Dear Hero
I have purchase the hero mestro edge on 2015 December from that time to till date their are and issue of cdi as per showroom person and its to bad to say when 1st time i call in shoow room of nahur that my scooter was not getting started so send any tecnisian to toe my scooter because its was 2 to 3 km far from the shoowroom but they says that we canot come the you have to come here than only we can help so i have came here but after 25 days take to resovle my issue and its hardly 30 to 40 days againg same issue is going on of cdi fault so i want to know how its happing to my new scooter in just one years also not completed so please look into this the authorised service center is rydex moto nahur mumbai 400078 phone no[protected]/[protected]/[protected] my no is [protected] my name is vikas jadhav and my scooter no is mh.03.ca.9671. Please resovle my issue asap.

      My self purchase above bike from your autho. Dealer on dated 15th august 2016.in that coroded engine found.in this regard we complaint to showroom& online but no prompt reply recd. Being metallurgical graduate i had doubt about matl quality. So we r demaded for the replacement of bike on sos basis. Also give u r email id so we can send proof of bad quality o[censored] r product. We hope prompt reply about replacement of bike within 48 hrs. Otherwise we go for legal action.

        I have purchased splender bike two months ago after completed one month there is problem on gare box i went to mody motors for repair

        they do something repair the bike perfect for two days after two days the problem is repeated next time i went to sri sai automobiles haythnagar

        were i purchased the problem is not fixed so i want a new bike immediately
        iam facing problem

          Sir,
          I have purchased above M/C vide invoice number:- VSR[protected] dated 3rd July 2015 with chassis no. :- MBLHA12ACFHF08397 & engine no. :- HA12EMFHF08444. The M/C had a problem of less average as your authorized dealer (Jitendra Automobile pvt.ltd, nashik(MS)) claims 65kmpl average but i am getting less than 50kmpl & i have done time to time servicing as per your schedule & i have complained the problem of less average at the time of every servicing. The dealer has also changed the carburetor 2 times but still the problem is not rectified and your dealer has surrender & he is unable to solve the problem.
          It is requested to look into matter and solve our problem.

            I hv purchase mestro edge in the month of feb and in the month of april front medgad has been broken. But still not available in sunil auto services lucknow. Before 1st seivce average of 40, after second it is 25 per km. I hv complain no of time but no body is ready to listen the problem. Worst services provided by sunil auto services. No equipment is available in service centre. Not happybwith hero corp and sunil auto services lucknow. My mobile no is [protected]. Parts quality is very poor for metro edge, will not suggest to anyone for purchasing the hero metro edge. Maintainence is very high and average is very poor. Suggest to hero corp for closing sunil auto services where there is no satisfactory services for customer.

              I got my hereo meastro edge 4 days back and im mt getting any pickup in my bike.. who is responsible for these? y my issues are nt gtg resolved? worst company i have ever seen.. please dont buy they just know to give false excuses and commitments.. heromotocorp should be called a totalzero company.. worst vehicle..

                Sir, i have purchased duet in july2016 & from starting i getting a problem with jam/load for engine, it will produce some noise as well as mileage also down,
                We done 2 nos. Service but till problem is same, actually when we had going to purchase this vehicle at the time of delivery it was not started then engineer from service station set some rpm for temporary purpose & from that same time it has problem. So i have request you to look in that matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

                  I Purchased Meastro edge on 28th sep 2016, from mahim hero honda showroom. At delivery time there was headlight prblm it was changed by the service person infront of me due to some weiring problem but i ignored as it was a minor problem But when i was about to reach my home i found prblm in pickup and it stops on the way and doesnot starts immediately I called the resource person so he asked me to go in service centre. From 29th i am daily visiting service centre but no reponse no fixing till date. Itz high time i have spended 1500 rs in taxis. What's the use of buying bikes from showroom and not from agents. I was getting the bike more cheaper from the agent but I came here because of commitments but where are they ???????

