Dear sir Vikas Kr Jha got my bike splender pro repaired at Satya Bhama Motors At 146 phase1 Kotla Vihar on 18/01/2017. I got my bill of ₹3053. I gave my credit card for payment. Manager swapped ₹57 extra ie 3053+57=3110 from my card. I asked her to waive 57 ₹ . Manager MANJU BATRA and employee behaved nonsense with me.And threatened me by saying that they are not giving my bike back

I purchased duet in augest 2016 from ' AMIT AUTO AGENCIES ' kishangarh- 305801 . now there is problem in scooty in self start. im suffering this problem since last 20 days. i send my scooty to dealer for 3 times for checkup but they are not properly responding to me. if this problem is no solved within 2-3 days then i will go consumer court for complaint.

Asha Hero is the worst place for servicing.
I have faced so many time such a problem that the problem consist after servicing from Asha Hero.
They are useless people they done nothing except washing the vehicle whether it is paid or free servicing.
My scooty no. is BR01CF6620 n this my no. [protected]
It is request to Hero pls do needful regarding this

I own a Hero motocorp PLEASURE(KL 01BW 9431) and have done follow up servicing only in authorized hero service centre in MATHA AUTOMOBILES. SR complex, peringammala, kalliyoor.p.o, trivandrum, kerala. it is unfortunate to state that i am thoroughlly dissatisfied with the irresponsibility of service.because i have a doubt about my new battery.ie, i owned this vehicle just before 10 months and the self switch is not working properly.Eeach time when i give my vehicle for service they just used to wash the vehicle and gave to me back.the average bill which i used to get for each service is approximately 400/-Many times i had the horrible experience of vehicle stopping in the middle of road because of the self switch complaint..the most horrible sad complaint was the irresponsibility of advisor MR.SIVAN and mechanic MR.ARUN... i have opted for hero since its a reputed vehicle brand, and now i regret for my decision and its very much sad to state that neither will myself i consider taking a hero vehicle in future and nor will recommend my relatives and friends...

This is to request you company that don't play with customers, I bought a Hero Maestro Edge in 5 December 2015 from D.R Brijmohan & sons pvt ltd, Guwahati (Assam) and after purchasing that m facying many problems, I don't want to count you the problems, but engine defects, service person says some thing broken then suddenly they changed some parts it by taking3- 4 days, then again the battery problem they took another 2days for that, but not cure, now recently I got the same problem they aging says it will take another 2 days,
I just want to know this is why I actually bought that thing from Hero, creating my own problem,
So I need the salutations in future how many times I will go for that, so kindly do some thing for that it's my kind request. I already fade up with it, sorry this is my worst experience about Hero.

I have a hero maestro. i face a problem in my vehicle self starting. i checked in hero agency pehowa but i didnot found any solution please view my problem sir .i done vehicle service 5 times but i didnot found any solution . my vehicle no HR41H6792. Plese do something forf my solution otherwise i will get any kind of action in consumer court. thanks

I bought a hero mastero just a year back I got serviced the bike on[protected] .From that I visited your showroom cum service center for nearly 15 times but no use their service is worst I can't even explain how worst their service is ! I can't even suggest anyone to buy hero products those bikes stopping during traffic doesn't even start after several kicks and front wheel side is always producing sound like vissel sound they are so disgusting...Waste product & waste servicing I hope this will help for others or I can get a positive response from your company side which I can't get from showroom...I hope soo

I have purchased Hero X pro in 21'oct 2014 my registration no JH 01 BL 5877 i am doing regular servicing & all things..my bike having only 20000 km & now engine is making pollution so i say in servicing Hero showroom(Nirmalla automobiles at Bishnugarh, jharkhand) says it requires 12000 Rs for engine work..Engine having warranty of 5 yrs & in my case my bike only 2.5 yr old & engine not working well. I said manager of Nirmala automobiles, My bike in warrenty . he told me warrenty not covering because bike maintain not good, but I maintain all in service center please solve it.

I have purchased Hero hf deluxe 11 months before & i m doing regular servicing & all things..my bike having only 19000 km & now engine is making soo noice & Hero showroom says it requires 12000 Rs for engine work..Engine having warranty of 5 yrs & in my case my bike only 1 yr old & engine not working..company also refusing & misbahaving..plz dont purchase any bike of hero..the worst service ever...not even 1 star..totally rubbish

Sir i am purchase hero splendor nxg in oct 2012 from naval canteen Mumbai and this bike oil tank in rusted in side and out side/inside both side oil leakage from drain pipe and front wheel rim paint remove your agency at mahalaxami mumbai told me change oil tank how i can change tank in four year only.my bike rg. no. is MH-01, BH-4843 NAME OF RAMNIWAS i am defense personal please take necessary action and tall your agency change with in guaranteed period only and give me reply my email address urgent as per possible.

