Hi team,
I went to hero service centre for servicing my scootie Maestro, after providing him all the details they still didn't check the brakes and when I went their to take my scootie after paying I checkes that brakes were still not taken care off, is this kind of service what we expect, in the manuals it clearly shows what needs to be checked ! I believe the only thing they do is to wash it and give it to the customers ! I felt disappointed :(

i have my 2 Wheeler KA51 L 1048. which has got accident. my insurence was running. there was a time to expired. but om hero ramchandra pur bihar sharif nalanda bihar -803101. om hero malik telling you will not get claim . first you have to renew your vechile. i told still time is there why should i have to renew. i dont have money. then he told then i will not take for claim. then i have renew my spender.
after that malik has told me pl deposit Rs. 1000 then parts will come. then i deposited same. after that he told after 1 month you come then you claim your insurance. i was not agree because its not ethical. he abused me and telling that, s the procedure. regarding deposit i do have photo copy of receipt. after 1 month he has taken complain which is accident has shown in different date.
more over light was good but he has replaced light and so many parts no need to replace but he has replaced. i asked let me bill details he is not ready to explain. and again he has abused me. at om hero there is no respect for customer behavior is very rude.its not tolerable.he has taken more money. again i will complain to icici lombard.

I purchased hero pleasure 6 months ago from howrah fazir bazar, and its not been a year and the scooty is not getting started at all. It is lying as a showpiece in the garage. I complaint regarding it many time that the engine is defective and i want the replacement but they didnt hear my complaint and now the worst situation has arouse that the scooty is nt working at all. Its in the condition that we cant take it to the workshop also.
So i now dont want the service, i just want my money for the value and it caused so harrasement so i want money for the same too.

Dear sir, this is to inform you that, I have purchased hero maestro last year and had done only one servicing of my bike and company is providing three service free but in diu our dealer Vikas motors is taking too much of bribe on the name of oil changing, polishing, parts changing, etc. So I request you to please look into the matter as local public are cheated by them. The Maestro edge i purchased in January 2016 is having a lot of problems, the indicator buzzer conked off in 2 days, I had to pay for a new one at the service centre, that also went off in a weeks time, I got another one. when I went for servicing I mentioned that the horn was not working properly, they said that it was taken care of, its completely gone off again. I have problem with self start since the past 2 days. I am really unhappy with the product and also with the service centre, I had a TVS Wego before this which i used for over 2 years but never had any problems with the product and the service. but with Hero this was my First and worst experience. i would never recommend any products to anyone.

I've purchased Maestro Edge on 6th July 2016, after purchasing this vehicle, I purchased many problems too. First Time I believe on Hero Moto Corp but I lose my trust from this company due to their Problem full vehicle and their Sales and Service Point (Goel Motors, Ring Road Lucknow).
Now the problem is, After purchasing Maestro Edge from the Next Day this vehicle got off on mid Road which is too far from my Home. There is no mechanic there and faced too much troubled after pulling half and hour I’ll get a mechanic who said that the fuse has a problem and he changed this fuse. And I reached my Home. Now the Next Day again I faced same situation, Then I and one of my friend take (pulling) this maestro on Goel Motors. Now the new problem – when we ask to solve this problem, a lady get angry because we are waiting that she will listen our problem but she is busy with phone and talking about their home, food, relatives etc. After wasting our 30 minutes there we speak her loudly -Madam solve our problem, the lady get angry and used some abusive language. Now that day they took our Vehicle and give it after next day.
And that time we feel very hopeless and get Cheated by Hero Moto Corp and Goel Motors, Lucknow.
Now that time I think I’ve made very big mistake to buy a Vehicle from HERO MOTO CORP. They are only concentrating on sales only not Service & Support.
Why I say that, Because when I went there for First Service, I told them all problems which I faced from the First Day- The Handle is bend to Right side, The Tyre adjustments are not good its bubbling/jumping even on plain roads, and tight all screws and correct all adjustments. But when I reached there to take my Maestro, I saw there is no washing of vehicle, no handle adjustment done and One more thing They charged me for Nitrogen Gas in Tyres. When the tyres were not adjusted then how they fill that Gas. Either the gas not filled or The tyre adjustments not Done.
So at Service Station (Goel Motors, ring road, Lucknow) again cheated me. No Service has been done.
Now the problems are not end, today again the Vehicle- Maestro Edge again stopped on the way. The maestro is not starting and I am pulled it to my Home. Today is Vishwakarma Pooja, So today I did not get any mechanic also. What a frustrating Vehicle Maestro Edge, Hero Moto Corp and Goel Motors, Lucknow.
I regret to buy a Vehicle Maestro Edge from Goel Motors, Ring Road, Lucknow and HERO MOTO CORP.
I am riding Two wheeler since 2000 but first time ever I face such a very bad experience which is with Hero Moto Corp.
This is very shameful to Hero Moto Corp……………………………………
I never buy any vehicle from Hero Moto Corp and even suggest to any person. I will suggest the people to choose any other company.
If Company thinks that my problem will sort out then call me at [protected]. Else I mean it that I ever buy Hero Moto Corp Maestro Edge.

