    I have purchased a hero splendor plus on 08 nov 2015 from upper India pvt ltd, shastri nagar, new delhi and during that i have made the payment through demand draft. At that time there was discount of rs. 1250/- for govt. Employees and i have made the full and final payment and i was told that the discount amount will be refunded to my account within 10 days. Still i have not received that and on visiting to the dealer they are demanding for several papers. As at the time of delivery of vehicle i have presented that all. So, i request you to do the needful at the earliest.

      I have purchase xterme black color bike model 2014(single seat ) from varenyam hero (m p nagar) bhopal in july 2014, at the time of purchase their is a mistake in mask for which the company told me that they replace the mask free of cost but unfortunately later i suffer an accident in which the mask Completely broke. I order mask at that time and they can't deliver my mask order yet after 7 months. Also Their service is very poor. I never stisfy at any service varenyam hero.

          Purchased new Hero Duet from Jaydeep Auto Makarpura Vadodara on 05.02.2016 as per Invoice No. : 003384. At the time of Side Stand and Seat Cover was not given. After several follow ups side stand given but till date seat cover not issued. Staff is not properly responding. Expedite the matter urgently.

            I have purchase hero splander in aug-15 and I have serviced it 4 time as per attached invoice..
            But hero service center are not working properly.. My bike not performing best as hero say..
            I had service My bike Last thursday at lahoria trades rudrapur, as per My complain they don't work on My bike...
            Chain, engine sound, milage and bubling problem Is as it..I think they had change engine oil and wash it... This Is not satisfactory..
            Plz give me solution

              I have purchased splendor plus RJ48SA6075 from baghera(kekri), ajmer and i get six free services.
              My vehicle is run 5700 kms upto 18 feb 2016 and third service is done on 16 may 2015.
              According to rule my 4th and 5th service is rejected because completing of 200 days from last service.
              But i have 6th service remaining.
              When i go to hero service center on 18 feb 2016, they refused me for six service and talk to me that my all services are rejected.

                i am regular services its authorized dealer and always follow its advice. today i gave my bike for forth service and any 6536km running and they says to me your engine have noise so we open your engine for service my bike run only 6536km and engine have noise i am very shocked hero motocorp is very reputed company and its product have a problem so please action ...

                  I have purchased HERO Xtreme sports in july 2015, first 5 servicing are complited and I inform about the bike week performance but they are not taking it seriously, it is 150cc bike but it feels like a 100 cc bike it got stuck after crossing the speed of 50 and start noising and the pick up gets down plz do something because I feel that I waste my 80, 000/-...if you are giving performance of 100 cc bike in 80, 000/- then you are making fool of people...plz take necessary action on it as early as possible it is going worst day by day…if you will not take the action I will defiantly go for the further action because it is really a serious problem…

                    I bought hero maestro edge vx for rs 66000 from mahim fortpoint mumbai, within 1 week vehicle became too noisy on auto start! i reported to authorised aervice center! they told there is a problem in auto start, clutch and engine, they resolved the problem! and assured (fake) that it wont happen again! but whthin 2 months m facing same problem so i want replacement of a vehicle or full money back!

                      I have ordered side mirrors of my Bike CBZ Xtreme on 5 jan. 2016 at service Center Mathura(Holigate). they said it is out of stock. than i said then take order.
                      they said call us after 10 days.
                      i called them they again said. i will take more 10 to 15 days..
                      than i again gone there i said give me order receipt 22 Jan. 2016. they give me.
                      and said u will definately get after 10 days. i call them they said its taking time.
                      wait for few days. than i called them yesterday they said its not available..
                      than i said i will complain about it. i got reply that.. yes please make complain..who said no.

                      its being a long time i have not got my side mirrors. please try to make it fast. and try improve these type of workers.

                            Yesterday I left my bike for service at VISHAL AUTOMOBILES, CUDDALORE-607002, TAMILNADU. I asked them to change only my seat cover, but they told that only seat cover cannot be changed, it should be changed along with Tank cover. I agreed for the same. My tank cover was new, after changing the seat & tank cover, they have given some other old & unusable Tank cover by keeping my tank cover inside there shelf. Today I went and asked about the Tank cover, first they refused & then they gave me my original tank cover. Please take appropriate action against these fellows. These type of remarks will spoil your company reputation.

                              I am use hero Honda CD deluxe last 5 years in Chennai. India. I am single owner me main problem is me vachile technical problems last 6 months going still not identify what is the problem in my hero Honda CD deluxe machine. U r company authorized showroom work shop technicians many time slove this problem many spare change but stil bike problem not slove .
                              Bike problem is vachile running time speed above 40 some missing .just like petrol reserve come time running time missing come like all time come .above 40 speed go vachile running very difficult not to fast move speed down slowly. It very difficult to me in bypass road .
                              Technicians many time many work to slove this problem . pwer come CD+plug.+engin head clean + head valve change+ battery change + coill +all change but still main problem missing not slove this all work do I have lost many days + 10000 still I am experience come .me work is marketing so I have two wheel must .
                              I am going to local workshops to slove this problem but they same spare change but stil not slove.
                              I am request is please tell u Senior technical man contact details in chennai give or return take this bike company me lot of headache I am suffering.

