आम लड़की की शिकायत अपने देश की सरकार से-:
हम नहीं जानते हमारी शिकायत को महत्व दिया जाएगा या नहीं परंतु हमें जिन परिस्थितियों से गुजरना पड़ता है हम वह आपके समक्ष रखना चाहते हैं
शिकायत करने के कारण-:
1 : बस में अत्यधिक भीड़ होने के कारण एक स्त्री उसकी इजाजत के बिना मांग भंग करना -मान्यवर हमारे पास बस में रोजाना यात्रा करने के अलावा कोई साधन नहीं है हम एक कॉलेज की छात्राएं हैं और अन्य लड़कियों के साथ भी अभद्र व्यवहार किया जा कर आ जाता है हम अपने हित के लिए है शिकायत करते हैं भीड़ का फायदा उठाकर लड़कियों को उनकी इजाजत के बिना छुआ जाता है हर लड़की अपने लिए आवाज नहीं उठा पाती ।
2:-ड्राइवर कंडक्टर का व्यवहार उनकी भाषा मान्यवर कुछ ड्राइवर कंडक्टर बहुत ही बतमीजी से आम जनता को अपना अभद्र एटीट्यूड दिखाते हैं और बहुत बदतमीजी से पेश आते हैं उनके रोज की बात करने के तरीके से हर बार उनको इग्नोर नहीं किया जा सकता उनके इस व्यवहार से कई लोग डिमोटिवेट होते हैं और जो लोग आवाज उठाए जाते हैं उनको जलील की जाता है बातों से उनके साथ मितव्यई व्यवहार नहीं किया जाता
3:-कंडक्टर द्वारा किराए की पूरी राशि से अधिक राशि काटना-कंडक्टर लोकल सवारी से किराया लेते हैं अगर उनको एक रुपए भी कम दो तो वह मांगते हैं परंतु अगर कोई ₹20 दे रहा है तो किराया ₹16 है तो 4 पर वापस नहीं करते और जब उनसे राशि मांगी तो यह कहते हैं कि घर से खुले पैसे लेकर आओ हमने ठेका नहीं ले रखा है और मजबूरी में नहीं पैसों को देना पड़ता है पर ज्यादा से ज्यादा 10 बार माफ किया जा सकता है रोज यह बात मान नहीं की जा सकती हर इंसान की कंडीशन एक जैसी नहीं हो सकती कि वह रोज इतने पैसे की राशि भुगतान करें-
4--:बस का कम होना-मान्यवर हम आपसे अपील करते हैं कि बस की हमारे रोड पर आवश्यकता है 8:00, 8:15, 8:30(8:00 बजे दुर्गापुर 8:15 बजे मराठों और 8:30 बजे दुर्गापुर बटन यह 10 बस ही जाती है उसके बाद कोई बस नहीं है और बहुत भरी हुई होती है हमें सफर करने में बहुत दिक्कत होती है कभी अधिक भीड़ होने की वजह से बस रूकती भी नहीं है मैंने वह हमने आपसे यही आवेदन करते हैं कि हमारी समस्या को अच्छे से समझा जाए हम इस शिकायत पत्र को अपने एक समस्याओं से उत्पन्न होने वाले भाव को व्यक्त तो नहीं कर सकते कि हमें कैसा महसूस होता है जब यह सब होता है परंतु हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि शिकायत पर हमारे सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी

The conducter of the bus was very rude and i gave him 500 rupee note and he said that he dont have change as i was also not having 26 rupee change so i asked person next to me he also denied. The conductor keep on saying that if you dont have change then get out of the bus . As that was night time no other buses were around.

There is a Himanchal youtuber named Indian youtuber Deepak Sharma on YouTube who has published a video on his channel named INDIAN YOUTUBER DEEPAK SHARMA showing himself driving a HRTC bus without having a valid HMV license and putting the lives of passengers in danger. Please take action against this illegal activity as this could encourage general public to do the same act by watching his video on YouTube.

It is our bus from jogindernagar to Delhi today 28/02/2022 9:00 pm we boarded from dhanotu(sundernagar). One person is misbehaving and harassing other people seat number is 13 or 14(cause no one wants to share seat with him) unfortunately we are in the back seat. He is drinking alcohol and even conductor is not taking any actions against him.HRTC this is really bad behavior. Kindly take strict action.

Sir, this tinku chadwal a frequent traveller of HRTC . I want to drag your attention towards my horrific experience while travelling in HRTC bus from NADAUN to RANITAL dated 24/02|/2022 (bus route SHIMLA TO DHARMSHALA) BUS NO. ..HP68 5715...While availing my ticket on duty conductor was too rude to me n also used rough language.. Although i didn't argued with him much ...Sir I just want to take a disciplinary action against him so that people like me who are regular customer of this corporation never feel discomfort because of such kind of employees. I was travelling from ISBT Delhi Kashmiri gate to Ghumarwin with service no 597 starting date[protected] at 08:00 pm.
I put my black bag in cabin above my seat having laptop with its charger, one watch charger, other belongings inside the bag. Also, i had two to three documents with my name, mobile no, email id, address written on it inside the bag.
When i looked for my bag around 02:00am[protected], it was not there.

