Dear concern,
I gave my hero splendor pro bike to service in vishal automobiles (Authorised dealer of hero motocorp ltd), chidambaram main road, cuddalore-02 on tuesday (10.01.2017 10.30 am) and i said 5 problems to them (1. Shelf start trouble (Main trouble), 2. Chain sound, 3. General service, 4. Cylencer sound problem, 5. Neutral light). After that, i faced poor service and response issue as given below
1) i called the service no.[protected]/[protected] at 4.30 pm (10.01.2017) but they said that "after 30 minutes we will call you". But i didn't receive any call from them
2) i called again 6.30 pm but this time they wouldn't pick the call.
3) i went directly to the service center and asked them please tell my charge i'm going to get the money @ atm. They casually said that "within 15minutes we are going to close the shop".
4) then i went next morning 10.30am (11.01.2017- wednes day) they give the bill to me and i paid rs.2, 338 including all tax. They gave me the bike at 12.10 pm (2hrs lately) to me.
5) i started my bike i was shocked the shelf start not working. Was no work done by them with the bill of rs.2, 338?
6) i spoke to the checker and clerk/typist and supervisor. Everyone, not response me. And i get angry and sound to the clerk. So he said that "hello shut and go to other service centre or you can give the complaint anywhere"
I worried about the customer service of hero motocorp ltd. This is the way to treat the customer in hero motocorp ltd. How hero motocorp ltd gave the valuable dealing to the very poor vishal automobiles.
According to this, i suggest to the customer of hero bikes. Please don't go to very poor customer service and poor responders m/s. Vishal automobiles (Authorised dealer of hero motocorp ltd), chidambaram main road, cuddalore-02.
