when i purchase this bike 1st day starting problem, this problem show morning and evening time when i start the bike 6-7 kick or self then start
many time i visit to agency regarding this problem 1st service also do this bike. no buddy serious regarding this problem, so i request you plz u resolve my problem

tum che complaints solve krayla Delhi vrun ye nar nahit.

The engine is jam due lack of oil in it while service was done before a week only and oil was also changed by ₹300. Engine is damaged and thus due to lack of service all this was happened. Bike is just 5 months old and due to lack of your services provided bike is damaged. Engine is damaged and it was all due to lack of service and my bike is also damaged....

I am in need of spare parts for my impulse 150 c.c bike.
I ordered for the same to the hero showroom khatima (uttarakhand) but unfortunately they are not responding in a proper way. I am waiting for the parts for last 60 days and I'm amazed that they ie hero motocorp which I use to think was a renowned company couldn't be able to deliver the same.
Don't you think, during purchasing your commitment for warrenty and easy availability...

Self problem.

Preformens is too slow, no pick up.

I purchaged hero splendor ismart 110cc new bike from reliable motors show room railway road nangal dam on 10/09/2016. After few days engine started producing extra noice. I told to show room owner then their mechanics said its normal sound of rocker and tapping. Then they said after 600km we would solve it. But i visited five time but they totally failed to fit it. Finally i said to call company engineer. Then on 14/10/2016 engineer checked...

I m jagvir singh my bike number is - hr 77 a 3112 model-2014 warrenry -5year. My bike purchasing store at rohtak city. Bike all service is done at okhla but some voice are create in gear no-4. We are going today in satvik motors hero bahadurgarh. We are agreed to pay service charge but agency persion is cancelled jobcard dew to gear voice and suddest me go back to okhla agency for repair this gear voice work without checking....

before it shows 40-45 km/lt and now it reduced to 20-25km/lt
& also in service center after 1st service they don't respond properly.

After my first service my bike was not properly checked...

This is RAJU. I have given my vehicle for servicing on 15th morning 7:00 am and they asked me to collect it in the evening. Later when I called them they told me that they have to check wiring and it takes time and will be delivering my vehicle on Monday. Again Monday it's the same case . They are still doing it and even they didn't wash the vehicle.
