These people sell reused vehicle for the one who give hand cash and sell new vehicle for one who buy in emi since they fear that if its not new emi buyers give it back without giving money... I asked numerous time why you people give us such reused bike since when we bought it was looking as new one when i ride in highway at 70 bike's wheel was shaking and even handle too.. Please never prefer such showroom and service is too bad...

    Hero service centre service is so much poor his service provider officer response is not good because his service not give time to time because his workshop workers every time doing time pass last day I was gone and his officer Told me for next day service but after he told me my mechanic not hear multiple time I was suffering that tipe issue I was thinking next time me and my friends relatives not purchase any hero bikes because this tipe off service long time company not live and compare to my other bike service provider is service is so much good time to time work last 1.5 year but hero so much poor

      One not solution about very low avarage of my scooty. Company giving me faulty scooty. I want to rwplacement of my scooty or give me my purchase money. Hero vehical bad quality. Honda is better than hero. If my any frnd purchasing new bike i will suggest him go with hinda beacuse hero not taking serious action if vehical faulty and hero is not capable to solve custmor vehical problem. Hero is low quality vehical so not puachasing hero vehical. I want to replace my scooty or give me my purchasing amount.

        Today i have booked my Hero Pleasure scooter at Bharat Motors Ltd. MIE, Rasulgarh Bhubaneswar for servicing (paid) at around 11.20am with Serial No.17 . Then i have told that it will take time and will be ready by 4pm. and i can collect it after that before the closing at 6pm. When i reached there at 4.30pm its servicing was not even started. They told me it will take time and i need to wait as its time taking to check the whole vehicle properly or leave the vehicle for the next working day. Then i have opted to wait and watched other vehicles with serial no's above mine's have already checked out. After wait of more than 1 hour the mechanic brought my vehicle at 5.44pm (though it was washed hours before). He took out some bolts, removed the front visor go for some parts and come back after 10 minutes and said parts are not available so can not be done. Re fixed the nuts and now pour engine oil . Then took out air filter and due to unavailability of air pressure put it back nominally done after few seconds. Now said all done . It took only 10 minutes. So my question is what i am paying for. Not a single problem i have mentioned in job card they attended. No OVER ALL REGULAR check up.(but i have paid Rs. 345 in the caregory of my bill for over-all check up charges as a part )
        The mechanic has done nothing but loosing and refixing 8 nuts and bolts in front of me . There was dusts inside the visor few other bolts loose of mirror even not looked upon not even the tyre pressure check up. (Though after my request some other man filled the tyre pressure finally)

        But in the whole process what made me dissatisfied and register a complaint is there arrogance, unproffessional behaviour, negligence, unethical arguments, mischievous words and replies which was purely a sign o[censored]nproffesionalism .
        So i have wasted my money for no work, my time for nothing, and my mental peace for a cause i should not supposed to bear.

        So kindly look into the matter and stop these kind of customer offences in future.

          I given my bike karizma for servicing yesterday in showroom..my bike have I added extra horn..after servicing horn is not working and I told to service manager. He took again my bike inside the showroom and he given my bike like as it is. I registered complaint to hero motor. After complaints i got call from regional office. But that is useful call...they were telling me about something irrelevant, second day i got call from showroom. They were telling sir next time we will do your bike servicing good. And all. But this time what you did. And after that call in afternoon i got msg from hero. Your complaint is resolved. My bike horn still not ok..and how my Complaint solve...????
          This is system in hero motor.

            My self purchase above bike from galaxy motors bilaspur chhattisgarh authorise. Dealer on dated 29th september 2016.in that coroded engine found.in this regard we complaint to showroom& online but no prompt reply recd. Being metallurgical graduate i had doubt about matl quality. So we r demaded for the replacement of bike on sos basis. Also give u r email id so we can send proof of bad quality o[censored] r product. We hope prompt reply about replacement of bike within 48 hrs. Otherwise we go for legal action.

              Yesterday i call on your toll free number, they confirm that my inquiry is register, bt still there is no any msg from your service.

              My complain is about new purchased duet vx from your changodar branch showroom, i was purchased on 11-10.2016 [dashera], i face too many problems about duet,

              first of all duet is not starting from kick or self start [both way i tried]

              kindly understand my concern, and replace new duet vx to plassure, so, contact on your changodar branch, and do same what i say..

              Also, they are says that this all problems becoze of stuck west in petrol tank...Bt my question is that..How can its possible..They says that was our fault. Its not valuable ans for my inquiry .

              My fynl commitment is, , i want replacement with hero pleassure.

                I booked my Hero Deluxe bike service with receipt no:10637 in morning.they told me that at 6 pm it will be ready any how so i can collect my bike after 6 pm on same day.when i reached to service station on 6.30 pm, my bike is not ready still.They are saying that we are not liable for any type of given time baring and advice to do call before come.whenever bike will be ready, company will inform you.
                I already arrange my urgent work schedule by company's given time.now what should i do ?
                so i would like to book complain about this matter.
                please do need full and look in to the matter as possible.

                  I have bought a hero splendor i-smart one year ago. I have bought this motorcycle for mileage but it consistently showing 50 km/liter instead of (102.5 km/ltr), and there is no improvement in the mileage. Initially it was told that the new vehicle show less mileage but it has already one year passed but no improvement is there. Please show some interest to solve. My email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased a hero i-smart 100cc bike at mm motors gowrivakkam, chennai on 3/2016 and 3 services completed now. After 2nd service observed that mileage is very low as 45 km/l and engine also giving heavy noise. Am raising complaint with service engineer they simply water wash the bike and given back but the problem remains. After 3rd service chain bracket also damaged. Am totally dissatisfied with hero motocorp and its service. It is better to avoid this cheaters in future.

