that that Chassis was cracked. A new chassis was replaced and i received my bike after 15-20 days from Mahim FortPoint Service Center. Because of chassis crack my bike's under belly also got cracked, but the service center had no new under belly to replace even after the bike was with them for 15-20 days. So they mentioned "Under belly pending" on the bill issued. Till date under belly is not available in any service center.

                  - Once my bike fell in parking lot and my right side belly had broken.
                  - The indicator light breaks every now and then.
                  - My right side white LED light fuse has gone off without any reason. Those parts are still not available with any service center.

                  - 3 times my bike just stopped responding by all the electric fuse going off and i had to call local mechanic at the middle of road to fix the fuse.

                  In December 2015 my bike stopped in the middle of the road in Pune. I had no idea what exactly the problem was. Even the local mechanic near the incident couldn't find out the problem. After pushing my bike manually for 5-6 kms I reached Lakshya Motors, Swargate, Pune (Authorised Dealers and Service Center for Hero MotoCorp Ltd.). On check-up it was said to me that fuel pump was burnt and needed to replace with new fuel pump which costed Rs. 8200/- (bill dated 09-Dec-2015). I had no choice but to pay and get the fuel pump replaced.

                  On around 4th December 2016 again the bike showed a problem of not starting. Once in morning the bike starts and if i stopped in-between somewhere and restart the bike again it wont start and it used to take 15-20 mins to start. This started happening multiple times and before i take it to service center, on 15/12/2016 (Thursday) at night i stopped my bike somewhere for work and when i restarted it, it did not start and had to push 4kms to home while showing 2 of the local mechanics who had same reply "Fuel pump has broken". Next morning fortunately the bike started and i took it to Laksya Motors. They said they will check and let me know. On check-up they said the fuel pump is spoiled on which i showed them the bill of new fuel pump replaced from their service center just last year, on which they said our engineers will be coming and we will show them and let me know. After calling every day and after around 1 week they said there is no problem with the fuel pump and your bike has been fixed. I went and collected my bike after the general service on Thursday 22nd December 2016 (i.e. Today). But the same not starting for 10-15 mins problem happened 4 times today itself and at night again the bike didn't started at all in the middle of the road and i have to park it somewhere in an unknown location.

                  Sir, either you have provided me with a defective motorcycle or your product is not good. If your fuel pump is that weak and that expensive then you should have installed an alternate starting system which almost most of the bike has. Replacing a fuel pump every year is really expensive. Today i have parked my bike at an unknown place and am back home. I don't know whether it will start in the morning or i will have to take it to service center by tempo.

                    The engine getting off while driving and then gear stucks. I have to stop the bike to get in neutral and then i can restart the bike. Jasodaa service center charged 900 rs but zero results. Customers care no. not
                    connecting. No one to listen your queries. Hero bikes and service are worse. You just have to repent on your decision after buying the Hero bikes.

                      I have spend money on purchasing clutch plate & various accessories of my splendor + from Surya hero, jaipur which incurres a bill of 3278 Rs. before 10 to 15 days & runs almost 30 to 40 km. in this time... Day before yesterday its kick got free & clutch got hard &bike stopped working...when I took it to (Surya hero, VKI, jaipur) they said me that its clutch plate got failed &it charges to atleast 2600...so, I want to file a complaint which helps me...

                      I had approached 2nd time for service of my splendor motor cycle, bearing registration no. DL 7S Al 3001 on 26.12.2016 at Apex automobiles service Pvt. Ltd. This time staff stolen petrol from my motor cycle and complaining, no responsible person could be found. On earlier occasion in September, 2016, meter wire of my said motorcycle was stolen and instead of accepting their guilt, they tried to act smartly. This service centre do not deserve franchisee of hero Motors. Franchise should be taken back frm them and assigned to some other capable organisation.

