I am a student and taking coaching of neet. i used to travel on the daily basis.when i entered the bus and gave money to conductor he did not gave me ticket and telling me that "you ticket was with them" making all these dramas, and till the end i kept asking him about ticket and he did not give me "and tell me ki apko smj nhi ayega" he not only studying this with me but with other travellers and making money for themselves. this is clearly againt your law and a responsible citizen i must tell you
bus stand= pinjore (from where i took the bus)
bus destination = tribune chowk ( here i leave)
i did not create dramas as i was feared that what if i say something and he kick me out of the bus... this is clearly against the rules .this incident happened around 24 dec 19. he took 35 rupees from me. and did not gave me ticket. the same thing with other peoples . i know its not a hefty price but as a responsible student and citizen i am bound to do this.

AND ON THAT BUS A TRANSPORT MINISTER NO. WAS ALSO GIVEN -- [protected].

I HOPE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE STEPS TO CURB THIS PROBLEM AND THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE . WE ARE NOT STUPID AND ### TO WRITE THIS OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE FURTHER MORE ACTION AND COMPLAINT TO HP MINISTER JAI RAM THAKUR (ON SOMEINTERNET). when hp gov is paying them why they are in dire need of someones money and betray there own state . sir, this is really a important issue .

The driver of the bus of himsuta operating from rishikesh to macleodganj at 5:30 in the evening was really very rude... His misbehaviour was noticed by everyone in the bus... He was not switching on the blower of the bus after being requested by many passengers.. He just switched it on for hardly 2-3 minutes n when asked him to switch on he in return used bad language...

This is to inform you the careless behavior of a bus driver. I was riding through hrtc bus on december 17, 2019 (Tuesday) from shimla at 1:06 pm to chandigarh. Firstly the driver was driving the bus very unsafely even we were about to met with an accident twice. Second even on the whistle of the conductor he was not stopping the bus at the bus stop like parwanoo, kalka and so on. People were requesting him to...

I have taken ticket from ticket window from shimla new bus stand at night 7 pm 15 dec 2019 to kullu. On which the ticket person asked for 500 rupees. I checked the ticket and it seemed 490 for the ticket. So i payed and sat on bus. When talked to some other passenger i found i was charged more. When i asked the conductor he told the ticket is of only 401 rupees. So please look into the matter and please make a clear system.

Need help. The most dreaded thing happened to me today. A hrtc bus (Hp 69a 1519 bus) which is for route (Matyal to chandigarh) hit me on the right side today causing a huge and dent and damaged in the right back door of my car.

For people who are familiar with himachal this incident happened today evening (Around 4:30 pm) while i was driving back home from ghumarwin bazaar towards darrin via mor singhi
Exact location :was gyana (Between khasol to mor singhi)
Time :4:30pm
Hrtc bus number :hp 69a 1519

I stopped for bus to give pass to driver and i was standing properly at one side so that he can pass through but he was driving very rashly and moreover i think he was on drugs. His eyes was typically red and he was not even capable to do eye contact with me. At once the driver touched the car, he didn't stopped he dragged the bus and then there was complete damage. I had the instinct and immediately got down and took some pictures to show as a evidence later (If required) to show the angle of the bus that it was the negligence of the bus driver for not ignoring the car. Anyways the impact was such that i could not reverse or move forward my car and it would cause more damage/scratches to my car.
It was all drivers fault i was just standing when he hit my car and i tried to stopped him. Though driver expected that it was his fault but that is not going to fix my car. The damage he caused to my car is unforgivable.

I was travelling from chandigarh to kotipul on 10th december in himachal roadways overnight bus bus route shimla to bairagarh. The bus driver ramesh from malkwal was do-ing his driving duty and i was on front seats behind conductor seat. On the way driver get changed and other driver was doing driving duty and your driver mr. Ramesh from malkwal sits next to me. Now your driver who is almost more than double my age started making his body movements in such a way to make me very un-comfortable, he was touching and rubbing his legs with my legs and when i scolded him for his shameful behaviour with a girl, he was speachless and changed his bus after few minutes.
I ask him name from conductor. So that i can take strict action against him.

