Dear Sir I am using Hero Motocorp's Bike I smart since 18 Jun 2015 and I have serviced three times but bike is giving note more than 35- 40 KM-PL and Company says it will give you 102.4 KM-PL and the pickup is also not so good as company mentioned . I am very disturbed with the mileage because I am not so rich person . I have complaint many times but they are not helping me please help me . My Name is ATUL GUPTA and my Bike registraion number is UP62 AS 8955 .

    I, Dharvendra Singh have a Hunk 2008 model, My byke main stand has break down and i have visted to Yuva motors pvt ltd for purchase the same, they told me main stand is not available, the same has been repeated three times in three months. Again I have gone on 22.10.2015 for purchase the same and they replied still not available. Than i asked to manager and told the all situations. They told that you have to submit advance money of Rs.500/- along with copy of RC. I have deposit of Rs. 500/- on 22.10.2015 vide receipt no 3426 and i am waiting still. i request your good self kindly resolve my problem immediately.       My name is Chandu my mobile number is [protected] i had purchased HERO HUNK(Double Disk) in the year 2013 my question to the company is why the hell they made and launched the bike when they are not able to provide spares parts to there service center have met with an accident twice but every single time when i visit the Showroom for spares the standard ans will be getting to me is HERO HUNK is not an fast moving vehicle so company doesn't provide sufficient spares, yaar does customer knows before purchasing vehicle that company will provide spares quickly if the vehicle is fast moving?, And the funniest part is people who are working in showroom in spares dept they doesn't have product knowledge, Should i keep my bike as a Picasso to show it to my grand children"s, I have ordered the spares @ maxmotors which is in rajainagar where i have purchased my bike still now i havent got any call or response to me i have shared my bad exp through Social media to there page they had responded me stating will receive a call from one of there representative same again still waiting for call from HERO. Even if i ask for Small Nut and bolt of HERO HUNK they fail to provide it.

          Hi, My name is Manoj Kumar Nelluri. I bought Hero Duet LX red color vehicle on 07/10/2015, sunday at Jai Sai Ram motors, Mallapur, Hyderabad(Sub-Dealer of Phoenix motors). False Information Provided : First thing, with the presentation that shown in Hero Moto Corp website I went to purchase Hero VX model and received false information from sales executive Mr. Muralider Reddy saying that, they were not yet released and will get in March and later. With this reason I was forced to buy Hero Duet LX which I am not much interested. In-Complete delivery: Even the LX model was not delivered completely, still there is lack of extra fittings and vehicle was not in good condition. The executive asked me to come on sunday, so that it can get fitted. But till today, I didn't get them delivered. And surprised to hear that they will not get delivered no sooner than Monday. I would like to request someone to help me to get VX model instead of LX since I was provided false information at the time of delivery. Thanks, Manoj

            Sir,
            On 06.11.2015, i have given bike for servicing to Dealer 'Auto Needs' at gurgaon . There was some noise in engine & the problem was in tappet setting as per engineer said. But I surprised to see the service trainer has no idea of tappet setting & has fully unskilled, then i asked to other trainer he came & manually some tappet setting without gauge & tool.I again asked him where is your gauge for tappet setting, he told me, we have not any tool for tappet setting.I strongly dissatisfied for this type of bad service.They are taking totally carelessly .
            If you give me like this type services then i never will come in your service centre for servicing in future.

