Good morning sir, I have stop bus in pinjore bus stand, they did not stop I waited for bus 30 min in pinjore bus stand. Hrtc Himachal pradesh bus service is too poor. Hrtc bus driver and conductor could not understand their responsibility or their role. So sir i am too late in our job who is responsible that. I am going to pinjore to zirakpur. Bus going from 10:00 am to pinjore. This bus service from nalagarh.

Sir/Ma'am,
This complaint is regarding the bus Amar travel HP 63 1899, the conductor in the bus misbehaves and harasses the senior citizens in bus. And the driver of the bus do drink and drive. This is not the first time this is been going on for the past one month Aproxly. Specially the conductor misbehaves and abuses not only to men but to women also. Kindly look into the matter.
The covid protocols is not being followed in the bus, more than 50 people was traveling in the bus.

Dear Team,

This with ref to failed transaction vide ref no OB[protected] With user name: Sonu Ram dated 01.07.21, service no 1139.

It's been a month and I haven't got any refund which is for INR 719.

I have been fooled by customer service that the same would be refunded lates by a week but this is not done till date.

Kindly take the matter on priority and resolve it

Dear sir,
I have an issue regarding the driving licence try . The try date is decided on 29.07.2021 at RLA bangana distt una.
Now i am available at RLA bangana, the employees give us excuse that try is cancelled without any information. I came from Chandigarh for try. I am a private employee. This is very difficult to come again and again . If try was cancelled then why not they inform us . Please take the action for this irregularity. I am very harassed from the system. Here are so many people who came from so far . And when we reach, all are harassed. These things are not good. When we called them to ask about try they told us that check online, orders are from shom shimla. But when orders are from shomla then why they cancel the try

Day before yesterday, I booked 3 online tickets for the said bus that was scheduled to be departure at 19:00 pm on 24th July, 2021. We were waiting at Sujanpur for the bus to onboard, but it didn't arrived. The local people there told us that the there is some strike going on and the bus will not come.
Now that the bus didn't arrived and we had to cancel the journey as a result, I request HRTC to please refund my money.

I have attached the screenshot of the ticket.

This will be highly appreciated if done as soon as possible.

के कंडक्टर से मैन पूछा कि आपकी बस कुराली(पंजाब) जाएगी तो उसने मना कर दिया के यह बस बाईपास जाती है मैं आपसे ये जानना चाहता हु कि आपके रूट बाईपास हो गए है या स्टाफ वाले अपनी मनमर्जी कर रहे है ????????????? इसके इलावा शाम को किसी और HRTC के स्टाफ से पूछे तो बो साफ मना कर देते है

Im Travelling from kangra to CHANDIGARH bus number HP 53 7946. It's a HiMMANI (Semi Deluxe ) Charges 953 For 2 persons. Bus having fans but they not working. No ventilation Also had Charging port But all wires are burned in sort circuit as per bus operator says. It's to be better then traveling in ordinary bus .

I am travelling from Delhi to Shimla on 8/07/2021 by HRTC. My Ticket no is [protected] and service no 525.
My seat no is 15. According to the rule 50% seat occupancy is allowed in the Bus. But the Conductor of the bus allowed more than 50 % seat occupancy during this Trip.
My seat no is 15 and the conductor gave the 16 no seat to which is adjacent to my seat no 25 to another passenger who boarded the Bus From Ambala Cantt. When I told the bus conductor that Only one seat should be occupied . He gave me a staring look and made the another passenger sit on the seat no 16.
I am hurt by his behaviour and the conductor also broke the covid rule. So I request you to please take some action on this misbehaviour and and not following covid rules.
