My bike is in the service center from 20/09/16 still now and has not been serviced . it is really difficult without a bike in this place . bike - Karizma ZMR KL 59 C 1906 . i am very upset with the service which is not provided. i want my bike as soon as possible. i am roaming around the sevice center from 2 months and there's no response from them . i wish you could help me out !

    I have hero maestro edge scooter
    (Chassis number:mbljf33aaf4m11757) which i purchased on 20th of jan 2016 from sun motors (Faizabad road, near hal, indira nagar, lucknow, uttar pradesh), an authorised dealer of hero moto corp ltd.

    Today (20/11/2016) i was going to market from my scooter and suddenly on the way to market my scooter stopped i tried to start the scooter again by the self it did not start i have tried the choke with and without throttle but it did not start i thought that there is problem in spark plug but after starting it from the kick start pedal i found that pedal was free then i realised that there is some problem with the cvt belt after a while i searched for the hero customer care number and ([protected]) called on it for the help (2:00pm) and from there i got the number of sunil motors ([protected]) (Station road, lucknow) they transferred my call to the nearest service centre i. E. Sun motors (From where i purchased my scooter) here mr. Kuldeep awasthi ([protected]) the incharge had a conversation with me i gave him the detail which he enquired about the scooter (Model an suffix info) then he said that i will send the mechanic for the help once i reach the office after 20 minutes i once again called mr. Kuldeep awasthi he picked up the phone and straight away said that he cannot do anything because he and his staff (Mechanics) are very much busy.

    I had no option left after that so i dragged my scooter and reached home (Approx 2.5 kms) (4:07pm). After reaching home i once again called the toll free number of hero moto corp ([protected]) to file a complaint (Complaint no.[protected]Customer executive name : surendra kumar)

    The main concern is that during the working hours of service in sun motors and within 10 kms of range (6.2 approx.) they denied to help me.

    I have been purchasing two wheeler of hero company (Formely known as hero honda) from sun motors since 2003 but after experiencing this kind of service of sun motors and this kind of product from hero that after driving less than 6000km (5962 km) it will have problem in cvt now i have decided not to buy a hero product and never even think of purchasing any product/part from sun motors in future.

    the next day technician visited to my place and resolved the problem. but then the break down service must be provided the same day.

    Our Vehical is under warranty period and some issue occurd in pick up.
    then we have submitted our Bike in service center then he told me required replacement of Corroborator (Cost-8500) and we cant replace under warranty if you will pay the same then i will do this

      I have a hero splener i smart 110 bike.in starting to till now it have a engine sound. When i take 1st service i said that this problem but this sound not decrease. When next day of 1st service then engine sound is more so i went to hero showroom and ask him to this problem. So they check it and finally issue a complain register for engine sound and he said that our company call you under 10-15days. So till now it covers 13days but no any call for my spaire parts.
      So kindly help me... Because engine sound is heavy so it's take bada drive issue.

      Using Glamour FI Bike since July 2013. Warranty Is FIVE Years. Last week self start was not working.They told that Motor starter is not working. It is costly item with value Rs.1663.00. They told that the warranty on this item is already over. Then what is there is FIVE years warranty as mentioned by Hero Motocorp?

        I purchased hero glamour bike in srisai ABR motors kanuru Vijayawada. I came for 1st free service post 45days from purchase date here they asking to pay500rs for doing service but as per hero 1st free service protocal they should not take any money for this service. Please take necessary action on them. Please find below attached pic of 1st free service checks for doing this they r claiming which is not correct and I'm not happy with bike performance as well. my mail - [protected]@gmail.com.

            ​they were not provide me helmet lock with the reason of co. Not supplied them. While the helmet lock is the standard accessories, the same thing is printed in the cataloque.

            I Have Purchased HERO Splendor Pro from JAY KAY Automotive -Rajkot [ Gujarat] Vide their Bill No.[protected]SINV[protected] DTD.16.10.2016.

