मेरा नाम पियूष धाकड़ हे मेने दिनाक 19/10/2016 को हीरो डुएट स्कूटी उदयपुर हीरो डीलरशिप मनामा से खरीदी थी। इसके एक दिन बाद दिनांक 20/10/2016 स्कूटी चित्तौड़गढ़ में अचानक रास्ते में स्कूटी बंद पड़ गई थी जिसके कारण चित्तोड़ AVS हीरो सर्विस सेंटर पर चेक करवाया तो सर्विस इंजिनियर ने बताया की गाड़ी का फ्यूज उड़ गया है तो सर्विस मैनेजर ने उसे ठीक कर दिया।

इसके अगले दिन मार्निंग में दिनाक 21 /10/ 2016 जब में उदयपुर डीलरशिप मनामा उदयपुर पर गया तो वहा के सर्विस मेनेजर ने स्कूटी तो चेक कर बताया की स्कूटी ठीक हे तो में भी शोरूम से चला गया। इसके बाद उसी दिन लगभग 3 घण्टे बाद स्कूटी वापस बंद पड़ गई जब में वापस स्कूटी को लेके शोरूम आय तो सर्विस मेनेजर और शोरूम के वर्कर ने स्कूटी 3 घण्टे तक उसको ठीक किया। और मुझे वापस दे दी।

दिनांक 23/10/2016 शाम को स्कूटी फिर से बंद हो गई थी जब में वापस मनामा शोरूम पे ले गया तो शोरूम मालिक और सर्विस इंजीनियर ने स्कूटी को टेम्परली ऑन करके मुझे हैण्ड ओवर कर दी और कहा कल मॉर्निंग में लेके आना

एक नई विकल लेने पर भी मुझे 3 बार सर्विस सेंटर जाना पड़ा हे।

मुझे अब ये स्कूटी नही चाहिए। इस स्कूटी को रेप्लस करे, नही तो मुझे कोर्ट का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा।

मेरी स्कूटी का नंबर 8950 है।

I visited one hero authorised centre at kuttippuram, malappuram district, kerala name as Runs motors for bike service. ..I got a bill of rs 729
.when I go through the bill I understood they are charging as by puting different caption ...already charged Rs 65 for consumables and they charge rs 61 rs as bolt, grease, etc ...general service rs 150 charged and again charged Rs 60 for chain cleaning ...if any charge other than general service they have to inform the customer ...but it is not happening...more over they are charging rs 100 for washing, and most of the days they will ask us to come on next one day for washing by putting reason like machine not working, power not available, service person is not available. ...they are not ready to give back ra 100...we analyse these all are the part of failure in theie part as a right of customer...we took thia issue seriously ...we hope u will take thia matter as its important and expect justice otherwise we will put thia matter in higher appeal authority. ..

Sir, your dealer ganesh motor from gharota (sub dealer of b m enterprises pathankot) is running shop of spare parts with name vishkarma spare.He is using duplicate spare parts in the hero showroom so pz take the serious action against subhash. he is using duplicate spare parts in the hero showroom and he is using non branded engine oil.i have visited three times in his showroom but when i told him to use genuine oil the non branded oilhe refused me and said that we use only

I purchased a vehicle from phoenix motors private Ltd in Jan 2014.
I completed with all my free servicing and currently in due with paid servicing.

Since I am not satisfied with the quality of servicing which is provided from the dealer would like to give my vehicle for known mechanic who is an ideal individual.
But I received a phone call by the dealer by stating that would cause in losing the engine Warrenty.
Could you please suggest.

inki service se bilkul setisfied nahi hu 84000 ki gaadi ka in logo ne kharab kar diya inlog ki service barabar nahi hai
bike bhi barabar wash karke nahi dete in log
agar koi action nahi hota hai to mai grahak suraksha me complaint karunga

Hello Team, it is my experience with my bike (Karizma r). I drove my bike around at 12500 km and now i am getting some knocking sound like tac tac tac when i start my bike. I visited at hero honda service center with regards to this problem as per them there is noise that come from taping. I can not understand their technical words but i ask to them to get this fixed. They tried to resolve but could not get sucess. Please let me know where i should visit for this problem as my bike is new and i can not such irritating sound from newly bike.

