I am traveling from shimla to chandigarh, semi delux bus. The seats in bus bus are dirty as they are never been washed or cleaned and are stinking like anything its getting difficult to even breath in here. I too used my deodorant but no effect. Kindly look into the matter as people pay more money so that they can travel with more comfort and ease but travelling in this is worse experience ever in a hrtc. Ordinary busses are way more cleaner than this. This more surprising thing is that it too takes hygenic charges by making people sick in this unhygienic environment

I was travelling from slapper (Sundernagar) to sundernagar with my wife in hrtc's shimla-palampur bus on 14.07.2019. I asked the conductor to give two tickets, one for sundernagar and other for jarol. He gave me a wrong ticket for dadour which is about 10 kms far from sundernagar even after confirming the stations twice. When i asked him to refund the amount, he told me that it could not be refunded. Bus number is hp 37c 4807. Kindly do the needful so that this kind of mistake is not repeated by the conductors in future.

I am parveen kumar, travelling from delhi to rehan 15/07/2019.in bus no. Hp-38e-2607 and service no.526, ticket no.[protected]
From beginning of journey the conductor stop tha at place in delhi and shift heavy and huge lugguage like steel sheets and iron piece bags at roof bus and dicki. He also personal care products like detergents and soaps in huge amount at murthal. After that ask few of passenger who have nothing carry big bags to accept the lugguage in dicki if anyone checker has come he also offer me 100 bribe for accept the dicki lugguage any check er come

I am sorry to say but there is huge problems for pessenger when we travel from shimla chamba bya Nalagrh.
I am Dalip Singh working as govt Teacher trevling in HRTC bus no HP 12 F0990F from shimla to chamba.I summit my complaint 12:15 mid of the night today from Station Ammb. I have my helth problem and have to take medication before 10 o'clock but when I ask drive to stop but and He misbehave with me ask me to still on my seets .He telyed that nothing in his hand submit a complaint rether then stopping bus on any food place .
Please solve my problems with in time

Sir, driver has not the stop bus and the bus no is hp 37c 2912. On asking the driver at kangra bus stand he says that the bus was not vacant. Where as there was vacant seat in the bus and i humbly requested you please check the ticket electronic machine held with the conductor vacant seat between draman to shahpur. And harassment made to the senior citizen or iti student bus pass holder. May please taken seriously.
Driver and conductor may please warned to be aviod such laps in future.
And the bus time is 9: 50am crossed happened area.

Sir himgaurav delhi to chamba start at 7 pm they reach 12.15 am at chandigarh. But they reffuse to pick passengers at chandigarh even when we have booked tickets online by paying full fare from delhi. They don't even stop for 1 minute. There are only 2 ac buses to chamba of hrtc. Kindl look into matter. They should have stop at chandigarh to pick passengers.

I just ride chamba to delhi hrtc bus, and it got defected about 10-15km away from chamba, why bus not properly checked at chamba workshop, we travel upto delhi by this bus and from delhi to arunachal pradesh by train which i got confirm ticket, if and perhaps i get miss that train hrtc will held responsible for that laps and pay all consiquenti charges of train ticket as well as loss of time, which will not ahealthy practice. Manger hrtc may take appropriate action against defaulters and a line of confirmation may be intimidated. Hope not repeat such incident in future.

Conductor refused to switch on the fans by my seat despite repeated requests and even in such scorching hot weather along bus route kullu to manali today on 6 july 2019 at 2 p. M he excused saying temperature is normal now and asked us to open windows while i requested him that weather is very hot and only polluted air will enter through the window.
You are requested to improve hrtc services or please don't charge for fan facility in hrtc other wise this is harrassment to the customers

I boarded mini luxury bus from shimla to dharamshala at 4.30 pm on[protected]. The bus was in very poor condition. There was no ac. It broke down near ghumarwin, driver kept on trying to repair bus himself. After one hour mechanic was called. He also could not repair it. Finally after three hours taxi was called. For seventeen people two sumo vehicles were hired. The journey was a torture. And we reached kangra at 2 am.
Please get the vehicles routinely serviced to avoid such incidents in future.

I, dr deepak dogra, would like to make a complaint of sheer misbehavior by the worthy driver of hrtc, kullu, thachi - kullu, with me and other passengers on 29/6/2019, when he ordered me and others to get out of his bus since i couldn't get a seat, and threatened that he won't start the bus otherwise. When we requested him to reconsider he said as per govt order he won't take any passenger standing. He started shouting at me which is not justified, even i'm a government officer and the staff should not use such harsh language with the passengers. Then he get out of the bus and local passengers had to get off the bus because of his attitude as a result the bus started late by 10-15 minutes. You are requested to make arrangements for the travel of passenger by plying additional hrtc buses at our route, so that we don't get inconvenient and order your staff to behave properly with the passengers kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

I want to make ur kind attention towards the late schedule of bus driver especially the driver of awah devi to amaritshar 4:40 am. The local driver (Mr. Chelu) often comes late and then drive very ruffely. Due to his late schedule most passengers misses their next buses. So ur requested to take appropriate action as soon as possible