                      Hello Sir, I Have given bike in hero motors showroom, in badarpur, and they kept my bike and returned me it back after 6 days without servicing properly, then next day I have again given the bike for servicing and it is already 2 days and they are not giving my bike, and daily saying that come next day.please help me, I need my bike as i am facing lot of problems without my bike.

                      No customer sitting facility available here, on hero motor service center, lots of customer just standing for bike servicing, no chair, or bench available, very much trouble on dayananda road, bharat petroleum pump, hero motor service centre

                        I was purchase hero maestro in 2015 after one year complited and doung service as per time maestro giving only 35 to 40 avarage. This bike is newly giving low avarege after few year giving 25 avarage. Company giving 66 avarage but atleast in traffic giving 50 and hero person was all time told me servicing time your issue will never again repeated but after servicing my issue was not solve. I want to replace my scooty beacuse company giving me faulty scooty.

                        Other company like honda new scooty giving 50 avarage. So why hero giving low avarage. Now i am thinking hind is better than hero becuase honda guve good avarage in city all over traffic and solve all issue about his product. So i want to replace my scooter or give me my money return to invest in my scooter.

                          I got accident on 20 10 2015
                          After my accident I left my karzima zmr for service in anand auto works Pattabiram Avadi . My bike was standing there for more then 3 months. Then they said sir we don't have spare for zmr so you get in local shops tgen we start service your bike . I got angry an took my bike to home an I was screching spare for7 months . But I din get finally I got in local shop. After every thing is ready but I din get self motor rela . Yet I din get . I love my karzima zmr bike very much . I cryed an got that bike . But now I am suffering without good service an spare . I get scared to drive my bike . Because if some thing happens we won't get spare so I kept my bike in home only for show . One lakh ten thousand loss for my dad . Think of this I felt too bad 😔😔😔😔

                          Wonderful awesome bike karzima zmr the Indian road King . But no spare is the bike drawback but hero . When ever I driver I feel very happy . But when ever I leave for service I feel too bad . If some spare gone . Then my bike is stay in service centre for minimum 15 days

                            I have bought a hero bike (passion xpro) in november 2015. i have serviced my bike on regular interval and last service held on august 2016, in that service they have changed the clutch plate, disk pad, chain set and other periodic parts but still my bike performance is not as expected.

                            Now i have dropped my bike for 6th free service on 09 october 2016 at globe agencies delhi-meerut road ghaziabad. they told me that they need to change timing chain but they didn't changed on promised time period. now they called me and saying that they have unavailability of parts and they are delaying the delivery of my bike. this causing so inconvenience for me to perform my day today activities.
                            I am not expecting worst service as esteemed company like hero motors

                            Please take the proper action regarding this and i am looking forward for positive response from your side

                              Worst service by hero workers customer handling is so bad their behavior after buying the product changes, after 1 month o[censored]se the rear suspension of my splender+ is malfunctioned when i got to the showroom to tolk to the manager there he was totally denying everything and said that it was your mistake you must have done something to it and not accepting that there companies part quality is not good and he is not willing to fix it, then he said go to our service station they will see it, when i go to the service station they were also behaving like this with their customer and not listening to me after so much arguments ok we will check it but it will take 5 hours to done this work
                              they know it if it was only a issue of the bolt of suspension that was gone loose it will take only maximum 15 minutes to fix then after more arguments they made me wait 3 hours to fix that bolt issue of the suspension they take 3 hours for a 15 minute work this is a very bad service by hero i am very disappointed never buying a hero product again and tell everyone same.

                                I have purchased the hero duet 6 months ago suddenly key problem have came I went to service center to show but they have broken the part and I have asked to for warranty they have denied it to replace and they have charged and I have replaced the lock from authorised service center and it is not working properly and I have complained to work shop of hero were I have done the work they are not responding it and it has worst in talking to the customer

                                I have rare brake problem and also vibration sound in Viser also they didn't solved the problem when ever I have serviced the Vechile I have gone several times to work shop they have not done it
                                I am having a Karizma ZMR. From the past 3 months, I have visited your local dealer for more than 15 times for rear view mirrors. But till date the rear view mirrors are unavailable. Every time I am being told, that the part is currently not available. I just want to ask why you use products which you cant supply at later.

                                  I hv continue complaining about my maestro mileage.. But in last 6 or 7 services it nvr improved. More ever in my last month service at this dealer ship of hero (Apex automobile, kidwai nagar kanpur), they picked out appx 2 liter of my petrol from my maestro. They hv not washed and polished it. Engine oil was appx 200 ml less than what it has to be. Wn i complained to supervisor they said ye to hota rahta hai...
                                  This place service has spoiled my maestro bike. Nvr ever go to this place for servicing..

                                  Service show room can't provide proper service for vehicles. more money can collect but they can't give at the level of service. they provide bill and extra amount only speak.Especialy branches are collect and cant give respect to customer that service center

                                    Dear sir, i am vishal sharma s/o Uma shankar sharma from gwalior i purchased a splendor ismart. At the time of purchase company claims the average of bike is 110 km/L. But now i have completed almost 1 year and complete all services. But now i am getting average of bike is 50-55km/L. Bike regs. no. MP07 MX 8194.

                                    but they give us wrong bike and now they don't get response . bike is invalid paper and its dangerous to ride the bike on road. and agency say he not any solution.
