I was waiting at my stop during night time at my designated time.
When bus came i waved my had to stop it and went to half of the road distance but the driver didn't stoped the bus. I want refund for my ticket.
below is the detail of ticket.

Smoking and Alcohol intake in the bus. 4 people in HRTC Bus HP63 9883, seated on seat number 20W 21, 25, 26 on 15th of September, 2018 at around 18:00. No response from the conductor or the driver regarding the misbehaviour of these people. Kindly take adequate measures regarding this.

    My volvo bus from manali to delhi was cancelled in the last minute due to road damage because of incessant rain in manali area on 18th aug 2019. With great difficulty i was able to travel back to delhi by sharing a taxi with other passengers. I have to pay a huge amount for that taxi. I wrote an email as advised to [protected]@gmail.com on 18th aug and received a reply from the regional manager to send them the copy of the tickets and my bank details. I have send all the details to the same email id. But till date i have not received any refund. No one is answering on the numbers provided in the email. It has been two months now but i still have not received the refund. I am attaching copy of my ticket and also the new paper clipping of the road condition of that particular day. Do please help me with the refund as who to turn to next. Many many thanks.

      Sir as a citizen of india it is my duty to tell you that i run a business at dalhousie road pathankot. Everyday i see himachal buses coming from himachal to pathankot in the night. I cannot even describe you sir how rash they drive in the city. I am sharing bus no hp 73 2631. This driver would have killed atleast 20 people last night but i guess god was kind on them.
      Please take strict action against the driver. Sharing a small clip with you. Please ignore the rough language.

        This is to state that i snehildeep kaur, female 22yrs old was waiting for the bus mandi-chandigarh at bus stop joghon (Teh. Nalagarh). Bus came at 3:30pm but did not stop inspite of giving hand and me being at the exact bus stop.
        This kind of behaviour with a female passenger is rude and will be taken seriously if no action is taken by the department.

          Respected sir i am traveling in hrtc bus no hp10a 6286 rohru to paonta.. On the way 9 ladies comes in bus alone with children and two of them having children less then one years in hand.. I asked conductor to provide the
          Ladies reserve seats occupied by 5 man... But conductor denied and told that's it's not his duty... And as per hrtc rule after one kilometer ha have to return the bus fair.. But he don't follow the rules

            With due respect sir me and brother today going to shimla. We have to pick the bus from dari stop. But driver not stop the bus in stop even we prior convey the message to both driver and conductor through our friend who is in bus. Bus no 10a5117. We have to hire the car to kangra from dari and pay 500 rs. Due to negligency of driver. Bus route dharamshala to rohru 5:30 rohru depot. Plz take disciplinary action against them. What is our fault.

              Respected sir the pathankot hridwar bus is very irregular in it's timings during morning time. I took the bus from daulatpur sometimes it reaches at my stop at 6:12, sometimes at 6:15 and sometimes at 6:20 or 6:25 and the height reaches when i got bus today at 6:35. Sir i have to take another bus from talwara which generally got miss due to this reason and i reach late at my office. Is it fair to pay for others mistake. Kindly tell me the exact timings. My time is not to waste at bus stand. Please understand my problem and take suitable action. Thank you

                Dear sir/madam

                It is for your information that rampur depot bus route from rampur to sungri not going for last 15 days. As enquiry made with hrtc, they are saying that confirmation not received from respective pwd deptt. Public suffering for travelling on this route. Kindly take the matter on priority and sort out the issue at the earliest.

                The Condition of Bus is Poor as well as it get Out of service in 2-3 Days Repeatedly.

