Dear sir / mam,
I am travelling from shimla to delhi volvo on 15 aug 19 at 2100 hrs timing with my wife and son.
The bus is dirty, not cleaned with dirty stained seat covers. To add to misery it is smelling of vomit and filth.
This is what hrtc classifies as a travel friendly high end bus? Sorry to say it speaks poorly of your department and staff.
A normal roadways bus is much cleaner.
Indeed a highly poor show.
You may consider refund of tickets

On dated 13/08/2019 my son taken bus no.HP.69-4993 DELHI MANDI FROM Chandigarh bus stand ISBT43 For sundarnagar.Bus started 4.00pm and reahed at 10:15 pm sundernagar.bus taken 6:15 hrs from Chandigarh to sundarnagar.Bus stopped 2-3 dhaba, s and about 1:30 hrs at bilaspur bus stand/ work shop.Which was inconvenient to the passengers and should be taken legal action.

Honorable Sir,
We are travelling from Baijnath to Holi (Chamba) Bus route i.e; (Fathar to Nayagron) . The travelling time in bus is more than 12 Hours and the condition of bus you had given to this route is quite uncomfortable and the matter of disappointment. We are not good with your this facility you are giving to peoples. The roads are quite narrow and the buses seats are too. One person can’t even sit properly in the place of two. A BIG DOWN THUMB 👎🏻 😣😥

I was single female travelling to Delhi on 10th August with my son who's just eight. We were not allowed to take luggage through lift. We had to drag luggage through stairs as we had to board bus from 1st floor .Some passer byes helped us as it was difficult for us to carry the luggage to 1st Floor.
No coolies were available that time. Why such rules are framed which create nuisance for the customers. Can't HRTC officials b creative enough to make ISBT Shimla more customer friendly like other bus stands. Hopeless policies ...it seems it's difficult for female passengers to travel ...bureaucrats should think of viable ideas instead of working in stereotype manner... instrospection is required...why we hire officials after such rigorous process when they can't think creative.

Volvo bus left me behind while having lunch at haveli near roopnagar today at 13.55 hrs my luggage is in the bus and i am waiting for another bus towards delhi the conductor didn't notice all passengers whether all are on board the bus or not as i have paid for for volvo bus but now may have to travel in ordinary bus to delhi and i am not sure if i can get my luggage safe all this is due to conductor and driver of the bus who didn't notice the presence of all the passenger in the bus

Sir, i am routinely visiting commuter of hrtc him gourav night bus service (Shimla to dharmasala route 9, 30 pm departure time), my complaint is about marking of seats especially window seat in respect to layout shown during online booking, please don't mismatch the marking of window seats, so that no dispute happen among visiters. It is happening many a time that's why i am making you aware of it. May this thing is unnoticed, kindly resolve the matter.

Today i am traveling in manali to ludhiyana hrtc bus. When i sit in the bus i am so glad to see hrtc bus service like fan, overhead light, and charging socket are there. But when i put the charge in the shocket that is working and fan also. After that i tell the conductor about this problem. He say it will work in night when driver on the all light of passenger cabin but now its7:47pm it not work.
I have question when govt give service to passengers and passengers pay for this service why these all services are not workable

. This issue happened yesterday on[protected] at ISBT shimla bus stand and Bus number HP 62 0440. bus name kumar bus service Shimla to yang thang..
This bus conductor and driver is behaving very badly and taking the undue advantage of passengers and if we are asking for the ticket for Bithal which is 100 km far approx. from shimla but they are saying to buy ticket to rampur...they are earning the black money by thi kind of such things and the bus conductor is even saying that this kind of videos cant do anything to them...
and this is not only done by private buses
even on the booking counter also the person who is sitting their. for booking he is also doing the same thing he is also giving ticket to reckongpeo only and saying u have to buy this ticket only either wherever you wanna go

its my request to transport office to please take action on these kind of bus conductors and drivers...

