Please change the bus timing of hrtc bus kangra to palampur. The bus left from kangra 8:45 AM. All collage student miss the bus. So sir please chang ethe bus timing 9:10 Am...

I got my ticket cancelled on 13th February, 2021 for my 2 volvo tickets from Shimla to Delhi. I got the message that the amount will be refunded within 5 business days.
I paid through Paytm wallet. I haven't received my refund yet.

No response on email as well. I tried reaching them, they said send a email but no response on email

Please resume hrtc bus route baijnath to pathankot which arrives at 3pm in Kangra.There is an urgent need of this bus for college students....

There is no hrtc bus service from pathankot to kangra in between 7 to 8 am from my bus stop that is Nurpur.Earlier Pathankot to Sundernagar and pathankot to dharamshala bus route were there which were stopped in lockdown and they were never resumed due to this the college and school students are facing problem.so please resume these bus route....

We have taken four tickets of Volvo bus no. HP 63 7552 from manali to Delhi on 02/01/2021 at 6:30 pm.When we ask Driver that why u didn't start blower in such a cold and he replied that the blower of this bus is not working.I have purchased four tickets of Rs.6756/ and then also didn't get a proper service.
.This type of service is providing by HRTC bus.In such a cold wheather I travelled in HRTC volvo with my family and it like travelled...

Please take strictly action against Driver. He is Driving Bus very Risky. 3 times escape from Dug-Out By Luck. But one time it should be accident with Car Blue Nexon.

I am Inder Kumar and 4 other people waiting bus ( time 5 am ) for going to Chandigarh from Chowari Bus stand but bus not here and local public told me this bus comes Chowari sometime, and if you go through this bus so you catch this bus from nurpur bus stand, and we have no option to go nurpur bus stand, and wait to next bus whose going after 4 hour, people told me this is happened not single time, many time people waiting...
