I surender singh buy a hero honda CD-DAWN from my local distributre on[protected] and done my service as per company seachdule at last service time i complained myself that motor cycle chain have acricitical sound, engineer fix the problem by tighting the chain.During driving on the
date[protected] suddenly chain broken and a small accident done due to this happing.when i connect to company dealer for maintenance the
broken part they did not give any responce and behave like a unknown costemer so i reach to you trough this complain and resuest for your
actin as soon as possible.

    Since the last week of january I have been searching for the left side looking glass of karizma zmr metallic black colour, its was told to me that the order has been given for the product but on 28th of february I came to know that the order was not originally given and the dealer side told that I was responsible for not giving the order but in this last one month I have went to the showroom for at least 15 times and every time they told they have given the order but the company is not supplying them.I am being harassed for the whole last one month by the dealer and his team.So please help me out of this problem.

      Dear Sir

      I Vishwaroop Sharma recently ( Three Months before) purchased a Hero Maestro Scooter which is having Problem from the very beginning as below

      1) Head Light lock was broken at the time of purchase which the agency has not changed saying that the bike is recently launched and we have no Spares yet the problem resists also the Digital meter initialize button broken

      2) Self does not function well once the self is pressed it goes on even if the key is removed and bike does not start and self goes on

      3) Foot rest is always opened and loose always remain opened

      4) there is some loose vibration of Head below meter giving unpleasant sound like old scooter.

      All of the above problems were shown during the three services at the STAN Wheel, Pvt Ltd, Ludhiana after long discussion with the Managers of the Agency and all the service engineers have noticed the same but no solution was made and only oil of the scooter changed in the Three Services

      The scooter is under guarantee and run only 2000 KM yet

      and there is a big Drama when self goes on and never stops even after removing the key and all the surrounding people laugh at the Maestro
      saying that you should have purchased Honda Activa instead of the Maestro it happened Two to three times the self do not function well and some time it do not even respond so it is only kick start scooter

      therefore you are requested to please ask the Company to depute some service engineers and check the vehicle for disturbance and rectify the problem otherwise i will have to go to some another platform for the same

        I'm irritated by the service provided by the service centers. Sir, I wanna tell you that my vehicle HERO PLEASURE(BR2P-0530) is in warranty period.
        In last three months its engine seized 4 times and due to this I faced lots of problem. I'm providing some details to you for the seized engine:
        On 24-10-12 I've given my vehicle to OM HERO,Bihar Sharif,Nalanda and returned it to me on 02-11-12,for this I've paid Rs.1195(Bill No.3272).
        Then servicing by K. L. Gupta,Gaya on 05-11-12 for the failure of stator component done by OM HERO,Bihar Sharif.Paid Rs.867(Bill No.[protected]RINV[protected].
        On 23-11-12 servicing by SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna for this I paid Rs.308(Bill No.RSJC-1699).
        Next day i.e. on 24-11-12 I've given my vehicle to SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna and got back on 23-12-12.Paid Rs.1203(Bill No.RSJC-1994).
        From 24-12-12 to 28-12-12 my vehicle was in SWARNA ENTERPRISES,Patna for the same problem.
        And recently, on 16-01-13 to 27-01-13 as mentioned above means engine seized.
        sir, i want permanent solution of this problem.I do not want to pay any more for the same reason as I've paid alot.
        Due to regular engine seized the engine of my vehicle has become weak.So, plz provide me new vehicle if possible.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I have booked Hero Maestro on 28/12/2012. Since then I am following up with the showroom for the invoice which they should have given upfrontly to me.

          Address of showroom : Shop No 5 Marathon Maxima, Near Nirmal Lifestyle, Lbs Marg, Mulund West, MUMBAI - 400080

          After many follow-ups finally I received a copy of the invoice which is as attached above. (which is not accepted by the bank as the above page where the showroom name is mentioned is missing).

          Today when I called Mr.Karan Thakur of Max Motors Pvt. Ltd. at Mulund West for the correct invoice, he spoke very rudely without understanding my problem and when I said that if this is the attitude and behavior, I would like to cancel the booking, he said that I can go ahead with it.