Today i try to contact hero moto corp on there toll free no. but unable to connect. I bought hero duet vx mp09 4117 on 14/05/16. this bike is not starting from kick or self start [both way i tried]. They replaced the battery but still i am facing the same issue. some time it starts, some times not. I am mentally frustrated. This bike is only 7 month but fill like second hand bike.
I want this issue to be resolved or refund.

I have purchased Duet in the m/o- Aug 2016. I am facing a lot of problem during lock of fuel tank.

My scooter has provided 3 free services in different work shop but there have done temprory solution.

Today also i faced same problem and my fuel tank is remain open until i will go workshop for repairing it. Again I will get temprory solution at work shop.

I need permanant solution, so that i will be trouble free riding.

Looking towards your urgent support and permanent solution.

This is my second complaint.when i didn't get any reply for my complain.I think hero motors damm care about their costumers.Since i have complain before i have buyed a new hero scooti Duet and getting trouble.This is my 12th time in 5 months i am taking This is service centre and still my problem is not resolved.This scooti used to stop in a mean while time like after 1km...Damm...New...umeed...

Sir i gobind charan patra from odisha ..I have purchase hero karizma ..I have given my bike for accidental repair in jatni dealer point vishal hero showroom ..I have already claimed insurance...Now its come to an about 1.5 month still my bike is not repaired ..They are saying we dont have spare parts...We dont expect such kind of service frm brand like hero nd thier dealership point

I Karan khushlani being the owner of Zmr mp09nt5488 ordered a pair of breaks a week before from the branch Sukhmani automobiles Annapurna indore, about which I haven't received any update. Also, I am not getting the proper service for getting the Zmr repaired.
I would be highly obliged if you take an action as soon as possible.
As I need to get it repaired for my use very soon.

Actually i have buyed a hero "Duet" 6 months before and that was my worse decision.From the day i buyed that i am suffering.whenever i used to go to the service centre there also i didnt get any positive response.Now also that scooti is giving me problem not even starting.This may be my 10 th time i am visiting service center.please do provide me a solution.Is that how hero motors serve there costumer.

Sir / mam our maestro bike in-jun not working its in-jun some time free i have lot of problem facing this problem 3 to 4 time its happen and when i complain against this problem but they told in-jun is not coming insurance when i speak loudly than the told your last paid up service is not time then i reply our maestro not full fill kilometre criteria in last paid up service its purchasing and service record all copy i am attach in this mail
please do some thing and help me

Dear concern,
I gave my hero splendor pro bike to service in vishal automobiles (Authorised dealer of hero motocorp ltd), chidambaram main road, cuddalore-02 on tuesday (10.01.2017 10.30 am) and i said 5 problems to them (1. Shelf start trouble (Main trouble), 2. Chain sound, 3. General service, 4. Cylencer sound problem, 5. Neutral light). After that, i faced poor service and response issue as given below

1) i called the service no.[protected]/[protected] at 4.30 pm (10.01.2017) but they said that "after 30 minutes we will call you". But i didn't receive any call from them
2) i called again 6.30 pm but this time they wouldn't pick the call.
3) i went directly to the service center and asked them please tell my charge i'm going to get the money @ atm. They casually said that "within 15minutes we are going to close the shop".
4) then i went next morning 10.30am (11.01.2017- wednes day) they give the bill to me and i paid rs.2, 338 including all tax. They gave me the bike at 12.10 pm (2hrs lately) to me.
5) i started my bike i was shocked the shelf start not working. Was no work done by them with the bill of rs.2, 338?
6) i spoke to the checker and clerk/typist and supervisor. Everyone, not response me. And i get angry and sound to the clerk. So he said that "hello shut and go to other service centre or you can give the complaint anywhere"

I worried about the customer service of hero motocorp ltd. This is the way to treat the customer in hero motocorp ltd. How hero motocorp ltd gave the valuable dealing to the very poor vishal automobiles.
According to this, i suggest to the customer of hero bikes. Please don't go to very poor customer service and poor responders m/s. Vishal automobiles (Authorised dealer of hero motocorp ltd), chidambaram main road, cuddalore-02.

I have bought HERO Glamour motorcycle on 25th June, 2016, sine then the bike running well. But recently some problems developed in by bike and the same has been shown at Hero authorized servicing centre, but their service is not upto mark at per standard with Hero Motocorp. So you are requested kindly to look into the matter. My Bike details are given below :
