Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the bus timings from chakkar shimla to vikasnagar. I'm resident of chakkar and have to travel to vikasnagar daily for office but there is not sufficient buses from chakkar in the morning. The only bus that comes from totu at 9:00am comes already full and also it reaches vikasnagar around 10:00am to 10:15am due to traffic. This is to request to you kindly start a bus service from court chakkar shimla to vikasnagar around 9am so that we can reach office on time as there are number of people that have to suffer due to this.

    I, nishant mehra, booked online ticket from baijnath to shimla on 01/05/2019, but was surprised to find that the amount of rs 403 was deducted from my account, but wasn't allotted seat. Since, it was an urgent tour i was forced to pay another amount of rs 403 for booking a seat, thinking that the amount may be refunded, but after the lapse of more than 21 days, the amount has not been refunded. The details are as below:

      The bus was applying full blown pressure horn again and again. I got severe headache and brain deranged. This is common on una pathankot road. The bus was private and coming from una to talwara. They had also normal horn to escape from law. I requested them to apply simple horn but they misbehaved with me. I don't know why police don't take action against them when pressure horn is banned. Pressure horn produce serious noise pollution. The number of bus was hp72b3791. It is happening on 20th may, 2019. I was coming from una to talwara.

        I used to travel from kullu to via kataula usually every monday.
        But this time 20.05.2019 i reeached kullu bus stand at 6.30am and the scheduled departure is at 6.40am. After waiting for ten minutes no bus found there, probablly due to election on the previous day.
        Usually this bus service is for students and most of the people used to travel by this bus.
        Fortunately i got lift from bajaura to kataula and i notice so many people were waiting there for bus.
        It is so pathetic that the bus has been used for election. (If it is true)
        Election commission usually ask prior for bus service, at that time concerning officer would have said "no", simply keeping in mind that this is a way of conveyance for nearby students to go to school.

        I was traveling through Volvo from Palampur to delhi at 5:15 PM from last 3 years. I have an issue deleted to bus interior and bus timing.interior image attached and time of bus in Delhi is 4 Am but they reached by 5:30 Am .

          Dear sir,
          It is serious public concern that passengers travelling in the bus And the conductor behaviour is totally worst.
          Actually the situation was terrible. I was travelling with my brother and mother on the root of MAREHARB to BAIJNATH in bus no. HP 53 2262.
          The totall amount of the ticket is ₹ 41/-
          So my brother gave him money including the one rupee coin. The coin is of little black in colour also of old edition.
          He refused to take this coin and he throws the coin.
          He added that the coin is invalid and HRTC not collect such coins.
          Firstly the coin is valid.
          Seconds he throws the coin and shouted loudly.
          If we suppose that the coin is not valid. Who provides him right to talk like this with passengers and behave rudely.
          Simply it is the question of highly rated HRTC service.
          Depend upon you. You can ignore this as usually you do Or take appropriate action and set the best example.

            SIr, the behavior of the hrtc bus conductor's is very bad with us i was gave hom a old coin but he says that this coin is not valid so sir i would ask a question that the old coin is valid or not if this coin is valid then take some strict action on that conductor the bus was travelled from sansal to baijnath and the bua no. is HP53 2262. SIr i request you that take strict action to the conductor.

              Our boarding point was isbt kashmiri gate delhi. On call we have told the conductor that we’ll board the bus at karnal bypass.
              He agreed and said please reach at bypass at 8:30. We stood there from 8 pm but at 8:30 they didn’t stop the bus neither he called. We have to take the bus 70km far from karnal bypass. When asked he told my phone was not working. And he manipulated other passengers as well as they were waiting for us for quite long and told them that they have not called and but any boarding point. I told him on call 3 times that my initial boarding point is isbt kashmiri gate and by mistake i have put the alternative boarding point chandigarh. So please ignore that. My mother has problem and she was sick. So we’ll board at karnal bypass instead of coming at isbt. He agreed but after that he denied everything. I have proofs of calls as well. If himsuta is not taking care of it’s costumers them i don’t think we have any need of booking it again. Your service was good but this time time the bus conductor has behaved very badly. And my mother wanted to stop at khatiyar instead of talwara and he has taken extra money for that.
              Other passengers didn’t know the whole story that’s why they are are saying that conductor is right on his behalf. But i have cleared everything on call to him.