          Also, he was suppose to get back with me regarding availability of the vehicle but he didn’t do so and now he is denying that he had said it.

          This is really disappointing that before I purchase the vehicle only I am getting this type of response from the showroom, then in this case what would be the response post purchasing.

          If the showroom is unable to provide me with the correct service and the vehicle, I want to cancel the booking and want my down payment of Rs.4000/- refunded on priority.

          Kindly assist me with the issue at the earliest.

            Dear sir, I have purchased a achiever bike on 10 Feb. 2012 from AUTOBIKES,RANCHI.ENGINE NO-KC10EDCGA 00626,FRAME NO-MBLKE10EMCGA00693,COLOUR-PBG ACCH DRSCCR 1.From begging date 12.02.2012 its shocker started leakage came to showroom regarding this issue they only seen bike and return to me. 2. In first servicing dt.12.04.12 same issue mentioned in job card, they only repair it and return bake doing only washing. 3. now in second servicing coupon no.EB 40402 not been used and turn up third servicing card km recorded on meter5126.for servicing i tried to do it on due date but they have not accepted to deliver on same date latest by evening. Its not my fault. its hero Honda workshop fault. 4.At third servicing Date-3/09/12 km recorded-8487 job card no-23122.Problem raised by me Self not working any more used to start through kick only. b. shocker leakage still going on. All steel parts like leg guard handle, back shocker, sari guard, silencer were rusted within 6 month of purchasing. Whenever regarding this issue i used to talk Mr.Rakesh Kumar. He replied its happened due to moisture substances but at the same time Achiever 150 sports was Available at work shop km-45692 but its all steel parts in good position like shining. d.RPM meter not working from 20 july2012 to till date. let me know this is big issued to you & me also that my bike has been got lots of problem within 6 months. It better to purchase bike from another company like Honda shine, Yamaha, TVs Apache,Bajaj paulser etc.I have paid more got less value product from hero motor corp. Please get back to me as soon as possible otherwise consumer form is there for justice as better solution for me. on 5th December. again shocker leakage work done amount 304 i have paid bt on the next day again same shocker leaked and today paid rs.547 invoice no.[protected] rinv[protected]/[protected] for it.               First of all let me take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Munjal
              CEO M/S HEROMOTO CORP. for solving the daily commuting needs of the
              customers like me. Earlier I used to spend nearly Rs 80/- daily
              towards petrol expences, now its reduced to Rs 40/-. Want to know the
              reason it is as follows:
              1. I have purchased CBZ(xtreme) on 29th of oct this year, within 4
              days my bike battery is not responding at all on inspection it was
              found that its not working properly and it is just like dead. When i
              took it to the delarship M/S K.S AUTOMOBILES RANGPURI DELHI-37 the
              manager Mr Rajesh Mobil no. [protected] he told me to take it to their
              workshop adjacent to showroom. The workshop guy namely Mr. Jitender
              told me to get it to Showroom as its their problem for complete 1 week
              I was tossed between them only with no result whatsoever.
              2. I was adviced to get in touch with Exide Ind. Ltd which I did and
              came to that the bike sold to me had remained in idle condition for 7
              months and due to which it has failed permanently and hence can't be
              considered manufacturing defect in any case. I have proof with me as
              they handed over inspection sheet with remarks.
              3. The bike since then is positioned at my place ad I am using public
              transport since then. I have to beg my colleages evertime I have to
              move out. Thanks for your tremendous help and support I'll recommend
              this model and dealership to all my foes and enemies.

              Kindly advice me on action I should take as it has became a pain for
              me. If at all my complain cannot be resolved. Do I have an option to
              move consumer court.

              Now My Question will you resolve the problem????????

                Hello,

                I had given my Bike for repair/service on 29th October, 2012 to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd( Address - 470, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-92)
                Till date , I have made plenty of phone calls to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd. They keep on giving me a date to deliver the Bike , but make excuses (part being unavailable etc) I am doubtful if it is an authorised Hero Motocorp Service centre that they are running or a roadside SHOP ??

                Also, I was given an estimate of around Rs 14000. Each time I call them, they keep on adding costs . In my last contact with them, they gave me an estimate of Rs 22000. Can't they still figure it out after taking almost a month??

