I am highly disappointed by service provided by Volvo bus no. -HP686368 Delhi to Shimla departs at 6:45 am.At 10:00 am bus driver stopped the bus by taking opposite side lane specially at a very poor and unhygienic location called mayur dhabha (local) people were spitting openly, no one was wearing mask, preparing food with bare hands, cashier was sneezing, using dirty hands, no menu, It was very cheap and local Halt decided by driver or HRTC services, never ever expected this from Volvo bus service and eating at that place caused stomach infection to me.this is the major problem now i am still facing due to HRTC HALT at poor place.Kindly change the halt location at some good, hygienic place for healthy breakfast.Make some difference between local roadways and VOLVO services.
