I have bought HERO Glamour motorcycle on 25th June, 2016, sine then the bike running well. But recently some problems developed in by bike and the same has been shown at Hero authorized servicing centre, but their service is not upto mark at per standard with Hero Motocorp. So you are requested kindly to look into the matter. My Bike details are given below :

1. Engine No - JA06EJGGF19665
2. Chassis No - MBLJA06ANGGF02675
Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Satvik hero bahadurgarh staff not provide good service.not solved customer's complent about bike.and after demads extra lebour charge in 1st service.and maneger also do misbehave with customers.they are take labour charge in 1st service to solve any complends in bike. Please take action about them.
Last time i have said about the prob of my bike at the time servicing like chain prob, starting prob, mileage etc. But not resolved. Even after servicing same prob is occurring. If will not be resolved this service i will file a suit in consumer court.

    Dear Team,

    This is second time that I have given my bike for servicing in Authorised servicing center named Rishi motors which is located in Tubarahalli, Whitefield, Bangalore.

    Servicing is very pathetic the first time, still I have given it for the second time.

    I had met with an accident because of which my Hero Pleasure bike got damaged and is given for servicing on 17th Sep 2016. They were supposed to deliver the bike by 22nd Sep 2016. But the same has not been delivered till now.

    The service center people don't pick the call. Even if they pick the call they can't answer to my questions as they have misplaced the Job sheet. They have called us by end of September and informed us that they couldn't get the spare parts of the bike as it was old model. After which they didn't provide any update about the same. And when we call them on other available numbers and they keep saying that they will give in 2 days. We had to follow up with them personally.

    I had to visit the service center personally with my fractured leg to know the status of the bike. I had gone through lot of mental stress because of the same. Every time we visit the service center they come up with new problem (like some other part is missing).

    We had to literally fight with the service center people to get the status. And now I have lost hope that the bike will be delivered. Even if it is delivered I dont have trust that it will be in good condition.

    Almost every person who came for bike servicing has a problem with their servicing. This is not fair enough as it is authorised service center. Please consider this as a serious issue.

      My two wheeler give the servicing on 04th Jan'2017, your technician damaged my back side light cover and told the that is in running time damage, if running time damaged, why are you delicate metal used?? your material and service etc... is too bad compare to Honda. Improve your self and customer satisfaction. your mistakes why are paying my amount??? you said that free servicing, what did you free ??? Every thing is charge and your team damages or miss out, miss use.

      Hi.. I have purchase hero passion XPRO from bahadur garh satwik showroom on 2 sept 2016 .They commit this avg. is Around 60+. but now when i checked out this milege is only 38 or 40. i have complain many time to service center but never got solution . now i am planing to raise this issue in
      consumer court. its pathetic exp. with you.

        I have purchased a new model GLAMOUR last april.The company is owing that the bike will gube upto a milage of 70 km/hr.but after purchasing the bike I relaised that my bike is only giving me a milage of 30-35 km/hr.even after 3 free services the showroom dealers are not showing interest in providing satifaction to me when complained about this issue.i need a proper action or replacement of my bike by the dealer.

          I am Tambe Bapu. Refer my invoice No[protected]RINV[protected]/[protected]. I took my HH Glamour, Registration No PB35K 9760 for servicing to Saideep Automobiles Pvt Ltd Ahmednagar, Maharashtra on 09 Jan 16. After servicing, I paid my invoice bill by card through swipe machine. They taken excess amount than actual bill. While asking for same, they stated they taken charges of bank which I am not understand. In Bill they taken vat against the each item and in overall amount they again taken vat. That me they taken vat from me in double time. I think which was not in order. Kindly look into matter urgently and provide me your feedback for my further decision.

            This is inform to you that i purchased a super splendor bike from Guru Kirpa Motors, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand on dated 06.06.2016. In continuation of regular bike services it was found that self-start was not work due to low battery, and finally work-shop take a battery on 05.12.2016 and give promise for new battery replacement with-in 15-20 days, but this is very bad to say that now (3rd service date-05.01.2017) they are saying that it will take Two and half months for whole process.So this is kind request to you that please clear my issue that i am not happy with your associate vendor.(They are saying(Work-shop) that Exide Battery vendor taking more days to replace that battery so what we can on that)

              Hello sir,

              My bike was catch by police because my vehicle registration no. Is wrong in this the totally mistake and scam do by rajdeep hero motor crop dealer, opp nh 8 road, bharvi tower, ahmadabad.

              I have received my motorcycle in 2007 from rajdeep hero motor crop, bharvi tower, opp nh 8, ahmadabad.

              In current 2016 i have get information that my bike registration no is wrong because of rajdeep hero motor crop mistake. And... Because dealer mistake my bike was catch by police and i pay 4000 rupees.

              After all this i was went in show room and i gave bike registration book (Rto book) and told "please give my
              Original no. Book from rto in 2 to 3 month.

              But 4 to 5 month pass. My rto book is not in my hand. Sir

              Sir. Please help me.

                I purchase achiver on 22.11.16 frm ur jorhat showroom. But that is now 4th time my byk suffuring from mobil leakge 3 time i show my byk prblm in servece center but all the sollution are temporary. Today i again notice that mobil is leaked. Show plz look into the metter, that is a sereous prob that cause eng siz. So plz look into the matter and solve the problem permently. I came with my byk in monday morning.

                Worst service I ever seen before. They don't respect customers. No response for customer complaints. No welcoming at service point to customer. Customers are confusing about where to ask & whom to meet about his/her service/complaint. No call back to customer about the bike service feedback at least 3-4 days.

                  when i bought hero bike, hero showroom person told me that my under one year warranty . now service told me that after 3500 km showroom is not responsible chain pocket problem even i warned them on first service on 500km. yesterday they told me that i have to change whole chain pocket on my expanse. my bike run 4000km from[protected] to now. so what should i do ? they only fool customer ? is their no responsibility about company fault product .

