Today the conductor and driver of bus 4873 which came to sangti summerhill shimla misbehaved with a senior citizen and told them to get off the bus because she was travelling a short distance i. E from sangti to summerhill and he talked to very rudely and told her to give seat to young people who were travelling for long distance
This behaviour will not be tolerated
Look into this matter asap otherwise we will go to higher authorities

    I booked two tickets with mentioned details, name: sunita sharma, transaction reference number: ob[protected], amount 3417 rs and ticket number: [protected] for journey date 13th march, 2020 from kashmiri gate to mcleodganj and ticket number [protected] for journey date 17th march, 2020 from mcleodganj to kashmiri gate. I cancelled both tickets due to personal reason on 9th march, 2020. I got email staying refund is initiated but still i didn’t get amount in my account. As per hrtc amount should be deposited in 7 days but it’s been 3 months now. Please refund my money back.

      I have cancelled two tickets on HRTC website in March to and fro Manali from Delhi. Travel dates 22nd March and 26th March. Cancelled on 10th March. However, didn't recieve any refund till date and even the helpline is not responding to calls. I have been trying to reach them from March and it's may now with no luck till date.

        I booked tickets from delhi to bhunter for 11th april and from manikaran to delhi for 14th april.

        Due to lockdown i have cancelled my tickets on 6th april but i have still not received the refund amount to my bank. I have received an sms stating that the money will be credited in 5 to 7 working days. There is no response to the email i have sent to them

          I have cancelled my ticket [protected] for 16 apr 2020 (Kashmiri gate to jassur) on.22 march 2020. The amount refundable was 4712 after deducting cancellation charges 603. The amount has not been credited to my account., till date. I have lodged complaints on 6 and 8 april but no action was taken.

          Most likely the fact is that you used a poor service. I, in turn, use only services that I can trust. For example, since I don’t have my own car, I have to rent it on a certain site. Most of all I like nissan skyline, which i rent on: https://www.zemotor.com/used-cars/nissan-skyline-rolling-chassis. I am very grateful to them, because they gave me the opportunity to earn money on their own car. I do not know what would happen if this quality service did not exist

            As on date 13/03/2020 i have booked a ticket on from mandi to chandigarh and the bus was not there on time i have wait for the bus till o9:30 but the bus was not still there i have request for cancel my tickets but i was not able to do so kindly help me for get my refund back i have talk to bus conductor and he said that bus have some problem and we are trying 1:30 hours late from our time and i am not sure when will the bus will arrive on mandi

              Bahut he bura experience hai hrtc ki ordinary buses nei suffer krna log tohh mjboori mei sfr kr rhe in buses mei chandigarh to chamba bus hai itna lmba rute hai but phr b hrtc ne itni bekar bus lgai hai ki isse acha bnda khda hokr aa jaye baithne ki bjaye paise de kr b khud ko musibt haii.. Is trh bdayenge apne himachal ko aage bahr se tourist aate hain delhi se chandigarh se bt seat comfort very. Bad i will also share this message with the chiec minister of himachal pradesh. I definitely complaint about this.                 Myself dr ashima thakur m o dental with hp state government from kullu. Was travelling from sundernagar to kullu. The bus stopped at pandoh for tea. I along with other passengers got down to use the washroom. When i came back there was no bus.. The bus had left. I had to board a taxi and i caught the bus at aut... Had to pay 1000 bugs to the taxi driver.. I had my three bags in my seat, one was carrying my laptop. When i caught the bus i saw my laptop bag lying down. The conductor and driver were unaware of the situation. The bus was coming from shimla to manali, bus no. Hp03 6177. This was such careless and annoying attitude... Didn't expect this at all. One should be responsible... Who was responsible if i had lost my belongings?... Bad experience with hrtc☹️

                  It is so disappointing that the bus takes no responsibility whether the passengers have come or not.. There was immense traffic midway due to which i got late by 3 min. I called the services asking them to wait for me just for 5 min.. But they didn't wait.. My travel was for 6 to 7 hours and it was urgent for me to reach my destination... It is so shameful that the bus services do not care about their passengers. I demand for the refund and also some strict action must be taken against the authorities!

                    M travelling from chandigarh to bilaspur in hrtc mandi depot hp 31 a 9083.. Driver shouts on passanger and than they stop tha bus at swarghat... We are gatting late and all tha passanger suffers from their mis behaviour on tge bus... Driver having no sense to talk the passanger he speak loudy and shout the front passanger.. Kindly submit my complaint.

