Hello Evryone, When we brought the new bike Hero Passion Pro self starter has got 6 warranties & when I was given my bike yesterday for 4th service & I had shown him the Horn problem as well as Bike startup problem & some noise in the chain. The supervisor said he will charge all this to work at below Rs 1650 and I agreed. Now I got a call from service center saying bill came with Rs. 2000. How come they charge Rs. 2000 when its in warranty. I am not only complaining all this even they are many people who are saying all this to service center. When its in warranty why did they charge it should be free of cost even they take for Oil etc. How come they came up with bill of Rs.2000. Please help me out to sort this out.       Hello I have purchased Hero i-smart on 26/06/2015, unfortunately my vehicle had an accident on 18th July and the damage parts are the fuel tank, handle, front shocker. Next day I visited your service centre and submitted my vehicle at "ARC Motors, Okhla, New Delhi" ON 19.07.2015 And they commited 7-10 days for delivery, but I am not getting any response from "ARC Motors" and "Hero Corp" Service Center saying that they have done thier steps for requesting the dameged parts, but still there is no dispatch from Hero, when we are calling their customer care numbers they are misbehaving with me, on of the no is where i called "[protected]" saying 'tere se kya matlab dobara phone mat kario yaha", this kind of language they are using with customers.' Hero MotoCorp was a great brand when it was associated with Honda, but now as i can see the wrost services from Hero Motorcorp. I bought bike for my convenience but now I’m frustrated, Please get my bike available to me as soon as possible.         My speedometer is dead from last month... Now narang hero service station is telling me to wait another month!!! I will pursue to consumer court and related forums if my complaint about my malfunctioning of speedometer is not resolved withimg a week as told and recorded by me by customer representative of hero motorcorp, narang.

          I have purchase last month bike hf dulex(08.07.15)but there is problem in engine in first `time to delivery, i have take first service and current meter reading is 1902 km.but engine noise regular, there is crank shafte.plz give solucation.i m suffering this bike.i m not satisfied hero company.bike no giving millage pickup.there is totally defected bike.

            I ordered and received one Hero Dtb with Double suspension speed Bicycle worth of Rs.5380/-, MY order NO.[protected].I already complained to you last week about the front wheel Breakshoes missing and wheel bend to unable to run.A phone received and attended for this complaint ask the bill particulars.I cant received any bill from the courier company only sign and collect the money and issue the Bicyle.I ask he say inside the parcel.But in the parcel no such bill or invoice not found.Please take the order No and check the details about the product and do needful. Thanking you.

              Maine hero moto corp ke dealer P5 motors, utretia near saheed path, lucknow me apni glamour FI bike UP 32 DS 1932 ka poora engine ka kaam karwaya tha. aur ek mahine ke baad bike me ENGINE OVER HEATING problem aa rahi hai. bike ke engine ki condition ye hai ki 5 se 10 kms drive kar lene ke baad bike ka engine itna garam ho jaata hai ki bike ke foot rest pe leg (per) rakhna mushkil ho jaata hai.. me 3 baar hero ke p5 motors ja ke check karwa chuka hoon, lekin koi soluttion nahi nikla aur wo keh rahe ki its common problem aur ye sabhi bikes mee ho raha hai.jabki me yahi bike last 4 years se drive kar raha hoon aur kabhi ye problem nahi hui thi.aur ab bike chalte chalte bandh bhi ho rahi hai..so me chahta hoo ki ya to meri bike sahi ki jaaye ya mere poorepaise waapas kiye jaaye jo maine bike banwane me service center ko diye the.. is beech maine hero moto corp me bhi kayi baar call karke complain ki but unki taraf se bhi koi help nahi hui hai, aur meri bike ki wahi problem continue hai.. please help me in this.. thank you sir Neeraj Tiwari [protected] lucknow

                I got mail with letter head " recruitment jobs in hero motocorp" there is a woman calling herself " shilpi parsad- hr head". They charge sum amount of money from you. When you ask further details.. She start stammering. Please guy beware of such fraud people. Don't waste your parents hard money. Her no. Is - [protected]

                Same happen with me a girl (shilpi parsad) called me up and taken an interview and demanded 7000 when i said why 7000 she said this a back door entry her number was [protected]. guys there are some fraud people which are using name of company employs to make money out of you so be care full ..

                above company does not taken any action against there dealer of hero bikes which is DIPAK automobiles Gondia district to deliver the gifts against good life card on earning points according to there good life program.

                  I have a Splender Plus purchased nearly 5 months ago from Sai Enterprises Ambala Cantt, now I am facing issues with the shockers. I went to show the issue to Sai Enterprises they said that they don't have shockers now it will come in 15 days I went after 15 days they misbehaved and said that we don't have shockers. I raised a complaint about their behavior with the company, they said they will take actions but they didn't took any action. on 1st of August, Guys from Sai Enterprises called me and said that you can come, I went and then they said that they won't be replacing the Shockers because i Didn't get the service done on time, and My bike was dropped from somewhere that is the reason of bad shocker, but there are no signs of any malfunction with the bike. I called the Hero Complain today and they said it will take time, Thanks for calling and disconnected. I expect Consumer Complaints to take proper action against this.