Today morning I travelled in a HRTC bus HP 03B 7007 from Mini Kuftadhar ro Old bus stand. The bus route is Pagog to Shimla. The conductor was misbehaving with every passenger for change. He had some probelm in retuting money back to the passengers and was continously shouting that "change rakha karo hum change dene thodi na aate hai". I asked him for my balance. I gave him a note of 20 rs and fare he was supposed to make a ticket of rs 15 but he made a ticket of rs 11. When i asked him for my balance he started shouting "15 rs lagte hai wese to:. I said ap " 15 kat lijiye". He said "ap log ticket nahi lete time se bus badash phaunch gyi thi to ticket wahan se ban tha. Since, bus was full driver did not stopped the bus at badash so how come he made my ticket from badash? Besides i gave him the money on time but he gave my ticket late to me after making ticket for two other passangers who boarded the bus from same place. It didnt stop here he continued shouting and saying his own things and didny let me speak. I request u to not to send such high headeda nd frustated conductors on route who doesnt even know how to speak. They are not doing it for free govt. Is paying them a handsome salary so this kind of behaviour is nit at all acceptable. Please take a strict action

I was travelling from delhi to IIT mandi in volvo HRTC bus with bus no( HP72B 7888), I took the bus at 9:20 PM[protected] from delhi, near chandigarh i was sleeping and i kept my bag on the upper rack.I didn't realise and someone stolen the laptop bag.The bag contain ATM card, Collage ID card, cash mobile phone (motorola). I asked to bus conductor about my bag he said why are you sleeping at night?

PS:-Donot travel with HRTC VOLVO bus, no CCTV camera and rude behaviour of driver and conductor.

i would like to take your kind attention towards the lack of bus servic at hosirpur bus stop. there are a few buses from hospirpur to hamirpur station and the time slot between the two buses are also very long. please add more buses in morning time. please do consider my case. i am a stundent and have to travel a lot between these time slot i have to travel from amritsar to hamirpur and vice versa but due to lack of bus services i am facing very problem. i shall be very thanful for you for this act of kindness.

My pass is from jalot to nagrota bagwan, conductor will be cut addional ticket so please suspend this condictor

Initially the complaint was filed on 13.12.2021 on what's app alongwith all desired relevant documents but the efficiency of the department shows that they failed to take action against the driver/conductor so far even elapse of two months period. Therefore higher authority bis requested to take take stringent action against the defaulter.

Sturday night time was 8:50 and Bus no. HP38E6228. The conductr of this bus refused to give me ticket for my deatination. It was an emergency that i have to reach in hospital in MMU (MULANA) when i asked ticket for mulana by pass the coundector strictly refused to give me ticket. I don't knw why these guy have this type of attitude and why govement is not reactiong on this. Beacause there are so many people those who facing this typ of peroblems its my humble request take action regard this thank you

Every time facing issues with hrtc bus not proper maintenance of bus window not proper closed and conductors way of talking is too rudly. Driver forgot his phone than they back again the bus to nalagarh workshop which is 3 km away from the workshop. All the passanger facing this issue please take this seriously l. HRTC booking counter person charged 2 to 3 rupees extra from the ticket fair. Directly demanded in round figure amount. He eared[protected] thousands extra per month instead of not any single rupees in govt account .
Same most of bus conductor did same

Hello. I was Driving Alto K10 today from ghagas to Ghumarwin road and then Driver of Sen Parivahan no. HP69 2303 was rash driving which also took wrong pass from car. While doing that he Scratched my car and I almost saved my vehicle from coming under the truck. when I told him about this accident, he totally denied. So request you do some legal action.

HRTC NO. 283013 automatic doors are not working both front and back. So it is very inconvenient to travel in this during this winter. I take bus from mehatpur to baadi at 4 pm. During travel I fed up from this free flowing dust particles even not dust particle this is like someone throw dust bag over us. Bhai jb kiraya pura le rhe ho toh facility v puri do na.

My name is Priyaranjan and I was travelling from Chandigarh to sarkaghat in HRTC bus no HP 28 A 1494 starting at 0730 hrs from Chandigarh.
The state of bus is not road worthy and is a serious concern to safety.
As it is raining water has been continuously leaking thus flooding the bus floor and spoiling whole lugage and dresses of passengers.
The bus floor has also been in pathetic state and been torn at various places. The muddy water splashed by bus tyres is coming inside bus floor fron where it's having holes.
Windows are not shutting properly resulting in cold waves making passengers specially old and children uncomfortable.
Lastly but not least there has been continuously hissing noise coming from engine compartment which I may presume from being an engineer myself in Indian Navy that some relief valve has been operating.
Above that when conductor is being asking for state of bus he simply denying his responsibility.
It's not only matter of safety and discomfort but shame as this bus represent Himachal Pradesh outside Himachal.

Bus driver of sterrace saharanpur depot don't stop bus on mehatpur bus stop after giving hand to him at 19:54 on dated 01.02.2022.bus route pathankot-chandigarh via nalagarh baddi. This is last bus to nalagrah and I m unable to join my duty. Please take necessary action regarding this matter.
