I brought duet scooter for service at around 11.30 am to the service center, they told me that the expected delivery time after service would be an hour. But due to lack of seriousness and unavailability of sufficient manpower and hand tools their service people kept roaming here and there and delayed my service. Moreover to my surprise out of 10 service stations /stand inly 4 were operational and that too none of the power tools provided...

I bought a hero duet vx bike in 25 Feb 2016 and it is giving me wiser front of scratches from the first day of purchase. Our staff told next service this wiser change he is again & again Same reason say I am previous service he is say this wiser not possible under warranty pay you many total I am change this wiser first day after i complained service center they said to me that but not correct response me. After that i complained many times...

I had purchased bike 2 years back, now there is problem with Hero Passion Xpro, now i am not able to ride my bike, whenever i drive slowly, bike is getting switch automatically and catching air while driving and when i change any gear while slow driving bike is lagging again and again.
i have shown my bikes to many local service station & now they are saying that it is company problem and while riding bike water is generated automatically...

Sir my name is anuj raj and i am from meerut i purchase new maestro edge on 10 nevember 2015 and my scooty drive 6340 kms only ...and i face many problm like oil leak, self start problm ...then i took my scooty to showroom they told me that ...we should repair your enginee ...so they repair my enginee but i currently also face many same and they did not completly chage all part which are i warrenty but only they repair them like head repair...

I have Passion Xpro vehicle ( KA19EG5438), i had Tyre problem, after running for 20K kilometer i have been asked to change the Tyre as Tyre has only 1 year warranty. . I bought your hero Duet on 24 November 2015 and it's not even year it's giving me lot of problems so many times I have given it for service but every time they say it's a battery issue as its not able self start or kick start . Twice the battery has been changed even then the problem the persists . I really fed up after purchasing this vehicle. I have purchased maestro edge 3-4 months before. And from day one i am getting the mileage issue. So many times i have told about this problem to the showroom, from where i purchased the scooter but everytime they said that after servicing average will be increased, and till now i am getting the average of maestro edge max to max 30-35 kmpl and the company said that the average of maestro edge is around 60-64 kmpl. I bought a Splendor iSmart 110cc bike on 19th July from Rishi Hero showroom in Bangalore (Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066) and paid for accessories on the same date. I was told accessories would come in a week. It has been 10 weeks since I am waiting for accessories and still counting. With humbly say to complain against the service and maintenance about my two wheeler bile passion pro to Bina motors Gandhi chowk, Brajajnagar, jharsuguda odisha. I hv brought just 2 to 3 month back from hero show room, but it's show alway.problem in this vehicle and the servicing not free they say about the money when I service and maintenance my vehicle.

I buy hero maestro on 8th sept 2016, but when I buy that time maestro it was some issue with engine, but they told that it was new, so it will be solve, but problem was not solve same day and I told that give me another same vehicle, but they refuse.

Kindly help me for this issue.

i bought a hero motocrop bike of model number hero cbz extreme on 21/07/2015 but it came with some engine fault but even after infroming to my seller Unique Mottors which is situated at Sitarampur, dist- Burdwan (W.B ) they did not respond to me and indeed buy time from me saying they gonna fix it.
but then after they said they wont it as its a company fault. so sir kindaly tell me what to do or how to do....