                Dear Sir, I Mihir B. Panchal, residing at Panchvati Society, Plot No. 72/73, Pardi Sandhpore, B/H Guajarti school, Mogravadi, Valsad would like to bring to your notice that i had booked a Scooter named Hero Maestro dated 01/08/2015 from Hero Motors, Valsad, which was delivered to me on 10/08/2015 though the bill was later on given to me on 18/08/2015. When the scooter was delivered to me after a few days time of 3 to 4 days i had visited your showroom Shanti Motors at Valsad to register a complain saying that there was a problem in the Scooter. The engineer at your showroom informed to me after due checks that there is a problem in the Rare Jumper (Socopser) of the Scooter. I asked for the solution for it, i was informed by your engineer that the Rare Jumper (Socopser) must be changed to avoid this problem. Your engineer then informed me that at that particular time the part of rare jumper (Socopser) was not available so i was told that when my Scooter comes for the First Free Service he will change the part Rear jumper (Socopser). The problem in Rear jumper (Socopser) of the Scooter was still present and even noise started coming form the rear side of the scooter so i again had come to your showroom with the same complaint. Then your engineer at the service canter took the scooter for service and prepared a Minor Service Job card of the same. Within half an hour i was returned the scooter back saying that the problem was in the Rear jumper(Socopser) of the scooter but it was not solved yet even after the minor service. I was again informed that the parts of the scooter are still not available and i was asked to bring it back on the date of the First Service to change the part in the Scooter. Then i gave the scooter for service on 28/09/2015, bearing job card no.:[protected]RJC[protected], in this service the Rear Jumper (Socopser) was changed and the Scooter was delivered to me on the evening of 29/09/2015. I again realised that there was the same problem existing in the Scooter which was prior to service so i again visited your showroom and complain for the same issues. I gave the Scooter again on 02/10/2015 for service of the same problem and on the next day i was called again at your showroom to test drive the Scooter. Your engineer and me together took a drive of the Scooter and we both found that the problem was not solved even after the second service. I was asked to keep the vehicle at the service canter. I again went to your showroom on 5/10/2015, when i was informed by your engineer that i have to keep the Scooter in the service so that they can check that what was the problem and Mr. Gaurang at your service canter informed me that the parts needed in my Scooter were to be ordered and it will only come after four days. Mr. Gaurang informed me that he will call me as soon as the parts are available. As i did not receive any update for the availability of the parts of my scooter, I personally visited your showroom on 12/10/2015, to get the updates of the same. I was informed that the parts are yet to arrive and will take four more days to reach them to the showroom. On the 19th of October, 2015, i received a call from Mr. Gaurang saying that the parts are available and told me to bring the Scooter for the replacement of the parts. I gave my scooter again for service on 20/10/2015. I visited up your service canter for the updates of the scooter on 21/10/2015 and i was told that the work was in progress. Today that is on 23/10/2015 in the morning i was delivered the scooter, but i soon realised that there was some other problem of noise in the Scooter. I called up Mr. Gaurang today itself and informed him about the problem and he told me that he is sending his engineer to check the problem. Two engineers came at around 3.00pm today that is on 23/10/2015. I would kindly like to seek your attention in this problem. I have been suffering since the day i have received the Scooter. I bought the Scooter seeing the name and the reputation of the Hero Moto Corp company. I request to help me out from this situation as soon as possible. Kindly seek your personal attention. Thanking You.

                  I have goodlife card no.[protected] valid from 24/10/12 to 23/10/15 . i haven't got any gift item from your company even i have earned 6576 points and have total points 7476.when i asked kirti motors barmer showroom they didn't gave me proper answer.according to them my card is invalid and gift items were taken by consumer . plz help me to give my gift item and aiso solve the problem of validity of card. from- junjar singh mb.no.                     This in regarding my vehicle hero maestro which I bought in the month of aug 14. Till now I am getting an average mileage of 35 kmpl. Though the company claims a decent mileage of 60 kmpl. But it is not even 40 kmpl. Many a times I have complained in the service centre but of no avail. I request you to kindly look into the matter.                       Hi, I am a frequent flier of yr flight. Earlier I was employed with ICICI Bank. If you are having a data base, plz check, how many times I have boarded yr flight in recent past through Corporate Booking .Till date i was very satisfied cm untill this incident occured. Details of complaint Booked Flight No.6E-271 dtd: 14 Oct.was scheduled for banglore from Kolkata .Arrived at Kolkata AIRPORT at 5.45 am went for scanning of baggage . Reached the boarding kisok at 5.52 am.Not allowed to board the flight . Booked a another flight 6E 345 by paying Rs 3200 extra above the earlier ticket price of Rs 8208/- to Miss Anupama at front desk .while paying the extra amount to book a another flight I used the word " itna dena parega", on which yr staff Mr.Rajib at front desk accused me o[censored]sing abusive word .when I protested against him & wanted to know which word offended him or what was the abusive word in the sentence, he kept on saying I am not allowed to say a word to him When I wanted to compalin, I was informed that there are no complaint form available instead another staff called Mr.Rahul misguided me & given me the customer feedback form duly filled & signed by one of the cm iinstead of the complaint form & when I questioned him about the compliant form he challenged me to complain against him also for misguiding & providing wrong info to customer ( me) Mr. Rahul & Mr.Rajib ill treated me, accused me o[censored]sing abusive words ( though no abusive word ever was used by me to front desk lady Miss Anupama.)Both refused to apologize & instead challenged that complaint will not have any impact. Request you to confirm from the lady employee miss Anupama, whether any wrong / abusive words were ever used to her by me. I took the picture of Mr.Rajib so that I could send the pics of him during my complaint, but I was told to delete it as this is against the policy.Pics of him was deleted infront of Mr.Rajib himself. Plz check the CCTV footage if required for any clarifications Request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions so required as per yr "Code of Ethics" . Also wanted to know from Mr.Rajib which word offended him or what what was the abusive word which i used against the lady Miss Anupama. If it's proved that no abusive word was used by me, I would like to have a written apology both from Rajib & Rahul . By profession I am a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary. It really hurts to a professional sentiments if someone accused without any reason & instead of apology, starts challenging the person & the entire system. I would like to have yr revert as promptly as possible in respect of this incident My next flight is schedule at 9.45 am..

