Mene delhi se bus board ki with my three bags one yrooly which is in the the trunk and the other two bags with me one on my legs and one on the above of my head in the luggage carrier but when i woke up when bus stops betwwen the destination my laptop bag was dissappear i find it in the whole bus but ther is no bag of mine.
I told to conductor and he starts misbehaving with me.. is this is your behaviour respect to your consumer this is not the way how to handle the situation.
Plz find as fast as you can

I had booked an HRTC bus ticket from Manali to Delhi for 26th November, 2021, and then subsequently cancelled it prior to 12 hours from the departure time. Despite having received an SMS of reassurance that my ticket will be refunded within 7-10 working days, I have not yet received the refund. My ticket number was [protected].
The refund expected was an amount of Rs. 2208.

Bus which goes from Rohru to haridwar doesn't arrive at Shimla

Today on 7Dec’21, me and my mother were waiting at Sarkaghat Bari Road stop for Baijnath Shimla bus no- HP 53A 6765. We waited at the main bus stop but the bus didn’t came so we came back. On our way back we got to know that the bus arrived in a hurry and left the bus stop, we stood at Bari stop to catch the bus. One of our relatives managed to board the bus already at bus stop. She kept telling the driver abs conductor to stop at Bari road but they didn’t said anything and took the bus in a hurry. We chased the bud asking them to stop at next stop but they refused abs rushed the bus at a speed to nearly 50-60 on that road which is densely populated. After 2-3 attempts on asking them to stop they told us to come some 20 kms ahead place called jahu to catch the bus. While driving and after missing 3-4 stops I started honking while o was behind the bus. When I managed to get ahead of the bus and have them a hand to stop, the bus driver literally tried escaping from the left side - I mean overtaking from wrong side. I got outside of my car and had to stand aside of the bus to make him stop. When I asked him why there is a fuss in stopping the bus he said - aapne haath nahi diya and bus nahi rukegi. I managed to get my mother on board who is a senior citizen going to attend a meeting happening tomorrow at Shimla. When I took his photo and photo of his bus then he calmed down still threatened - jo karna hai kar lo. So, here I want to file a complaint against both conductor and driver. Need to know the update on what action is being taken against them. This is so distressing that an ordinary HrTc bus is doing this yo citizens, ain’t these government employees, how can they do this yo fellow citizens that too to old people. What are we paying taxes for. Silly part is even a HRTC Volvo stops if given a hand to stop if they have seats, how can an ordinary bus driver can throw this heavy tantrum putting life to fellow passengers and Co- drivers on road with his careless style of driving. Above all how can he refuse to pick people on the way.

I have book my ticket 30 November 2021 on hamirpur to kashmiri gate Delhi but same day i have cancel my tickets due to my some personal issues .
After ticket cancellation my amount does not credit my account .1270 RS Only .Sir please help and solve this problem as soon as possible .

I have checked but at puchhtash kender there is no one available from 10 to 13 :22 this is not acceptable your department have to answer that is this acceptable i hve frustrated from the govt rules no person is available at the paonta sahib inquiry office if team need the photograph i can provide the photo. This is not acceptable.

I am waiting fir the bus from 09:30 at paonta sahib on 05/12/2021 but there is not bus to chandigarh now the time is 13:00 seriously there shoulb be bus availability i dnt have even enough time how i can manage my time

Hi, I booked a ticket from online portal from ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Mandi on 5th Dec 21 at 6:40 But bus got faulty and its cancelled. Now I want to refund my Ticket money So kindly refund them. Ticket No is [protected]. Service Number is 505

There is no denying that Chirgaon Tangnu busses are always delayed in the evening time. Bus Timing is 04:00 pm according to the timetable. They provide the Tickets on time but Departure time is always late around 4:30pm but today's it was 47 minutes late, people have to go far away from Road takes a minimum 30 to 1 hour for different villages as well as days are very short that is the main reason. Kindly take action over it.

Driver and Conductor of hrtc bus no. HP 36D 1139 abuse all iti students when they say about stopping bus on their stop

There is only one bus from Delhi to Marotan - Delhi Chandigarh Marotan, I had booked online ticket for the same. Bus had the same board over it while boarding from Delhi ISBT, but it droped me at Bilaspur stop, changed its board to Delhi Chandigarh Saidpur and started calling for people to saidpur route. When I asked him why he droped me mid way he firstly said - iss bus pur 2 route aaye hue hain, hamare paas saidpur ki bhi sawari hai...
But I kept asking the reason as it's un-usual, then he said hamari bus kharaab hai workshop jaaegi, isliye utaar diya. (NOTE - Agar bus kharaab thi toh board change kar ke saidpur ki sawari kyon bithayi? ) I am not okay with this scenario - jabbye bus Marotan jaati hai toh mujhe beech raaste kyon utara gaya samaan ke saath?