                    This mail is for higher authorities of hero motocorp ltd. i purchased hero maestro edge on 22/04/2016 from sapna sangeeta indore m. p. before purchasing i make one mistake that i purchase bike which is shown in showroom display and it may be used as compare to fresh one which stored in godown. after purchasing the bike i am facing regularly different different problems in a sort span of time. i am providing all the details one by one which i faced in a bike.
                    1.in main stand
                    2. boot light
                    3. charging socket
                    4. horn
                    5. start button
                    6. meter off
                    These all problems are faced by me and several times after repairing. my meter is now disturb and not running now. from purchasing to till now i am facing regularly problems. for all these problems i go to different different workshops and discussed with all workshop manager and regional head offices. this mail is regarding my bike to be exchanged/return by hero motocorp ltd. under warranty policy considering the manufacturing faults which is occuring particular in this bike which i purchased. i want to clear my point that if my bike is not repairable after several attempts and all the discussions and arguments from all the so called managers of hero motocorp ltd. that i want my bike to be exchanged/return by hero motocorp ltd.
                    So i request to all the top managers to take this matter on a serious note and considering customer service to be served on a betterment of a company future growth of a business. i am waiting for a positive response from hero motocorp ltd.

                    Parts r not available as per my requirement ... Then what should i do ... They r giving me a waiting time of 15 days
                    I bought hero duet bike. After one month self switch not working. I complained in show room.they said no stock.this happened in July last week from now my bike has this problem could you alive please??
                    Not handing over my new Hero Duet given from servicing for more than a week. I gave my duet for removing dent from front side, it is a week still i have not got the duet nor bill for same, the service centre boy is saying will get as early as possible.

                      I have purchased a Hero Splendor i smart bike last APRIL 2016.From that date i have facing millage problem. It is giving average 40-45 Km / liter which cost around rs. 2 or 3/- per km. riding. I have done the services from purchase dealer 2 times and 3-4 times for mileage problem But this problem is not cleared. I have purchased for high mileage only this 100 cc vehicle which i had heard. But i disappointed. kindly consider and give the solution. which will help me a lot and save my fuel cost.

                        I purcasesd a hero splendor plus bike from ashok motors churu district churu rajasthan, i have passed 1 month to purchase bike, i hve got a major problem in hero bike, bike engine give bad noise like a old bike, when a bike run 100000 kilometer way then give bad noise noise, my bike give these noise when i purchased it, and its run 2000 km but bad noise are not gone now, i want solution these problem immediately, so care my problem quickly,

                            I had purchased Hero Glamour from Century Bikes P. Ltd. Two weeks ago. I was facing the problem of imbalance problems while driving. So contacted the dealer and showed him. Test drive it and found that theres some issue in front wheel.so, he gave me the letter of tyre dealer. I reached there and had paid 250 rs charge for tyre.
                            Now, This is not my problem that I have to bare such charge without my fault. Your dealer gave faulty tyre with this bike, then why should I bare this charge.
                            I'm expecting a positive response from Hero.

                                Taken maestro byk 3 months ago i fully disappointed with mileage for one litre only 26km coming I took the byk in EMI can you please cleared my problem. At showroom there are telling 55kmpl and also it gets sound they telling stand problem worst experience. We r the hero customers from past 18 years consider my request and soon my bike problem should be solved and I'm gng to showroom for second service so at that time I dropped my bike so cleared my problem

                                    I experienced faults with fuelmeter of my hero pleasure. During regular service service manager advised me to change the fuel & speedo meter comp. And after the service they changed it and i paid the bill. But when I checked the problem was still there. They replaced with a faulty new meter.
                                    And when i enquired about it they said that the foresaid spare is out of stock and they will clear the problem after 1 week if the spare arrives.
                                    after that i went there 3 times, again same reply.
                                    this is so sad that i paid the money and got very bad service from hero.

                                      I purchase i smart from raebareli on dated 27 jan 16 .your company garanteed milage of this bike is 102 km/lit .i service 3 to 4 times and want to fix issue but unfartunately not solve and company decleared data is totally fake.i cimplain in dealer so many time bt no issue fix all say its company falt and say go and file case to company so plz tell what we do????
