आदरणीय महोदय।
ये जो बस है बो पालमपुर डिपो की है जो कि नादौन में 7:35Pm पर पहुंचती है। इस बस की लगबग सभी सीट भारी हुई है। जो कि गलत है। अगर सभी सीट भरनी ही है तो ऑनलाइन भी आपको सभी सीट ओपन दिखानी चाहिए। अगर इस पर कोई कारवाई नही हुई तो ये जो complaint CMO and PMO को भी भेजी जाए गी आप इसका उत्तर मेरे email भी भेज सकते है [protected]@gmail.com

    I am travelling from dharamshala to chandigarh. At UNA ISBT the conductor of the bus allowed passengers surpassing thr extra limit.when questioned he argued that seating capacity has been raised to 100% ftom july.tgis is against the laws and working of management.in terms of service the are trying to raise their revenue howsoever possible at the cost of risk...

      Address: 91/a 1st floor front side gali no 04 Krishna Nagar Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi

      Reference no. IGALKTZNK2 I payed 1673/- Rs for HRTC BUS TICKET ISBT NEW DELHI TO MAROTTAN, but page break during processing and don't receive or book my bus ticket. So I request that please refund may 1673/- amount.

          Since I'm traveling from HRTC, I'm residence of Himachal Pradesh and they are not following covid protocol, conductor and ticket checker are doing nothing according to Himachal government buses should has be 50% occupied, but it is not. And bus conductor and driver not wearing mask realy non acceptable. Bus number HP 38 D 1379 route pathankot to theog date 27/6/2021.

            I have 2 concern in this mail

            I book 2 tickets, one is 30th may that ticket i cancel refund pending

            2nd

            My 2nd booking is 28th may but bus not coming that day.. after call confirmation from Kullu RM [protected] he say bus is canceled because of less booking. And my ticket amount will refund in 2 or 3 day..

            I am traveling 1st time in HRTC. Very pathetic service i get from hrtc. Iam very upset..

            I was send lots of mail but there is no satisfactory reply. i attached mail screenshot in this complaint

                Due to less number of buses from totu to shimla and due to covid 19 the bus driver did not stop the buses in totu because of 50 % allowed passengers
                So there is nuber of people gathered in totu busstand and there is also no followera of gulidlinea of covid 19 so i want you to reaolve this issue as soon as possible

                  Sir, it's a humble request please provide bus facility from nalagarh to baddi during before and after duty hours . In morning shift before 7:30 am & in evening shift after 6: 30 pm.
                  We suffered a lot of problems without any conveyance so please provide a govt . Buses in nalagarh to baddi route.
                  I shall be very thankful to u considering this requst

                      As mentioned in website refund will be credited within 7 working days. But its 25 days over I did not get any refund.
                      Please resolve my issue.

                        Hope you are all doing well.

                        I cancelled 2 HRTC tickets
                        1) ticket number. [protected]
                        Refund Amount : Rs. 6745
                        2) ticket number. [protected]
                        Refund Amount : Rs. 6915

                        On 15 May 2021.
                        The process was supposed to take 5-7 days.
                        However, I haven't received refund into my account yet.

                        I sent an email, not got any response.

                        Total refund amount : Rs.13660

                        Please find the cancellation-confirmation screenshot attached
                        Kindly do the needful.

                            I had booked a ticket from Kangra to Chandigarh for 2 persons amounting Rs 788 including all charges. My Date of Journey was 09 May 2021. The bus route was Jogindernagar - Delhi ISBT. The ticket number is [protected] and service number is 1138. The bus timing for kangra bus depot is 0740hrs. But the bus did not arrived till 0800hrs due to which i had to board a CTU bus to reach Chandigarh. The service quality of HRTC department is very bad. There is no way to communicate with the conductor of the bus. Even the Nagrota Bagwan bus stand phone was not reachable which is the main source of this bus route. As i have not travelled in this bus nor i was intimated any kind of cancellation or change related communication, I am demanding for my full amount to be refunded at the earliest.

                                I wanted to travel to kumarhatti (Solan himachal pradesh) and the person at ticket counter didn't take my money on hearing that i wanted to travel to kumarhatti and said he will provide tickets only to people who are travelling to Chandigarh first despite of me standing in front of the queue and harassed me even and at last when i asked him for tickets he said there aren't any more seats left in the bus

                                  So choose to book bus because of the guidelines that it will follow social distancing and it's in morning so there won't be much people but there is no such service people are sitting on the vacant seats and that increase the risk of covid infection. So disappointed by your service.

                                    I am a frequent traveller on the route no 930
                                    Dharamshala to ReckongPeo, due to my job Location at Nathpa Jhakhri, but while I will like to appreciate quality of food while bus is on the way from Pangi (ReckongPeo to Dharamshala), the quality is just the worse while the bus makes its route back from Dharamshala to ReckongPeo it takes its halt for dinner around Padhar in Mandi, or to be specific please check your list of hotels, the food was not up to the mark, so kindly provide passengers with quality food while on long route travel as we are paying money for quality stuff not unhealthy food,
                                    Please look for a change in halt station with better food facilities, I ll take this thing into notice on my next travel if requisite authorities have taken any action

                                      I am waited 30 minute for bus. But when bus are come in my location 9:40 am in 16/04/2021. Driver could not stop . I am going to zirakpur hp4057 something that. Bus are going to nalagarh to ambala. I am late for examination. Who is responsible for that. Their is no responsibility for our job.

                                        Sir,
                                        I am traveling with my family ( small infant/ kids) through HRTC Bus no. HP 28 2118 that is departure from Chandigarh to Sarkaghat at 2230 hrs.
                                        Maximum Window glass of this bus broken and due to this heavy air passed through these windows. Passenger face lot of problem due this at midnight. This very shameful for HRTC administration. Huge comendation for HRTC.and need to improve