We are traveling from baddi at morning 4.30 the at nalagrh driver changes the bus at nalagrh work shop and we are shifted then after 15 minutes of trevling driver again come back to nalagrh work shop as bus is not working properly then he changes the bus and we are shifted to another bus (Hp 93/ 0446) again then at bangana bus again stop working... All passengers suffers due to this ignorance and careless ness of hrtc department... We are at bangana at 8.20 am wastage of time.. Why every time hrtc department is not working honestly... Is govt giving salary for their careless ness and to put life of passenger indanger

Dear sir,
I want to say that i booked a ticket of hrtc bus online for 16 july 2019 from sujanpur hp to delhi of
8:00 pm.. I am charged rs.1296 from my pnb bank debit card, after that on 12 july 2019 in evening i cancelling my ticket at the time of cancelling web site shows me that they will refund me 1092 rs then i canceled my ticket it show 1092 rs refunded but i dont get money back. Please help me.

I have booked a ticket from chandigarh to haridwar in himsuta volvo. Due to some reasons i have cancelled my ticket. My ticket number is [protected]. I didn't get my refund yet, it's up to 6 days that i have cancelled my ticket. So i request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I, my family and other 2 passengers were waiting for bus on theog bus stand yesterday and three buses of rohru region didn't stop at the bus stand (Una - tiyuni, kangra - chandigarh, chandigarh-chirgoan) infact there were no passengers standing on the bus and seats were empty. Due to this other private buses on the same route were filled fully, there was no sauce for standing

Sir as a govt college student we made bus passes every month but now the pathankoat-manali bus whose departure time from kullu to manali is 3:45 pm goes directly to manali instead of arriving first at bus stand kullu.
Its been nearly two months the bus didn't arrive at kullu bus stand but when i reach patlikul (Between kullu and manali) i saw that bus every time. And as i'm from manali the bus was already there
I have a photo of that bus standing at manali bus stand..
Do some strict actions soon or i'll do it myself as a abvp volunteer..

This is very bad situation that your bus no hp 12-5262 for delhi to una has been stoped at fake dhaba named green valley punjabi dhaba at nh1 karnal where all passengers have been looted heavily and your driver n conductor working as there agent. This is very bad impression of himachal roadways that i got first time.
Please take necessary action

I was coming from mamun chowk, pathankot towards simbal chownk, pathankot but this incident happened in between mamun and simbal chownk @ 8: 10 am and i am attaching the pic of the number plate i. E h p 37 d 1822 of bus whom driver cut towards left side of road imediately and stopped the bus while i was driving bike behind the bus which made me uncomfortable to stop the bike when later i went towards the driver side and told the driver that how rough are you driving how could you change the lane immediately the conductor smilled and made gesture to leave it then i drive on right lane near dividers of the road then driver immediately overtake me totally made bus close to me and i was nearly to fell and hit with dividers. But this type of driving by your drivers and later intentionally tried to made my accident. These drivers should be taught lesson. I need immediate strict action towards this driver so that they should

Near 11:45 hrtc bus no. Hp 31c 1132 nearly killed us in an accident as the driver of the hp bus was rash driving (Above 90km/h on a 60 lane) and jumped red light and overtook us by surprise when on our left there was a motor bike and on our right there was a car on a 3 lane road (Industrial area sec 29 road chandigarh). The driver came to our left side trying to overtake us between motor bike and my car and than he hard pressed bus to us on right to avoid accident with bike and nearly hit and over ran us while rushing at speed more than 90kmph. I m attaching pics of driver conductor and bus plate that we took when he got caught in traffic at tribune chowk chandigarh. I hope you take a necessary action against this kind of behaviour and driving to avoid any future casualties.

Hi sir,

This is very pathetic that hrtc buses situation and it's services are very bad. Bus departure time was 11:59 a. M from palampur bus stand to chandigarh dated 20 july'19. The bus (Hp37 d 3169) departed on 12:45 pm. Also it's tyres got punctured in the middle of road. It's also made us wait almost for an hour. Every passenger is suffured due to this type of inconvenience caused by hrtc.

Hrtc sundernagar dipo bus name sundernagar to trifalghat baya chah ka dohra bus driver hit my vichle at 5:50-6:00 pm on date[protected]

When i asked him he loudly to talk with me and misbehaved also
These some fault driver there are many people face this problem daily please sir take some action i hope my problem will be solve

Whenever i went to my hometown hamirpur i have observed all buses stopped in sonipat at one kirana shop to buy discounted soaps and passengers usually suffers. I think that shouldn't happen if there is no stop then why they stop there. Also it is not safe for passengers as they are sitting in a bus which is standing just near to highway full of buses and trucks