                          i want reply and answers from the company ..y the have spoilt my scooty and dont accept their mistakes, , the gearbox is been damaged and produces a very harsh sound.. the lock is been damaged, , and even scratch on my scooty.. i have calling the company since 3-4 months no response i get.. i think i need to do an FIR against the company

                            My mobike hero pleasure (KL11AK5045) was given for servicing (19DEC16) at koyenko mobikes calicut authorised dealer & service centre at kozhikode. I specially told them to rectify two complaints which they didn't clear last time which unrectified may lead to fatal accidents.the first one was to check the front shock absorbers as the front tyre was wearing out in one side(photo attached) and I told them after that only to change to new tyres. using the same may cause tyre blast. the second complaint was to change right side rear view mirror(photo attached) as it was not stable and RHS mirror is mandatory and absence may cause accidents. Both the complaints were given during the previous service also and they returned the vehicle saying mirror is not available and didn't mention about shock absorbers. as they didn't charge anything for shockers checking i guessed they didn't check. so this time i specially mentioned it and given it for servicing after booking aweek before on 19 dec 16 morning 0900hrs. while booking they told methat they'll return the vehicle after repairs on the same day. while giving again i confirmed the delivery time and date. the advisor told he will try to give and he will contact me. from eve 1600hrs i started calling the given phone numbers as they didn't contact me, nobody attended till 1710hrs. one lady told work is not yet finished and will return tommorow (20dec16) after completion. on 20dec around 1630hrs they called to collect the vehicle by 1730hrs and the bill is Rs 3203. when i went they told to pay the bill i insisted to see the vehicle. then the supervisor took me to the vehicle i found both my complaints unattended.initially he told mirror is unavailable and shocker job done. i again asked for confirmation he checked with worker he told that is also not done. this thing shows they never check the quality of vehicle after servicing. they just want to make money just by greasing and eyewashing works with 200% labour charge (photo of invoice attached). even the complaints addressed by the customers are not done. i feel they never check the vehicle to be fit for road or not. i felt very bad and when asked why they didn't contact me. he told some cock and bull story the advisor was on leave he forgot to call and so on. with this type of attitude the customers will suffer. they are playing with life of the hero motocorpcustomers. stringent action may be taken against the defaulters. their lack of professionalism must punished. i may be compensated for my hard earned money and the valuable time and the mental agony i experienced at the show room . i infront of others found it very annoying, discomfortable and felt i was begging them to give my vehicle a proper servicing. kindly do the needful.

                              I had purchased new hero duet 2 wheeler by publishing your advertising in tv 📺. From your dealers century bikes p. Ltd nizampura Vadodara.
                              I gone for free service at 1868 kms on dated 19-20/12/2016. During service they're charged Rs 96=00 towards horn switch and labor for it's replacement.

                              You are requested to refund above unauthorized deductions of changes. As horn switch is company manufacturing defects and also in free service, there is illegal labor charged for very small item.

                              Enclosed invoice for your ready reference.

                                I go to service center
                                Serviceman send me to third party (battery service)directly.
                                If third party responsible so why service center open.
                                They are not support any type directly say go battery center. Battery center demand 50₹ for charging .
                                So what is the meaning of service warranty.

                                    Just after a month there is a oil leakage problem from Oil Engine Cap. I have complaining on my first services. They replayed, there is a heating problem. On second services there were more leakage from Oil Engine Cap. They have suggested to change the ring of the cape for Oil leakage and their solution. This problem was arise every time up to last service. They were said, there is a problem in Nut bolt cap of Oil engine and there is not in the stoke. And the cap is coming in the stock today[protected]. Now, my all the services are completed and they were said, Its not our problem. Please paid all the charges then we will help you.

                                    Every time the service man Mr Gautam who is the Service Engineer said that, I am here for your help and all that... If any spairpart related issue I will help you to resolve the problem without any pay because I am complaining again and again for Oil Lea-cage problem.

                                    Today they have parts of the oil engine. Now they are said that we needs the approval from Mr Nitin. And he is said Sorry we can't help you because you have bayed the bike almost before 2 years. Have you any written proof? we have said that we will changing that oil engine part?

                                    Its become a trauma to no to get a permanent solution of the issue.

                                    The attitude and Service I got from Service personal in Kumar Hero Motors is very bad as a customer which created a bad impression about the Service of Hero company itself.
                                    I would request you to take immediate actions to get proper justice for me.

                                      I got my scooty from hero, their service center spoiled it and they are now not listening to my concern, i want my money back

                                        Regarding delay in servicing at shree Automobiles faizpur

                                        Sir I am owner of Hero Extreme Vehicle Registration Number is MH19BX0017 I have submitted my vehicle on 21 Nov 2016 at Shree Automobiles Faizpur for repairing due to accident which requires replacement of front alloy wheel and allied parts.now today it is 17 Dec 2016 but till today I can't get my vehicle repaired since it is 25 days to submit vehicle.showroom owner says that part is coming, part is not available, it is in transportation....
