Maestro edge is not so good in performance and strongness. I buy maestro edge before 3-4 month and it is very noisy from around silencer part, after rain in suspension side noise something wrong and different, stearing is to heavy and low quality, speedometer is stop working in just 3-4 month, when Maestro edge is touch 65 km/hour speed suddnely it's to much noisy like crash of engine and this noise is from engine. Above 55-60 km/hour speed...

Its been a month i have booked my two wheeler and have taken delivery on 5 th Sep.. But till date i have not recieved number plate..
Earlier i was told i will get in 10 days ..after 10th day..i am following but till date they have not given me anything..now they are not attending my calls..nor reverting..they are disconnecting calls..
Worst experience...

Bought Duet VX frm Lakshmi Hero on 18 Jan, till now completed 3 services in that for 2 services they changed eng oil but didnt rectify my complaints

Loose sounds 5 times
Shockabsorber back problem
Brakes, after service now hearing some sound form back wheel

A worst service center in mancherial d r not even caring d customers who came to service d vechile and taking d vehicle saying to wait even d dont take care of the customers while in otherwise d use to treat good I never seen such worst service center in hero motors in mancherial for giving a job card d use to take an hour or ago this is worst issue...

The Maestro edge i purchased in January 2016 is having a lot of problems, the indicator buzzer conked off in 2 days, I had to pay for a new one at the service centre, that also went off in a weeks time, I got another one. when I went for servicing I mentioned that the horn was not working properly, they said that it was taken care of, its completely gone off again. I have buyed a new hero duet scooter from hero wheel magnet dealer porvorim goa and first servicing is done, my problem is it do not give proper milleage as company recommend more than 50 but it gives me only 30km per liter, i am a government servant and daily updown 60 km every day so i am feadup after buying this hero duet scooter, can i get new scooter replaced by the company?...

I want to lodge a complain against Hero Sevice center, Munerika (Kukreja Automobile. I have called them to toe my bike from Vasant Kunj to your service station (*any of your service station nearby) couple of week ago. But every time they are making excuses that they have No Mechanic to toe your bike. He is been on leave for few days. Every time they are making this perticular excuse.
