I booked bus from hamirpur to delhi himsuta online on dated 13th of october 2019, which comes from palampur in morning 9:30 am hamirpur bus stand.
I was travelling with my family with two kids baby daughters less than 5 years. The droptiming showed on internet hrtc website was 7pm at isbt delhi. So i hope i reach safely upto 7:30 and i booked this bus but at chandigarh driver told me bus will reach at 9:00 or 9:30 due to which i have to drop the bus in between and lot of trouble with my family members and with luggages n safety measures especially with kids because i have to pick a train at 8:45 so i hired a cab from chandigarh give extra rupees there and then i reach so it is very shameful for hrtc and behaviour of driver and conductor was very casual they are not stick to the time at driving very very slowly so i have spent 3000 rupees more. Moreover they stop the bus at haveli for lunch and they not allow us to take our own food so it is again very problematic to take food in a bus with my kids. Now i am going to the consumer court so that i will claim for my all the extra troubles i faced during my travelling for 5000rupees from hrtc. Forcefully i am to go to the consumer court so kindly solve my problemand in future no traveller suffer from such type of the facility.

    Travelling from chandigarah to palampur in volvo which departs at 5:40pm, the driver of the bus kept on playing loud punjabi music on his phone. I asked the conductor thrice to ask him lower or stop his music as i was sleeping and that music awakened me and then i could not sleep. The conductor asked but driver lowered for a while and then again played his own music. Sheer nuisance and no feel of luxury in the bus, would have been better if had travelled in ordinary bus. Poor services.

        I am traveling in himani semidelux bus from delhi to kangra. But my seat adjust button is broken. The person sitting in front of me, has fully back his seat and i am uncomfortable. So plz find out the deficiencies so that passengers can travel with cmfort. I am sorry but, it's easy to travel in ordinary bus as compare to these delux buses.
        I know there is no solution of my comfort travelling.
        So dear sir in my view there should a thorough check of this seat adjust button problem. Because not in this bus, this issue is with all semi delux and delux buses. So that next time people can travel with comfort

          Hrtc bus (Junurm) starting from pathankot to chamba at 10 :40 am was fully overloaded with passengers on 11-10-19. There no space to sit, still the driver and the conductor picked the passengers from different locations and made it overload and there was even no space to stand. It was to horrible seeing ladies with small kids and aged people suffering. Strict action should be taken such things. This things causes accidents and then we regret. I hope concerned authorities will look after this.

            Booked two online ticket for dated 11/10/2019 from chandigarh to mandi.
            As per hrtc online portel bus departure time is 0850.
            But when i reached near about 0838 at bus stand staff told me that bus already moved for its destination. It's very disappointing for me. At least they should inform me about timing.. Staff assurance me to send me in next bus which timing is 1050 but who will pay for my valuable two hours which is spoiled by hrtc

              Sir,
              Iam ravi kant kaushal (Director, prosecution, retired), presently practicing advocate in the high court of himachal pradesh. On[protected], my minor daughter boarded himsuta volvo from shimla at 9:45 am and her destination was chandigarh. Since the bus was from shimla - delhi, it was not suppose to entire the bus stand (Chandigarh) and hence she was suppose to offboard at tribune chownk, chandigarh. Since the passenger was a minor i personally requested the conductor to ensure that she be dropped at tribune chownk, however he remained careless and dropped the passenger about 25 kilometres ahead towards delhi road on the roadside, at a lonely place where no bus stoppage was there. Since there being no stoppage she had great difficulty in finding conveyance towards chandigarh and as a consequence she had to walk about 4 kilometres with her luggage inorder to find an auto rickshaw. Just because of conductor's carelessness and lack of work ethics my daughter had to severely suffer and struggle. Moreover there could had been any bad consequences and being not much aware about the place she could have literally faced anything uncalled and unwanted.
              I request to take necessary action against the conductor and i be intimated about his name and the action taken. It is respectfully submitted that if no action is taken then i will be forced to take appropriate action in the court of law.
              The seat no. Alloted to my daughter was 29.

                Respected sir,
                I mr anil kumar boarding hrtc bus from lathiani to bhota and total fair was 49rs and conductor did not return balance amount one rupee. It was his moral duty to do so. After that i am traveling from bhota to mandi in hrtc bus no hp67-3218 and total fare was 128/- and conductor gave a ticket of rs 128/-. He didn't return balance 2₹ amount. It has been mostly seen in hrtc buses. So, kindly do the needful for the same at your end. It is my moral duty to do so.

                  आज दिनांक 08.10.2019 को सुबह के समय नालागढ़ बस डिपो की बस जो स्वारघाट से चंडीगढ़ के लिए 06.10 मिनट पर स्वारघाट से चलती है में मेरे पिता जी जो की अपंग है( अपंग प्रमाणपत्र साथ में सलंग्न है) अपने गॉंव कुण्डलु से झिरिवाल जाने के लिए बैठे. जैसे ही वो झिरिवाल बस स्टैंड पर उतरने लगे ड्राइवर ने बस चला ली जिस कारन वो बस में से गिर गए एवं बेहोश हो गए लगभग 10 मिनट बाद होश आने पर उन्होंने अपने आप को संभाला एवं महसूस किया कि उन्हें बाजु एवं कमर में चोटें आई है.परन्तु ड्राइवर ने न तो इनकी सुध ली और न ही वंहा बस रोकी.