                If this is the level of service Hero MotoCorp is rendering to its customers, I am afraid its a sad state of affairs for the company!

                I hereby want an immediate redressal of this problem or I would be forced to take further actions against the company. This has caused much mental disturbance to me. I demand the harrasment compensation plus full invoice amount !!

                  1)I BOOKED FOR MAESTRO BLUE COLOUR ON 12/09/2012,vide receipt no:1199 at MODY MOTORS,PLOT NO 2&3,SATYA COMPLEX,TARBUND CROSSS ROAD,NEW BOENAPALLY,SECUNDERABAD,ANDHRAPRADESH-500009(Tel no is[protected]/854).

                  2)At the time of booking i was told that it will take 30-45 days maximum.now even after 65 days dealer was not able to deliver the vehicle.Unfortunately dealer was not able to tell when the vehicle can be delivered.And also after 65 days he was asking me to book with another dealer or go for other vehicle.

                  3)When I contacted MODY MOTORS,head office located at 183/184,RP ROAD,SECUNDERABAD-500003(Tel No:[protected]/[protected] I was informed that they have delivered vehicles booked 45 days before.But no proper reply when i asked why my vehicle was not delivered even after 65 days.Please take action for immediate delivery of my MAESTRO-BLUE.

                  4)Please let me know in case it can not be delivered.And also instruct your dealers do not make false promises of early delivery.

                  5)And also i may be informed whether the delay is due to delay in production/or some malpractice by the dealers due to the demand of vehicle.

                    Subject : Complain regarding defective bike.


                    Sir,
                    I am a customer of your showroom. This time I have purchased a “Super Splender” on 21/10/2012. After the purchase I have use it only two days. From the third day the said bike stops automatically in running and not possible to start on my part.

                    In this reference the said bike has send to your showroom on 31/10/2012 and given to me back after repairing at your end. But unfortunately the same problem has occurred and I have to pull the bike a least 5/6 Km. On 01/11/2012 the bike once again send to your showroom and till now it is under repairing in your custody. As I am a businessman it is very difficult for me without a bike for maintaining my official and customer link.

                    In this condition, actually I am in a doubt regarding the quality of this bike because I have to bear with the same for at least 5 to 6 years. So now, you are heartily requested to keep the bike in your custody and change the said bike because I am not psychologically agree to bear with this particular bike, otherwise back the payment that I can choose another one as per my need.

                      Non-delivery of Hero Motors Corp Black CBZ Xtreme bike as per customer
                      Choice.


                      Dear Sir,

                      Due to unbeatable performance of Hero Motors Corp brand bikes I made a plan to purchase only Hero Motors Corp bike.

                      Considering this I approached one of your Dealer at Bikaner i.e. M /s. Rajaram Dharnia Automobiles, Plot No. 6-13, Near Gota Gate Circle, Bikaner (Raj) Pin – 334 001 ( Mob. No. [protected] & Land Line No. 2523580) confirming that the black colour bikes of CBZ Xtreme make are available at their workshop or not. I discussed their Manager Mr. Madan Sharma and he gave me positive response that the Black Clour of CBZ Xtreme bikes are available and accordingly he issued us a written confirmation letter.

                      As per their Manager Mr. Madan sharma written confirmation I booked Black Colour CBZ Xtreme bike from CSD Canteen at Bikaner on Down payment (Full and final Payment).

                      CSD Canteen authorities issued me demand note to take delivery from above dealer. I approached the said dealer shop to take delivery of referred Bike.

                      But sorry to inform you that inspite of availability Black Colour CBZ Bikes at their godown their manager denied to take delivery of Bikes mentioning that the Keys black colour CBZ Xtrme bikes have been stolen by visiting customers.

                      You are, therefore, requested to instruct the said dealer to make delivery of Black Colour CBZ Xtrme bike to the valued customer as per his choice.

                      In case the dealer do not take delivery of bike as per customer choice I will presume that either Manufacturer a repute like Hero Motor Corp or dealer making fool to the valued customer and good faith of customer with a repute organization like yours rooted out.