Gud evening sir, me distt kangra, teh nurpur, chamba road wase ki bus ki complaint karne hai, dusre bus pathankot road ways ki bus ke sath speed lgate hua aaj bhadwar or nagni road ke under 3 bar accident hone se bache, sir time hai bus ka bhadwar se near about 1:15pm -1:30 pm ke under, bus over speed me chale the. Jaise ki driver ne koi nasha kiya ho

I am really amazed how can HRTC do this? The volvo buses are being stopped at low rated dhabas. The cost is too high. I had a travel on 15th june 2019 from delhi to manali. Night dhaba was too bad, and prices were too high. Daal makhani costed around 220, with very less quantity. Similarly with paneer, which costed around 280. Also, the things with MRP were being charged at a high price. This restaurant is at piplu, and named THE SWAGHAT Restaurant.

While coming back from Shimla to Delhi, bus stopped at Mayuri dhaba. Because of this bad experience, I didnt have food at this dhaba. However, I went ahead to get a vadilal icecream which costs 35 Rs. The person charged 60 Rs for this icecream - vadilal bomber.

Shame on you HRTC - You do not even have sense to choose the stopping points wisely. Instead of making profits, look at the customers. I never had this issue with UP, HARYANA OR PUNJAB roadways.

Yesterday around 5:10 pm i am near kallar (near bilaspur) one bus of blue clour of gumarvin deptt over take one truck in front o[censored]s and we are unfortunately succes to survive after such a nonsense driving of HRTC DRIVER i have also indorm the police regarding this.

Roa is not for a way to death and every one should follow this

I hope you will take a strobg action against such a foolish driver and for your kind information no other blue colour bus passes us throughout my journey so i think you can understand and easily found the bus details from your record like bilaspur busstand.

I am student in sri sai university palampur. I am travelling in dharamshala to manali service of kullu depot since 4 years. I have many of my friends from pathiar (Nagrota) and from malan (Nagrota) and from paour (Palampur) also. We use to take that bus daily and with us there are many more passengers who use to take that bus daily. Since 4 days bus haven't came and its hard to travel for us. We called r. M. Kullu and he said that the bus is being closed by the transport minister. I want you to help me with the situation and please start the bus, because many passengers facing problem due to the bus. This is the only govt bus service in the morning suitable for all the passenger, who go daily in that bus.

Some of the hrtc buses from chandigarh to shimladon't stop in certain points such as pinjore, kalka and many other. I come from kalka late at night and there's no private buses ay night and only hrtc buses are there and they don't stop. What should we do? And the most important point is that the conductors and the drivers are very rude they think that they are the pm of the country.
Provide this message to all the hrtc buses to stop the buses at every point and take the passengers. Solve it immediately before i go to higher authorities.

My self sahil, on 25 june i took a hrtc bus from una to delhi (Hp 72 a 7115, chadiar to delhi), the conductor gave me seat no-27 and didnt gave me the change (I gave him ₹500). He told me to pay the money on reaching chandigarh and assured me that he will allot me a window seat as bus will get empty on chandigarh sector-17 isbt, but on reaching isbt, he quickley alloted the seats to new passengers without telling me, i asked him to allot me seat but he very rudely refused me, but after sometime as bus continued i see a lady on seat behind driver who was sleeping on the whole 3 seats, was she special or the owner of the bus?... I payed ₹499 and i have to sit conjusted with two other passengers who were fat, after that the driever stopped the bus at green valley punabi dhaba at karnal, they were selling tea for ₹20 😂, the dhaba was non - hygenic, and was overrated.. I am very disappointed by the behavior of conductor + the dhaba at which the bus was stopped at 2:00 am in morning

I am ravi from palampur and yesterday i booked a seat in volvo bus route no 68 from palampur to delhi but in layout 39 seat no show at the last seat at window side and when i travel the conductor of bus tell me that 39 no seat in the middle of last seat and bus is 41 seater and in the layout that shows 39 seater and when i asked conductor what can i do he told me that you should take action against online booking so i have no other choice to what to do and i submitted complaint with proper resolution

The unrespected behavior of bus conducter of bus route andghaat to ghumarwin the didnot stop the bus on bus stop ans when my mother was getting out of it she was slipped because the didnot stop the bus they want passenger to get of without stoping the bus and my mother got injury in her backbone and conducter or driver didnot get out of the bus for helping my mother

I am travelling from reckong peo to shimla from hrtc bus with timings of 7pm from reckong peo.As the bus was coming from kaza so seats was almost occupied. I asked ticket counter guy for 2 tickets to shimla and seats as well. But he refused to give me seats giving the reason that its been occupied. After some time what i see is 4 passenger comes in with someone over phone call n they talk to conductor and driver..after that what made me surprise is dat driver and conductor offering 4 seats to those passengers and asking if they need any tea or something.i was first in the line to get the tickets but i m doing my whole journey while standing on one feet. So i m requesting the authority to kindly check into the matter and if any vip treatment is given to the ordinary passenger like me then kindly provide me the same number so that i can make driver talk to someone and get the seats next time.