Me and my friends seated in bus no. HP12G1754 in baddi on 16 November 2021 at 2:45 tha conductor misbehave with us in with a very bad language. When we take a stand and said him that we are going to complain against you he showed a attitude like go do a complain nothing gona happened to me . So we want that the authority take a action against him as soon as possible for the travelers.

We are seated in bus no. HP12G1754 in baddi at 2:45 pm on 16 November 2021 the conductor misbehave with us in very harsh language and when we said that, we are complaining against you than he showed a aatitude like nothing gone happen to me if you want to do a complain than its ok.

I booked two seats (seat no. 20 & 21) bus service no. 609 Hamirpur to Amritsar, ticket no. OB[protected]. My boarding place was Nadaun .
But when bus reached at nadaun, seat no. 20 already alloted to another passanger.
The service of HRTC ticket booking is very POOR. kindly improve your ticket booking service.
I know this complaint doesn't make any effect on your working process.
But please don't do these stupid things.
Passenger's are suffered just because negligency of you guys.
Please take this mail personally and stop doing these shamefull things.
Do your work with sincerity.
Make Himachal proud Not Ashamed.

This is first incident and I decided to share it openly to improve for our wellness. Last evening I took bus bhota (hamirpur) to nangal (punjab).bus conductor came to me at salouni and ask me for ticket, I said I sat from bhota for my nangal destination. He started talking roughly to me why u didn't took ticket from bhota I replied uncle did not came to me may you forget in rush, bcoz at bhota to salouni bus was quite rushed up, then he gave me ticket from solouni to nangal, I gave him 500rs he returned me only 300rs but fare at ticket was 153.later on he came to me at mehre and only asking for me to show me ur ticket I checked my pocket my wallet completely but I couldn't able to find at that moment, from there he started created drama and shuting me publically he threatened me to hand over to police and bus might be stopped at nearby bengana police station driver uncle was quite gentle he said to me public sufferered bcoz o[censored]s, so I decided to took another ticket, therafter I took another ticket from dunker to nangal and bus started again, thereafter at Una I checked all my pocket my wallet luckily I found my lost ticket below my seat, I went to show this one this was my first ticket, there again he looked at me and said something unrespectfully to me, but again driver uncle was gentle so I stayed calm at that moment, but I decided to raise this at this platform bcoz conductor behaviour should be gentle toward passenger albeit he gave threatened of police or something else seems he has some political connections. Being Himachali we known for our innocence our honesty but these kind of character somehow let us down. Bus is going to haridwar so he has to dealt with different state person, so if he is continuously doing so itz not good for my state tourism.

I was travelling from Solan to Delhi on 1Nov.2021 along with my two kids(1year old and 7year old) and brother in Himsuta Volvo. The bus left Solan at 10:00am. When the bus left Chandigarh bus stand the bus driver stopped for new passenger at no parking zone and a bike hit the bus from back and the biker got injured. Then police came and they took the biker to the hospital and they stopped the bus there for 1.5 hrs and then took the bus to regional hospital. Then after wasting much time around 2:30pm they told us that we are going to shift you in ordinary bus for delhi. I reached Delhi around 9:30pm at night. I was very much Sir I have paid(3tickets) for Volvo not for ordinary bus. They had sent us by ordinary bus..not any AC bus.. kindly refund the money of tickets from Chandigarh to Delhi.

I am traveling today 07.11.21 from jawalaji to Delhi at 6.05 pm bus and my first point is that bus is very old type everything is making a noise second bus is dirty and the window glass is very very dirty third my luggage has not been adjusted inside the bus than I put in back side diggi but conductor told me that hrtc not responsible for any mishap with luggage this is very nice no lock system provides for diggi. After some time somebody vommiting, conductor denied for cleaning. 500km with vommiting. That's very nice. Aisi sarkari Naukri india ke alawa kahan milege.
Isse acha hrtc for local route and long route given to private like ram dalal, Sethi travel. Paisa do subidha lo.
Hrtc ko khatam karo ya privatization kar do. That's better for all.

Una to Chandigarh fare is about 175/- rs per person . But today fare is very high about 224/- rs per person, , No problem..I have booked seat for 2 adult seat & 1 child . He take me full fare of child seat, , driver and conductor is polite but your adda staff (counter person) behavior is very rude & attitude problem...

I have book the bus from Sunder Nagar to Baddi having Ticket No. [protected].
But driver not stop the bus at my boarding place Chatrokhari chowk Sunder Nagar.