                  Sir,
                  Respectfully, i want to invite your kind attention towards the bad act and conduct of bus driver of bus number hp63a-9054 plying on route sanjauli to malyana. The bus commences at 3.30 pm from sanjauli and reach at shanan at about 4 pm.
                  In this context, it is submitted that the driver of the aforesaid bus on said route is not behaving properly with the passengers. It is brought to my notice by my son namely bhanu pratap, student of class 8th of d. A. V. School, lakkar bazar, who frequently travels through this bus. He board this bus from sanjauli and disembark at last stoppage at shanan, daily. From last few days the driver of the said bus is not stopping the bus at last stoppage at shanan, where my son is to disembark. He stop the bus beyond more than 500 meter ahead. Due to this unexpected conduct of the driver my son is facing a great problem, besides, my wife is also in tension, which is emerged due to this reason. As per my son the driver ask him to disembark from the bus either 500 meter ahead or 500 meter beyond from the stoppage. The driver is continuing the same practice frequently, specially today (31.08.2019) on he treated in same way. Being a public servant he is not supposed to behave with a child like this.
                  Needless to point out here that the bus service on this route started in the year of 1993, on request of the residents of the area and since then kashyap mor was the turning point of the bus and the same point was the last stoppage of the bus. Now, it has been extended up to malyana.
                  In view of facts narrated here-in-above, you are personally look into the matter and make necessary direction to the concerned driver to behave properly particularly with children/students and old persons. Hope for the best.

                    Conductor and driver both starts giving me unusal comments and all fault is his i am just sitting in bus and he came and touched me and i asked him to ticket he told me that u r being too clever againts me and he and driver they both starts talking about me please i need report against that conductor conductor is too much angry against me and he is telling me that u will be out of this bus but i don't know why??
                    It hurted me a lot

                      I travel from kalu di hatti to 53 mile whose distence is 26 k. M but when i talk to conducter of new shivalik transport timing 11.50am from palampur to kangra reached 12.50 pm at 53 mile for excess fare rs 50/-whitch was extra rs 5/- talk with nonsence and says comolaint any where i will see. Also same fare is taken by national bus route dhangu to palampur timing 2.20pm 53 mile to palampur

                        Sir,
                        Being a Himachali I always prefer to travel by HRTC bus so that our buses earn maximum revenue and I always wish that our HRTC should run under profit. Whenever I travels in HRTC bus, its staff always gave me and other passengers lot of respect and speak very politely.
                        But I was disappointed on 22/08/2019 when I was at Kalka and waiting for the bus for Panchkula Chowk (junction point where buses turns for Chandigarh) at around 7 PM. The bus number HP-63A-4435 of Rohru depot came and I tried to open its door for getting in, but it was locked. I requested bus conductor (who was standing just near door) to open it. He asked me about my destination without opening the door. When I told him about it he refuses for Panchkula chowk. I told him if Panchkula Chowk is not its stoppage, I will get down at Tribune Chowk from where I will go by Zirakpur by local bus. But still he did not agree. Then I told him that I will file the complaint to Regional Manager against him. He replied “जा कहीं भी शिकायत कर ले, में तुझे नहीं बिठाऊंगा कुते हरामजादेI“ I was very shocked to heard such language from HRTC bus conductor. Not only me he did not take any passenger from Kalka to Chandigarh despite of so many seats vacant inside the bus resulting revenue loss to HP State.
                        Sir, this the first time, that HRTC bus conductor misbehaved in such a rude manner. It is therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take appropriate action against this bus conductor to avoid such activity and revenue loss in future.

                          I was travelling from Sundernagar to bilaspur on 20.07.19 bus no HP65-5586 Mandi to Delhi bound ordinary bus in evening approx 5 pm. While purchasing ticket conductor sh. Keshav ram denied to accept green card. While asked reason to deny he started to misbehaved and adamant not to accept ND told the reason that I am speaking not valid in long route bus. My green card headquarter is Sundernagar and I am travelling to bilaspur. If it is nor valid why HRTC counter issued this.

                            I am ramesh negi,

                            I had booked a ticket from rampur to delhi on the date of 15th august 19 and my ticket no is ([protected]) and the amount was 1100 rupees.

                            Whenever i travel, i first confirm where the bus will go from and at what time it will leave from the bus stand.
                            Same i do today 15 aug 19 as i called to hrtc rampur ([protected]) to confirm the status of bus to delhi from rampur.

