i would like to take your kind attention towards the lack of bus servic at hosirpur bus stop. there are a few buses from hospirpur to hamirpur station and the time slot between the two buses are also very long. please add more buses in morning time. please do consider my case. i am a stundent and have to travel a lot between these time slot i have to travel from amritsar to hamirpur and vice versa but due to lack of...

My pass is from jalot to nagrota bagwan, conductor will be cut addional ticket so please suspend this condictor...

Initially the complaint was filed on 13.12.2021 on what's app alongwith all desired relevant documents but the efficiency of the department shows that they failed to take action against the driver/conductor so far even elapse of two months period. Therefore higher authority bis requested to take take stringent action against the defaulter....

Sturday night time was 8:50 and Bus no. HP38E6228. The conductr of this bus refused to give me ticket for my deatination. It was an emergency that i have to reach in hospital in MMU (MULANA) when i asked ticket for mulana by pass the coundector strictly refused to give me ticket. I don't knw why these guy have this type of attitude and why govement is not reactiong on this. Beacause there are so many people those who facing this typ of peroblems...

Every time facing issues with hrtc bus not proper maintenance of bus window not proper closed and conductors way of talking is too rudly. Driver forgot his phone than they back again the bus to nalagarh workshop which is 3 km away from the workshop. All the passanger facing this issue please take this seriously l. HRTC booking counter person charged 2 to 3 rupees extra from the ticket fair. Directly demanded in round figure amount. He eared[protected] thousands extra per month instead of not any single rupees in govt account .

Hello. I was Driving Alto K10 today from ghagas to Ghumarwin road and then Driver of Sen Parivahan no. HP69 2303 was rash driving which also took wrong pass from car. While doing that he Scratched my car and I almost saved my vehicle from coming under the truck. when I told him about this accident, he totally denied. So request you do some legal action....

HRTC NO. 283013 automatic doors are not working both front and back. So it is very inconvenient to travel in this during this winter. I take bus from mehatpur to baadi at 4 pm. My name is Priyaranjan and I was travelling from Chandigarh to sarkaghat in HRTC bus no HP 28 A 1494 starting at 0730 hrs from Chandigarh.
The state of bus is not road worthy and is a serious concern to safety.
As it is raining water has been continuously leaking thus flooding the bus floor and spoiling whole lugage and dresses of passengers.
The bus floor has also been in pathetic state and been torn at various places....

Bus driver of sterrace saharanpur depot don't stop bus on mehatpur bus stop after giving hand to him at 19:54 on dated 01.02.2022.bus route pathankot-chandigarh via nalagarh baddi. This is last bus to nalagrah and I m unable to join my duty. Please take necessary action regarding this matter....

I boarded the bus from Sarkaghat. When the conductor asked me for my destination, I clearly told him Naghla and I gave him rupees 20, he then asked for 11 rupees so I then gave him 11 and put back my 20's bill. When my destination arrived so there are two different places where people take buses and prefer to depart. I told him I'll leave at the next bridge which is only 30 seconds away and then he started talking rudely to me. VERY VERY...

Dear sir, i m working at baddi. There is a bus of pathankot depot from una to baddi at 7.15 pm. But this bus is miss the route on 26.01.22. This happens two consecutive time with me. There were also manh persons with me. So pls clear the status of the buses. Avoid such cases for long route bus. There is very buses from una to kalka at evening. Day buses moved empty...

On 11th Jan I canceld my ticket of Himmani Deluxe service no 601 seat no 6 ...But my refunding not done yet., kindly refund my payment as soon as possible.. Thanks...

I have booked a ticket from palampur to Delhi in himsuta volvo. Due to some reasons i have cancelled my ticket. My ticket number is [protected]. I didn't get my refund yet, it's up to 10 days that i have cancelled my ticket. So i request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

The dhaba owner is totally rude, he hasn’t manner to deal with customers….he has his own rates.he told that govt has approved ₹180 thali for bus customers, either govt or dhaba owner making us fool…he is serving good food with full of salad to bus driver and conductor….its time to ask about the same…....

I was traveling in HRTC bus (Shimla-Nahan-Haridwar) when this incident happened.
It is such a horrific incident that i don't even want to accept that this was the behaviour of a Himachali Bus conductor.
Firstly he shouted at me to boarding the bus from front gate.
It didn't end there as the seats were occupied and only three seats were left i sat on 2 number seat but our well educated conductor asked me to stand up.br...

HRTC - Manali to Delhi kashmere gate - Service number - 724, Departure time - 2.20pm
Bus departed on time but unfortunately brokedown after Kullu, had to stop for 2 hours and took off somehow. Again they stopped somewhere, all passengers waited for 1 hour as they said they will arrange another bus. Was supposed to arrive Delhi kashmere gate at 6am but they arrived at 8.10am also i had to travel another 1 hour to reach Delhi airport...

Conductor give me bad seat although I told him my health is not well, m not able to sit at end still he gives me that seat. All the seats are empty still he behave like that.

Today this is very worst behavior. I always prefer to travel li HRTC, but today onwards will not travel. Please guide your employees properly....

At present there is no bus service from Dharamsala to Palampur via Nagri after 5.00PM.There is only one ovt bus which us not reliable. Daily visitors faces a lot of problems after5.00 PM and some times have to hire pvt taxi.
Earlier there were two buses of HRTC 1 Dharamsala Shimla via Nagri 2 Dharamsala Bharmour via Nagri a d these have been withdrawn. Sir these were not only providing service to passengers of Shima/Bharmour...