                    I have bought I smart hero bike. i3s switch is not working. And ARC motors Service center Okhla phase-||, New Delhi. Branch manager of ARC okhla, New delhi making false promise saying that we are bringing instrument to correct your I3S switch of your bike above 4 months but still no result. I have been too much harassed by their attitude.

                      Hi, I have been chasing the Shweta Motors, Kausa, Mumbra for gift on my GoodLife card from March 2015. Each time I asked them for a gift they make some excuses like computer formatted, internet/server down, etc. At Konkan Motors, Kherdi, Chiplun they also refuses to provide me gift stating that my card has been renewed in Mumbai, therefore some Mumbai dealer will only be able to provide the gifts. I have been GoodLife member since July 2009. Up to date I haven't received any gifts on my card.                         My splender plus bike got small accident and vehicle given to nearest show room. Insurer completed formalities and given work order for estimated cost of 3400/-. 3 days passed no proper response. Mr Sridhar, concerned person in service center is in a cheap opinion that I should wait till they completing the repair and not giving any proper timeline. I do not understand where to tell.                           in my glamour bike right side damper was oil leaked. service centre told that replaced by warranty. but told that spare parts are not available for that item. 4 moths complted. till now not replaced. i feel the worst service centre in rajahmundry is c.p reddy motors.

                                Purchased Date: 11 March Dealer: Aditya Hero, Nagpur Since I procured my brand new bike from CBZ Xtreme Sport from the dealer Aditya Motors, Nagpur it has been a nightmarish experience for me. Despite all the claims before I got the bike, I have been facing loads of issues the very First and Second week of my procurement. I saw a couple scratches over my bike apart from facing the oil issues, which made me change the same. However, the problem of oil prolonged, which again compelled me to go for another oil change. Even before I could take a sigh of relief, I was seen with another issue in the gearbox. While riding the bike, the gear automatically changes giving a sudden jerk. Despite fixing the problem a couple of times, the problem still remained annoying me a lot along with bringing in other issues like the Tipped voice, Horn Switch Issue(Some Time Horn is not working), Engine Over heating etc. The fact is in the past three months of my use of this bike, I have been pissed off owing to the number of problems I have faced from this so called brand new bike. I even requested my dealer to replace it, however, he denied saying that there is no such policy from the company. Moreover, I have even posted an online compliant to the concerned department, but yet to get any response on the same. In other words, I am deeply dismayed, disturbed and frustrated to see so many problems erupting in a brand new bike just procured barely three months before. I am simply being taken for a ride for no fault of mine. Common Issues: 1) Gear Box/Clutch Plate Issue 2) Horn Switch Issue 3) Tipper Issue (On speed of 55-60KMPH engine voice is like 100CC Scooty) Apart from above Issue following are few more. 1) Built Quality is very poor ( Fiber Parts) 2) Suppression is very poor 3) Engine Stop key is missing 4) Trip meter feature is also missing 5) Most important, If you want to stop the engine on Signal your hand should be longer than Law (Kanoon se bhi Lambe) @Hero: I want my money back or give me a replacement, I don’t have enough time to go every time at Hero service centre Contact Number: [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I have bought my hero glamour from Chauhan automotive Durg (C.G) on 23rd wlr this year on the time of purchase they said we are short of silencer cover now so come after 2 days After 2 days they said silencer cover is still not available we will give u at 1st servicing time.after 1st servicing still they hadn't provided me silencer cover.and now its been 2 month n rainy season has started therefore the cover is very much mandatory to avoid direct contact with rain.plz help ...                                       Mr.Vinay Arora, Assistant Manager Project dept. have posted a job advertisement in shine.com regarding job in Hero motorcorp for freshers and he has charged me an amount of 80000 for it and with these he has also conducted 2 telephonic rounds from company phone number i.e[protected] and also offered me interview and offer letter and given me a date of 20 th april as a joining date but when I went to the company they called it everything fraud and they were not listening to my complain.He used to call me from the following numbers [protected], [protected] and I deposited the amount in the following account number [protected], State Bank of India, Owner Name Suresh Kumar.please kindly look on it.Since it s a very huge amount for me.

                                        I have bough new motorcycle of Hero passion X pro from Everest auto (Gondal) on 03/01/2015. I delivered by above said two wheeler to Hero Motocorp service station at Upleta (Gayatri auto) for service purpose as I was told that it is one of the best service stations of your esteemed organization on 28/05/2015 but on the same day when i went to take the delivery i was utterly socked for the original key and new seat cover of my two wheeler (Hero passion x pro) both are missing after the discussion with them thay had lost. Therefore I request you to provide me the new lock and new seat cover of the same. Hope you do the needful an early action will be high appreciated.