I have buyed a new hero duet scooter from hero wheel magnet dealer porvorim goa and first servicing is done, my problem is it do not give proper milleage as company recommend more than 50 but it gives me only 30km per liter, i am a government servant and daily updown 60 km every day so i am feadup after buying this hero duet scooter, can i get new scooter replaced by the company?

Yesterday went to take delivery of my brand new maestro edge, while starting the vehicle itself it is vibrating and switching off. Requesting for the another piece which show room people denied. Left the vehicle at show room.
Seems vehicle has engine problem.
Need this to be resolved with good quality other vehicle.
I never expected this from Hero motor corp.

I am facing many problem your company bike. my problem that my bike two tyre sleeping, runing problem, luce tyre etc. I am runing on road, sleep every time, tyre luce, some time accident but i am save & I had visited your service center than I told my problem but service center ask your change two tyre but this time is not available than I said that I will have change but no sir, MY service center responsibilities, I had note down your complaint and book your kenda tyres & till time, My problem not solve since three & half months. I call every three / four day but not solve my proble, service center say that your mail is block, I cann't help you. I am not satisfied your service center visite

Maine apne scoter ko last 5 /10/16 ko rahul auto main service ke liye diya tha. durgatna ke karan lekin till 16/10/16 tak mijhe koi jawab nahi deya, jabki maine bola tha ki thik kar main pura paisa dunga . at last aaj mujhe service center main ja kar bolna pada . wahan ke karmchriyo ka bartao accha nahi hai aur main apne scoter ko becna dunga aur logo ko bhi kahunga ki hero ka produtct nahi le. service poor hai behavier ganda hai . plz take action. Maine hari nagar service center mein gaya tha waha jake maine unhe kaha bike agrage nahi de rahi to unhone check kiya fir kaha sercice karwalo avrage aa jayegi. Service hone ke baad kehte hai bike smok de rahi hai iska engine kharab ho raha hai 7000 rs ka kharcha hai

Ab mujhe ye batao jab bike ka engine kharab tha to unhone service ke liye kyo bola sirf paise kamane ke liye
Aur ek bike ko service karne ke liye inhe 4 hrs lag gaye
Waha waiting room bhi acha nahi tha
Garami mein koi kaise karwaye

Us service center ke manager se bhi complaint ki but koi reaction nahi diya unhone bhi

I want to lodge a complain against Hero Sevice center, Munerika (Kukreja Automobile. I have called them to toe my bike from Vasant Kunj to your service station (*any of your service station nearby) couple of week ago. But every time they are making excuses that they have No Mechanic to toe your bike. He is been on leave for few days. Every time they are making this perticular excuse. My bike is not starting on its engine. My bike needs sevicing as soon as possible. Plz do somthing about it. If you are not going to do someting on my complain, then i think its very bad ... because Yahama & many other company gives very immediate response. Then what is the question of bying a bike from Hero, if you are not going to pay attention to your customers.

I m regular customer of hero motorcorp n i brought new bike from hero n i got 6 service free with my new bike n whenever i went to use myfree sevice coupon reedom they always included rs 40 included n when i aksed y u charge they deny n cut amount from my service charge n they always charge this amount extra to everycustomer and when any customer asked they said this is nitrogen gas filling in tyres but they never asked from any one before filling n always charged this is very bad habbit fromthe hero services department is doing and they are doing fraud money with every customer

I brought duet scooter for service at around 11.30 am to the service center, they told me that the expected delivery time after service would be an hour. But due to lack of seriousness and unavailability of sufficient manpower and hand tools their service people kept roaming here and there and delayed my service. Moreover to my surprise out of 10 service stations /stand inly 4 were operational and that too none of the power tools provided were in working condition. Also bikes brought after my serial number were given preference on personal relationships with customers.
This is such a ridiculous service center and provide really disgusting service.

I bought a hero duet vx bike in 25 Feb 2016 and it is giving me wiser front of scratches from the first day of purchase. Our staff told next service this wiser change he is again & again Same reason say I am previous service he is say this wiser not possible under warranty pay you many total I am change this wiser first day after i complained service center they said to me that but not correct response me. After that i complained many times but still issue not resolved.

I had purchased bike 2 years back, now there is problem with Hero Passion Xpro, now i am not able to ride my bike, whenever i drive slowly, bike is getting switch automatically and catching air while driving and when i change any gear while slow driving bike is lagging again and again.
i have shown my bikes to many local service station & now they are saying that it is company problem and while riding bike water is generated automatically in corroborator, & my bike having 5 years warranty also, so kindly let me know next course of action. so i can get rid form this issue.
I will suggest to all of you dont ever purchase Hero Bikes, they dont give proper services to customers.

I have purchased vehicle (AP03 BU 1346) Hero Duet on 17th january 2016.Since I purchase this vehicle I have faced lot of problems like low mileage(22km/ltr), no pickup, self start problem and suspensions are weak etc., If you can see my first complaint register you can understand the problems with this vehicle. Still I have free servicings I spoke to the the technicians lot of times about the Engine performance. Some of your technicians are agreed that there is a problem in engine. They promised me all the time and still the problems were not rectified. Recently I given in the Phoenix Hero service center in Hitech City branch the Engineer Mr.Karunakar and Mechanic Mr.Rajinath were verified technically but still the problems were not rectified yet.