I don't know the name of conductor and other driver.

I want strict action against him, if i did not get any response from your end then i will take this complaint higher.

I am raising this on behalf of all girls. Now it is your moral duty to punish him.

Hi.

Right now i'm traveling from delhi to hamirpur himachal pradesh india. But bus condition so worst. Window seat glass not closed properly when i asked to conductor then he said go front then use cardboard to save yourself. I really frustrated about this kind of service and behaviour. Please note down attached screenshot of bus ticket.
Whole night i was suffering with 15 to 2 degree temperature coming chilled air from outside.
Please take a action against this one

I came to put my luggage in the dickey on mandi bus stand
Conductor asked seat number but before seat no. It was my duty to confirm that the bus was the correct one or not as it arrived 50 minutes late. (Bus service number - 57, time - 12:55 pm, date - 10th december, 2019)

As i asked the service number, the conductor shouted at me and again asked the seat no. May be because i was a student he wanted to show dominance

I told him the seat number, put my luggage and went inside the bus without even knowing the bus service number as he was being rude he never replied

In the bus he rudely asked for my name, i replied saquib, he said."aage bol", i said raza, he said, "iske aage bol". Till this time i was filled up with anger and

Asked him, why did he shouted at me at the time of putting luggage, he refused to give a reason then he started telling his philosophical arguments, "school me yehi sikhaya hai, tameez nahi hai badon se kaise baat karte hain"

He was trying to cover up the matter and take the bus passengers sympathy towards him by speaking these lines loud, he was amazed as i didn't keep quite of the abuse that he made to me rather i raised my voice

There after the bus driver also started speaking, "tere jitney toh conductor ke bachce hain".

Conductor never gave a reason of shouting and abusing and was very rude, i am a student of iit mandi and in btech 4th year

In my 3 and half years of travelling in hp i have never met a horrific and illiterate bust conductor who kept shouting and was immensely rude

Kindly take strict action against him, or just tell me his name.

Hie sir i'm tanya,, today i'm traveling from baddi to una in hrtc bus...
While traveling i'm seating on first seat opposite to drivers seat
After taking bus fare from me, the conductor asked me to leave the seat because that seat was reserved for him...
Is it fare to ask this question to anyone if they already seat on the seat... Surely i'm having issue with these...
Plz answer my question about "is it first seat reserved for conductor??"

Many times conductors way of talking is very bad as they talk as uneducated people

On november 3 2019 i booked hrtc volvo bus from amb to delhi. My ticket no was [protected]. Then due to some reasons i had to cancel my booking. The total amount of 994 had been deducted
From my account. My refund has not been reflected in my account yet regarding this booking. My transaction i'd was ob[protected]. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Thanking you

4.30 बजे की बस आयी है 4.50 पे फिर सीधा सांगला जाने वाली बस रली जाती है 6.20 पे सांगला पहुंचने वाली बस अभी तक रली मे फंसी रहती है शायद 8बजे पोहोच जाये तब जाके खाना बनाना ये है HRTC के हाल बुरा हाल है फिर कंडक्टर को कुछ बोले तो चिलाने लग जाते है हर बस के यही हाल है सुबह सांगला से मंडी जाने वाली बस कभी 11.30 जाती तो कभी 11.15 पे हि निकल जाती है जिस कारण एक काम के लिए पूरा दिन और रात भी बस आ गयी कुछ लोग रकछम भी जाते है वो क्या 10 बजे पोहोचआते होने कैसी जिम्मेदारी है पता नी सब कुछ गलत है मैं युवा होने के कारण कह रहा हु क्या हमेशा भविष्य मे भी ऐसा हि चला रहेगा

My ticket no.[protected] for 11.8.2019 against volvo of himachal roadways transport corporation from delhi to shimla has been cancelled on 9.8.2019, however despite lapse of couple of months, an amount of rs.827/- has not been refunded to my account. The mode of payment/purchase of ticket is done via paytm. Despite my several request made on hrtc e-mail "[protected]@gmail.com" refund has not been made by the department. It has been found that the department/corporation is not interested in replying as well refunding the cancelled amount of the tickets