                  श्रीमान जी आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस मामले में उचित संज्ञान ले और दोषी ड्राइवर के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही कि जाये ताकि भविष्य में ये किसी के साथ ऐसी अनहोनी न हो.

                      I boarded a bus from kangra to shimla. Bus stopped at hamirpur bus stand for 5mins, i requested conductor to stop bus for 5mins so that i can go to washroom but he refused to do so by giving an excuse we are getting late. This is not a way to behave with your customers, i can not go to fields, on one side our honourable prime minister doing his best to make india open defecation free on the other irresponsible citizens like conductor of dhramshala to rohru. Either you should build toilets inside the bus or make a stoppage after every 2hours.

                          Myself manoj kumar from nalagarh reached at hrtc office located at bus stand for new smart card at 3:40pm.
                          But the lady employee sitting in clerk office refused for same.
                          When i ask reason for same she told due to personal work.
                          And also she was busy in her mobile at that time.
                          I inform adda incharge for same and also rm nalagarh

                          Bus from Hamirpur to Sarkaghat (6:25 pm) was delayed on 1st Oct. 2019. Don't know whether bus came to the bus stand or not. Even conductor did't seem to give any indication regarding bus route. Staff on counter we're not helpful. They we're not concerned about the bus timing.Please sort out the problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

                            Driver and conductor were rude and denied to switch off the light due to which a child couldn’t sleep in the bus and kept crying. When asked to switch off the light, started to argue and were highly rude. They were watching videos on phone, kept in the front of the windshield. Even after asking to switch that off, they kept playing, risking the life of fellow passengers. Highly irresponsible and unexpected behaviour.

                              I travel today from nahan to solan
                              Bus timing 4.45am
                              I request to conductor kindly drop me in chambaghat. It's far for solan only 2 km. He reply purchased ticket for kandaghat. It's distance 20km. That why i reached office 1 hour late. And my half day pay is lost. Kindly take action for this kind of attitude of bledy conductor. I am hurry for my office other wise i not required to request fool people. Or that time in solan heavy rain.

                                Me and my friends were traveling from dharamshala to chandigarh on a 6 pm bus (End route delhi). My friend who didn't know the tickets charges purchased it from the conductor and paid 2400/- for 4 people which was almost same as a volvo bus charge. The time i got to know this was when the conductor asked for the tickets after dropping us to chandigarh and drove away untill i asked the purpose.

                                I took this bus from kullu to shimla at 10:15pm on 19/09/2019. It is a a.c. deluxe bus but they are not turning on the a.c. if i paid for it and i am asking them plz turn on the a.c. there is suffocation. But they did not on the a.c. so why HRTC charge me for a.c. bus fare.please it is a request to see this matter many o[censored]s is sufffering.

                                  I am regular passenger from jarol (Sundernagar) to mandi. Today 24th september 2019 i am waiting for bus at jarol near petrol pump from 7.15 and the sundernagar depot bus (Delhi to manali) comes at 7.50. I give hand for stop the bus, but the driver ignore me. I saw maximum time that there no bus (Hrtc) stop at this stoppage. I would request to please stop the bus at that stoppage.

                                    With reference to the above subject i would like to inform you that i had booked a online ticket on 15th of september from manali-chandigarh at 9 pm for rs.1154/- and i had mentioned alternate boarding stop at katrain but the bus didn't stop there inspite of giving hand to the bus and consquently i couldn't make it in time for my destination. So i want my money that i have paid refunded and also some stern action must be taken against both driver and conductor.

                                      HRTC runs a taxi service from Lower Bharari to Lakkar Bazaar. This service was started to help the elderly and sick persons reach the core of the town as they cannot climb steep slopes. However the driver of the said taxi gives a free ride to all persons (young as also old ) from Upper Bharari Bazaar with the result that when the taxi reaches Lower Bharari there is not even a single seat left for the elderly persons waiting to board the taxi from the starting point. It a daily feature.
                                      I am 64 years of age and suffering from breathing problems. I had to go to the hospital yesterday and was waiting for 11.40 am taxi at the starting point at Lower Bharari but as usual the taxi arrived full of free riders from Bharari Bazaar and there was not a single seat. All persons o[censored]pper Bharari who have to go to Lakkar Bazaar board the taxi board taxi at upper Bharari itself (free ride to lower Bharari) and the senior and sick persons waiting at Lower Bharari do not find even a single seat.
                                      With the connivance of the driver people o[censored]pper Bharari, mostly young, have made the taxi their personal Vehicle and the elders and sick residents of lower Bharari are left to suffer. The very purpose of starting the taxi to help the senior citizens stands defeated.

                                        The bus conductor mr rakesh appointed on manali-amritsar route (Hp72 a-5524) during night service are non professional & non friendly. He uses his personal blue tooth sound system through out the route in loud manner result in disturbances & harassment to all passengers travel in bus