                      A bus comes from jaladhar reaches nadaun at 9:30am belongs to hamirpur depot. There official time from nadaun is 9:40am but they leave nadaun station at 35 or 36 mins of 9 hours and the driver daily play races and also with the life of passengers. I always prefer hrtc because ticket carry our insurance of 1rs. Kindly look into the matter and solve asap.

Sir this is huge request with you and informing you about hrtc bus driver bus no. Hp38 c 5746 as today this bus no. Camed from pathankot to manali 1st bus from ptk to mnali. So today in this bus, a bus driver camed and he always didn't stop the bus at darang bus stop always and this bus driver sometimes abuses and when i used to convince with him he says that tujhe meri bus milti h chdne ko.. Always he do like this sir... Please it's req with you to handle this

                          The drivers of the local route thorola kotkhai bus do not take the bus to the tharola bus stand and are taken 2km away from the room base for their personal benefit. Earlier, the passengers between this distance have to travel to their place with luggage and trouble has to be faced. Talking to officers is not heard. So action should be taken on it.

                            I am a daily office going person. Everyday travel by hrtc route dehra baroh dehra. Bus ki timing 9:45am h bane di hatti se. Still it comes so late that i often get late to reach my destination. Ok... I accept that the road is not that good. But at least they can start by the right time. Bus never comes on the right time. It is always 10 or 15 min. Late. So i just have one question.. Is that acceptable to everyone. Isn't it an issue of concern? Please pay some sort of attention.

                              I had a very bad experience today with a hrtc driver of the bus that goes from chandigarh to guglada and starts from chandigarh at 0710 hrs. The driver was very rude towards me when i told him to stop the bus he even tried to hit me and was not accepting his mistake even when i tried to clam him down poliety. That guy really was short tempered and irritated from some previous incident.

                              Today i traveled in your hrtc bus (chamba to shimla)(departure 6:30 from Bilaspur to Shimla)
                              from Bilaspur to brhampukhar but conductor did not gave the ticket to me . when I asked to him he abuse to me and told that this bus is my property. It was a shocking. kindly look into the matter and action if it is in your jurisdiction.

                                  The bus conductor was not listening to our repeated complaints of switching on the heater in the ac deluxe bus for 2 hrs maximum and even allowed two passengers to open the bus window in an ac bus in winters causing inconvenience to others. Passenger name: desh raj sharma ticket no: [protected] service no: 53 journey date: 05-jan-2020 20:00 hrs (24 hours time format). Bus number is hp 63a 4062. The bus was from shimla to delhi. Even after paying more for the deluxe bus we did not receive the service as per standards. It would have been way better if we have booked an ordinary bus for our travel.

                                    I journer in hrtc dehra deepu kalka to guglada timeing 10 pm una isbt to guglada the driver and condutor mishave with me to stop bus on my stopage in dhussara and told never travel in hrtc he says in isbt una we take food near by dhaba if any body go come to next bus but he take food in baduhi or kuthairi he give me ticket rs 18 ok but mishave me on dated[protected] time 10.00 pm

                                    A passenger goes to toilet from bus and then driver get drive a bus ahead when we said to stop the bus he doesn't stop. He stopped bus after 1km. Passenger was suffering from diseases and disable to run. When passengers said why u do this then he shows attitude ad said. I can't drive a bus.

                                      Driver of public transport shimla to delhi bus, vehicle no hp 062062 was misbehaving on about about the timing to reach particular station. He was scary by his rude behaviour and was denying giving any information. As per the schedule the bus should arrive at ambala at 9:39 bus it's only at chandigarh at 9:40. I had to pick up my train from which i missed and had to suffer in night due to that. If driver could have communicated with me properly i would have made some better arrangements to reach ambala

                                        Today on dated 27/12/2019 i took bus ac volvo on 7:30 from hamirpur to delhi but due to causes of some technical issues near about panipat we shifted to another volvo bus which is going to sarkaghat to delhi.
                                        In that bus we got a seat in last but one row. And on that seat vomit 🤮 done by another person already when i complained this with conducter he said to ismain mai kya karoon aap unko yehan vitha do.
                                        Remember conducter seated on seat no. 3 or 4 and seat no 1 is empty.
                                        When i offered ki sir aap 1 no. Seat pe baith jao and me n my wife will seated on 3 n 4 no. Seat he said no.
                                        So we don’t have another choice and we travel very uncomfortably. Course the mistake of that particular conductor.
