I boarded a bus from kangra to shimla. Bus stopped at hamirpur bus stand for 5mins, i requested conductor to stop bus for 5mins so that i can go to washroom but he refused to do so by giving an excuse we are getting late. This is not a way to behave with your customers, i can not go to fields, on one side our honourable prime minister doing his best to make india open defecation free on the other irresponsible citizens...

Myself manoj kumar from nalagarh reached at hrtc office located at bus stand for new smart card at 3:40pm.
But the lady employee sitting in clerk office refused for same.
When i ask reason for same she told due to personal work.
And also she was busy in her mobile at that time.
I inform adda incharge for same and also rm nalagarh...

Driver and conductor were rude and denied to switch off the light due to which a child couldn’t sleep in the bus and kept crying. When asked to switch off the light, started to argue and were highly rude. They were watching videos on phone, kept in the front of the windshield. Even after asking to switch that off, they kept playing, risking the life of fellow passengers. Highly irresponsible and unexpected behaviour....

I request to conductor kindly drop me in chambaghat. It's far for solan only 2 km. He reply purchased ticket for kandaghat. It's distance 20km. That why i reached office 1 hour late. And my half day pay is lost. Kindly take action for this kind of attitude of bledy conductor. I am hurry for my office other wise i not required to request fool people....

Me and my friends were traveling from dharamshala to chandigarh on a 6 pm bus (End route delhi). My friend who didn't know the tickets charges purchased it from the conductor and paid 2400/- for 4 people which was almost same as a volvo bus charge. The time i got to know this was when the conductor asked for the tickets after dropping us to chandigarh and drove away untill i asked the purpose....

I am regular passenger from jarol (Sundernagar) to mandi. Today 24th september 2019 i am waiting for bus at jarol near petrol pump from 7.15 and the sundernagar depot bus (Delhi to manali) comes at 7.50. I give hand for stop the bus, but the driver ignore me. I saw maximum time that there no bus (Hrtc) stop at this stoppage. I would request to please stop the bus at that stoppage.

With reference to the above subject i would like to inform you that i had booked a online ticket on 15th of september from manali-chandigarh at 9 pm for rs.1154/- and i had mentioned alternate boarding stop at katrain but the bus didn't stop there inspite of giving hand to the bus and consquently i couldn't make it in time for my destination. So i want my money that i have paid refunded and also some stern action must be taken...

HRTC runs a taxi service from Lower Bharari to Lakkar Bazaar. This service was started to help the elderly and sick persons reach the core of the town as they cannot climb steep slopes. However the driver of the said taxi gives a free ride to all persons (young as also old ) from Upper Bharari Bazaar with the result that when the taxi reaches Lower Bharari there is not even a single seat left for the elderly persons waiting to board the taxi...

The bus conductor mr rakesh appointed on manali-amritsar route (Hp72 a-5524) during night service are non professional & non friendly. He uses his personal blue tooth sound system through out the route in loud manner result in disturbances & harassment to all passengers travel in bus

Request you for your kind intervention to avoid such misconduct in future

I was waiting at my stop during night time at my designated time.
When bus came i waved my had to stop it and went to half of the road distance but the driver didn't stoped the bus. I want refund for my ticket.

My volvo bus from manali to delhi was cancelled in the last minute due to road damage because of incessant rain in manali area on 18th aug 2019. With great difficulty i was able to travel back to delhi by sharing a taxi with other passengers. I have to pay a huge amount for that taxi. I wrote an email as advised to [protected]@gmail.com on 18th aug and received a reply from the regional manager to send them the copy of the tickets and my bank...

Sir as a citizen of india it is my duty to tell you that i run a business at dalhousie road pathankot. Everyday i see himachal buses coming from himachal to pathankot in the night. I cannot even describe you sir how rash they drive in the city. I am sharing bus no hp 73 2631. This driver would have killed atleast 20 people last night but i guess god was kind on them.
Please take strict action against the driver. Sharing a small clip...

This is to state that i snehildeep kaur, female 22yrs old was waiting for the bus mandi-chandigarh at bus stop joghon (Teh. Nalagarh). Bus came at 3:30pm but did not stop inspite of giving hand and me being at the exact bus stop.
This kind of behaviour with a female passenger is rude and will be taken seriously if no action is taken by the department....

Respected sir i am traveling in hrtc bus no hp10a 6286 rohru to paonta.. On the way 9 ladies comes in bus alone with children and two of them having children less then one years in hand.. I asked conductor to provide the
Ladies reserve seats occupied by 5 man... But conductor denied and told that's it's not his duty... And as per hrtc rule after one kilometer ha have to return the bus fair.. But he don't follow the rules...

With due respect sir me and brother today going to shimla. We have to pick the bus from dari stop. But driver not stop the bus in stop even we prior convey the message to both driver and conductor through our friend who is in bus. Bus no 10a5117. We have to hire the car to kangra from dari and pay 500 rs. Due to negligency of driver. Bus route dharamshala to rohru 5:30 rohru depot. Plz take disciplinary action against them. What is our fault....

Respected sir the pathankot hridwar bus is very irregular in it's timings during morning time. I took the bus from daulatpur sometimes it reaches at my stop at 6:12, sometimes at 6:15 and sometimes at 6:20 or 6:25 and the height reaches when i got bus today at 6:35. Sir i have to take another bus from talwara which generally got miss due to this reason and i reach late at my office. Is it fair to pay for others mistake. Kindly tell me the...

It is for your information that rampur depot bus route from rampur to sungri not going for last 15 days. As enquiry made with hrtc, they are saying that confirmation not received from respective pwd deptt. Public suffering for travelling on this route. Kindly take the matter on priority and sort out the issue at the earliest.
