Yesterday I left my bike for service at VISHAL AUTOMOBILES, CUDDALORE-607002, TAMILNADU. I asked them to change only my seat cover, but they told that only seat cover cannot be changed, it should be changed along with Tank cover. I agreed for the same. My tank cover was new, after changing the seat & tank cover, they have given some other old & unusable Tank cover by keeping my tank cover inside there shelf. Today I went and asked about the Tank cover, first they refused & then they gave me my original tank cover. Please take appropriate action against these fellows. These type of remarks will spoil your company reputation.

Hero MotoCorp customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My vehicle is run 5700 kms and third service is done on 16 may 2015.
According to rule my 4th and 5th service is rejected because completing of 200 days from last service.
But i have 6th service remaining.
When i go to hero service center on 18 feb 2016, they refused me for sixth service and talk to me that my all services are rejected.
