Hi, this is balamurugan from chennai, i bought new splendor i smart last month from vishnu motors, after first service my bike is not running properly and millage also low after first service. (before service 65kmpl/ltr).
problem: while running my bike strucking and running then strucking, i went showroom for this problem but not yet solved, i am unsatisfied for this kind of srvice

As purchased date till now we have a major issue in starting complaints and also running time. We are very unsatisfied about this problem and taking too long time minimum 10 days to resolve the issue and they not arresting...

I have bought i-smart 110 3 months back. Since last 15 days the self start switch is not working. Yesterday i went to hero authorized center & at the end of the day they came up with we don't have the part so call in 10 - 15 days to recheck so whats the use of buying a bike with self start. This is disgusting and happened multiple times in the span of last 2 months after taking my new passion pro 2016 model on September. Bike is not starting even though some petrol remains in the engine. I could see the fuel indicator is either 1 or between 1 and 2. I changed the settings to Reserve still not worked until and unless I refuelled it again.

I had first service with m/s rydex moto products, usha cottage, opp., wmi crane ltd., nahur west mumbai - 400 078. my hero chassis no. mbja06axghh07711. engine no : ja06epghh07705. the service was proper. hence my bike tyre drum rubber burnt due loose fitting. now the tyre is wobbling continuously. i am not unhappy with this service.

I have bought Hero pleasure scooter last year[protected] from one of the sub dealer(Selvalakshmi motors, Ponneri -601204, TamilNadu) . I am facing the issue with my scooter (Even after switching off the engine it is running atleast for 15 to 30 mins)for the last couple of months and I have visited the service center to resolve the issue many times but they are not handling the issue even after explaining the difficulties...
