Dear sir i have purchased hero super splender from shree gopalmotors gopalganj bihar..i have paid 24600 rs by card but he taken 25090 rs (2%) extra charged from me..please help me as soon.niether i will go in consumer court due to i know very well at this time all service charge on debit card is free..
I requested to u please help me.i think u are giving to me positive response.

    This is Sam. I have glamour bike. I gave my bike Regularly in hero service center only. Today I gave my bike at servicing center at 10:30 am. vehicle delivery time 4:00pm they gave. at 4:15pm iam in servicing center. they didn't begin the service till that time. when I asked that employees, they begin after 20 minutes. they finished servicing in 10 minutes and send the vehicle to water service. Iam saw all the process clearly. They did not do their job ( servicing & receiving customer )well at brodipet 5th lane, Guntur, AP. They charge for general servicing 700. But they do only brake checking & put some Greece to brakes & water servicing. Shameless. Worst employees. Worst service. Iam not satisfied. Please take some immediate action. I love hero glamour bike. but I hate the employees. worst mechanics. worst office lady staff. everything is worst. Thank you.

        i have dropp my bike at Supreme Hero
        B-8, Govind Marg, Near Pink Square Mall JAIPUR for engine work. THE BILL AMOUNT IS approximate 8000. Your cashier told me to pay the complete payment in cash, in this current time too much cash amout is not in hande in these Denomination DAYS. I Have offer him to pay by card but he say the card swape machine is not available in showroom.
        please look in this matter & solve my issues.

Thereafter i have shifted Ahmedabad. so i have been continuing service from your authorized center prowheels automotive Juna wadaj Ahmedabad . however when i asked about goodlife point and privilege no one was properly. today i ask more then officials of prowheel automotive didn't gave satisfactory reply even no one is renew the my card and still i have not take any gift regarding my points. moreover officials of the always saying concern madam on leave

            My dad bought Splendor I SMART 110CC on 29th October 2016 (Dhanterras). Soon he found oil leakage from the engine and he reported the same to the workshop from where he purchased the bike(AVNI MOTORS PVT. LTD. NAJAFGARH, 110043). Manager agreed about the defect and said that he will order new part and replace the existing one but he didn't give anything in written. It has been more than one month and we are consistently chasing him. Again and again he is saying that he didn't receive the product from the company. We infact left bike at service station for one day. It is frustrating to chase them again and again. I don't think that manager has in fact register any complaint. He is not willing to give any promise in writing.
            Please tell me what should the customer do in such circumstances?
            Please look into the matter.

              I have given my bike on Saturday 3rd of dec for servicing . they provided me delivery time Sunday 4th dec, . Today is 6th of Dec. and they still saying will provide tomorrow . There is no huge work on bike, it's just a servicing and head noise issue. Do you think It takes 5-4 days to service a bike .

                  My name is kamlesh singh (My phone no. Is [protected]). I purchased a bike hero ismart 110 in the months of october-2016) from muhana motors muhana jaipur (Surya hero moto corp).
                  After my first service i was facing the sound problem from engine like (Kar kar). I drop the bike for repair and they charged from me as there is not my fault it was company problem. After receive the bike same problem comes in my bike and the kar kar sounds is too loud day by day.

                  I forwarded my complaint yesterday[protected], 01-12-16 & on[protected] and i did not receive any solution regarding that.
                  I do not want this bike with me.

                  I request you to kindly see the case and solve it asap. I am very very disappointed from hero service.

                  Sound comes from engine after 15-20 days from purchased date.

                      I got my bike serviced two weeks back, I am very much dissatisfied by the service. I am hearing diffrent sounds which are not there while giving for servicing. Also they are claiming life is only 5 years for Hero vehicles.

                      I am really concerned.

                      I changed my entire clutch set which costed be around three thousand,
                      Still i am not at all satisfied with the service.

                      I have been giving for servicing at the same cneter for past two years every two months they are billing very high and service is not at all good.

                      I purchased maestro in oct'16 & my 1st done on 27th nov'16, executive forget to tight a bolt of engine oil n aftr wen I took for long drive all oil get bust n nw m getting a noise in my engine.                         My name is mukul maheshwari. I have purchased a hero duet on[protected] registration no dl5saw4535. After a week there was oil leakage from the gear box. I was complained regarding the same and they have changed the oil seal and packing of gear box. Then after again i was facing the same issue and went again on himigiri motors at jhilmil industrial area in delhi. They were checked that and just clear that oil and said that it's doesn't happen again. But still i am facing the same issue please check the attached snaps of that and advice someone to take lead on this and solve asap.

                          I am y ramanjineyulu, buyed one splender+ with self start model 2016, engin no:ha10erg4f08626, chassis no: mblha10cgg4f08806, on 12.07.2016 from sharif motors (Dealer code 10180) at kurnool dealer have not give bill paper of vehicle cost until now. Free servic for vehicle is worest sri sai motors (Hero) at guntakal. I think mechanics who are there, have no job card of hero motors and damaged left side of the vehicle cover after handover the vehicle to them for second free service. But they have not responsibility for damaged if asked about damaged part. I am suffering these type of service. Now am i fighting with them or adjust or wait for grievance. Please reply sir if what you want to do.