                                Sir, I do here by inform you that I purches a Mestro Edge dtd. 8.2.2016, my complain is that

                                # After booking dtd. 4.2.2016 grey colour is my choice they provide me white colour where me and my family is unsatishfied.

                                # I purches the Mestro in cash and enterd the dealer at 10.30 and out from there at 4.30 due to there lazy service. Where they know my date is fixed with booking.

                                # When delivery Mestro it isn't proper clean.

                                # Sales person Mr. Zakir and macanic Sanjib asked money for their service.

                                # Dealer is there only earn money not to give any mental satishfication to the customer. I never recomand your dealer or bike for some one due to so poir service. Dealer problem is happend they opend YAMAHA showroom perallaly in same locality. So pride is going down.

                                Pls look for future... not only me but for all...

                                  I have purchased Karizma in April 2015 from above mentioned dealer. Your product have lots of draw back. Bike has too much vibrations, If we go for speed above 55-60 whole bike vibrate too much. Spares of bike like front panel start for vibration, and create noise. I feels too much embarrassing. I asked in service center but they will tell like it is production defect. It will resolve after 2 or 3 servicing. 3 servicing completed but issue not resolved. Bike has too much production defects anything we ask then service center people tell like that is production issue. WHOLE BIKE DEFECTIVE??? FAIL MODEL OF HERO... I WASTE MY MONEY BY PURCHASING YOUR FAIL PRODUCT... HERO KARIZMA ---- Your service center does not have any solution for that DO YOU HAVE?????

                                    I purchased a hero maestro scooter UP 78DW 4287 on 02 Apr 2015 from allied motors jajmau kanpur. After 1st servicing I noticed a abnormal sound from engine and jerk during starting . On 06 Sep 2015 during second servicing I lodged a complain regarding jerk & abnormal sound from engine to allied motors.That he rectified jerk and he regarding abnormal he told its not from engine he tighten all loose nuts and bolts. On 11 Dec 2015 I notice that self starter not working, engine is not switching off, kick is stucked and sound from engine .On 12 Dec 15 I take the scooter to Allied motors workshop and lodged complain regarding above mentioned problem.He told relay is faulty he replace it .he done greasing of kick .that time he told abnormal sound is normal. On 24 Jan 2016 I noticed again same problem self starter not working, engine not switching off, abonormal sound from engine . On 25 Jan 2016 I take my scooter to allied motors again lodged a complain regarding above mentioned problem.This time he told battery is faulty he deposited it. For engine abnormal sound he told this is not from engine its from its from body .he promised me he arranged a new battery within 5-7 working days.On 29 Jan 2016 I lodged a complain through mail to regional centre lucknow regarding this .On 30 jan 2016 I faced a problem engine not starting after three kick, kick stucked and scooter not started .as on 25 jan 2016 Allied motor deposit my scooter's battery it was difficult to move the scooter.On 31 jan 2016 at 10:00am I lodged a complain on heromotocorp toll free no [protected] they assured that concerned person would be in touch with me within 48 hrs for this my request id is[protected] .At 11:00 am I see a miss call from [protected] I make a call on this no he told he from allied motors and my mistake he made a call to me. On 02 Feb 2016 when I don't get any mail from regional centre lucknow and any call from Allied motors At 0945 am I lodged again a complain on toll free no -[protected] He gave me a cont no of lucknow regional centre and told to talk on this no I Make a call on [protected] He told allied motors representative will come and will take your scooter to workshop.At 1230 hrs a representative came take my vehicle to workshop .In evening 0730 pm allied motors told me that my Scooter is repired .On 03 Feb 2016 at 11:00 am I went at work shop he told me the kick assembly has been changed now scooter is fit .When I check still there was a sound from engine .Then he told mechnic not check the scooter properly .He checked again.In evening at 05:30 pm I went there he told that a washer in the engine was loose there it producing sound .he fit it. again during check he told relay is faulty he replace it .again he start scooter but sound was still there .now he checked and told that clutch assembly and belt is faulty it has to be replaced. Regarding battery he told he can' t give me battery as engineer of exide centre is not taking it back it is fully dead. Within 3200 kms I am facing that much problem. Now I told to allied motor I am rejecting the scooter.either you replace it with new scooter or refund my purchase price and trade in.Its under warranty .Allied motors told he can't replace he only repair it and he don't have spares part it will take 2-3days . He advised tell to company about replacement or refund. On 04 feb 2016 I lodged acomplaint on toll free no for which my request id is[protected]. Customer care representative told he will repair he can't provide repacement or refund.he advised for refund or replacement I ask to Allied motors.since 30 Jan 2016 I am without vehicle I am a employee .I totally mentally harassed by heromotocorp and allied motors jajmau kanpur.

                                      Today at HM motors I had given my super splendor for paid service to replace sprocket and other parts ref 11238-03_RINV[protected]/[protected].
                                      After device I had found that chain bottom guard is missing, I had had enquired about the same they refused to replace my guard and giving wrong answers.

                                        Morning chain lower cover was there but evening after sprocket replacement the Lowe cover missing the concern staff were not diverting and misguiding please replace the guard at the earliest.