This is a bus i board into from dhramshala.. N it's destination is nyagra.. When reached chowari few people start taking alcohol but than after making too much nouscense in bus.. Well it's really frustrating.. Do some positive at your end or i'll make a possible fir.. But the driver and conductor are real gentelmen but even they failed to do anything.. So make some improvement

On 25 th oct 19 i came to kashmiri gate at 1700 hrs in the counter, i ask mr. Anil for delhi to sarkaghat (1805hrs) bus no 9473, he told me that, wait till 1745 hrs for chart. When chart came then he told me all seats are booked.

Then i asked him, how it is possible, seat 2 to seat 8 not booked online. Than he told me you go inside bus, i seated on seat no 2,
Now mr. Arjun ram came to near bus and told me these seats are reserve for rm, after some time 2 young boy came and told me these seats are allotted us. And these are our tickets. I refuse to leave seat.
Then they came with asi delhi police, i came outside the bus, i told this happened and i am disable, ex - army person, 58 years old.

Than asi delhi police & i went to mr arjun & anil, now asi told to both, arrange one seat to him. But anil misbehave to asi.

Now asi delhi police went with me to register complaint.

I request to you kindly issue sop for these seats to avoid the monopoly such people. If authorize reserve seat person not came, the seat allot to first come person in the counter. These buses are not personal property. People are govt servant.

Kindly cross check, whether rm told for seat?
If told, then ticket issued in the bus counter
This is very shameful to our hrtc, i hope such type of incident not happen in future.

I was traveling from. Daulatpur (Una) to chandigarh.. The conductor took money from me and didn't gave me the ticket... After some time in una when conductor was about to change i asked him about the ticket he gave me the details that he had cut my ticket but i didn't had that neither it was lost... But he claimed that he gave me that ticket and was aware of. The fact that i had given the money to him... He told me that he will convey the information to next conductor.. But when that conductor asked me about the ticket i told him that all this happened and that previous conductor also told him about all this... Inspite of all this he told the driver to stop the bus and humiliated me in front of so many peseengers and shouted on me... (Inspite of knowing that i had given the money for my ticket) i told him why he is creating such a big issue of this... He said he do have a duplicate ticket you just have to say (Is any checking happens) that i had misplaced that ticket... I asked him if it was soo easy why he created such a big issue of that and humiliated me in such a way... He was soo rude that he took extra charges for another ticket from me and asked me to step out from the bus if i refused to do the same...

I want to complain against second conductor for taking extra money from me and for shouting and humiliation though he was having the duplicate of my ticket...

Dear sir,
This complaint is regarding hrtc bus driver, of chamba to sanwal (Timing 11:00-4:30) as, as they are not taking the passengers.
Or they are not stopping the bus to carry passengers. With regards this please take a action against them. Not this time but since the last couple of years native people are facing so trouble of the same. As this is govt organization, please think about the problem of these people, if someone have important work and the bus is not being stopped then who is the responsible person. With regards this please take a action as soon as possible.

I had already booked my seat dated 24/10/2109 and amount of rs. 291 was deducted from my account but i didn't received any message or mail on the no. Mentioned due to which i had to pay extra amount if rs 291 to reach my destination on 29/10/2019. So i kindly want you to look into thr matter and refund thr amount of money

Sir iam deepak bhardwaj and iam from maloh village teh. Sundernagar distt. Mandi.
Sir on sundrrnagar to kateru podakothi route at 6am. I and my brother going to kateru by this and when we stop bus at maloh village and start going in the bus, the driver misbehave with us, he abused us and say that he never stop bus for us again here
Sir this muslim driver is not of good character, many complaints are about him

I have booked the hrtc volvo from manali to delhi for dated 18 august 2019. Due to road blockage that day no volvo came from manali to delhi that day. So i have to took private bus to reach delhi. Below is my ticket details.