                            I purchased a new mastero edge (White) on 20/10/2016, i roughly travelled around 400 kms, on the day 19/11/2016 when im coming back to home from my college the scooty was stopped, i check the petrol its been halftank, i tried to start almost 15 mins but its not started, i feel so irritated and called the hero service people they told me to calm down and try with giving choke, and i tried it also but its not started, they told me to keep doing it when i tried to start it again suddenly flames come from back side of the scooty and im so feared and get down from the scooty immidiately and rushed to stop the flames, the local people also hepled me to stop the fire but its almost burnt completely. So i called the hero serivice people and informed the people come and see the byke and take pictures and they went away, the told me to bring the rest of the byke to showroom, i paid 300 rs for an auto to take there and they told me to give police compalint, i did given a police compliant also, it makes me to visit the police station continuosly for 5 days and they finally gave me some receipt, i submitted that slip to hero service people, and afterall now i mean on the day 3/12/2016 now the showroom people called me and saying sir we apply for insuarnce you may get loose around 25000 rs, im really so irritated now, its very very poor service from hero, if the new byk burns in flames its there problem why should i have to face all these issues, im not using byk from last 20 days now i have to pay emi on 5/12/2016 why should i have to pay for non using byk.

                              I am barer of Hero goodlife card No. [protected]. My goodlife gift on crossing 1, 15, 838 points by Hero company has promised to provide free service of bike and this facility of free Service of my Bike UP 27 P 0572 on dated :[protected] was not entertained by Sumitra Hero workshop authorities. Though Sumitra Hero booked for service on dated :[protected] at 10:41 for service on dated:[protected].

                              Very sad to say that I am not satisfied with your Hero Goodlife Facilities and if my problem is not solved than in future I would not suggest to anyone to purchase Hero Bike.

                                This is m. Madhu bharath from kurnool, andhrapradesh. I have purchased new hero glamour drs cast techno blue black on 30.09.2016 from sasya auto, kurnool details are as follows variant:hglrjdrsccr, color:tbk, engine: ja06ejggh41525, chassis : mblja06amggh33298.

                                After one month we have noticed that the heavy white smoke is coming from the engine instead of doing regular service at show room and service people at sasya, kurnool not responding to the customer. They are simple saying that we are not responsible for the repairs which are occured after the vehicle sale.

                                We are demanding the replacement of vehicle with another vehicle in exchange.

                                Please consider our complaint and arrange to do the needful to relife from the problem

                                Dear Sir,

                                With reference to the above complaint we are once again facing the same problem and Bike mileage has been decreased gradually.We are unable to drive the vehicle in this bad condition and demanding to change Full Engine assembly to resolve the issue permanently. Untill it will not changed the Engine this problem will come again and again.

                                We feel very bad for purchasing this kind of Faulty Failure bike and still now i am very suffering a lot due to this problem and service of the Hero motor corps personals. Right now i am not at all happy with this bike, please resolve the issue at the earliest or Exchange the New bike in place of this bike.

                                  I have purchased brand new Hero Maestro Edge on 26/11/2016. Since first day I have observed vibrations in engine which transfers to handle and footboard. With every passing day vibrations are increasing. Even driving at moderate driving speed of 40 kmph produces large vibrations. Mudguard and headlamp panel makes crackling sound while driving. Only seven day old scooter sounds like ages old while driving. I think engine of my scooter is faulty one, so Hero must replace my scooter with another one or if vibrations are common in this scooter, then Hero must refund all my money and take back my scooter. I don't want to use such vibratory machine as my daily driving unit.

                                  Hero Maestro edge is having the problem that is described above. I complained to the agency when I went for the first service and they said that they will fix it. After servicing I pointed out that the problem is still there. Their word verses my word and they insisted that the vibration is there in very scooter. Prior to this scooter I had a Honda Activa. There was no such problem. I am a non technical person, I can't explain to the agency any further, so I am stuck with this vibrating machine.

                                      I have brought my pleasure scooter to the service centre, ramachandrapuram, east godavari district, andhra pradesh on 16.10.2016 for general service. They have charged rs.630/-. After service i have identified that the flap in the dikky (Under seat storage) was broken & removed and thus damaged the vehicle results in smaller articles kept in the under seat storage were fallen. Due to servicing, my vehicle was damaged. When asked the service centre, they will be replace the flap. But even lapse of 1 ½ months they have failed to do so. Further, i have got changed the speedometer cable on 30.11.2016 and for nitrogen gas to the tyres (Rs.30/-) for which they have charged rs.200/- (Against the mrp of the speedometer cable is rs.88.01 and gas is rs.30/-). The photo of the damage caused to the dikky of the vehicle is enclosed. Please take necessary action for the damage caused to my vehicle.

                                        I am purchase the bike glamour dss cast techno blue black as on 15/10/2016 but i am not got the permanent registration number till date.
                                        Most of timer the show room executive told me will send after 1 weak, after 1 weak they are again told me please give the time approx 1 weak.

                                        Requesting you kindly intervene if we are not got the permanent registration no with 48 hours i'll submit the product at your show room and please refund my deposit.