                    My bike splendor ismart registration no:MH16, BN:5061. Which was purchased in year 8.8.2015.dealer name: saideep auto, Ahmednagar
                    from last 15days i am facing various issues like:-
                    1. I am getting average of 30km/lit.
                    2. vehicle is leaving more smoke.
                    3. while driving i am getting jerks occasionaly.
                    4. while driving or at start time vehicle goes sudden acceleration.

                    due to all this problems faced i am very much worried about my bike performance.
                    look into this matter on top priority and resolve this complaint asap.

                    consider matter urgent and resolve issues quick or get my bike replaced if not solved quickly.

                            I, Harish Kumar having a motorbike registration No. PB-10-EZ-6541, mobile number [protected]. On 05..01.2017. I, given my above said bike for the regular paid service in the service centre of Balaji Automobiles B-31, Phase3, Mohali (punjab)who is authorised dealer of Hero Motors. When I, had given my bike for service in the above sad service station, the fuel tank of my bike was half i.e. 50% tank and after service it was on 20%. I vehemently objected the issue of emptiness of fuel/ petrol . The staff of Balaji Automobile firstly ready to fill empty tank of my bike with fuel and later on started abusing and threatened me by stating we have power and political relations we will not going to fill your fuel tank do whatever you want to do and started pushing me from the premises by using menforce.

                                मैंने मिहिर हीरो भागलपुर, बिहार में बाइक सर्विसिंग कराया है, जिसका वास्तविक बिल 1234 रुपया है। एचडीएफसी क्रेडिट कार्ड से पेमेंट किया तो वास्तविक बिल 1234 रुपये लेने के बजाय हमसे 1258.68 रुपया लिया गया है. यानी, वास्तविक बिल राशि से दो प्रतिशत 24 रुपये ज्यादा लिया गया. दोनों बिल हमारे पास है. क्रेडिट कार्ड से पेमेंट करने का मतलब है कि जितना का बिल, उतना ही पेमेंट। मगर ऐसा न कर मनमानी की है। बिल राशि से दो प्रतिशत ज्यादा क्यों लिया जायेगा. नोटबंदी के पहले तो नहीं लिया जाता था. 31 दिसंबर के बाद न तो सरकार का कोई नियम है कि दो प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त लेना है. अगर इस तरह से मिहिर हिरो (हिरो मोटक्राप कंपनी) की मनमानी रही, तो प्रधानमंत्री के डिजिटल पेमेंट को बढ़ावा देेने की योजना फ्लॉप हो जायेगा.

                                  I regret to inform you that i had a bitter experience with the way the service is carried out by the technicians /supervisors at annapurna hero service center, guntur, a. p.
                                  Recently, i gave my cbz extreme 2009 model with reg. no ap07at1174 for service with the complaints o[censored]nwanted sound, disc break, sounds of rear break and other miscellaneous complaints/general service.. they returned my bike on the same day evening stating that the bike was perfect as they did everything and charged rs.1200/-... after 2 days, my bike was struck due to failure of front disc break as it was completely blocked the moving of front tyre.. i felt down on the road due to sudden seized front tyre. fortunately i was left out with minor injuries and again handed over to the service people. again they charged rs.6000 plus and said everything was perfect. but bike condition was not at all improved and again handed over to the same people. again they charged about rs.3000/- and said bike was perfectly all right.. but my bike has no improvement in its condition and it was even worsen than the past in its pick up and other aspects too.. so far. i spent about rs.10000/-, but they cheated me in all the aspects.. my bike ran about 49000 km only.. this was happened between 20.12.2016 to 25.12.17..
                                  I am planning to move to consumer court if my complaint was not addressed immediately. anticipating your earliest response in this regard...

                                    I sandeep made service my bike hero - dl9sbf8423 at shiv service station sector1 phase-1 dwrarka new delhi-75
                                    And after repairing is done i have been charge 150 additional how ever computerized bill amount was 280 but i had to pay 280+150 additional which was written by pen and as asked they told that they charge it.
                                    I am very disappointed. Please look in to the matter.

                                      I purchased my vehicle in pondy so I was instructed to get my vehicle serviced at Pondicherry. Vehicle purchased at Pondicherry won't be serviced at tamilnadu is what the service head said to me... Is there any rule like that. The service head says that his owner instructed him not to service the vehicles bought in other showrooms. They will service only after 4 the service. First three service must be done in respective places..

                                        मैने २३ नवम्बर को हीरो ग्लेमर खरिदा था, दो दिन के बाद से ही बाईक के आगे वाले DISC BRAKE मे BAHUT प्रोब्लेम आ रहि है लेकिन दो बार SHOWROOM और चार बार शर्विस CENTRE मे दिखाने के बाद भी सही नही हुआ है . और जब मैने आज BIKE का INSPECTION किया तो BIKE के लगभग १२ से ज्यादा जगह पे जन्क लगि हुई है. मुझे कोइ SOLUTION दे मै क्या करु.
                                        Hi.. this is raghavendra I got a bike in mobike motors jigani iam facing engine noise and milage I have complained for 6to10times they r not ready to solve my problems and when I was taking delivery vechile swith assembly was loose they told that they will replace up to now they didn't replace at all very bad service centre my vchl no ka51es8704
                                        It is observed poor service quality of hero maestro edge till date as getting problem several time while starting. This bike is less than 3 months old. Two time serviced.battery also looks dead. Carbonator also working poor.