I have a hero hunk bike i had ordered at BHARAT MOTORS Mancheswar Bhubaneswar - 751010 .some spare parts on 5th aug 2016 and given advance 300 rupees for the ordered but still no response and also they didnot provide the soare parts so from where i will get the same i am facing lots of problem please help me for this request.

I complain the thrice for correction of the handle.
when they are not listening i also buy a new handle from them and fix it.
Even if the new one provided by them is already bend for which when i am going to complain them, they said it is correct you are new to ride it.

so what i will do, and why i'm buying vehicle from HERO. There are also some good company.

I[censored] are not provide proper service so why we buy anything from you.

I given my bike for servicing on 15 Oct 2016, while taking for servicing they told bike will be given on Monday or Tuesday. When i called on Monday they told still vehicle is not ready they will give on Tuesday. Later when i called on Tuesday manager told Service technician is on leave hence Wednesday they will give the vehicle. Finally i got my vehicle on Friday 21 Oct 2016 with incomplete servicing.

my bike continuously getting battery prob..electric start not work.. sometimes horn and lights not working ... I reporting all service time it not corrected. After service 1 day only electric start work.. then fail to start .am changed battery also.. now fixed amaron battery ..
Now am living in TRIPUNITHURA, ernakulam .. last time I go to service at melody automobiles, near irubanam ..reported battery prob .supervisor checked and says rectifier wil be changed . On 18/10/2016 am giving to service and get my bike on 19/10/2016.

But still I have battery prob .

I have visited to the hero motocorp (GOA- SHREE SAMARTHMOTORS) for the sales inquiry of bike "i smart" they are behaving to customers not very improper way even their general manager wont speak properly is also have ego.and there are not replying the phone call also. We have tried several time, but no response. They are not give proper quotation and some accessories they are making compulsory even we don’t want.

I have Purchase HERO Splendor Pro from Jay Kay Automotive - Rajkot [ Gujarat]. HERO Co. Provide Helmet Lock as a Std. Accessorie [ as they have mention in their Cataloque also]. But the Supplier [ JAY KAY Auto.] not deliver the same to me with ther reason Co. is not proved them the same thing.

While Co. already promise in their printed cataloqe, and likely this is the promise for this things, than haw can the Dealer of the Co. ignore to this things. This is the Customers right because he is paid for the same.

Kindly do the needfull for the same.

tum che complaints solve krayla Delhi vrun ye nar nahit.
problem solve krt nahi me javal javal 5-6 times complaints kle aahe aani TVS cha tyers aahe Air lekages & 1ka ch location puncher hot aahe.

The engine is jam due lack of oil in it while service was done before a week only and oil was also changed by ₹300. Engine is damaged and thus due to lack of service all this was happened. Bike is just 5 months old and due to lack of your services provided bike is damaged. Engine is damaged and it was all due to lack of service and my bike is also damaged.

I am in need of spare parts for my impulse 150 c.c bike.
I ordered for the same to the hero showroom khatima (uttarakhand) but unfortunately they are not responding in a proper way. I am waiting for the parts for last 60 days and I'm amazed that they ie hero motocorp which I use to think was a renowned company couldn't be able to deliver the same.
Don't you think, during purchasing your commitment for warrenty and easy availability was just a false commitment.

I told the problem executive.
But not fully satisfaction.

After service my bike fual consumption is too like in 1 letter 35 to 40 kmph.
Self problem.
Sweech off but suddlly bike auto start.
Preformens is too slow, no pick up.
I think oil is not changed.
Because bike oil colour is brown (black)
Bubbling, back tyre is upset.
Starting, sound problems.
If you not shoot out my bike problems.
I naver come js fourwheel alwar visit again.