                Hello,
                I booked hrtc bus on dated 14th may via online booking from chandigarh to hamirpur and my pickup point was kharar. I wave my hand to bus but they didn't stopped and run. Conductor was looking. I told to stop many times n had to run to catch the bus. Bus timing was 4:45pm. What if i miss that bus who is responsible for that behaviour. If it happens again in future who would like to travel in hrtc buses.
                I travel mostly hmr to chd. But due to 1-2 conductor n drivers behaviour i like to travel in ctu buses. So you should take action for conductors n drivers behaviour should be polite n caring for every passenger.
                Last thing is about suggestion for bus fare. I have to pay full amount of hmr to chd if my destination is before chd. So kindly make a plan for chandigarh stoppage like ropar, kharar, kurali. And bus fare according to the stoppage of passenger.

There is no any good service for palampur, kangra route. And bus quality is very poor is so smelly.                     My name is virender kumar i am a bbmb sunder nagar employee... Last night i was coming from chandigarh by your delhi manali bus of nalagarh depot. When 11:30 pm i reached at naresh chowk then bus conductor refused to drop me at naresh chowk and starting to abusing me with very bad words... Please take necessarily action towards that person so that in future nobody face this type of problem

                      I am travelling in shubham a private bus from rampur to shimla (15th may, 2019). The bus starts its journey from 5:15 from rampur. My complaint is regarding use of music system in bus while it is banned all private vehicles in himachal pradesh but still some vehicles use it. Same with this bus (Shubham hp 63a1112). Kindly register a complaint against bus conductor for this misconduct. Because it is the reason for many accidents in hp. Kindly look into the matter.

                          Last night i was traveling in hp18b 6647 (Hamirpur to chandigarh). I had purchased my ticket from counter. They allot me seat no 47. After that they again allot seat no 47 to other passenger. When i asked with the conductor he is forcefully told me there is seat another one seat. And started the shouting with me. I am again politely asked him. But he given me warning to me come out the bus i will see you.

                          As per my understanding this the hospitality job. We have to respect our customers in this job. But some people have been hired in this organization who are not eligible for this job. They do not know how to deal with customers.

                          But the conductor who was on duty. He speaks loudly at the bus. You can complain, i do not care.

                          It's my humble request please look into the matter and take the appropriate action against the such people.

                            Its inform you that, iam travelling in hrtc bus no. Hp-18-b-4426 nahan to shimla on[protected]. Bus timing is 03:30 pm from nahan, but bus started on 03:40 pm and after that bus stop for 20 min in sarhan bus stand. Then after 20 min stop in naina tikkar tea shop. Bus reached shimla on 09:00 pm
                            But its inform you that bus stand timing of shimla is 08:30 pm and only one stop of 15 min is allowded in nahan to shimla route so why the bus driver is stoping the bus sarahan and naina tikaar for 20-20 min. Some passenger have to catch upper shimla buses which is not catch by the passengers because this kind of lazy and irresponsible driver which is not taking his duty seriously.,
                            It humbly requested that kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action.

                              Iam travelling in HP 694963 from delhi to manikaran, bus was stopped for dinner at a dhaba named bikaner punjabi dhaba near by shyamghar kurukshetra haryana.it was in bad ondition drinking water is not from Ro, and food comes after waiting for 15 minutes. And the prize of food is veryyy high and food was very bad no taste nothing I have taken 3 roti and dal and it's prize was 300 rs I was just shocked and I asked for the same than dhaba owner abused me... It's really very bad experience with HRTC. I think u have to make some strict rules and check the buses same as you check for ticket... Means what the hrtc is doing no rules for this only driver has right to stop wherever he got more commission plz take necessary action against this issue otherwise I will knock the door of court against HRTC

