I am in need of spare parts for my impulse 150 c.c bike.
I ordered for the same to the hero showroom khatima (uttarakhand) but unfortunately they are not responding in a proper way. I am waiting for the parts for last 60 days and I'm amazed that they ie hero motocorp which I use to think was a renowned company couldn't be able to deliver the same.
Don't you think, during purchasing your commitment for warrenty and easy availability was just a false commitment.

I told the problem executive.
But not fully satisfaction.

After service my bike fual consumption is too like in 1 letter 35 to 40 kmph.
Self problem.
Sweech off but suddlly bike auto start.
Preformens is too slow, no pick up.
I think oil is not changed.
Because bike oil colour is brown (black)
Bubbling, back tyre is upset.
Starting, sound problems.
If you not shoot out my bike problems.
I naver come js fourwheel alwar visit again.
Like service or any problems

I have hero passion pro.. I was last serviced from laxmi hero solapur.. But problem was not solved.. All problems as it is after service.. I was reported 3 to 4 times.. But no any reply from us.. I purchaged hero splendor ismart 110cc new bike from reliable motors show room railway road nangal dam on 10/09/2016. After few days engine started producing extra noice. I told to show room owner then their mechanics said its normal sound of rocker and tapping. Then they said after 600km we would solve it. But i visited five time but they totally failed to fit it. Finally i said to call company engineer. Then on 14/10/2016 engineer checked bike and tighten tapped-es and assured me that this problem would never come back. Unfortunately same problem is going on.
With in a months i am facing this problem then after a year what would be aspect. Sir i am not so rich person i financed this bike through indussind finance company and down paymet was rs 25000.
In shortly i want to say that this bike has a major fault so that your expert engineer also unable to resolve it. I am also getting irritation daily.
Now i can't tolerate it.
Kindly refund my complete money and take your bike back. Please take is seriously and act as soon as plossible

I had purchased new Hero Duet vx on 11/10/2016 from Gold Star Motors Pune, Maharasthra, India.Which is too problematic that fail to start 3times within 75km.I am facing so much problem in this short period of time, which is too embarrassing for me . before it shows 40-45 km/lt and now it reduced to 20-25km/lt
& also in service center after 1st service they don't respond properly.

I am having the problem with its locking system. whenever I lock the lock of the bike it gets locked but the problem is whenever I try to open the lock it doesn't get opened.
I have to tried so many time even I feel disgusting whenever I try to open the lock of my own bike it seems that I am stealing others bike.
I went to the service center of the company and got my bike serviced 5 times.
last two times I have told to repairing mechanics about the problem. they asked me to rest assured but my problem is still unsolved.
I want you to focus on this matter.
kindly take action on my problem and get my problem solved about my locking system.

I have a bike with registration number GJ-01-FY-4279 which I bought in January of 2016 from Seems Motors in Sarkhej, Ahmadabad, Gujarat. The steering of the bike was wrong from manufacturing end of your company, after just 10 months of the bike there is rust on the engine head too. Having told this to the Seems Motors, they say that it is my fault cause I had been into an accident which I have not. When I asked for a proof to show me that the said damage i.e wrong steering is due to accident they did not give satisfactory reply and denied to take my complaint and also refused to give me the same in writing.

I would want you to take some strong action for this and solve my complaint. If the complaint is not solved within 2 weeks I will be forced to approach consumer court.

After my first service my bike was not properly checked and i felt like my front wheel is tight so i complaint in the service center regarding my problem they said its fine, I again told the supervisor that there is some problem in the bearing in front wheel please check it but they didn't listen to me and they all were trying to convince me that everything is ok and there is no problem in the wheel, but i knew that there is so i forced them to open the front wheel and check the tyre once now what they did they took my bike and make me wait for 2 and a half hours for nothing i was waiting in the waiting room then as i was getting late for my office i went there to check and told them to check my bike am getting late then they checked the wheel and both bearing was tight then they did resolved the problem.
i am very satisfied with the bike but very dissatisfied with the after sales service, i have one more bajaj bike and their after sales service is much more better than yours, they actually listen to the customers problem and resolve them.

I purchased on 28th march 2016 a new Hero Glamour Programmed FI. And i complete regular time to time service in authorized dealer. But in third servicing i find out a small problem ( left side front sculpture oil leaked) in that time dealer solve the problem. Then another i complete next 2 other servicing. On 6th October 2016 we return to my office in the same i am fall down on hilly katcha road. Then i saw some scratches in visor, fuel tank, front 2 sculpture, mirror, silencer pipe. Then I went to servicing center dealer asked these works were not done in this center. So you visit to another city center. Then I came on 17 oct 2016 to Bhubaneswar a long drive 340 Km but Rohan Dealer has ignore me also my ICICI insurance agent. So what are i dong now? Please help me.

This is RAJU. I have given my vehicle for servicing on 15th morning 7:00 am and they asked me to collect it in the evening. Later when I called them they told me that they have to check wiring and it takes time and will be delivering my vehicle on Monday. Again Monday it's the same case . They are still doing it and even they didn't wash the vehicle.

One not solution about very low avarage of my scooty. Company giving me faulty scooty. I want to rwplacement of my scooty or give me my purchase money. Hero vehical bad quality. Honda is better than hero. If my any frnd purchasing new bike i will suggest him go with honda beacuse hero not taking serious action if vehical faulty and hero is not capable to solve custmor vehical problem. Hero is low quality vehical so not puachasing hero vehical. I want to replace my scooty or give me my purchasing amount...