                            He asked to me that bus will leave 5 pm. I couldn't receive proper guidance from that person. I have called on that number a lot of times but his answer was the same.

                            After that, i called him again and said that i will be 5 to 10 minutes late so i will pick the bus from old bus stand then he agreed and told me that our conductor will contact you. I was waiting there for 1 and a half hours.

                            I was on time at the old bus stand rampur to pick up my bus, but the conductor didn't call me and no one guides me what to do.
                            I am the regular passenger of hrtc and also i support hrtc always.

                            After that, i called up to your helpline no [protected] he guided me properly.
                            I don't know his name but i really appreciate his work.

                            I'm sorry to say but the public transport is not someone's personal property. And we are paying for our traveling. No one has ever found a better solution from hrtc, we all passengers run hrtc not government.

                            I have so many live quotes that i can't tell. Many people face such problems day by day, some peoples speak and some peoples fall silent.
                            Whenever a call is made to a bus adda, they don't guide the passengers and don't give them a proper solution which we want to need.

                            Always their statements are the same as expected
                            (Bus ka jo time hai usi time se niklegi).

                              I am the regular passanger of hrtc from last three years and i travel in hrtc every friday from chandigarh to home and every monday from home to chandigarh.

                              My complaint is about the incident occurs on 23rd august about 19:30 hours at chandigarh bus stand. As it was non peak day so i came to bus stand at 19:00 hours and there was a one bus boarding for chamba (Himmani) and all the tickets are sold. Only 1-2 persons left from ticket. Afterwards the ticketmaker of bus stand said there will be another bus in half hour so i will make ticket and left from the seat. He came at around 19:30 to the seat again and said be in the queue for the ticket aa there are only 9 seats in the bus and no of persons are around 20. So there was hussltle to be in queue. The person who was standing from last half hour asked him to let him knew about the queue earlier. On this the ticket maker talks rudely to him and start abusing him and said “mai aise hi job krta hu jo uhakdna hai udhakd le”. I saw the same person’s rude behaviour earlier. He has no sense to talk. So i request to take action against him so no passenger will suffer in a healthy “safar”

                                This is simran jamwal i was travelling from dharamshala to yol in bus there was a conductor on bus from dharamshala to narwana via yol at around 4:20- 5pm... He was not refunding the money left apart from ticket charges.. And his behaviour was not good... Firstly he printed the wrong ticket of less charge and kept the money that was left.. When the person asked him about the balance he stared him very badly first and then instead of giving balance back he just printed one more ticket so that he doesn't have to give money back.. It was clear that he was angry because he lost the chance to had that money in his person pocket..

                                  Any official, tell me why you Charge more then 2 times ticket price from Cocksar to Manali, Persons that stuck in KAZA SPITI Vally due to heavy rainfall, land slides and snowfall. HP Govt. help the people or kill the people ? No help from HP Govt. and Police. Even Police share benefit with local food and Staying these persons.

                                    I am traveling to delhi from manali on 17/08/19 at 4:15pm hrtc bus hp15a6004 i have a online booking seat number 10. I was trying to keep my backpack in the bus behind driver seat and the conductor shouts "yee isko hata udhar se" when i asked where should i keep it he says keep it in the roof and it is heavily raining today. When i said "barish ho rahi h" he said "apna tripal leke as fer". When i said "tameej se baat karo bhaiya", he says "abb tu sikhayega tameej mujhe"
                                    Why the hell are these kind of people are at a govt job.
                                    Are they not supposed to help the passengers. It's simply "dadagiri".
                                    He should be removed from his job if this is his usual behavior with passengers.

                                        Dear sir / mam,
                                        I am travelling from shimla to delhi volvo on 15 aug 19 at 2100 hrs timing with my wife and son.
                                        The bus is dirty, not cleaned with dirty stained seat covers. To add to misery it is smelling of vomit and filth.
                                        This is what hrtc classifies as a travel friendly high end bus? Sorry to say it speaks poorly of your department and staff.
                                        A normal roadways bus is much cleaner.
                                        Indeed a highly poor show.