                        I Book Hero Glamour FI on 21-Sep-2015 in Suguna Automobiles, Coimbatore, and got delivered by 24-Sep-2015.
                        List of problems faced in new bike.
                        1. I got delivered 25 km driven bike.
                        2. WOBBLING: They have provided bike with wobbling condition without Pre Delivery Checking. Based on this I raised a compliant with local dealer / services center on 25-Sep-2015 and as a solution they have replaced both wheels from another new bike.
                        3. CLUTCH JERKING: During ideal speed there was lot o[censored]nbearable level of clutch jerking. For this as well I raised compliant and as a solution they solved the problem.
                        4. VIBRATION: During riding when I reach 40km/hrs speed entire vehicle starts to vibrate. I really feel uneasy to ride. Even though I have compliant this to dealer / services center. They are saying that I don’t know to drive.
                        Note:
                        Last two days my bike is with showroom service center, but still they have not solved my problem. I’m very unhappy on “HERO” and this new bike performance.
                        Please resolve my problem as earliest.

                          Dear Sir, I am Akash. I purchase my hero Splendor iSmart bike in September but my bike is overheating rapidly. I was completed almost two servicing but i facing same problem. My bike is overheated after 10 to 15 Km and it is almost dead after 25 to 30 Km. I changed my bike engine OIL two times but it will not work. Every time whenever i servicing my bike and i changed Engine Oil but raised same problem. I don't know is this my bike's Engine Problem or What? Hero Service Station was not cooperating and every times they tells me your problem is solved but I facing same problem again and again. The Mileage is also big issue???? but first find out a way from bike overheating so i will go 40 to 50 Km non-stop.                             I gave my pleasure for servicing to hero max rajakumar road. This time I avoided engine oil because last time they cheated. This time again a big story. This time they return vehicle without service. When I complained. They washed it. What a joke. Please avoid MAX HERO. they spoiled my vehicle in two services.

                                I Gave my accident vechile in the showroom for repair and they said estimated time would be 10 days. After 10 days I called them back and they said another 5 days. Again I called them after 20 days and they say 1 month now and there is no proper response from anyone. If I ask few more questions they wil be rude to me asking me to do whatever I can

                                  Hi Sir/mam, My name is Bala Aditya. I have purchased hero passion pro bike on Sept 16th 2o13 from M.M motors located at malkajgiri, Hyderabad, telangana. In may 2o15 I have given for servicing as some disturbance in sound has been coming. After the servicing the sound continued to come, but the manager/owner said "it is common and some adjustment has to be done, come by next week". I didn't go as I have some work and last Sunday i.e 14th Sept I took the bike for servicing as the sound is getting louder day by day. They changed the oil and did some work, but the sound doesn't stop. After 8 days i.e 23rd again I took the bike to them. Now they said the engine has problem and it needs to be done. They said the bill for doing the engine would be ten thousand!!! When I asked for warranty they sai it cannot be claimed. Now my complaint is that the service centre has no responsibility towards customer's vehicles and they are rude demanding money. So please take some action against them.

                                    I have purchased Hero Glamour (TS 05 EK 1829) at Sri Sri Sri Automobiles, Khammam town, Khammam Dist. of Telangana State on[protected]. And given to 1st Free service to Sri Spandana Motors, Kodad of Nalgonda Dist., Telangana State on[protected] and Vide Invoice No.[protected]RINV[protected]/[protected], they have charged me for Rs.331-00. I have remitted the same. While paying the said amount I have asked them why to pay such amount as the 1st is Free service. But their response has not come clearly. As I have to know what is the meaning of Free Service? Why should I pay such amount i[censored] provide free service. The Service Centre of Kodad of Nalgonda Dist, Telangana state services are very bad. They have no patience to convince the customers. You have to take action against them. It is compulsory.

                                        I had purchased the passion xpro bike in 2014 april its from 1 and half years following issues i am facing
                                        1 - the bike average is too low - - - 35km / litre
                                        2 - engine heats up too much even with small rides
                                        3 - no permanent solution or change in sparepart / engine itself by hero purchase / maintenance vendors.
                                        Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