            ​They were not provide me Helmet Lock with the reason of Co. not supplied them. While the Helmet Lock is the Standard Accessories, the same thing is Printed in the cataloque.

            Kindly find attached the Attachment of the cataloqe for the same.

            Kindly do the needfull for the same and arrange to deliver me the Helmet Lock ASAP. Otherwise I have no alternate to take Legal Actions against you.

              I got my hero maestro for service in Sun Motors, indra Nagar, lucknow.
              First I was charged RS. 140 ( that I had got discounted due to knowing someone there) without my information on some engine oil head(though the engine oil was charged extra in the bill)
              Second: After I took my scooty out post service the scooty stopped on the way and I had to drag it back to the service station (approx. 2-3 kms) I asked the the service man to send someone to help us pull the scooty, as we were tired pulling it for long. The man didn't rpl but laughed at my gesture.

              To sum things up .. I believe and would also ask my Frnd's and known ones not to use the company service stations post the free service and get things done outside the station, as they charge you appropriately and would give u "services".

                Almost one year is now going to complete, but till today I have not been given my RC Paper.

                Whenever I visit to the concerned person, I am always told "please wait for a few more days".

                  I have purchased 2014 made Hero Karizma R on October 2015 from your highly esteemed dealer- Jubilee Hero, Kottayam. I purchased the bike on an offer reduction of `12, 500 rupees. I am facing serious issues like starting trouble, missing and unpredictable switching of engine while riding.

                  Unresolved Complaints:
                  1. Bike will not get started unless the choke is ON
                  2. Engine will get switched off on acceleration after starting
                  3. Bike shows jumping up to 4000 RPM
                  4. Unpredictably Engine is getting switched off while riding
                  5. Parts are not available

                  I have contacted dealer from the very next week and my bike was in the service station of the dealer much time. The service persons are saying that the New model Hero Karizma has the manufacturing defect of starting problem and we have to pull on choke for starting.

                  They have failed to diagnose and rectify the complaints numbers from 2 to 4 and say that parts are not available. I am not able to use my bike properly till this date even though I have purchased top model of bike from Hero Motocorp.

                    I have purchased a hero duet scooter on 9/4/2016, witj engine no. jf 33aaggb 10617 and chassis no. mbljf 16esggb 07812. from savari motors cherpulassery (ph.[protected]

                    First month itself it has some starting problems. i have complained to savari motors service center they asked me to kick start every day. or use the chock. after 40 days one day it suddenly stopped and the service men came. they told that some connections are not proper and repaired it. today the vehicle has stopped and not able to start (i have tried choke, and kick start). they are not attanding the phone.

                    I am very sorry to say that i am surprised these type of action from a reputed company like hero.

                    I request you sir please take necessary steps to completely check up the vehicle and repair all the problems properly or replace the vehicle.

                    I am also wish to inform you that the fuel efficiency of tha vehicle is very bad. if it is tha problem of tha particular vehicle please correct it. if it is the common problem of the brand duet please accept it and give necessary compensation to the owners.
                    I hope you will keep the reputation of the company by attending this case as soon as possible.

                      My bike is damaged in accidents, and i want to repair it. But the showroom is showing no response. Always saying that parts are not dispatched from the company. Now what should i do they told it will take 8 days to come the parts but now 15 days gone no parts are available and they are saying what should i do parts are not delivered by the company.

                        I have bought maestro edge in august of 2016, at lakshmi motors, somajiguda, hyderabad.

                        Apart from the performance of the vehicle, the service at the work shop is worst,
                        Recently, the nose part of the bike has been broken and i went to the workshop for repairing the same. But they said that it cant be repaired and it should be replaced.

                        I said ok, and asked them to place order, it has been 10days since i asked them to place order, till now nobody responded from the workshop, i am following up with them for the new nose part.