                                Sir,
                                My friend from hong kong and china are stuck in kalpa with broken tyre; as the car was imported we couldn’t find the tyre in same region. So we asked our friend in delhi to buy two tires in delhi and get it transported to reckong peo via himachal transport bus no:hp 25a3385; conductor name: vijay; date: 10may2019. Driver asked for 4000rs for same and taken 3500rs without ticket or any official document/ confirmation on same. We as outsiders from himachal didn’t know fare and as we were stuck in kalpa for more than 2 days, we desperately wanted the new tires to go back home in delhi. Our friend in delhi gave the conductor 3500rs ans conductor asked for even more than that (2000rs) when we collected the tires in reckong peo. We have our two projects running in kasauli in real estate and have people checked in himachal government transport department about the fare we just paid for transportation of two tires from delhi to reckong peo (Rs3500 without any ticket and official document in our case) and found out it’s 10 times more money we paid as the official ticket and fare would have been 700rs. We want this matter to escalate as the conductor was very abusive and rude and made derogatory remarks about people from delhi when we wanted to confirm and demanded official tickets for same two tires. He literally abused me and my foreigner friends infront of everyone.

                                Is this the way himachal tourism and transport department making money from the tourists coming to himachal; if that’s so then please take note we are escalating this matter in delhi media and political departments.

                                I am writing a special letter to chief minister of himachal pradesh as well and sending a copy to indian tourism government about how employee in himachal transport department are actually working these days.

                                Please acknowledge my complaint and i request you to take appropriate action on your behalf. I am waiting for the acknowledgment of this complaint at the earliest. I am writing this letter on may10, 2019... And the hp transport bus i mentioned starred journey from delhi on may9, 2019.

                                    I am a student who lives in kalka and attend classes in chandigarh.
                                    I board the bus from a stop near kali mata mandir kalka which should reach at 5:40 am (It comes from rekong peo to chandigarh 43). It never reaches on that time. But i keep on waiting since 5:35 there everyday.
                                    Today i. E.8 may i was standing on the stop and waiting for the bus as usual. I waived for the bus the driver and conductor saw me and just ignored and went off. A rikshaw was going in that direction so i decided to go behind the bus till the bus stand, but it didn't even stopped there.
                                    My studies have to suffer due to the bad behaviour and not following the rules by the bus staff.
                                    I need a reply and proper justification for the problem caused to me due to your staff. Also i need some proof of the action taken by the authorities. Due to this kind of people our country is lacking in many aspects.

                                    Hoping for proper redressal of my complaint and proper action be taken for the severe issue.

                                      The journey from delhi to kasol using bus number 5751 has been pathetic.

                                      1st the state of bus, himgaurav, is pitiful. The armrests are broken.
                                      Seats do not recline adequately and some seats recline automatically without pressing the lever.
                                      Reading lights do not function.
                                      The bus was intentionally delayed by the driver and the conductor who intentionally drove at an extremely slow speed for more than 2 hours within delhi after starting from the boarding points as a few passengers were late and had not boarded the bus timely. As a result the bus reached more than 3 hours late overall.

                                      Air condition of the bus was being turned off frequently. Upon complaining to the bus driver and the conductor.. They suggested the passengers to open the windows as they will not turn the ac on.
                                      The bus conductor chiranjeevi was extremely rude and cared the least for the pitiful condition of the travellers.
                                      Finally we had to figure out the phone number of hrtc and then the ac was turned on.
                                      We were also denied the discounted rate at the refreshment point as mentioned on the ticket.
                                      The discomfort caused in this bus ride is unfathomable. Hrtc should take steps to improve their services and refund our money for their pathetic services.

                                      We pay the service charges for the semi deluxe bus but still there is no single switch working in the bus of hrtc chamba shimla . So why should we pay for it when we are not getting that service .Moreover the seats are not cleaned we have to do it by ourselves while we occupy the seats

                                        The state of hrtc has been glorious but certain places, like kuthad remain remote to the advanced world because o[censored]navailablility of buses. I've been waiting since 2 hours to board a bus to banalgi. And there are no buses. Kindly take action in this matter. Not everyone can afford pvt transportation at all times. The people have to suffer a lot without the availability of public transportation. Also, no one really works for the betterment of the place.