                        Manager's attitude is not good and shouting like anything on the phone

                        My super splender bike's insurance is about to expired today and I had gone to the BUDHIYA AUTO for renewal of insurance. Since we all are facing some problem with currency, so, at least they should have payment with swipe machine but they don't.
                        So, resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                            Duet purchased date 24/11/2015 in the name of sasikumar tn37 cm5407 (Gem motors, coimbatore) presented to my father. Age - 60.

                            Date; 6/11/2016 at present service date yet not get feedback

                            As purchased date till now we have a major issue in starting complaints and also running time. We are very unsatisfied about this problem and taking too long time minimum 10 days to resolve the issue and they not arresting repetitive issue.

                            If they gone highway vehicle was stopped what they will do? Think it

                            I need refund for the duet motor.
                            My father was more suffered due to this motor. So please look at this problem and i need refund.

                              I have bought i-smart 110 3 months back. Since last 15 days the self start switch is not working. Yesterday i went to hero authorized center & at the end of the day they came up with we don't have the part so call in 10 - 15 days to recheck so whats the use of buying a bike with self start. The bike mileage performance is worst.Till date ive filled the fuel of rs.5000 & te total kms is 3400. Last time when i filled the fuel i reset the trip meter & the total fuel was 10 litres & it got over in 520 kms so the average is 52 kms. My total traveling is 50 kms per day in which highway riding is 38 kms. I regret my decision to buy this piece of crap with the end of your tie up with honda you have lost your way. Hero you are such a fraud.

                                Hi,
                                This is disgusting and happened multiple times in the span of last 2 months after taking my new passion pro 2016 model on September. Bike is not starting even though some petrol remains in the engine. I could see the fuel indicator is either 1 or between 1 and 2. I changed the settings to Reserve still not worked until and unless I refuelled it again.

                                fyi - 2 services has already done .

                                Multiple times, it happened engine turned off in middle of the high traffic highway.

                                I bought this bike from Nidhi Motors Bommanahalli, Banglore.

                                I had another passion pro bike model 2009 in kerala which I never faced any issue

                                Is the reserve system in passion pro 2016 is a crap?

                                I am totally upset with my new purchase.

                                I hope you can help me with my concerns.

                                  We bought it on 30 dec, 2015. Fuel meter was not working properly since we bought it, we have complained this when we have booked first service at that time only for someday it worked well but after someday it stopped working. We further complaint about it but problem isn't solved satisfactory.
                                  And now i found new fault the average problem, after service average become very low i'm getting average of 35-37kmpl or low average. I first we were getting 45-47 kmpl average.
                                  Both problem is major in case.
                                  I'm expecting new fuel gage meter tool kit from hero motocrop.
                                  And for average problem i'm expecting complete service which inspect entire machinery and body.

                                    I gave my cbz xtreme bike for service at bimal showroom bytarayanapura branch on 1st november and the person told it will take 4-5days due to short of staff, but it's been 13daays no one call me and whenever i call the person he will tell he will call in one hour i had not received a single call from them. When i visited the showroom on sunday the person who took my bike was on leave and they told monday we will get it done but no use of it.

                                      I had purchased Hero Duet in Jul 16( MH 01 CK 3481), within a week both the clips which are attached to aluminium frame/mud guard whatever it is called broke and it makes noise like a 5 year old scooter. Your service centre at Mahalaxmi refuses to do anything about it and asked me to take it to the dealer. I do not think the service centre guys even wash the bike at the time of servicing, leave aside any other problem, Is this the kind of after sales service that you are proud of? I had purchased it from " Sona Motors", at Lower Parel, Mumbai, he says that the product is faulty and he cannot do anything abt it. Again what kind of dealers do you sell your bike through? The Dealer has not given me the bill and parking cover as yet. My bike is not giving mileage of even 30 kmpl, and again the serivce centre guys refuse to do anything about it. What kind of "India ki Nayi umeed is this? I am actually thinking that i did a huge mistake of not buying Activa. can you pls resolve my problem?
